This study aims to explain the management functions of educational programs on TVRI Riau & Riau Islands Station. This type of research is qualitative research. The data type of this research is using primary data. Research data was obtained from the head of the program and business development section, head of the program subsection, and all staff of TVRI Riau & Riau Islands. The instrument of this research is the researchers themselves by applying interview guides, observation checklists, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are field analysis and results analysis, process results by (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the management of education programs at Tvri Riau & Riau Islands stations have met television management standards, starting from complete facilities, adequate human resources despite the limited number of human resources, having a structured organizational structure.

This research aims to find out the management of public services and how to improve public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation of public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Data analysis techniques are performed with data reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this research, data validity check techniques using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that: (1) public service management ranging from planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation is still fully not running smoothly. Public services provided have been very maximal, although, in its implementation, there are still perceived shortcomings ranging from lack of reading collection materials, inadequate infrastructure, minimal funds, and the need for building procurement to support the implementation of existing services so that services to the community are still felt less; (2) Efforts of NTB Provincial Library and Archival Office to improve and improve public services conducted by always improving human resources and improving infrastructure facilities to support the implementation of public services.

In order to achieve a common goal in a society, sometimes the exchange of messages can be biased, therefore it is important how the communication patterns in giving a support to the elopement, so that problems do not arise in the future. Therefore, the writer wants to see and know the communication patterns that take place in the granting of sanctions to the elopement in BatuEjung village. This type of research is qualitative research, data sources in this study were taken from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques were carried out by interview observation and documentation. Analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions / verification. The results of studies of various types of communication patterns, ranging from primary communication patterns, secondary communication patterns, linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns, the most suitable and approaching in sanctioning elopement actors are primary communication patterns because they include which elements in the pattern This is divided into two symbols, verbal symbols and nonverbal symbols. In verbal or language symbols, it can be seen how dialogue patterns that occur between indigenous people and the host convey the problem directly, in a nonverbal pattern the process of communicating thoughts by the communicator to the communicant using a symbol, known as "tepunjung" both yellow arbor and white arbor, and payment of a fine in cash. This study aims to determine the implementation of E-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the City of Makassar Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification of data that are qualitative in nature, to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were five indicators: (1) BLPBJ Makassar City human resources suppressed the readiness of character qualities that are continuing; (2) Online communication provides accessibility and flexibility; (3) The objective of going hand in hand is between Tender and Non-Tender for the Makassar City DPRD game; (4) The environment supports the Makassar City LPSE in terms of politics and economics and not the general public; (5) Compliance of the implementor on the condition of direct appointment to the deposited contractor requires that the compliance of the implementor in handling Direct Procurement (PL) has not been maximized.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

<p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> </em><em>The phenomenon of fraud occurring in the management of educational funds became one of the ideas of the emergence of this study, in particular linked to university funds</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this research is</em><em> to describe fraudulent actions that can occur in student organizations. This research is also conducted to see the potential of whistleblowing for fraud prevention and whistleblowing model that can be applied to student organizations. This is a research in the form of descriptive qualitative which exposure of real conditions that occur in the object of research</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>This research data is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with members of Student Affairs Faculty of Economics and Business Faculty of </em><em>“X”</em><em> University and with field observation. Analytical techniques used through three concurrent activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate the fraudulent actions that can occur in student organizations related to the misuse of assets and manipulation of reports made by student organizations. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mendeskripsikan tindakan – tindakan kecurangan yang dapat terjadi dalam organisasi mahasiswa serta melihat potensi <em>whistleblowing </em>sebagai sarana pencegahan kecurangan, serta model <em>whistleblowing </em>yang dapat diterapkan pada organisasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang berupa pemaparan kondisi nyata yang terjadi di objek penelitian. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan anggota Lembaga Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas X, ditambah dengan hasil observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui tiga alur kegiatan yang dilakukan bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tindakan-tindakan kecurangan dalam pengelolaan dana kemahasiswaan yang terjadi di organisasi mahasiswa. Kecurangan ini tergolong dalam penyalahgunaan aset dan manipulasi laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh organisasi mahasiswa. Selain itu, terdapat potensi terjadinya <em>whistleblowing </em>di organisasi mahasiswa yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pencegahan tindakan kecurangan, karena pada dasarnya kecurangan akan menyebabkan kerugian organisasi. Abstract.This research is motivated by the poor management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods due to the frequent situation of urgent goods but the user rarely directly engages in receiving goods, is not right in planning procurement of goods, organizational structure is not lived properly, and lack of communication in ordering goods. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the role of local political parties and their obstacles in supporting candidates for Regent/Deputy Regent of North Aceh. Descriptive qualitative research was employed in obtaining the data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are taken through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding (verification). The results reveal that one of the local political parties (Aceh Party) has provided support to the Regent/Deputy Regent candidate H. Muhammad Thaib/Fauzi Yusuf through political participation as a medium for conveying political aspirations between voters and the elected Regent/Deputy Regent candidate, with won victory in the election in 2017. The conclusion is that 3 local political parties (PA, PNA, and PDA) have provided support to four candidate pairs for Regent of North Aceh through political participation as a forum for aspiration and in the form of a successful team. Even though this support has been given, the role of local political parties has not been realized effectively, because there are still obstacles, so that it requires various improvements. The obstacles are low human resources and differences in perceptions resulting in internal conflict with local parties.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.
