The article addresses the problem of the negative impact of the irregular use of electronic information carriers on primary school pupils’ psychophysical development. Foreign researches and WHO data on the allowed time of use of information devices for children and teenagers, their impact on heath, speech and motor development of the younger generation are presented. The concept “information device” is defined, the main contradictions of the active use of information devices by children are described which are resulted, on the one hand, from the impossibility of education and socialisation of the younger generation apart from electronic information devices, and, on the other hand, due to their negative impact on children’s health and psychophysical development. The choice of the age group for the study is substantiated – the primary school age, at which psychophysical and psychosocial changes take place, significant for the entire subsequent period of a child’s schooling. It is emphasised that at this age period children’s computer dependence has not yet formed, even a positive effect of the use of a computer on the mental development of a primary school pupil is noted. At the same time, the use of information devices in the education and leisure of primary school pupils requires a proper organisation of their educational work, balance of various activities, formation of pupils’ conscious behaviour, which will contribute both to the education of the child and his / her proper psychophysical development. The content of the experimental research work, which was carried out at the elementary grades of schools in Odessa region involving second-third-grade pupils and their parents, is described. The results of the surveys represented by pupils and their parents, pedagogical observations, assessment of pupils’ performance, the characteristics of their speech and motor development have shown an increase in the time allotted to children to work with information devices and the negative impact of their irregular use on the psychophysical development of primary school children.

Adaptation of young employees is multidimensional, with its implementation the issues of organizing work with personnel, psychological and educational work are closely intertwined. This process is not only an important personnel management function, which allows to increase its potential through systematic replenishment with qualified specialists, but also acts as a process of successful outcome, which depends on two main factors: the state of the youngest employee and the state of the professional environment surrounding him. At present, the main problem of the adaptation of young employees is the non-systemic nature of this activity. The formal attitude of managers to the implementation of activities aimed at the professional development of young employees. The success of the process of adaptation of young employees primarily depends on taking into account the comprehensive aspects of the profession, the characteristics of young employees, abilities and skills, as well as a systematic approach that creates a synergistic effect of all the activities carried out.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the early manifestations of attention deficit with hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in preschool children. The topic of ADHD requires a detailed psychological analysis. Such work will allow the formation of methodological and theoretical tools, the need for which is now felt by the practical psychologists. The following research methods have been used: theoretical analysis, generalization of scientific approaches, theoretical modeling, symptomatic analysis. Based on the data obtained, a unified theoretical and methodological model has been developed that allows to carry out the comprehensive analysis of the developmental features of preschool children. The analysis of the developmental features of the child in the early stages of ontogenesis can be carried out along several axes, which go through several stages of their formation, which are accompanied by dynamic changes such as interfunctional relationships and the child’s worldview is shown. A comparison of the results of studies of the features of the early stages of children development with ADHD has allowed to expose a deficit axis of development, changes in the formation of which lead to the appearance of children’s behavioral disorders of such a group. The peculiarities of the passage of the axes development in the process of ontogenesis also makes it possible to identify the mechanisms of their correction and habilitation, which has undoubted practical value. At the moment, this integrative model has already shown its practical value. A number of correctional development programs, as well as support programs, have been worked out. The results of empirical studies show their high efficiency. In addition, the model demonstrates its high efficiency in advising family members and child support groups, in particular, when conducting psycho-educational work.

According to the results of the conducted empirical research, it was revealed that there is a tendency to increase fears in children, due to individual characteristics and the present stresses, neuroticism in preschool children. The results show that preschool childhood is one of the most difficult periods, which is characterized by neurotic fears that cause a general deterioration of the child’s psychoemotional state. It is very important to register the emotional changes of a preschooler, since the lack of information about the occurrence and development of fears in children causes complex barriers in the child’s further development.

Modern practice urgently requires a theoretical analysis of the younger generation spiritual culture formation problems, considering the realities of a modern, dynamically changing society. The research is relevant because today there is a contradiction between the demand for the spiritual potential of the younger generation by society and the real level of the spiritual culture of young people. The desire to find ways to resolve this contradiction determines the scientific problem of our research. In theoretical terms, this is the problem of substantiating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the younger generation spiritual culture development. In practical terms - the search for ways to optimize the processes of the formation of his spiritual culture in the modern period of the society development. One cannot speak about spirituality and morality as a mass social phenomenon regardless of specific conditions that can either hinder or contribute to the broad assertion of their principles. Today our society is going through a difficult period of its development, where crisis phenomena have covered all spheres of life and activities of people. The characteristic features of these phenomena in the spiritual sphere of society are a drop in the proportion of moral values, a decrease in spiritual principles in people’s lives. In educational work, operating with general categories of social order, we often leave on the background, and sometimes we simply forget, such fundamental concepts for a person as the fulfillment of one’s moral duty, conscience, honor, honesty, decency, mercy, dignity, nobility, goodness.

Parents believe that the school does not help the child to believe in themselves, learn to solve life problems, overcome difficulties does not teach the correct behavior in difficult life situations. From their point of view, the school does not sufficiently teach their children to reject nationalism, extremism, corruption; prevention of alcohol and drug addiction and smoking. Also, parents believe that the school does not prepare well enough for a meaningful choice of profession. To increase the efficiency of the organization of educational work, it is recommended to improve the training of future teachers in the process of obtaining higher education. It is necessary to prepare them for professional activity in modern conditions of digital transformation of society and education on the basis of a systematic approach to the organization of educational work and the use of innovative technologies.

The paper describes traditions, customs, values of the Kyrgyz people and their role in the upbringing of the younger generation. The relevance of the re-search is due to the loss of many social traditions and customs of respect for elders, which have been inherent in the Kyrgyz culture for a long time, as well as the need to find new forms of educational work with the younger generation. The study shows the features of intergenerational relations in Kyrgyz society, the factors that cause such behav-ior, as well as positive and negative trends in the development of these relations. Effective methods of educational work are proposed in order to foster spiritual and moral qualities in the younger genera-tion.
