ABSTRACTLecturers are the basic foundation for delivering knowledge and knowledge at the university level. Lecturers face various college tridharma tasks that have the potential to create work stress. This study analyzes the relationship between work stress and lecturer performance. It is important to understand and cultivate work stress because of its impact on mental as well as individual physical health. The subject of this research is 49 lecturers in 49 universities in the scope of Kopertis Region VII. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data analysis technique using Rank Spearman correlation test. The result of research mentioned that the variable of work stress and lecturer's performance have the opposite or negative and strong enough relationship.Keywords: job stress, lecturer performanceABSTRAKDosen adalah pondasi dasar untuk menyampaikan ilmu dan pengetahuan di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Dosen menghadapi berbagai tugas tridarma perguruan tinggi yang memiliki potensi untuk memunculkan stres kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan stres kerja dan kinerja dosen. Hal yang penting untuk mengerti dan mengolah stres kerja karena dampaknya terhadap mental dan juga kesehatan fisik individu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 49 dosen di 49 perguruan tinggi di lingkup Kopertis Wilayah VII. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidential sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan kinerja dosen memiliki hubungan yang berlawanan atau negatif dan cukup kuat.Kata – kata kunci : stres kerja, kinerja dosen

This study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' job stress and perceptions of caring behavior. The method in this study used a correlation analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The analysis results using the Spearman correlation test obtained the calculated r-value of 0.876 and a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 (<0.05). In conclusion, nurses' work stress has a significant relationship with the perception of caring behavior at RSI Sakinah Mojokerto.   Keywords: Nurse, Perceptions of Caring Behavior, Stress

Job stress is a physical and emotional disturbance as a result of a mismatch between capability, resources or the needs of workers coming from the worker's environment. Job stress is one of the most important issues discussed in the world of health, as some studies found its impacts on workers and productivity. To reduce the incidence of this work stress one of the Health Safety Environment (HSE) program was created. One of the Health Safety Environment (HSE) program which applied by Sakinah Supermarket is Islamic job music. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Islamic music work with the incidence of job stress at Sakinah Supermarket. Quantitative research approach with cross sectional research design. The population in this research consist 68 workers, where research sample counted 40 workers. The variables studied were acceptance of Islamic music work and stressful work events. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire modification of the NIOSH Job Generic Stress Questionnaire. To test the relationship between variables Spearman correlation test used. The result of the research shows that workers' acceptance on Islamic music work in the high category (52.5%) is very high (45%) and the incidence of work stress does not exist where majority of respondents are in light work stress category (72.5%). Based on the Spearman correlation test the relationship between the two significant variables.Keywords: HSE program, islamic job music, job stress

This study aims to examine the relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking among college students. This research used correlational quantitative methods. Participants in this research was 64 students, which was taken by purposive sampling technique, with inclusive criteria: like to do selfie and in the last month post the selfie photos to social media as much as 4-6 times. Data were collected using the Loneliness Scale from UCLA Version 3 and selfie-liking measured by Selfie-Liking Scale.  The correlation was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and self-liking (r=.297; p=.009) which means the higher loneliness, the higher selfie-liking.

Drug use in our society seems to be a growing concern. Hence the concern of the ES/CICAD and CAMH to sponsor Multicentric Research projects for which this is one. This study therefore sought to determine gender differences for peer influence on drug use among students from one university in Guyana. A survey was applied to 263 university students selected by a purposive sampling. Mean, percentage, cross-tab, t- test and Spearman correlation were used for data analysis. Drug use by male and female participants was minimal. Gender was not significantly different in the level of peer influence. But it was significantly different in the use of illicit drug and in its association with the relationship between peer influence and drug use. The result of this study had curriculum implications. Based on the sampling technique, it was recommended that a similar study be carried out in a wider community outside of the university.

Today stress has become a very important management issue in the industrial world. Nearly everyone experiences stress with respect to work. No matter how small the work stress that emerges must be addressed so as not to enlarge which ultimately can harm the organization and employees. One source of work stress is the noise that is not desired by the ear because it can be annoying and irritating. But the noise can be responded differently by each individual according to their adaptability. If the individual is less able to adapt to the noise then he will tend to experience stress.This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to adapt to noise with employee work stress. This research was designed using a quantitative and correlational approach. Population of this research is employees of production of PT. Hendratna Plywood totaling 357 people. In sampling, the researcher used Random Sampling Technique by taking 60 employees. In this study the researchers used pure try out. The result of try out scale of ability of adaptation to noise obtained 23 valid items from 30 items presented. While on work stress scale obtained 55 valid items from 72 items.The results showed that 32 subjects (53.3%) experienced high work stress and 28 subjects (46.6%) experienced low work stress. It also found that 37 subjects (61.6%) had good adaptability to noise and 23 subjects (38.3%) had poor adaptability to noise. The result of data analysis is known that there is a significant negative relationship between the ability of adaptation to noise with employee work stress shown by correlation coefficient r = - 0,359 and p = 0,005. This means that if employees have good adaptability to noise then low job stress, otherwise if employees have poor adaptability to noise then high job stress. From this it can be seen that the ability of adaptation to noise gives effective contribution of 12,88% (r² = 0,1288) to work stress, while the rest 87,12% influenced by other factor.

The maternal age on pregnancy with stunting among children of age 24 to 59 monthsBackground: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in a height that is shorter than the standard age (stunted). Many factors influence the incidence of stunted, including maternal, child, and social, economic and environmental factors. The mother factor that must be considered is the age during pregnancy. Age of mothers <20 years and> 35 years has a risk of stunted.Purpose: To determine the relationship between the maternal age on pregnancy with stunting among children of age 24 to 59 months in the work area health center (Puskesmas) Citeras.Methods: Descriptive correlational with a retrospective method. The population of this study were mothers who had children aged 24-59 months who had stunted in Cibunar and Kutanagara Villages. The sample was 76 respondents with total sampling technique. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire from SDKI and microtoise. Data analysis used bivariate with spearman correlation test. The study was conducted in May 2019 with ethical permits number 511 / UN6.KEP / EC / 2019.Results: The maternal age at risk in Cibunar and Kutanagara Villages is 64.5% with stunted children. By using Spearman correlation, the value is 0.001 at 1% significance level.Conclusion: There is a correlation between maternal age with stunted among children 24-59 months in the work are of Puskesmas Citeras.Keywords: Maternal age on Pregnancy;  Stunting; Children of age 24 To 59 MonthsPendahuluan: Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kurang asupan gizi dalam waktu cukup lama sehingga berakibat pada tinggi badan yang lebih pendek dari standar usianya (stunted). Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunted, diantaranya faktor ibu, anak, serta sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Faktor ibu yang harus diperhatikan adalah usia saat hamil. Usia ibu yang < 20 tahun dan > 35 tahun memiliki risiko terhadap kejadian stunted.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan usia ibu saat hamil dengan stunted pada balita 24-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Citeras.Metode: Menggunakan deskriptif korelasional dengan metode retrospektif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu ibu yang memiliki balita usia 24-59 bulan yang mengalami stunted di Desa Cibunar dan Kutanagara. Sampel 76 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini kuesioner dari SDKI dan microtoise. Analisis data menggunakan bivariat yaitu uji korelasi spearman. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Mei 2019 dengan perizinan etik nomor 511/UN6.KEP/EC/2019.Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa usia ibu saat hamil yang berisiko di Desa Cibunar dan Desa Kutanagara sebanyak 64,5% yang memiliki balita stunted. Nilai korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,001 pada taraf signifikansi 1%.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara usia ibu saat hamil dengan stunted pada balita 24-59 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskemas Citeras.

This research aimed to examine the meanings attributed to the concept of studying in line with the opinions of university students. As one of the qualitative research methods, phenomenology design was used. Convenience sampling technique was used to determine the study group. 353 senior university students, studying at Inonu University in the 2020-2021 academic year, were included in the study. Data were obtained with a form containing an explanation about the research and metaphor that was sent to the students electronically. The content analysis technique was used in the deciphering of the data obtained in the study. Results showed that the university students produced 191 different metaphors about the concept of lesson studying. When the metaphors created by university students were categorized thematically, 14 different categories were identified. In terms of frequency, metaphor concepts are grouped under categories such as being painful, enlightening the future, being a basic need, being dependent on labor, being instructive, addictive, obtaining a product, being a task, entertaining, being the key to success, being comforting, beneficial, being continuous and valuable. It was found that almost twenty-five percent of university students perceive studying as torment and torture. At the end of the research, suggestions were made on the subject in line with the findings.

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. International Total Service & Logistics. The International Total Service & Logistics company is a shipping agency company engaged in logistics. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents (through Google Form media). This study uses a non-probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, path analysis test, hypothesis testing which is processed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. In this study, the results showed that work stress had no significant effect on performance. employees, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menngetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. International Total Service & Logistics. Perusahaan International Total Service & Logistics merupakan perusahan agensi pelayaran yang bergerak dibidang logistik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 80 responden melalui media Google Form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji analisis jalur, uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Pada penelitian ini, didapat hasil yang menunjukan bahwa stres kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of role ambiguity, role conflict, external locus of control, and neuroticism on job stress. The research methodology used for this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 people with 120 people who became respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was a random sampling technique. The software used to analyze the data is SPSS 18. The results showed that role ambiguity, role conflict, external locus of control, and neuroticism had an effect on job stress. The implications in this study indicate that job stress is influenced by stressors from organizations and individuals, so that every organization and individual is expected to be able to control work stress.

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the level of stress experienced by nurses working in the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang. (2) To determine the selection of coping strategies do nurses in Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang. (3) To determine the relationship between job stress and coping strategies in the selection of nurses at the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang .The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using two variables , independent variable (X) is the stress of work and the dependent variable (Y) is a coping strategy. In this study, samples taken amounted to 75 nurses. The scale used is the Likert scale and the sampling technique used for this study is the random technique. The calculation used is the product moment correlation with aided by the software SPSS 16.0 for Windows.The results of this study, the stress experienced by nurses working in the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang is 8 nurses (10.67%) had a high impact job stress, 44 nurses (58.67%) experienced moderate the impact of work stress, and 23 nurses (30.67%) had a low impact work stress. While the number of nurses who choose coping strategies were 37 nurses choose to use Focus Problems Coping and 38 other nurses pick Emotion Coping Focus . Based on the results it can be seen that the stress of work looks towards a positive correlation with problem focused coping. This is indicated by the number rxy = 0.095 and p = 0.418. It can be concluded despite job stress has no association with problem focused coping. While the results of the data shown job stress has a negative correlation with emotion focused towards coping. This is indicated by the number rxy = -0.186 and p = 0.110. It can be concluded despite job stress has no association with emotion focused coping.
