Bogor city as one of the growing city had a growth rate of motor vehicle very rapidly. For motorcycles only the level of development can reach 1000 units of motorcycles and 500 cars per week. The development of these vehicles certainly can be utilized by the Bogor city government to collect taxes to the owner and / or the ruler of the motor vehicle in order to increase sources of revenue (PAD) Bogor City. Progressive taxation of motor vehicles can also be used to inhibit the purchase of motor vehicles in the city of Bogor. Progressive taxation aims to reduce congestion caused by dense numbers of private motor vehicles. However, because many people do not fully understand the application of progressive tax, causing not a few problems occur when residents will pay motor vehicle tax they have to pay a nominal turns them more due to the number of vehicles registered in the name of the citizens despite the fact that such vehicles is no longer controlled. Identification of problems: 1) How does the implementation of a progressive tax on motor vehicle tax payers in Bogor? and How the impact on motor vehicle tax payer with the implementation of a progressive tax in Bogor? The objectives to be achieved in this thesis are: 1) To determine and analyze on the implementation of a progressive tax on taxpayers motor vehicles in the city of Bogor and 2) To determine and analyze the impact on the taxpayer of a motor vehicle with the application of progressive tax in the city of Bogor. This research was conducted using a normative juridical approach. This type of research is used in legal research is a descriptive study law. Descriptive research is research that is intended to provide data as accurately as possible about the people, the state or other symptoms. Results of the discussion that has been done, it can be concluded the application of progressive tax on taxpayers motor vehicles in the city of Bogor has an important role, in addition to functioning as a source of state revenue also has the function of distribution (equity) revenues. Impact on Taxpayers motor vehicle with the application of progressive tax in the city of Bogor impact of the application of progressive motor vehicle sales tax for automotive companies will hit the automotive sector, especially in terms of sales. As for the impact on society can be experienced personally is the saturation point when the purchasing power of the higher vehicle tax.

Motor vehicle tax is one source of revenue that provides kontirbusi important. With the entry into force of a progressive tax on motor vehicles beginning in 2012 based on Law No. 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Levies as well as the North Sulawesi Provincial Regulation No. 7 of 2011 on Local Taxes North Sulawesi province that both private vehicle ownership and tax rates set forth progressively. At the beginning of the adoption of the progressive tax, many people who feel uncomfortable and overwhelmed, perhaps this was due to lack of information regarding the application of progressive rates. The purpose of this study is how the progressive tariffs on motor vehicles based principle of taxation in the city of Manado, and determine the impact of comparing before and after imposition. The method used is descriptive analytical method, which is a research method to reveal the existing problems in office administration, data processing, analyzing, researching and interpret and make conclusions and give suggestions which are then arranged in a systematic discussion so that problems that exist in the company can be understood. From the results of the research can be seen still highly progressive taxation in accordance with "The Four Maxims" that principle of taxation proposed by Adam Smith which consists of similarity and balance (Equality), legal certainty (certainty), (c) a timely basis (convenient of payment), and (d) the principle of economies of collection. progressive taxation has other positive effects which increase the acceptance of PKB and BBNKB which automatically increases the acceptance of the PAD that most of it is the source of Local Taxes. Imposition of Tax Rate has been running as a Progressive government enforce the original purpose and is in accordance with the tax function is budgetair function.

Serang City has a symbol in which there is the Motto Serang Madani City. A word that becomes motivation from Serang city in running its government. The motto should be a mutual consensus between the people of Serang City and the city government of Serang. The motto that should have been the way of life of the people of Serang City. Implementation of the Serang City Motto is observed in depth with regard to the visible phenomenology. If the implementation is going well then it will seem the impact in daily life of the people of Serang city associated with the Motto. In his writing, Motto's implementation is reviewed in the areas of hygiene, orderliness, arrangement of street vendors, parking, terminal arrangement and public transportation. The result of this research is to see the various phenomenon that appear in the field can be concluded that the motto of Serang Madani City is not implemented in the middle of life of Serang city because of the low self awareness (self consiusnes) of Serang City to obey the regulations that have been made by the government of Serang City

Batik is one of the special attractions for the City of Surakarta, therefore the City Government of Surakarta uses it to be processed,packaged,innovated into a cultural event that is Solo Batik Carnival with a variety of unique themes that vary each year. The purpose of this research is to increase the potential of Surakarta City specifically in the field of culture through the Solo Batik Carnival. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive with the approach of data collection,observation,case studies. The result obtained are based on descriptive analysis that through the Solo Batik Carnival event can attract the attention of the people of Surakarta and outside the City of Surakarta and introduce the collection of batik in the City of Surakarta. So that people are able to appreciate it. The impact of the Solo Batik Carnival for the City of Surakarta is the potential the City of Surakarta to increase,progress and be known by the people of Surakarta and outside the City of Surakarta. In addition, the development of the Surakarta City batik model can be held in the future to become more creative and innovative.

            Motor vehicle tax is a potential tax in local revenue. Progressive tax on motor vehicles is valid from January 2012 in North Sulawesi based on the implementation of the Provincial Regulation No. 7 of 2011 on Regional Taxes. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of progressive tax on motor vehicles in North Minahasa District and to determine the inhibiting factor appear in the implementation of progressive tax implementation. The method used in this research is descriptive method that is by collecting data from the results of the research and then analyzing and drawing conclusions from the research. The results obtained that the implementation of progressive tax on motor vehicles in North Minahasa District has been implemented based on existing regulations and taxpayers also have to pay motor vehicle tax based on prevailing rates. However, there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of progressive tax, namely the factor of officers who carry out data collection because often vehicle owners are not in place, facilities and infrastructure factors because not all taxpayers can pay during SAMSAT office hours, the factor of SAMSAT are input errors vehicle owner data, and the factor of the people who are still not aware of the progressive tax rate.Keywords : Motor Vihecle Tax, Progressive Tax, Implementation

The purpose of this study was to find out, explain how the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program, as well as the factors that support and inhibit integrated community-based child protection programs. This research was conducted at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Community Based Integrated Child Protection Program (PATBM) in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City includes the integrated community-based child protection program that has been running and on target, a community-based integrated child protection program is useful and accepted in the City of Palangka Raya, during the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program there has been a decrease in the number of violence, Resources Implementation of integrated community-based child protection programs both in terms of human resources and budget is still lacking and inadequate, integrated community-based child protection program received a good response from the people of Palangka Raya City, and strategy undertaken by the Population Control and Family Planning Office, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City in implementing a community-based integrated child protection program is to carry out socialization and training activities for activists or cadres of Integrated Community Based Child Protection in the City Government Palangka Raya.

AbstractIn this paper we discuss the SKPD Filing Unit Employee Perception of the Regional Archival Information System Application (SIKEDA) and the Regional Archival Information Network (JIKEDA) in  the City Government of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the competence and optimal shield of SKPD employees in inputting files to the SIKEDA application.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was carried out in 5 SKPD Institutions in Bukittinggi, namely: (1) the Library and Archives Office of Bukittinggi City, (2) the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (3) the Youth and Sports Pariwasata Service of the City of Bukittinggi, (4) the Health Service City of Bukittinggi, (5) Social Service of the city of Bukittinggi. The object of the study was SKPD employees in five government agencies in the city of Bukittinggi. Writing this paper aims to describe (1) To describe the optimization of the use of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications by Admin node SIKEDA in supporting records management in the city administration of the City of Bukittinggi; (2) To describe the competencies possessed by HR in SKPD in utilizing information technology in the application of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications in the City Government of Bukittinggi.Data was collected by observation and direct interviews with SKPD employees in the Bukittinggi city government and literature studies in the application of electronic records in the government of the City of Bukittinggi.Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the First Employee in the SKPD in the City Government of Bukittinggi is still not optimal in inputting the archive to the sikeda Second application.iKeywords: optimization, competence, electronic archives.

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the impact and behavior of the community on post-disaster economic conditions in the city of Palu and to know the local government's public policies in handling these cases. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, literature study, and secondary data processing from various social elements. In addition, data collection was carried out by interviewing informants who felt the direct impact of the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction in Palu, Sigi and Donggala. The results showed that the post-disaster impact felt by the people of Palu City was generally in the "severe" classification. The socio-economic conditions of the people of Palu include several aspects, ranging from the geographical conditions that are in disaster-prone zones, to the extremely poor health conditions after the disaster. The conclusion of this research shows that the escalation of natural disasters in the city of Palu is considered quite large because it consists of three types of disasters, namely the Earthquake, Tsunami and Liquifation in the same time period. Palu City is the capital of the Province as well as the economic and administrative center of Central Sulawesi Province. Damage to warehousing infrastructure coupled with massive looting from unscrupulous people in logistics supply warehouses resulted in goods that were supposed to be distributed both to the city and the district finally unable to be implemented.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi dampak dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kondisi perekonomian pasca bencana di kota Palu dan mengetahui kebijakan publik pemerintah setempat dalam menangani kasus tersebut. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan  studi kasus, studi literature, dan pengolahan data sekunder dari berbagai elemen sosial. Selain itu pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawacara kepada narasumber yang merasakan dampak langsung dari bencana gempa,tsunami dan likuifaksi di Palu,Sigi dan Donggala. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dampak pasca bencana yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Kota Palu secara umum berada pada klasifikasi “berat”. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Palu meliputi beberapa aspek, mulai dari kondisi geografis yang berada pada zona rawan bencana, kondisi kesehatan sangat memprihatinkan pasca bencana. Kesimpulan penelitain ini menujukkan bahwa eskalasi bencana alam kota Palu dinilai cukup besar karena terdiri dari tiga macam bencana yaitu Gempa Bumi, Tsunami dan Liquifasi dalam kurun waktu sama. Kota Palu merupakan ibukota Provinsi sekaligus sebagai pusat ekonomi dan pemerintahan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Rusaknya infrakstruktur pergudangan ditambah dengan adanya penjarahan yang massiv dari oknum masyarakat pada gudang-gudang suplai logistik mengakibatkan barang yang semestinya didistribusikan baik ke kota ataupun ke kabupaten akhirnya tidak dapat dilaksanakan.

<p>One of the applications of e-government in Indonesia is the Assessment Information system implemented in the city of Bandung since 2014 where. This e-government innovation is technology-based which makes assessment instruments for leaders and the people of Bandung to assess the performance of the sub-district and village heads. It's just that the lack of community participation makes this application not work according to its function, with qualitative research methods and using the theory of the author's vision to see the readiness of the apparatus and society in implementing this program. This research shows that the performance of the SIP application has not provided the maximum expected output. The not optimal SIP application is due to several factors. Recently in Bangladesh, frozen and ready-to-cook food industry is growing very fast due to high demand of these products by the city dwellers. This study aims at identifying the factors influencing the consumers’ perception about the frozen and ready-to-cook food products on Bangladeshi people.A survey was conducted among 211 frozen and ready-to-cook food consumers of Dhaka city with a structured questionnaire. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Factor analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors related to the consumers’ perception about frozen and ready-to-cook food products. Regression analysis was accomplished to examine the impact of the factors on the overall consumers’ preferences of the processed frozen and ready-to-cook food products. Results show that the factors which influence the perception of the consumers about frozen and ready-to-cook food products are concerned with saving time, helpful and economic, low price, variety and good for health, brand image and quality, availability of the frozen foods, taste of the food, and attractive packaging of the food. Individual factor relationships show that the factors such as, saving time, the foods are helpful and economic, low price, variety and good for health, brand image and quality, and availability of the foods are significant and the factors such as, good taste of the food and attractive packaging of the food are not significant in the this study. This study suggests that the policymakers of the processed frozen and ready-to-cook food product manufacturers should give importance on these factors for increasing the demand of the products among the city dwellers of Bangladesh.
