Divorce is an event that causes separation between father, mother and child which occurs due to various factors. Separation will bring a problem, one of which is on the development of a child. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors support broken home children being able to show positive behavior and have achievements. The method in this research is qualitative with a case study approach with a multi-case design, data collection techniques by interview and literature study. The results showed the role of interpersonal communication that goes well between parents and children can have a positive impact on children's development. In addition, the role of family communication is also very important for children's behavior and achievement. Good family communication can determine a child's behavior, how the family communicates and how to educate children will affect a child. In addition to the role of interpersonal and family communication, there are interpersonal communication factors that can influence such as openness, trust, empathy and supportive attitudes. The conclusion of this study is that good interpersonal communication and family communication can be a measure of the character development of broken home children and there are other supporting factors that can influence the success of good behavior and achievement of a broken home child.

  The role of parents is very important in building a child's personality. It becomes not easy when the role is only carried out by a single mother. This article aims to examine how the effects of interpersonal communication is done by singgle mother to change the attitudes of children. The importance of doing interpersonal communication is then seen also using nass. The study was conducted on two single mother informants and their children using interview and observation methods. One of the single mother informants became the single mother because of a divorce and the other because her husband passed away. They both chose to raise their children themselves so they had to play a dual role in the family. They become mothers as well as the breadwinners of the family. This fact raises deception, which is the act of avoiding hurting others by lying, between mother and child. The existence of interpersonal communication can then minimize the existence of deceptions in the communication process which can affect the relationship between parents and children.

ABSTRACTThe radicalism movement is currently one of the centres of attention of the Indonesian government because several incidents have repeatedly occurred in Indonesia. The radicalism movement is a concept that wish changes in society using a narrow religious understanding base which usually leads to bomb terror acts. The Central Java region is one area that is often used as the basis of radicalism movements spreading across various regions. The government cooperates with several Islamic organizations, one of which is (Nahdlatul Ulama), to take part in preventing radicalism that can threaten the integrity of the nation and state. This article aims to reveal the role of Nahdlatul Ulama's national politics in repressing the radicalism movement in Indonesia, especially in the Pati Regency area. The research method applied is qualitative with a literature study approach and through interviews. The NU Branch Leader (PCNU) made several programs to repress radicalism in the Pati Regency area, among others, by solidifying students in the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) by holding Basic Leadership Training (LDK) in collaboration with the National Military Forces (TNI) and academics. In addition, Ansor and Banser of Pati Regency were active in conducting discussions with the theme of counteracting radicalism. These activities by Nahdlatul Ulama are effective in repressing radicalism in the Pati Branch area.  Keywords: national politics; radicalism; PCNU Pati Kabupaten.ABSTRAKGerakan radikalisme pada saat ini menjadi salah satu pusat perhatian pemerintah Indonesia karena berulang kali aksi ini terjadi di Indonesia. Gerakan radikalisme merupakan paham yang menginginkan perubahan dalam masyarakat yang seringnya menggunakan dasar pemahaman agama yang sempit yang biasanya berujung pada aksi teror bom. Wilayah Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sering menjadi basis gerakan radikalisme yang tersebar di berbagai daerah. Pemerintah menggandeng beberapa ormas Islam salah satunya adalah Nahdlatul Ulama yang ikut andil dalam rangka pencegahan radikalisme yang dapat mengancam keutuhan bangsa dan negara.  Artikel ini bertujuan mengungkap peran politik kebangsaan Nahdlatul Ulama dalam membendung gerakan radikalisme di Indonesia khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur serta melalui wawancara. PCNU membuat beberapa program yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka membendung radikalisme di wilayah Kabupaten Pati antara lain dengan mensolidkan para pelajar dalam Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dengan mengadakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) yang bekerjasama dengan TNI maupun akademisi.  Selain itu Ansor dan Banser Kabupaten Pati aktif untuk melakukan diskusi dengan tema menangkal radikalisme. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut efektif dalam rangka membendung radikalisme oleh Nahdlatul Ulama di wilayah Cabang Pati.Kata kunci: politik kebangsaan; radikalisme; PCNU Kabupaten Pati.

Indonesia has the most complete types of disasters in the world such as floods, landslides, tidal waves, tornadoes, drought, forest and land fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, liquefaction and many more. Natural disasters that occur in Indonesia often just happen and it is not predictable when it will happen. This causes problems in handling natural disasters. Natural disaster management is not a matter of BNPB or BPBD, one important element is the involvement of the Indonesian National Army (TNI). One of Indonesia's regions that are vulnerable to natural disasters is Lampung Province. This research will describe how the role of the TNI in the case study in Korem 043 / Gatam in helping to overcome natural disasters in Lampung Province. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The role of the TNI in disaster management in Lampung Province is inseparable from the duties and functions of the TNI that have been mandated in Law Number 34 of 2004. Korem 043 / Gatam has taken strategic steps both from the pre-disaster, disaster response, and post-disaster phases . TNI involvement in the process of disaster management does not stand alone, but cooperates and synergizes with local governments.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran ganda perempuan yang harus pintar membagi� waktu antara keluarga dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa : 1. Gambaran umum peran ganda pada perempuan yaitu peran sebagai ibu rumah tangga. 2. Kendala yang dirasakan perempuan dalam menjalankan semua perannya berasal dari internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal yaitu lelah fisik, lelah mental. dan kendala eksternal yaitu adanya keterbatasan waktu. 3. Dampak yang terjadi dalam menjalankan peran gandanya berdampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positif nya bisa membantu perekonimian keluarga adanya kerja sama antara ibu dan anak dalam menyelesaikan tugas rumah.KATA KUNCI: kehidupan keluarga, peran ganda perempuan.��ABSTRAC: This research is motivated by the dual role of women who must be smart in dividing the time between family and work. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings of the research revealed that : 1) A general description of the dual role of women, namely the role of housewives. 2) The constrains felt by women in carrying out all their roles came from internal and external. Internal constraints namely pysical fatigue, mental fatigue. And external constraints, namely the limitation of time. 3) The impact that accurs in carrying out its dual role has a positive and negative impact the positive impact can help the family economy with cooperation between mother and child in completing homework.KEYWORDS: family life, the dual role of women.

Parenting is a process in the family, the interaction of parents and children. The family is where a child is born, the first place a child gets an education, consisting of father, mother and child. The family also became the main central place of character education formation of children. Family education is the fundamental or foundation of subsequent children's education. In the society of the nobility and in general people Sasak known to have the motto of Lomboq Mirah Sasak Adi meaning Lomboq straight meaning. Mirah is a true gem, an elegant precious metal that is very expensive. Sasak comes from sa'sa 'sa'i, sopo, seke' which means one. Adi means something that is very high value. Therefore, the true (mule jati) "straight road" is a very noble path, a very high value, as the only path to be followed by the sasak. and the road is a straight path (siratulmustakim) commanded by Allah SWT contained in the Qur'an and Al Hadith. This study aims to know how the pattern of interpersonal communication that occurs between parents and children with speech delay. While the use of this study is as a reference for parents, educators, observers and responsible of education in general in an effort to instill a good example of children and also in an effort to apply good interpersonal communication patterns between both parties. The data collection methods are in-depth interviews and observations. In the process of improving interpersonal communication patterns in parents and children found some obstacles both in the elderly and early age children. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in establishing interpersonal communication patterns of early childhood greatly affect the behavior of young children. Therefore parents should be able to apply good interpersonal communication patterns to early childhood with speech delay and maintain an intense relationship to reduce the impact of speech delay from internal and external influences.

This study discusses the role of Puskesmas medical professionals as communicators in implementation of Indonesia Sehat program with a family approach. Indonesia Sehat program is one of the government programs to improve quality of life of Indonesian people, which is part of the 5th agenda of the Nawa Cita program. In implementing the program, good communication skills of Puskesmas medical professionals is needed to explain the health status and nutritional status of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this study was to find the important role of communication skills for Puskesmas medical professionals and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in the family approach undertaken by Puskesmas medical professionals. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study show that Puskesmas medical professionals should not treat their patients as clients in business matters, they must treat them with empathy and compassion by conducting good and effective communication for better health. Keywords: Communicator; family approach; Indonesia sehat; Puskesmas medical professionals.

Christian Faith Resilience Amidst the Era of Disruption. The current era of disruption which is marked by the birth of various innovations and new technologies cannot be avoided by all people, organizations and churches. The era of disruption will affect the Christian faith, so that the attitudes, policies and culture adopted by believers who are Christian to the influence caused by this era of disruption will greatly determine the continuity of their Christian faith, whether it will continue to grow or will die completely. With a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, the author proposes a conceptual frame of the role of the challenge of Christian faith in the era of disruption. The main source of analysis includes research results contained in journals and books, which are analyzed by looking at the relationship and compatibility with the title of the writing. The results of this study on the era of disruption and dimensions of Christian faith are then used to formulate the concept of resilience of the Christian faith in the era of disruption. There are eight main attitudes that must be developed in order to maintain Christian faith in this era of disruption.       Abstrak: Ketahanan Iman Kristen Di Tengah Era Disrupsi. Era disrupsi yang berlangsung saat ini yang ditandai dengan lahirnya berbagai inovasi dan teknologi baru tidak dapat dihindari oleh semua orang, organisasi dan gereja. Era disruspsi akan berpengaruh kepada iman Kristen, sehingga sikap, kebijakan serta budaya yang diambil oleh orang percaya yang ber-iman Kristen terhadap pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh era disrupsi ini sangat menentukan keberlangsungan iman Kristen-nya apakah akan kokoh terus berkembang atau akan mati total. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur penulis mengemukakan sebuah bingkai konsep peran tantangan iman Kristen pada era disrupsi. Adapun sumber utama dari analisis meliputi hasil penelitian yang terdapat pada jurnal dan buku, yang dianalisis dengan cara mencermati hubungan dan kecocokan  dengan judul penulisan. Hasil kajian tentang era disrupsi dan dimensi-dimensi iman Kristen ini selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun konsep ketahanan iman Kristen pada era disrupsi. Terdapat delapan sikap utama yang harus dikembangkan guna mempertahankan iman Kristen di era disrupsi ini

The dynamics of tourism as an economic driver will greatly affect the environment in tourism development in Bintan Regency. One of the influencing environment is the internal condition in tourism management which is the reason for the need to map the problem. This paper focuses on environmental studies of the community, private sector, local government in the internal tourism of Bintan Regency in 2019. The research uses a literature study using secondary data which is analyzed in depth. The results showed that the internal analysis of tourism which includes 3 main components of tourism development, namely sustainable improvement of the tourism industry, improving institutional quality both in vertical agencies and the role of local communities which is very important in developing tourism in Bintan Regency. With the existence of three main components in the analysis of the internal environment for tourism in Bintan Regency, it is hoped that it can have a positive impact in a sustainable manner.

Abstract: The article with the title 'The Role of Parents' Families To Toddlers in Forming Character (Study of Beginner Parents),' aims to 1) Analyze the patterns of communication that parents make to their children, 2) Analyze the use of verbal and nonverbal communication by parents to toddlers. 3) looking for communication models carried out by parents to toddlers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach to in-depth interviews with toddler parents. Conclusion Parent to child communication patterns are influenced by protective patterns with pluralistic patterns as well as the combination of protective patterns with consensual patterns. Parental verbal communication to children in parenting uses words that are easily understood by children, gentle, firm. nonverbal communication of parents to children hugging children when invited to other family homes, invited to go to a place of recreation. Model of family communication from parents between father and mother there are differences in the family communication model of family communication conducted by fathers using protective and laizzer-fair patterns, while the family communication model conducted by mothers uses modification or combination. Keywords: Family role; interpersonal communication.   Abstrak: Artikel dengan judul ‘Peran Keluarga Orang Tua Kepada Anak Balita Dalam Membentuk Karakter (Studi Pada Orang Tua Pemula),’ ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis Pola komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua kepada anak, 2) Menganalisis penggunaan komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal yang dilakukan orang tua kepada anaka balita. 3) mencari model komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada balita. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam kepada orang tua balita. Kesimpulan Pola komunikasi orangtua kepada anak a dipengaruhi oleh pola protektif dengan pola pluralistik juga  gabungan  pola  protektif  dengan pola konsensual, Komunikasi verbal orangtua kepada anak pada pola pengasuhan menggunakan kata yang mudah difahami anak, lemah lembut, tegas. komunikasi nonverbal orangtua  kepada  anak memeluk anak saat diajak kerumah keluarga lain, diajak jalan ketempat rekreasi. Model komunikasi keluarga dari orangtua antara ayah dan ibu terdapat perbedaan dalam model komunikasi keluarga komunikasi keluarga yang dilakukan oleh ayah lebih mengunakan pola protektif dan laizzer-fair, sedangkan model komunikasi keluarga yang dilakukan oleh ibu lebih mengunakan modifikasi atau gabungan. Kata kunci: Peran keluarga; komunikasi interpersonal.
