An important place in the operational management of traffic on the basis of plan formation, train schedule, technical regulations on the use of vehicles and railway infrastructure is operational control operational regulation. To date, not enough research which would allow to evaluate the effectiveness of dispatch adjustment techniques in areas in the nodes and marshalling yards, given the nature of their work and infrastructure development. Goal: to prove the effectiveness of the control method of "Changing the points of crossing or overtaking of freight trains in the area". Method: simulation. Since the simulation of station processes enables a comparison of idle time between operations on options: using the adjustment of intake and without its application, we investigated the feasibility and practical significance of its application, based on the goal of reducing the magnitude of the idle time between operations. Results: it was found that the application of the dispatch of the impact of the Change points of crossing or overtaking of freight trains in the area," the total delay in waiting for service is less than an average of 60% than without using it. Practical significance of the research: the research results will contribute to improving the efficiency of the dispatching regulation and maintenance in the areas. Research and define the operational and economic efficiency of application of the adjusting dispatching of methods in areas at the nodes and marshalling yards will increase the effectiveness of Supervisory regulation, as a result, each of the independent participants will receive a specific economic benefit.

There is limited understanding concerning the practicable challenges that could impede the developmental process of railway infrastructure projects, and the possible negative effect of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) technology in Ghana. Given that the majority of the population are unfamiliar with the newly planned railway system. Our research intends to contribute towards the development of human capital and elevating the standard of living through the assertion of productive policies to ensure rapid infrastructure development by highlighting not only the socio-economic impact, but the negative impact of the railway infrastructure in the society. Also, this study discusses the possible challenges that could hinder the railway infrastructure development process. This study employs face-to-face interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) interview sessions that assimilate 35 respondents. Data collected is transcribed verbatim and analysed thematically. The findings reveal that corruption, unstable political discourse, lack of modern technology, and the impact of the Covid19 pandemic are among the critical challenges to hinder the progress and completion of the railway infrastructure development. By-laws should be designated ensuring that every uncompleted national project must be completed and not abandoned by the successive governments regardless of political differences. The study of the impact of infrastructure on the development of the regional market of tourist services is an urgent issue of modern economic research, since the efficiency of tourism development, the level of use of the natural, cultural and historical potential of the region is largely determined by the capabilities of the existing tourist infrastructure. The purpose of the article is to assess the existing infrastructure of the market for tourism services in the Transcarpathian region, identify problems in the infrastructure provision of tourism and determine the degree of the impact of infrastructure on the development of tourism in the region. The article examines the essence, factors of influence of the infrastructure of the regional market of tourist services on its development. The study and assessment of the state of development of tourism infrastructure has been carried out based on summarizing statistical data and calculating individual indicators that take into account the level of development of infrastructure elements: accommodation infrastructure, catering, leisure and entertainment, transport, utilities, environmental, border infrastructure, and health and safety infrastructure. A comparative analysis of the indicators of the level of infrastructure development of the regional tourist services market with the average indicators of the regions of Ukraine has been carried out and the rank (place) of the indicator among similar values of the indicators of the regions of Ukraine has been determined. Based on the generalization of the data obtained, a number of interrelated and interdependent problems of the development of the infrastructure of the market of tourist services in the Transcarpathian region have been identified. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is in comparing indicators of infrastructure development and identifying problem areas for tourism development. The practical significance lies in highlighting the main problems of infrastructure provision of the tourist services market for their priority solution. Prospects for further research is the development of the concept of an optimal model of the infrastructure of the market for tourism services in the Transcarpathian region, taking into account the specifics of tourism development in the region. Key words: regional market of tourist services, infrastructure of the regional market of tourist services, infrastructure assessment, indicators of infrastructure assessment.

Consolidation of society in order to solve national problems should be identified as a priority in the Concept of State National Policy. Due to these circumstances, research into the tensions and conflicts of inter-ethnic interaction has conceptual and practical significance, attracts the close attention of researchers from various fields of scientific knowledge and encourages them to develop and implement effective ways of preventing and settling conflicts of this type. The aim of the article was to present the results of the study of interethnic tensions and conflicts in the modern world. An important place is given to the impact of interethnic conflicts on the development of social relations. The scientific novelty of the provisions proposed in the article is the study of the peculiarities of interethnic interaction and conflicts. The article considers the problem of seasonal uneven transportation and its impact on transport infrastructure loading. The objective of the study is to develop scientifically sound recommendations for monitoring seasonal unevenness of transportation and infrastructure loading based on its adequate assessment; conducting economic assessment of the impact of seasonality of transportation on the indicators of current and investment activity of railway transport; making recommendations to further reduce unevenness of transportation, or at least prevent its growth. The authors solved the following tasks: a reasoned, logically structured sequence of economic assessment of the impact of seasonality of transportation on the indicators of current and investment activities of railway transport was formed, and scientifically based recommendations were proposed to further reduce uneven transportation (toprevent its growth). The following methods were used: logical and analytical tools, methods of statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modelling and technical and economic calculations. As a result of the study, the authors revealed that seasonal uneven loading of railway infrastructure leads to a decrease in quality of transportation and a deterioration in the market image of the railway industry, an increase in operating costs and cost of transportation, that is, to a decrease in efficiency and competitiveness of railways. The uneven transportation negatively affects the effectiveness of investments in development of railway transport. The analysis made it possible to formulate a theoretical model of influence of seasonal unevenness of railway infrastructure loading on efficiency of its use and development. It is advisable to use the methodological toolkit for assessing seasonal unevenness of railway infrastructure loading for its in-depth retrospective analysis, identifying the main factors affecting unevenness indicators and determining the maximum permissible level of seasonal unevenness. The developed model of influence of seasonal unevenness of loading on use and development of railway infrastructure allows to carry out economic assessment of seasonal unevenness, is a tool to improve planning and management of transportation activities and development of railways. The reduction in seasonal unevenness of transportation should be considered as a factor increasing the economic efficiency of not only the current, but also investment activity of the railway transport, while its growth should be considered as a specific type of risk for effectiveness of implementation of railway infrastructure development projects.

Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries
