One of the provisions of parents to stimulate aspects of moral religious behavior in early childhood at home is by attending religious activities held in schools and places of worship. The study involved 26 children aged 4-6 years from working mothers. With a quantitative descriptive research approach the type of correlation is from mothers who have careers and participate in religious activities or not. This study looked at whether there were differences in moral religious behavior of children from both parents' backgrounds. The results showed that there were differences in the moral behavior of children's religion seen from the results of the Mann Whitney t test obtained by the results of sig. equal to 0,000 or <probability value that is 0.05. The effect of caregiving is proven on the behavior of children of mothers who attend religious activities that are more controlled than children of mothers who do not attend religious activities. Children tend not to be temperament, able to resist emotions, help each other, easily forgive and get used to pray before and after doing activities. This finding proves that nurturing the role of mother in the home environment is very influential despite being busy with her work

This research aims to describe the creativity of early childhood through learning capillarity towards plant growth in group B TK PKK Tunas Bangsa, Soko, Tuban. This Research using quantitative descriptive research methods with the type of experimental research. The design of this study is Pre-Experimental Designs using One-Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Designs. Based on the results of the analysis of the research data it can be concluded that the results of the pretest and posttest are normalized gain tests to determine an increase in children's creativity before and after learning. The result, an increase in children's creativity in capillary learning on plant growth with n-gain of 0.4 with moderate criteria.

Globalization has resulted in a shift in human morals, marked by the many cases of moral deviations that are rife in various parts of Indonesia so that the application of spiritual attitudes has not been maximized. The attitude of dishonesty is shown by the number of students who cheat on the test, and the attitude of indiscipline is shown by the number of students who are late so that the application of social attitudes does not seem to be visible. The role of PAI teachers is considered quite important for the development of these two attitudes. At SMPN 1 Darussalam, PAI teachers have played a role in fostering spiritual and social attitudes. Big. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed the role of PAI teachers in fostering spiritual attitudes by praying before and after lessons, praying in congregation, doing charity activities every Friday, and religious activities. The role of PAI teachers in fostering social attitudes is carried out through social service activities, visiting the Disabled Foundation and nursing homes, getting used to the 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), reporting to the teacher what items are found, punishing students who are late. Factors supporting the role of Islamic Education teachers in fostering spiritual and social attitudes are seen from adequate school facilities in the form of female/male prayer rooms, learning media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of adequate facilities, especially LCDs, the lack of interest in teachers and knowledge, and the lack of interest in students to improve themselves.

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda (State Vocational High school 1 of Samarinda) is a general school that the principal still wants to build the Islamic character values through the 3S culture (Smile, Respect, and Greet), the culture of reading the holy Qur’an, praying together, the culture of discipline and honesty, and ethics in clothing. This research aims to find out the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. The approach used was qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test used source and method triangulation analyzed with member check. The data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation and concluding. The result of the research is that religious activities developed by the principal are such as the culture of 3S, reading Qur’an, praying before and after learning, praying together at the school mosque, the culture of honesty, discipline and ethics in clothing. The strategies of the principal in creating the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda were through planning, modelling, habituation, participation, evaluation, coordination, and motivation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. This research is an evaluation of the implementation of the PRO WOMEN Program carried out on Lombok Island, NTB, one of series of community empowerment programs carried out by Yayasan Rumah Energi (YRE). The study considers the effect of increasing business capacity on the role of decision making in participating families and communities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, structured and unstructured interviews. The results of the study indicate that there was an increase in business capacity in pro-women program participants that affected their decision-making roles in the family and community. The results of this study will be put forward with a recommendation for the development of Human Resources in NTB Province and Lombok Island in particular. Background: Breast milk is the complete nutrition for the babies during first 6 months of life. It is very important to feed the baby with breast milk during that crucial period of growth. Unavailability of breast milk can put the baby in life threatening conditions. In order to resolve the problem and to improve the mortality rate of neonates, nurses should have up to date information regarding the breast milk and its storage. Aim of this study was to assess the knowledge of nurses regarding importance of human milk and milk banking.Methods: Quantitative, descriptive research approach was used to assess the knowledge of 150 purposively selected nurses working in obstetric, gynae and pediatric wards in selected hospitals of Punjab by using socio-demographic sheet and self-structured questionnaire. Both descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for the analysis of data.Results: Study findings revealed that majority of nurses 66% have adequate knowledge regarding importance of human milk and milk banking. Knowledge of nurses regarding importance of human milk and milk banking is significantly associated with working department.Conclusions: Study concluded that knowledge of nurses regarding importance of human milk and milk banking is satisfactory. But for the further improvement in knowledge of nurse’s in-service programs should be provided to them after regular intervals of time. So that they perform their work efficiently.

The problem in this study is the low exemplary parents in early childhood education with moral intelligence in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi.. The purpose of this study in order to illustrate exemplary parents, describe exemplary moral intelligence of children and parents in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang. By using the descriptive research methodology. The population in this study is local parents B1 and B2 which totaled 50 people. The samples in this study were randomly drawn as many as 30 people. echnique data collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage calculations. The results showed that the exemplary parents still low, the moral intelligence of children are still low and there is a significant relationship between parents' example with moral intelligence of children in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang

Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies, because the selection of suppliers is very influential on the quality of a product. One way to choose the right supplier for the company can be done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Analytical Hierrarchy Process method is a decision-making method developed to give priority to several alternatives when several criteria must be considered. Some things to consider in choosing suppliers such as: shipping, quality, service, past performance, payment. This research was conducted at one of Muhammadiyah's charitable businesses, namely at the Muhammadiyah Hospital or Clinic. This study aims to find out the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. With the use of samples from this study is the decision making in the purchase of drugs and medical devices Clinic or Muhammadiyah Hospital. The results of the data analysis concluded that the indicators of quality, acceleration of service, credibility of suppliers are bets in determining the best suppliers for the procurement of drugs and medical devices clinics or hospitals Muhammadiyah. Whereas from the overall simulation results Supplier Q is considered as the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital, because overall of all criteria Supplier Q has the highest value compared to other suppliers.

This research is motivated by the role of Pendidikan Kesetaraan Kejar Paket (A, B, and C) in completing the 9-year compulsory education. However, in the implementation of the Kejar Paket there are still many problems faced. The research objective was to describe the difficulty of implementing Kejar Paket in North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and South Sumatra. Expost facto descriptive research type. The population of the study was that all subjects involved in the Kejar Paket were study residents, tutors, managers in three research locations. Samples were taken purposively for each study location. Data collection techniques are interviews, and the tools are interview guidelines. Data is processed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The research findings illustrate the low interest in learning as seen in the presence of learning citizens. Some tutors are recruited from Strata I and graduated from high school, so the learning approach is felt to be incompatible with learning in education outside school. Facilities and infrastructure used to use what is available at the venue for the activities. Some managers have not been so serious in managing learning activities. Learning materials for learning citizens are often too late for the study schedule, so tutors find it difficult to provide material to the learning community. Funding for learning activities is felt to be lacking. The standard of assessment to the learning community is felt to be very high, while the material provided has not supported the achievement of the expected results.
