The study of the impact of infrastructure on the development of the regional market of tourist services is an urgent issue of modern economic research, since the efficiency of tourism development, the level of use of the natural, cultural and historical potential of the region is largely determined by the capabilities of the existing tourist infrastructure. The purpose of the article is to assess the existing infrastructure of the market for tourism services in the Transcarpathian region, identify problems in the infrastructure provision of tourism and determine the degree of the impact of infrastructure on the development of tourism in the region. The article examines the essence, factors of influence of the infrastructure of the regional market of tourist services on its development. The study and assessment of the state of development of tourism infrastructure has been carried out based on summarizing statistical data and calculating individual indicators that take into account the level of development of infrastructure elements: accommodation infrastructure, catering, leisure and entertainment, transport, utilities, environmental, border infrastructure, and health and safety infrastructure. A comparative analysis of the indicators of the level of infrastructure development of the regional tourist services market with the average indicators of the regions of Ukraine has been carried out and the rank (place) of the indicator among similar values of the indicators of the regions of Ukraine has been determined. Based on the generalization of the data obtained, a number of interrelated and interdependent problems of the development of the infrastructure of the market of tourist services in the Transcarpathian region have been identified. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is in comparing indicators of infrastructure development and identifying problem areas for tourism development. The practical significance lies in highlighting the main problems of infrastructure provision of the tourist services market for their priority solution. Prospects for further research is the development of the concept of an optimal model of the infrastructure of the market for tourism services in the Transcarpathian region, taking into account the specifics of tourism development in the region. Aim: The purpose of the article: To analyze the current state of the transport network development, the index of transport communication, the dynamics of the number of users of mobile communication services, on the example of Kyivstar Company in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Determine the role of transport and mobile networks in promoting and enhancing the development of tourism on the basis of multifunctionality, mutual permeability and complementarity of various elements of socio-economic systems. Methods – the study of communicative and its role in the development of tourism on the example of the Ivano-Frankivsk region is based on the combination of methods of sectoral and territorial analysis. In particular, a systematic approach is used for the study using comparative methods, statistical analysis, analytical analysis, etc. This methodology includes an analysis of the conditions and factors of tourism development within the administrative unit of Ukraine based on statistical data of indicators (types of vehicles and connections, number of arrivals / departures of passengers, directions of tourist flows from / to Ivano-Frankivsk region, etc.). Results – the article analyzes the impact of transport and mobile networks on the development of the tourism industry, for example, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The emphasis is placed on the index of transport communicativeness of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The analysis of migration monitoring with the help of Kyivstar telecommunication operator was carried out, namely: citizens' migration in Ivano-Frankivsk, duration of their stay, geography of their arrivals. In comparison with the statistical indicators of the state of tourism development, external (country) and internal (oblast) donors of tourists are determined. The influence of communicativeness on the current state of the tourism industry is substantiated. Scientific novelty – for the first time, on the basis of sectoral-territorial analysis the state of development of the tourism industry through the prism of transport and mobile networks has been analyzed. The results of the research may form the basis for writing course papers, theses, preparation of lecture-practical material, monitoring of the national tourism market. Practical significance – materials of the publication, conclusions can be used during the educational process, preparing training for the national tourism industry, the practical activities of tour companies, to popularize the western region of Ukraine, on the example of Ivano-Frankivsk region on the external and internal tourist markets.

The purpose of the article is to carry out an analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security in Ukraine. Research methods. The research was based on general scientific and economic methods, the creative heritage of the founders of economic science, publications of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the impact of quarantine restrictions related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security of the country, regulatory legal acts, data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, electronic resources and other sources. The monographic approach is used to analyze the dynamics of the actual consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products. Normative and positive approaches are used to highlight real risks and threats to food security. A number of techniques of abstract-logical tools made it possible to make a scientific and applied generalization of the material presented, to formulate intermediate and final conclusions and proposals. Research results. An analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products has been carried out. It has been proven that Ukraine produces enough food to ensure healthy nutrition for citizens. It has been determined that due to the low purchasing power of the population, groups of citizens with low incomes have limited access to essential agricultural and food products. In the medium and long term, there will be a shortage of food resources and global food inflation, the situation in agricultural markets will remain unstable, and trade will continue to develop under the influence of not only competition, but also political factors. Scientific novelty. The theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific, methodological and practical approaches to determining the factors of influence of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 to the level of food security of the state have been substantiated. Assessing the impact of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 on food security made it possible to identify the main risks of ensuring the country's food security. Practical significance. The applied aspects of the study can be taken into account in the formation of programs for the socio-economic development of the agri-food sector of Ukraine, which will increase the effectiveness of state initiatives aimed at ensuring food security of the state and increase the country's readiness for force majeure threats. Purpose. The aim of the work is to quantify the indicators of the environmental impact of mining enterprises on the state of the natural environment during the operation of a mining enterprise and after its liquidation. Method. The paper uses a computational and analytical research method. Results. Based on the calculations performed, it was established that the specific assessment of the environmental impact on the biosphere components of the Mining Enterprise PJSC "MM "Pokrovskoe" for the entire estimated period of the mine's existence: lithosphere – 0.071; hydrosphere – 0.02; atmosphere – 0.77; biota – 0.009; physical fields – 0.13. After the liquidation of the mine, due to the termination of coal mining operations from methane-free coal seams, the absence of emergency gas emissions, as well as a decrease in noise and heat pollution, the specific impact on the atmosphere (0) and physical fields (0.0004) is significantly reduced, but at the same time, the impact on the hydrosphere (0.26) and lithosphere (0.72) significantly increases, which is associated with changes in the hydrological regime of water and the deterioration of mine discharges of water quality in the hydrographic network due to pumping mine effluents to the daytime surface, with the dry method closing the mine, and waterlogging of the territory with a wet and combined method of closing the mine. The indicator of specific impact on the biota (0.009) does not change. Scientific novelty. A methodology for calculating indicators of the environmental impact of mining enterprises on the state of the natural environment is proposed. Practical significance. The obtained indicators of environmental impact on the components of the biosphere can serve as a basis for developing measures to reduce the negative manifestations of mining enterprises on the state of the natural environment. This research deals with the impact of intensity of inbound and outbound tourism on the sphere of passenger air carriages, based on the dataset that covers the indicators across different economic regions over the period of 2015-2017. The results based on building a correlation-regression model have shown that there is a close connection between tourism development and passenger carriages intensity. Verification of the model by the criteria of Fisher and Student (F-test and t-test) have proved the hypothesis about its statistical significance only after excluding five countries, for which no direct connection is observed between the chosen indictors. Further research has shown that the level of the country economic development does not influence the passenger air carriages industry. Specific attention is paid to the state and main tendencies of passenger air carriages industry in Ukraine. Impact of tourism on this kind of activity is analysed. The basic measures to increase its efficiency are highlighted.

The purpose of the article is to examine the state of the tax system in an unstable economy. The initial condition is the lack of uniform methodological and methodological approaches to the formation and organization of the tax system. This study is based on the theoretical provisions of the institutional theory, systemic and synergistic approaches. The main research methods used were analysis and synthesis, methods of induction and deduction, the method of designing hypotheses. The article examines the dynamics and structure of tax payments in the traditional approach to tax regulation. The question of determining the role of direct and indirect taxes is undoubtedly important for a comprehensive analysis of the taxation system since the influence of each of them on the economy is differentiated. The directions of modernization of the system of taxation regulation, the impact of mechanisms, methods, and instruments of tax regulation on various segments of the national economy, primarily on industries that ensure economic growth, have been investigated. The lack of a clear structuring of the elements of tax revenues becomes a serious obstacle to obtaining an adequate assessment of the impact of tax policy on various aspects of the country's socio-economic development. The state tax policy should be aimed at balancing the budget, improving the quality of its implementation, adhering to the timing of the budgetary process and, as a result, ensuring socioeconomic growth. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is to substantiate the need to adapt the tax system to ensure sustainable growth of the national economy.

An important place in the operational management of traffic on the basis of plan formation, train schedule, technical regulations on the use of vehicles and railway infrastructure is operational control operational regulation. To date, not enough research which would allow to evaluate the effectiveness of dispatch adjustment techniques in areas in the nodes and marshalling yards, given the nature of their work and infrastructure development. Goal: to prove the effectiveness of the control method of "Changing the points of crossing or overtaking of freight trains in the area". Method: simulation. Since the simulation of station processes enables a comparison of idle time between operations on options: using the adjustment of intake and without its application, we investigated the feasibility and practical significance of its application, based on the goal of reducing the magnitude of the idle time between operations. Results: it was found that the application of the dispatch of the impact of the Change points of crossing or overtaking of freight trains in the area," the total delay in waiting for service is less than an average of 60% than without using it. Practical significance of the research: the research results will contribute to improving the efficiency of the dispatching regulation and maintenance in the areas. Research and define the operational and economic efficiency of application of the adjusting dispatching of methods in areas at the nodes and marshalling yards will increase the effectiveness of Supervisory regulation, as a result, each of the independent participants will receive a specific economic benefit.

This study examines the impact of urbanization on tourism development in Bogor City as part of the Jakarta Metropolitan Area (JMA). Previous studies examined the impact of urbanization based on an analysis of urbanization indicators. Inter-city relations in JMA lead to capital and population flows in the form of inter-city migration, development of residential and industrial areas. This study examines the impact of urbanization on tourism development in cities around Jakarta. The argument put forward, urbanization can build a form of city tourism. The study was conducted in Bogor City, a part of JMA, which has experienced urbanization since the royal era and has a variety of tourism services. In contrast to previous research, this study examines urbanization indicator data and the relationship between urbanization history and urbanization indicator data with the development of tourism facilities. The study found that urbanization encourages the development of hotel and restaurant tourism facilities in Bogor City. This is not related to the historical urbanization of the city, other tourism developments, and the relative position of Bogor City among JMA cities. Urbanization encourages the development of tourism facilities through inter-city tourist activity. The research proposes to study the development of tourism facilities as a new perspective on urbanization studies at JMA.

Formulation of the problem. Taking into account the tendencies of globalization of financial markets and economic relations as a whole, as well as the causes and consequences of the global financial crisis, the study of balance of payments balances become more and more relevant. The purpose of the research is to justify the theoretical basis of the formation of the balance of payments; studying the concepts and models of regulation of the balance of payments of the state; definition of structural elements and clarification of the macroeconomic value of the balance of payments; substantiation of directions of balancing the balance of international settlements; studying the impact of macroeconomic policy on the country's balance of payments; the formation of a strategy for reducing the deficit of the balance of payments. The object of research is the model of regulation of the balance of payments of the state. The methodological basis of the study was the methods and principles of the scientific knowledge of general and special methods and techniques used in the regulation and definition of the structural elements of the balance of payments. The hypothesis of the research is the assumption that for Germany's prosperity, analyzing the structure of GDP by industries over the past ten years, in the future it is necessary to focus on the development of those industries in which employment slightly decreased over the analyzed period. The statement of basic materials. The article deals with the origin of the concept of "balance of payments" in its modern sense. We studied countries that were forced to publish the balance of payments due to the emergence of inflationary processes. The trade balance of Germany in the conditions of crisis and post-crisis development of the world economy is investigated. The originality and practical significance of the research. It should be noted that in the scientific world there is a discussion on determining the main factors and the nature of their impact on the balance of payments of the country, as well as the causes of deficits in the balance of payments. Conclusions of the research . In this paper, approaches to a comprehensive assessment of the equilibrium of the balance of payments of the states are proposed on the basis of comparative analysis of the three groups of indicators. According to the results of the approbation of this approach, the balance of payment balances of the world's largest economies was assessed.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the modern significance of digitalization and digital platforms for the economic development of the subjects of the agricultural sector of the economy. Research methods. The following methods were used in the research process, in particular: abstract-logical method (when studying the theoretical foundations of digitalization of the economy), monographic (to clarify the essence of the relevant categories), comparative analysis (when studying the level of digitalization of agricultural holdings «Dream» and «Svarog West Group») economic-statistical (in identifying trends and patterns of development of the state economy), illustrative (for a visual representation of the digital platform of agriculture), as well as methods of systematic approach, grouping and generalization, other methods in the field of economic research. Research results. The need to use a digital platform, especially for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, has been identified. In particular, this system will allow: public authorities (to make a plan of visits and yields; to report on the allocation of subsidies, as well as their use; to conduct a financial audit for each enterprise; to assess the competitive advantages of each enterprise; enterprises (to analyze data from weather stations; to study information on the condition of soils; choose crops for sowing; assess the risks of crop loss; obtain data on climatic risks). Scientific novelty. Theoretical provisions on the impact of digitalization of the economy on agricultural production and the need for digitalization of production and economic processes have been further developed. Practical significance. As a result of the implementation of the proposed digital platform in agriculture, the following benefits will be obtained: increased crop yields; the field planning system will improve; reduce production costs based on efficient use of resources and science-based approaches Figs.: 1.
