Financial Technology has long been applied to the financial and banking sectors until the emergence of financial technology innovation called FinTech. Referring to the evolution of FinTech until now, FinTech influences the Bank's activities from the past, present, and future. Based on these facts, this research aims to present a descriptive analysis of FinTech and Bank in the past, present, and future, especially in Indonesia as a case study.  This study uses a descriptive analysis research method and using qualitative method approaches. This descriptive analysis is carried out by critically reviewing various relevant scientific journals, the facts of the FinTech phenomenon in Indonesia, and documentation papers from banking institutions. The results of this analysis reveal what happened to FinTech and the Bank in the past, present, and future. The contributions from this study can provide insight and understanding related to FinTech and banks in the past, present, and future more in-depth.

There has been a decline in animal sacrifice in 2012 at LAZ Rumah Zakat. There is a phenomenon that customers are not satisfied with Rumah Zakat services. Thus several factors can influence mudhohi's decision to sacrifice in zakat institutions. Based on these problems the formulation of the research problem is how mudhohi sacrifices decisions at zakat institutions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques with interviews to 100 mudhohi. The result is that mudhohi's decision to sacrifice at Rumah Zakat is 93% mudhohi will sacrifice again. Mudhohi's decision to make sacrifices at Rumah Zakat is due to the longer value of superqurban benefits, distribution throughout the country, offering affordable prices, product innovation in the form of corned beef and rendang cans, simple processes, and voucher offers.

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

The purpose of this study is to know, to describe, and to analyze the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in the vocational high school (SMK) majoring in hotel accommodation program skill. The research method used in this research is the qualitative method. This method is intended to know deeply in the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in SMK. This research started with the observation of edupreneurship activity through teaching factory at SMK N 6 Yogyakarta. The data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews with informants who are directly involved in edupreneurship activities. The result of this research is the implementation of edupreneurship through teaching factory in terms of learning, there is commitment and basic principle which run by the school but not yet optimal. There are still significant obstacles, especially related to the work culture that is applied not in accordance with the procedures of business and industry (DUDI), educators who have not understood the culture of DUDI, facilities, and infrastructure that do not meet the DUDI standards, the cooperation between SMK and DUDI is still weak, and the regulation of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) which requires the use of state-owned goods as a form of state income.

This study aims to look at the ability of teachers to introduce ethnomatematics in early childhood in TK Kartika XIX-3 Cimahi City. This research is included in qualitative research. Early childhood research in TK Kartika XIX-3 Kota The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, by providing descriptive analysis of the focus of research that has been formulated, based on the facts of teacher learning actions in TK Kartika XIX-3 Cimahi. This research emphasizes the meaning of the act of teacher learning in introducing ethno-mathematics to early childhood. The purpose of this study was to determine how the teacher's ability to introduce ethnomatematics at TK Kartika XIX-3 in Cimahi City. While the benefits of research are to help develop the theory, knowledge and practice of the ability of teachers to build ethnomatematics literacy. This study produced several findings related to the application of the teacher's ability to introduce ethnomatics in early childhood. Based on the results of the study it was found that in general ethnomatics before learning are no different from learning that is normally given on a daily basis. Furthermore, after the action is carried out, an overview of ethnomatic literacy is obtained showing that there are findings related to ethnomatatics given to learning at TK Kartika XIX-3 in Cimahi City, including teachers having been able to present learning with ethnomatic literacy content, thus giving an impact on ethnomatic ability child. The results showed that the teacher was able to introduce and improve the ethnomatic literacy of children in the classes he was in.

<span>This research aimed to find out the public perception of the use of financial technology (Fintech). The informant in this research is the citizen of Medan as a user fintech or not. Data collection techniques by using in-depth interviews to 10 informants with different ages and professions background. The analysis technique by using descriptive qualitative method that is useful to provide facts and data. The result shows that public perception toward the use of financial technology (fintech) includes attitude, interest, understanding, motivation, and expectation. Where attitude of society towards the use of fintech, providing support to the progress of financial technology innovation in Indonesia is very helpful for the community, while the public interest to use fintech has been proven from interviews 9 out of 10 respondents have been interested by using it. The society has understood the benefits and usage of fintech because using fintech is more efficient and effective than other financial services so that people are motivated to use fintech. The society hope to the organizers of fintech in order to provide socialization to the public and practicality in using the service, so that people who lack understanding of technology can use it easily.</span>

The purpose of this study is to find out Islamic moderation model which is successfully developed by Jogokariyan mosque. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The research findings show that Islamic moderation approach in managing a mosque gives optimal effect on collecting philanthropy fund. Islamic moderation model developed by Jogokariyan Mosque has characteristics: 1) the leader of the mosque is also the leader of community; 2) Mosque belongs to community and everyone is allowed  to use the facilities; 3) philanthropy fund is used not only for ritual aspect but also for social and economic empowerment of community; 4) involving the elements and roles of community to build sense of belonging toward the mosque; 5) developing the icon of Java community such as prayer cap as important icon of the mosque and as the typical merchant to foster economy.

This research was conducted to analyze and describe the application of Sufistic culture to moral elevation in the formation of moral elevation of students at the Putra Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, East Java. The location of the study was carried out by the Islamic boarding school male Tebuireng Jombang. The research method used is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis and triangulation techniques. The research respondents consisted of 30 people aged 16-24 years. The results showed that the application of Sufistic culture to the moral elevation of male students and the formation of moral elevation in the world of pesantren education needed a consistent process and support from all parties. namely the creed, sharia, and morals as a support for the occurrence of moral elevation.

The long journey of ornamental activity decorates the ancestors of South Sumatra who have given birth to various kinds of ornaments which are a reflection of their culture and natural environment to get outside influences through animism and dynamism, Hinduism and Islamization. The transition of the era has a major contribution to the ornamental activities of the ancestors of South Sumatra who experienced development and change. Islamic teachings have a major influence on the function and creation of traditional house ornaments in the Al-Munawwar village of Palembang, this can be seen from the motifs used which are sourced from nature. In its realization, the motif has been stylized in shape, so that the ornaments produced differ greatly from the original form. Arab Al-Munawwar villagers use ornaments to add aesthetic value to their residential buildings. The use of these ornaments can be seen from several sides such as doors, windows, ventilation, walls, room dividers, poles and so on. Does not rule out the possibility in the form of traditional house ornaments Arab Al-Munawwar village stored messages and meanings that are interesting to explore. The study in this study focuses more on aesthetic values, with the aim of tracing the structure that builds and expresses the symbolic values implied in the traditional house ornaments of the Al-Munawwar Arabian village of Palembang. The research method used is a qualitative method, with analytic descriptive analysis. The data is then identified, classified, selected, then analyzed and interpreted according to the text and context. AbstrakMasyarakat Kampung Arab Al-Munawwar memanfaatkan ornamen untuk menambah nilai estetis dari bangunan tempat tinggal mereka. Penggunaan ornamen ini bisa dilihat dari beberapa sisi seperti pintu, jendela, ventilasi, dinding, penyekat ruangan, tiang dan lain sebagainya. Tidak menutup kemungkinan di dalam wujud ornamen rumah tradisional Kampung Arab Al-Munawwar tersimpan pesan dan makna yang manarik untuk di telusuri. Kajian dalam penelitian ini lebih menitikberatkan pada nilai estetika, dengan tujuan untuk menelusuri struktur yang membangun dan mengungkapkan nilai simbolik yang tersirat dalam ornamen rumah tradisional Kampung Arab Al-Munawwar Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan analisis deskriptif analitik. Data tersebut kemudian diidentifikasikan, diklasifikasi, diseleksi, selanjutnya dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan sesuai teks dan konteksnya.

<p><em>LIVING VALUES EDUCATION APPROACH IN DEVELOPING CHILDREN’S CHARACTER AT RA TIARA CHANDRA YOGYAKARTA. </em><em>This study aims to find out how the Living Values Education (LVE) approach in instilling the character values of children in RA Tiara Chandra Yogyakarta. The research used qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis technique are through data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that RA Tiara Chandra has used the LVE approach for the past three years, starting with the training given to teachers and staff as role models for children, then involving parents and the community around the school area. Training of adults was the first step to guide children in developing character values. This step was quite effective and had a positive impact on the development of children's character values in RA Tiara Chandra Yogyakarta.</em><em></em></p>
