The research aims to describe and describe empirically about the influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on the Performance of the Employees of the Office of Community Empowerment and Village Village of Sungai Penuh. This research is a quantitative research with correlational research type or that can be called research associational research. Correlational research is a type of study that looks at the relationship between one variable with one or several other variables (A.Muri 2015: 64). In this study, the researcher wanted to see the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Community Empowerment and Village Office of Sungai Penuh. Population in this research is all Civil Servant at Department of Community Empowerment and Village of Sungai Penuh as many as 39 people. The sample in this research is 39 respondents. The research variables consisted of independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Leadership Style, and the dependent variable ie Performance Employee of Community Empowerment Department and Village of Sungai Penuh Village. Instrument in this research is sheet of Questionnaire (questionnaire). The data collected were analyzed using several statistical techniques through the utilization of SPSS Program, such as descriptive analysis and classical assumption test ie normality test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression equation. Based on the data analysis, the results of this study proves the influence between organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Community Empowerment and Village of Sungai Penuh. The conclusion of this research result is organizational culture and leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Community Empowerment Department and Village of Sungai Penuh.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Big Five Personality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research uses a quantitative research method with a correlational research type. The population in this research were 90 civil servants working at X Agency. Big Five Personality in this study was measured by the Big Five Inventory (BFI) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was measured by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (OCBS). Data analyzed by the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of this study showed that there is positive and significant correlation between agreeableness with OCB, there is positive and significant correlation between conscientiousness with OCB, there is positive and significant correlation between openness to experience with OCB, whereas neuroticism showed negative and significant correlation with OCB, but extraversion did not show significant correlation with OCB. The implication of this study is that organization can choose between training its employees to suit with the organizational culture or developing people management that suits with the character of its employees.

Background: Nurses in charge of the Emergency Room are required to have more ability than nurses serving patients in other units. Emergency Room is an initial service in a hospital. One's leadership style will greatly affect the effectiveness of a leader. The selection of the right leadership style can lead to the achievement of individual or organizational goals. Objective: To know the various leadership style used by the head of room in improving the performance of nurses of Emergency Room RSUD in in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Method: This research includes quantitative research type, using cross sectional approach. The population of this study was the head of the treatment room. Secondary data of nurse's performance is taken from nursing care which is written in medical record file of Emergency Room of RSUD in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Results: The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD A in the good category was 100%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD B in the enough category was 45%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room C in good category was 80%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD D in good category was 55%. The performance of nurses at RSUD E in the good category was 95%. The result of cross tabulation between leadership style and nurse performance of RSUD in the whole DIY with good performance is leader who use democratic leadership style equal to 35%. Conclusion: Most of the nurse's good performance in Emergency Room is followed by democratic leadership style of head of space.  Keyword: leadership style, head of space, performance of nurses

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

<p>This study aimed to examine the alleged causality between the dependent and independent variables. This study is a descriptive research using survey method. Datan collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis to test the hypothesis. Engineering analysis will be determined by SPSS data analysis program. The result of the study were; 1) Leadership style has a significant relationship with the performance of officials local government in Gorontalo city. It is seen in the calculation of the product r correlation counted is 0.811 at the significance level (0.05), r table at 0,239 then count r &gt; r of the table so that we can conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on arithmetic interval coefficient criteria r is 0.811, which means relatively strong relationship with the leadership style of performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo relatively strong. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t count&gt; t table with the sense of the hypothesis is accepted which stated the existence of a significant relationship. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant relationship performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo, it can be seen that the calculation of the product correlation r counted is 0.922 at the significance level (0.05)r price table is 0.098 then the count r &gt; r table. It conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on interval arithmetic coefficient criteria r is 0.922, which means has relatively strong relationship with the organizational culture apparatus as very strong performance. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t &gt; t table. It means the hypothesis is accepted which states the existence of a very significant. 3) Relationship between Leadership Style and organizational culture have significant performance relationship in local government of Gorontalo apparatus city. It is seen in the strength of mastery skills and cultural organization along with the performance of the apparatus, comparing the r counting with r table it is known that 0.811 &gt; 0.239, the correlation both have strong significant relationship.</p>

This study aims to study educational background, teaching experience, training (education and training), and facilities on the motivation teachers, to find out their educational background, teaching experience, training (training), facilities and infrastructure, motivation of teachers towards the professionalism of teachers and to understand the educational background, teaching experience, training (training), and infrastructure for teacher professionalism through social science teachers in the Municipality of Parepare.This research is quantitative research, a type of correlational research. The data obtained were analyzed by two types of statistics, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics: Data Normality Test and Hypothesis Test.The results showed that: (i) there was a direct significant influence, teaching experience, training (training), and infrastructure directly related to the motivation of teachers Parepare City, (ii) educational background, teaching experience, training, facilities and infrastructure, and direct teacher motivation on the professionalism of teachers in Parepare City, (iii) educational background, teaching experience, training (training), and indirect infrastructure facilities for teacher professionalism through social science teachers in Parepare City

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

Abstract- The research objectives were to determine: 1) The description of performance, organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation of Indonesian National Police members at the Traffic Directorate of East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police; 2) The influence of organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation on the performance of Police members at the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The study was conducted on all members of the East Nusa Tenggara Police Traffic Directorate with 145 respondents. The data collected were analyzed descriptively based on the results of processed data using the method of Structural Equation Model. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the achievement of the indicators for each variable is as follows: Performance = 67.68 (Good Enough), Organizational Culture = 68.84 (Good), Competence = 67.93 (Good Enough), Education and Training = 67.45 (Good Enough), and Work Motivation = 68.55 (Good). Furthermore, the results of SEM analysis showed that Organizational Culture, Education and Training, Competence and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the investigated Police Members. This research is still limited to the 4 variables used so that testing is needed on other variables such as; leadership style, compensation, work atmosphere, work facilities and others with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

Pesta Sekolah are events in social community in Manggarai when the community member wants to continue their studies but are constrained by costs. Pesta Sekolah is a form of social support in the Manggarai community which is reflected in the form of caring and assistance both morally and materially to fellow members. There are Manggarai students who continue their studies at tertiary institutions who have outstanding achievements, however not frequently there are students who do not complete their studies. This study aims to analyze the relationship of social support in the form of a school party with achievement motivation in Manggarai students in Kupang City. The research type is quantitative research. The population is taken based on criteria while sampling uses a total sampling of 71 students from three Manggarai regional organizations in Kupang City. Analysis using Product Moment Pearson Correlation shows that there is a significant relationship between social support in the form of Pesta Sekolah and achievement motivation (r= 0.680; ƿ <0.05).

AbstractThis research aims to explain the correlation of  learning motivation with the students’ learning outcome of the dance art in class X MAN 3 Padang. The problem of research was the difference of students’motivation in the class X MAN 3 Padang which were influenced by the teacher, materials, methods, media, and evaluation of the lesson. This research was quantitative research with correlational  methods. Correlational  research is a study tha measures the relationship between X dan Y variables. The research samples were 25 students of the class X-1 MAN 3 Padang. The instruments of the research were a questionnaire and a testof learning outcomes. The data were collected through interviews and observation as secondary data collection techniques. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes at the dance subject at the MAN 3 Padang. It was proven by rxy value =0.759 which was higher than the rtable. 0.459. Thus,it has shown that the correlation between the two variables was significant. By proving this hypothesis, the learning motivation was demonstrated by attention, understanding diligence and confidence. The students’ learning outcome is improved when they are highly motivated to learn.Keyword: motivation, student learning results, dance lessons
