Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Bidang Pariwisata di Desa Cadas Ngampar Sentul

ABSTRAK Penerapan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) oleh pemerintah Indonesia berdampak besar terhadap penurunan kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat.Hal tersebut memberikan pengaruh kepada sejumlah pengusaha terpaksa membuat keputusan dengan menutup usahanya dan sebagian karyawannya dirumahkan atau melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja karena beban operasional yang tetap berjalan, seperti biaya sewa tempat, listrik, maupun gaji karyawan sementara tidak ada pemasukan. Bagi pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang besar, kemungkinan masih bisa bertahan untuk beberapa waktu ke depan. Namun lain halnya bila pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang relatif kecil atau pas-pasan. Tentu menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang tidak mudah untuk bertahan. UMKM merupakan salah satu sector yang terimbas dari adanya Pemabatasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Bunda Mulia melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, membantu para penggiat UMKM di Desa Cadas Ngampar untuk dapat bangkit dan berinovasi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kemampuan berwirausaha masyarakat di desa cadas ngampar. Beberapa paparan materi yang disampaikan dalam PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas UMKM warga lokal dan meningkatkan lagi perekonomian di Desa Cadas Ngampar. Setelah melakukan penyuluhan dengan pemaparan materi dari masing-masing dosen maka hasil yang di dapatkan berdasarkan intensitas tanya jawab yang muncul, kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta dalam kewirausahaan, dapat mengetahui manfaat-manfaat dari materi yang disampaikan, dan adanya tambahan motivasi dalam berwirausaha. Therefore, Universitas Bunda Mulia through this Community Service (PKM) program, helps MSME activists in Cadas Ngampar Village to be able to rise and innovate in running their business. The purpose of this community service activity is to train community entrepreneurship skills in the village of rock ngampar. Some of the material presentations presented in this PKM are expected to improve the quality of local MSMEs and improve the economy in Cadas Ngampar Village. After conducting counseling with material presentation from each lecturer, the results obtained were based on the intensity of the questions and answers that emerged, this service activity was an increase in the knowledge and understanding, and skills of participants in entrepreneurship, being able to find out the benefits of the material presented, and additional motivation in entrepreneurship. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. ABSTRAK Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas visual sebuah kawasan adalah dengan seni mural. Selain dianggap memperindah tampilan kawasan, keberadaan gambar-gambar dan warna ini juga dapat memperkuat karakter sebuah kawasan. Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terletak di Kelurahan Loa Buah. Panti asuhan ini mempunyai misi menolong anak-anak yatim atau yang tidak mampu yang berpotensi untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang baik. Sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi kehidupan di masa depan, anak-anak asuh panti harus banyak memperoleh bekal keterampilan salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat mural. Khalayak sasaran program ini adalah anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah, praktik dengan bimbingan, serta evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan ini tahap-tahap yang lakukan adalah memberi materi pendahuluan, tahap persiapan pembuatan mural, tahap melukis dan tahap finishing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan memberi respon yang positif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembuatan mural ini memberi keterampilan baru bagi peserta yaitu anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad sekaligus secara umum memperbaiki aspek estetika visual Kawasan Loa Buah Kota Samarinda. Kata Kunci: loa buah; mural; pelatihan; pendampingan.ABSTRACT One effort that can be done to improve the visual quality of an area is with mural art. Besides being considered to beautify the appearance of the region, the presence of images and colors can also strengthen the character of an area. Baitul Walad Orphanage is one of the orphanages located in the Village of Loa Buah. This orphanage has a mission to help orphans or underprivileged people who have the potential to get a good education. As a provision to face life in the future, orphanage children have to get a lot of skills, one of which is training and assistance in making murals. The target audience for the program is the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage. The method used is the lecture method, practice with guidance, and evaluation. In the training activities and the stages, the steps taken are to provide preliminary material, the preparation stage for mural, the painting stage and the finishing stage. The implementation of this activity went well as planned, participants enthusiastically participated in the activity and gave a positive response. The community service activity in the form of making murals gave new skills to participants, the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage, while at the same time improving the visual aesthetic aspects of the Loa Buah Samarinda City.Keywords: accompaniment; loa buah; mural; training.

Sekolah Perempuan (SEKOPER) is a program initiated by the Gresik Regency Government in collaboration with UN Women Australia. This program is a forum for village women to exchange knowledge and experiences, identify women's needs and interests to improve their quality of life. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic does not only attack clinically but also worsens the economic side of the community, including Kramatinggil Village, which is in the Kebomas District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of life of women in Kramatinggil village which is still low by producing aloe vera, temulawak and moringa which are local food potentials in the village so that they can increase economic and health values and form creativepreneur healthy food. The first stage is counseling about creativepreneur to SEKOPER members. The second stage is counseling about the benefits of aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves. The third stage is counseling and the practice of making healthy food/snack products from aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves The establishment of creativepreneur healthy food from SEKOPER members and the launch of the product "Dayya Ummat" in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik and the village of Kramainggilt. The outputs of this community service are: 1) Health Healthy food products such as: Aloe Vera Sticks, Temulawak Cookies and Moringa Tea, 2) Forming SEKOPER members as Pioneers of creativepreunur Healthy food in Kramatinggil Village, and 3) Launching the "Dayya Ummat" product in collaboration with the University Muhammadiyah Gresik and Kramatinggil Village.

The Village

Improving the quality of human resources is very important especially the quality of the village government apparatus which is the frontline in confusion with the community. The purpose of this counseling is that the village apparatus understand related to making regulations in the village scope so that village regulations have good standards namely philosophical aspects, sociological aspects and juridical aspects. The method used is by way of lectures and discussions then ends with questions and answers. The results obtained from this community service are village officials who understand the technical procedures and theoretical procedures for making regulations in the village scope ranging from village regulations, village head regulations and other regulations. The knowledge and skills of the village apparatus in making regulations are very necessary so that in making a regulation it is always beneficial for the village community.Keywords: Village regulations, philosophical aspects, sociological aspects and juridical aspects.�AbstrakPeningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sangat penting khususnya kualitas aparatur pemerintah desa yang merupakan garda terdepan dalam bersingungan dengan masyarakat. Tujuan dari diadakannnya penyuluhan ini yaitu para aparatur desa memahami terkait dengan pembuatan peraturan di lingkup desa sehingga peraturan desa memiliki standar yang baik yaitu aspek filosofis, aspek sosiologis dan aspek yuridis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi kemudian diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu aparatur desa memahami tatacara secara teknis maupun sacara teoritis pembuatan peraturan di lingkup desa mulai dari peraturan desa, peraturan kepala desa serta peraturan lainnya. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam membuat peraturan sangat diperlukan sehingga dalam membuat� suatu peraturan senantiasa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa.Kata Kunci: Peraturan desa, aspek filosofis, aspek sosologis dan aspek yuridis.

The Village

This service is motivated by the socio-cultural phenomenon of education in Kalampadu Village since the distance school system has created new social problems. The quality of school resources, parental resources, online media, and internet access does not support the learning process, causing children to find it challenging to understand school subject matter. This socio-cultural-educational problem should not be left without efforts to solve the problem because the nation's children are the hope and successor in a prosperous future of Indonesia. The Unsri community service team helped solve this educational problem by conducting socialization and internalization of socio-cultural-educational. This community service activity was carried out at the Village Hall, Kalampadu Village, involving 32 participants consisting of parents, teachers, students, community leaders, and the village government. This method is carried out by delivering material and direct practice to the participants of service activities. The results of these activities are full of practice from Parsons' structural, functional theory. Every series of events from beginning to end fits perfectly with the AGIL scheme in socializing and internalizing educational norms. Welcoming remarks as a process of re-adaptation, delivery of material according to the re-integration scheme, and a question-and-answer and interactive process is applying all elements of adaptation-achievement of goals-integration-maintenance of patterns. This service activity integrates the socio-cultural system of education towards an ideal and prosperous educational, social system.

Ranah Singkuang is one of 10 villages classified as stunting villages in the Kampar regency area with a percentage of 24%. The Kampar District Government has done prevention programs on stunting condition from 2018 to 2019. If not treated immediately, the condition of stunting will affect the quality of human resources in the future. The condition of stunting causes children not to grow normally, low IQ, susceptible to infectious diseases as a result of low productivity, and difficulty competing in the world of work. The purpose of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge to the community in Ranah Singkuang village, increasing the knowledge and ability of village community in terms of processing various kinds of fish-based products that have high nutritional values that are salable in the market in order to boost the community’s economy, provide knowledge about children's health by providing education to the community and training children's healthy menus so that their appetite increases. The result achieved from this community service activity are that the community understands more about the importance of nutrition for toddlers especially before the age of 1000 days and the community can process fish-based food, so that stunting problems in the village can be prevented.

The Village

Abstract The COVID-19 epidemic has been declared as a pandemic by WHO since March 11, 2020. The determination was based on the geographical spread of the virus which has reached 114 countries including Indonesia. This is the aim of community service (PKM) Faculty of Engineering, University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, this time, taking part in socializing how to tackle and prevent COVID-19 pandemi. The theme of this PKM is the socialization of the role of social media in order to help cope with the COVID-19 and give procedure how to make and at once distributed of hand sanitizers and hand soap in the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. The method used is education by using a media pamflet which contains the role of social media in providing information about the COVID-19 outbreak, prevention and how to overcome it and the use of social media wisely. Also given additional knowledge about how to make hand sanitizers and hand soap. This method was chosen, as a form of social distancing when the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Bekasi. The results of the PKM were seen from the enthusiasm of the community in accepting the pamflet, and the distribution of hand sanitizers and hand soap. It is expected that from this community service activity, the people of the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang can be smarter in utilizing existing social media and understanding about the COVID-19 outbreak, how to prevent and know how to make hand sanitizer, hand soap so that it triggers the entrepreneurial spirit. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dengan menggunakan media pamflet yang berisi peranan media sosial dalam memberi info tentang wabah COVID-19, pencegahan dan cara menanggulanginya serta penggunaan media sosial dengan bijak. Juga diberi tambahan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Dipilihnya metode ini, sebagai wujud social distancing saat berlakunya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) di Bekasi. Pamflet ini diserahkan kepada warga bersamaan dengan pembagian hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Hasil dari PKM dilihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menerima pamflet, dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap. Diharapkan dari kegiatan PKM ini, masyarakat Desa Sukaraja, Tambelang bisa lebih cerdas dalam memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada dan memahami tentang wabah COVID-19, cara mencegah dan menanggulanginya, serta tahu cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap sehingga dapat menjadi pemicu bagi jiwa kewirausahaan. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.
