This study aims to examine the effect of the number of members and own capital on business volume and SHU, as well as the SHU policy strategy. The research method used is an explanatory survey with the type of verification research. While the sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 12 KPRI PKPRI members according to predetermined criteria. The analysis technique uses path analysis supported by quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data used is in the form of the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) report book for the 2015-2019 period. The results showed that the direct effect of the number of members on business volume had no positive and significant effect. The direct effect of own capital on business volume had a positive and significant effect. The direct effect of the amount on SHU has a negative and significant effect. The direct effect of own capital on SHU has a positive and significant effect. The direct effect of business volume on SHU has a positive and significant effect. The indirect effect of the number of members on SHU through business volume has a positive and significant effect. The indirect effect of own capital on SHU through business volume has a positive and significant effect. Total determinants for the first and second models, namely 43.70% and 62.80% of the overall model which can explain the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 56.30% and 37.20% were influenced by other factors not examined. The aim of this research was to determine the direct and indirect effect as well as the simultaneous effect of exogenous variables with endogenous variables. The research method used was an associative quantitative approach using test and measurement techniques. The data analysis technique used was a path analysis approach. The population in this research was all of POPB DKI Jakarta athletes in 2021 totaling 20 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the number of samples in this research was 20 people consisting of 10 women and 10 men. The skills of Dollyo Chagi Kick Taekwondo used the Dollyo Chagi Kick skills test. The balance used a modified bass test. The concentration used a concentration grid test. The instrument of eye-foot coordination used a smart speed pro coordination test. The results showed that the direct effect of variable X1 on Y = 0,243. The direct effect of variable X2 on Y = 0,567. The direct effect of variable X3 on Y = 0,378. The direct effect of variable X1 on X3 = 0,706. The direct effect of variable X2 on X3 = 0,297. The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 = 0,706 x 0,378 = 0,267. The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 = 0,297 x 0,378 = 0,113.

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty through the mediating variable e-satisfaction. The population of this research is all customers who have bought cosmetic products at Cilufio Online Shop. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who have made purchases at least 2 times and have recommended Cilufio Online Shop to others, the total sample is 74 respondents. The research data analysis technique uses inferential statistical methods, path analysis and Sobel Test. E-service quality and e-satisfaction are exogenous variables and e-loyalty as endogenous variables. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a variable effect of e-service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty, partially there is an effect of the e-service quality variable on e-loyalty and there is an influence of the e-satisfaction variable on customer e-loyalty Cilufio online Shop. The effect of total e-service quality through e-satisfaction on e-loyalty is greater than the direct effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, which means that e-satisfaction is a mediating variable of e-service quality on e-loyalty of customers at Cilufio online shop. The results of the Sobel Test show a significant mediation coefficient, which means that e-service quality has an effect on e-loyalty through e-customer satisfaction at Cilufio Online Shop.

This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of the use of jigsaw-flash learning model on geometry material. The jigsaw-flash learning model is a jigsaw learning model which is modified with adobe flash media. The research method used is mix method research with exploratory sequential strategy. This research was conducted in state junior high schools in Surakarta. Subjects in this study were the students of class VIII namely class VIII-2 as an experimental class and class VIII-3 as a control class selected by random sampling technique. The experimental class was taught with a jigsaw-flash learning model and the control class was taught with a jigsaw model. The procedures performed in this study include qualitative data collection and data analysis followed by quantitative data collection and data analysis. The researcher used interview method for collecting qualitative data. While quantitative data collection was conducted by test and the analysis technique used was t-test. The results of this study indicate that students feel more comfortable and interested in studying geometry material taught by jigsaw-flash model. In addition, students taught using the jigsaw-flash model are more active and motivated than the students who were taught using jigsaw models in studying geometric material. This shows that the use of the jigsaw-flash model can increase student participation and motivation. The results of this study also indicate that the increase in student achievement taught by the jigsaw-flash model which is indicated by t-test result t = 2,259 with df = 38. Based on the results, it can be concluded that jigsaw-flash model is more effective than jigsaw model. Therefore, teachers need to consider the use of jigsaw-flash learning model in learning geometry material.
