Batik is one of the special attractions for the City of Surakarta, therefore the City Government of Surakarta uses it to be processed,packaged,innovated into a cultural event that is Solo Batik Carnival with a variety of unique themes that vary each year. The purpose of this research is to increase the potential of Surakarta City specifically in the field of culture through the Solo Batik Carnival. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive with the approach of data collection,observation,case studies. The result obtained are based on descriptive analysis that through the Solo Batik Carnival event can attract the attention of the people of Surakarta and outside the City of Surakarta and introduce the collection of batik in the City of Surakarta. So that people are able to appreciate it. The impact of the Solo Batik Carnival for the City of Surakarta is the potential the City of Surakarta to increase,progress and be known by the people of Surakarta and outside the City of Surakarta. In addition, the development of the Surakarta City batik model can be held in the future to become more creative and innovative.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

<h1>This research is based on the social media account of Instagram @humas_pemkomedan which contains the image of Medan City Government. The purpose of this study to determine the public perception about the image of Medan City Government through social media accounts Instagram. Theories used in this study include the theoretical description of communication, perception, society, image, social media, Instagram. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Selection of informants here is the people of Medan City who follow social media accounts Instagram @humas_pemkomedan and informants in this study following the principle of saturation where if the data needed is still less will be done addition of informants to get new information until the data obtained reach saturation point that if from the source is the same, then the data collection through the interview is stopped. Data collection   techniques  were  conducted   by  semi-structured interviews to all informants, and the results of this study showed that where the perception of the image is described into the first two aspects through Instagram profile and the second is the content of Instagram @humas_pemkomedan consisting of 6 categories of uploads are as follows: The activities of Medan city administration, news reports on work, information and appeal, congratulations, videos, figures, then Public Perceptions About Government Image Medan City Through Social Media Account Instagram is tend to be positive.</h1>

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini membahas tentang strategi kota Pekalongan dalam <em>mempromosikan city branding “World’s City of</em> <em>Batik”. </em>Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu telaah<em> </em>dokumen, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah (a) menghasilkan pemaparan tentang aset kota yang dimiliki oleh kota Pekalongan, yaitu budaya <em>(cultural)</em> yang diwakili oleh pariwisata berbasis batik dan kemudahan <em>(amenity)</em> termasuk fasilitas yang tersedia di kota Pekalongan. Aset kota ini merupakan salah satu penguat <em>branding</em> kota. (b) strategi <em>branding</em> yang dilakukan pemerintah kota meliputi strategi visual dan strategi promosi. Strategi visual yang dilakukan di antaranya penciptaan identitas visual yang merepresentasikan karakter kota Pekalongan seperti logo, <em>tagline</em>, warna dan tipografi. Identitas visual ini nantinya dikomunikasikan dalam berbagai media promosi seperi <em>merchandise,</em> spanduk, poster, leaflet, dan sebagainya. Strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota yaitu dengan mengadakan festival tahunan Pekan Batik, membuat labelisasi batik, <em>landmark</em>, zebracross batik. Selain logo <em>branding</em>, kota Pekalongan secara konsisten menggunakan motif batik khas Pekalongan, yaitu Jlamprang dalam media promosi.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This paper discusses about the strategy of Pekalongan city in promoting the city branding “World’s City of Batik”. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques namely document review, interviews and literature study. The results of this paper are (a) an explanation of the city assets owned by Pekalongan city, it is the culture represented by batik-based tourism and convenience (amenities) including available facilities in Pekalongan. This city asset is one of the city’s branding boosters. (b) the branding strategy carried out by the city government includes visual and promotion strategies. Visual strategies carried out include the creation of visual identities that represent the character of Pekalongan city such as logos, taglines, colors and typography. This visual identity will be communicated in various promotional media such as merchandise, banners, posters, leaflets, and so on. Promotional strategies carried out by the city govern-ment include an annual Batik Festival, making batik labels, landmarks, and zebra cross batik. In addition to the branding logo, Pekalongan city consistently uses typical batik motifs of Pekalongan, namely Jlamprang in promotional media.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</em></p>

COVID-19 is a pandemic disease that has infected many cities in Indonesia, the impact caused by the spread of COVID-19 involves many aspects including economic, social, cultural, tourism and many more. Based on the problems mentioned above, this article is intended to describe the impact of COVID-19 on tourism in the city of Bandung which is one of the tourism city in the province of West Java, this article is also intended to recommend what policy should be made by the government of the Bandung City to restore tourism to the condition before the COVID-19 outbreak. This study uses a model building method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results revealed that tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak in the city of Bandung, efforts to restore tourism from COVID-19 must be comprehensive and sustainable. Bandung City Government and tourism entrepreneurs are demanded to carry out communication and coordination to develop tourism recovery policy instruments which include internal recovery efforts such as disaster management, organizational capacity building and external recovery efforts such as tourism relaxation policy and tourism promotion. Tujuan ditulisnya artikel ini untuk mengidentifikasi jejak Hindu Kuno di Kawasan Menara Kudus Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah deskriptif analitik yakni cara mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa data berupa bangunan kuno berupa Menara Masjid Al-Aqsha, Makara/Kalla, dan dua gapura (kori) di Masjid al-Aqsha. Riset ini mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi data berdasarkan observasi danliteratur. Hasilnya,kondisi benda cagar budaya yang menyerupai peninggalan Hindu di Kawasan Menara Kudus(1) Menara hasil renovasi erakolonial tahun 1880, 1913, 1933, dan oleh BPCB Jawa Tengah tahun 1980, 2011, 2013, dan 2014.Kondisinya kini tidak lagi asli karya masa lalu tapi bentuknya tetap utuh, 80 persen hasil renovasi BPCB Jawa Tengah akibat Menara mengalami kerusakan diterpa hujan, cuaca/iklim/angin, dan getaran akibat pengguna jalan di depan Menara yakni mobil dan sepeda motor.Rekomendasi BPCB Jawa Tengah sejak tahun 2018 mobil umum dilarang melintas jalan di depan Menara oleh Pemda Kudus hingga kini, (2) dua gapura (kori) di serambi dan di dalam Masjid Menara Kudus kondisinya baik dan utuh, dan (3) kala/makara posisinya ada di tempat wudlu.Untuk merawat kesinambungan Kawasan Kauman Menara Kudus agar lestari, Pemda Kudus perlu mencanangkannya sebagai kota pusaka.   This article identifying the Kuno Hindu Trail in Region Kudus Minaret Central Java. This research data were descriptive analysis a by interview, participatory observation, and literature review. Data collection was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was observationand literature. Research result, condition culture reserve relic Hindu in Kudus Minaret (1) minaret, renovation colonial era in the year of 1880, 1913, 1933 and BPCB Central Java 0f 1980, 2911, 2013, and 2014. The condition is now not original after renovation although the shape is still intact. The minaret is damaged because get rained on, weather, vibration due to the car. The recomanded BPCB until 2018 the car prohibited from passing in front of minaret, (2) two gate (kori) in the masque al-Aqsha good condition and intact, (3) kala/makara in ablution place. To preserve holy government Kudus need to schedule the city heritage.

E-learning is the use of learning media using the internet, to send a series of solutions that can increase knowledge and skills in using learning methods. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the classroom application in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA NU Al Hidayah. This research also discusses the impact or factors related to the use of the classroom application. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis type with the type of research in the form of field studies at the MA NU Al Hidayah School, followed by the data collection process, this study used documentation techniques and interviews with the teachers who taught the Qur'an Hadith subjects and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The results showed that: (1) this application is very influential in online learning. (2) there are obstacles that occur in learning. The effect of this research can overcome the obstacles that occur in ongoing learning or find new innovations for the future.

The socioeconomic aspects of the community around the ecotourism site will have an impact on the existence of community-based ecotourism, as well as the existence of Tanjung Puting National Park. This research aims to analyze the impact of Tanjung Puting National Park on the socio-economic condition of the people of Kumai Hulu Village. The location of the research was chosen the location of the village closest to TNTP. A sample of 98 respondents was taken purposively sampling on the grounds of the location of the village closest to ecotourism. Research methods by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The impact of TNTP on social conditions in Kumai Hulu Village is high and for economic conditions is being seen with increasing economic opportunities such as trade, lodging and klotok transportation business. Tourism development will certainly have an impact on the conditions around tourism, both in the form of positive impacts such as improving people's living standards by creating new jobs and increasing people's incomes. The negative impact with this TNTP such as the price of basic and local goods increased and the cost of building facilities and infrastructure also increased.Aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang ada disekitar lokasi ekowisata akan berdampak terhadap keberadaan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat, begitu pun dengan adanya Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisis dampak Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Kelurahan Kumai Hulu. Penetapan lokasi penelitian dipilih lokasi kelurahan yang paling dekat dengan TNTP. Sampel responden untuk dilakukan wawancara berjumlah 98 orang yang diambil secara purposive sampling dengan alasan lokasi kelurahan yang paling dekat dengan ekowisata. Metode penelitian dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dampak adanya TNTP terhadap kondisi sosial di Kelurahan Kumai Hulu adalah tinggi dan untuk kondisi ekonomi adalah sedang hal ini terlihat dengan meningkatnya peluang ekonomi seperti perdagangan, penginapan serta usaha transportasi klotok. Pengembangan pariwisata tentu saja akan memberikan dampak terhadap kondisi sekitar pariwisata, baik berupa dampak positif seperti meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dengan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru serta meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Dampak negative dengan adanya TNTP ini seperti harga barang-barang pokok dan lokal meningkat dan biaya pembangunan sarana dan prasarana juga meningkat.

The purpose of this research is to build a collaboration between the travel business and the relevant government and the people of the City of Parepare in dealing with disasters. In addition, the parties who are members of the collaboration group carry out the stages of the safety process for tourists affected by the disaster to facilitate the handling of accident victims in the field. in the City of Parepare. Then this study, using a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews, literature study, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to establish cooperation carried out by travel business parties to related sectors in the form of collaboration and the need for a soup or guide book to be made as a way to facilitate and understand the duties of each member of the cooperation group. are required to be able to equip their employees by adding skills and training, especially those related to First Aid in Accidents (P3K) this is important for travel businesses and related agencies to avoid more serious accident victims for tourists.

This study aims to review and analyze the impact of banking digitalization to front office functions in the banking business in the city of Bogor. Data collection was carried out by gathering information from stakeholders and branch managers of the two state-owned banks in Bogor City through questionnaires and interviews with informants. The data processed in a descriptive statistics methods. The results of data collection from 2016-2018 at ABC Bank showed fairly consistent growth for transactions with m-banking and internet banking. While for XYZ Bank, transaction with m-banking increased significantly, while transactions through internet banking declined slightly, but in total both transactions increase significantly. This shows the preferences of XYZ bank customers who tend to use smartphones in banking transactions. The majority of respondents agreed that m-banking and internet banking with all the conveniences and features that are constantly being updated will be able to take over the role and duties of the front office in the future. Teller and customer service must adapt with technology and continue to develop their skill so they can compete and keep contributing in banking business.
