The article deals with issues of methodology of establishing distance learning by means of video lessons. It contributes to the resolution of methodological contradictions that can take place while establishing distance learning process. The purpose of the research is to clarify the concept of video lessons as well as to identify organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective use of video lessons in distance learning. The following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, conference materials, study of educational Internet portals, analysis of practical experience on the use of video lessons in distance learning for schoolchildren. As a result of the research, the concept of video lesson is clarified, its types are briefly described in terms of form and methodological content, and online learning platforms for distance learning are reviewed. Various options for organizing distance learning for schoolchildren using video lessons, their capabilities and limitations are presented, and detailed methodological recommendations are given. It is concluded that the presence of three mandatory stages in the distance learning process, definition of the interaction mode in each of the stages, based on specific conditions of the learning process (the technical capabilities of the parties, the nature of the educational material, level of preparation and motivation of pupils), the presence of qualitative feedback in the dyad "teacher – student" are related to the organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective use of video lessons in distance learning.

This paper reviews the distance learning development in the world and in Lithuania. Nine years of theoretical and practical experience of distance learning under two study programmes at the Department of Construction Economics and Property Management at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University is presented. These masters degree study programmes were one of the first in Central and Easten Europe. According to the questionnaire of both former and current students, the findings of this poll are analysed. Mostly there were employees from real estate sector and construction enterprises questioned. The conclusions are drawn, emphasising the problems of learning process. In addition, social, economical, technological, and ethical points are analysed as well as the problem of the integration of trained professionals into the market.

Strict quarantine restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic have significantly changed the social reality. The pandemic has become a catalyst for a significant number of processes that have affected all areas of human activity, including education. The learning process in the extreme mode was transferred into a distance format, which, on the one hand, was a better solution than its termination. On the other hand, a sharp change in the format of education has particularly affected practice-oriented and creative disciplines. The advantages and disadvantages of this approach are considered in this article on the example of the discipline "Drawing and Painting", by observing the results of its teaching in the online format. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to adapt the methodology of teaching the discipline "Drawing and Painting" to the conditions of quarantine, to identify opportunities for new educational and communication online platforms in the art process, while not losing the classic tradition of mastering the basics of visual literacy. When students have direct contact with the teacher. Research methodology. The author, based on their own practical experience of a professional artist, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of online learning and determines the direction of solving problems identified in the implementation of the discipline program “Drawing and Painting” in a distance format. The scientific novelty of research lies in the following aspects: expansion of ideas about the peculiarities of teaching art disciplines in the extreme mode of the pandemic, identifying the specifics of transferring traditional teaching methods to distance learning platforms, new structuring of the curriculum "Drawing and Painting". Conclusions. It is proved that distance technologies cannot replace all other methods and types of teaching in the discipline "Drawing and Painting" and should be considered only as an effective addition to traditional methods. We conclude that the main part of practical classes, where an important task is the formation of students’ motivation, professional values and independent non-stereotypical thinking, cannot be carried out without live communication between teacher and student.

The article on the basis of the analysis of theoretical literature and own practical experience of teaching the discipline "Higher School Pedagogy" characterizes the essence and features of network technologies as a pedagogical technology of resource-based learning of students. An example of the implementation of resource-based learning of students in the study of the discipline "Higher School Pedagogy" using network technologies, which made it possible to create a distance course using the online platform Moodle. It was found that the development of a distance course using various activities and resources of the Moodle platform, its further implementation in the distance learning process makes it interactive, activates students through the use of network projects as one of the priority practice-oriented tasks in these realities, provides effective distance communication, objective control of students' knowledge.

Aims, objectives and methods: The study we have conducted aims to evaluate Moroccan students’ satisfaction level with regard to the use of distance learning platforms during the Covid 19 confinement period. We also attempt to examine the impact of distance learning on the students’ mental health.Our research has demonstrated that imposing distance learning as a learning process to students produces a substantial stress level within 49% of the investigated student population.Indeed, the students’ full immersion in distance learning process has obviously arose technical and pedagogical brakes within (87%) of the questioned student population, and also psychological brakes within (27%) of the respondent population. Furthermore, the particularity of this confinement’s period has brought to light three students’ categories regarding the use of distance learning in their training and learning process and behavior. Recommendations:Our study’s results can be considered very relevant because they show a clear correlation between the adoption of distance learning, as a new teaching approach, and, the perceived stress level (49%) involved during this process. The incorporation of E-learning in both private and public tertiary education can help expedite the learning process. The utilization of fast-paced technology with E-learning also allows for a more flexible and convenient learning process. E-learning platforms can be accessed anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, including at home, the workplace, restaurants or while travelling. This allows for the benefit of distance learning. As such, the current study aims to examine the factor effectiveness of E-learning based on three variables, namely technology, instructors’ characteristics and students’ characteristics and their impact on distance learning. The education system has greatly evolved from the use of apparatus such as chalk and blackboards to the modern use of projectors to conduct lessons. In the current age, E-learning will have an effect on both instructors and teaching technology, aside from the students themselves. As an example, students are expected to know how to utilize these systems in their lessons, instructors must receive training in E-learning systems management and in terms of technology, the E-learning systems must be updated and operated using the most recent upgrades. E-learning is also cost-efficient, less time consuming and reduces the burden on both students and educators.

The aim of the research is a retrospective analysis of the history and stages of development of digital land reclamation in Russia, the definition of «Digital land reclamation» and trends in its further development. In the framework of the retrospective analysis the main stages of melioration formation are determined. To achieve the maximum effect of the «digital reclamation» requires full cooperation of practical experience and scientific potential accumulated throughout the history of the reclamation complex, and the latest achievements of science and technology, which is currently possible only through the full digitalization of reclamation activities. The introduction of «digital reclamation» will achieve greater potential and effect in the modernization of the reclamation industry in the «hightech industry», through the use of innovative developments and optimal management decisions.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. The paper examines various approaches to the definition of the term «digital economy» in the scientific and business environment along with factors and forms of its development in different countries taking into account the specifics of the current stage of the Russian economy, which is a matter of particular importance in seeking new sources of the world economy growth. The subject of the research is opportunities and threats inherent in the process of digitalization of economies and their impact on the operation of international and national markets as well as the development of the world economy as a whole. The purpose of the paper was to analyze the practical experience in the formation and development of the digital economy in foreign countries and Russia and identify the changes it brings to the activities of state institutions and business structures, established rules of market exchange, the process of promotion and use of innovations. All the above made it possible to determine the country-level specifics of the digital economy evolution reveal the contradictory nature of its manifestations and justify the necessity for active participation of the state in stimulation and support of potentially promising digital innovations in various sectors of the economy. It is concluded that the level of the digital economy development depends on the real-sector performance, the maturity of markets, the state of the national economy. It is highlighted that the criteria for a comprehensive assessment of the results of the economy digitalization must be developed.
