Managing a company is not something that is easy, there are many obstacles that might be faced in creating a quality and competent company, especially managing people within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on turnover intention at the Panca Source Diesel Group. Analysis was carried out on 32 respondents, this study was taken by census method and data was collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression through T test statistics and test models (F and Coefficient of reflection). The results showed that the overall leadership and motivation variables partially or simultaneously had an effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Turnover Intention

This study aims (1) to determine how the description of emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) to determine the effect of social intelligence on employee performance. This research was conducted on 51 employees at a company engaged in the distribution or sales of Vivo smartphones in Malang, namely PT. Blue Ocean Heart, Malang city. The sampling technique in this study was the sample random sampling technique, and the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and employee performance is in the good or smart category, (2) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) social intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana deskripsi kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan sosial, dan kinerja karyawan, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 51 orang karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi atau penjualan smartphone Vivo di kota Malang yaitu PT. Blue Ocean Heart kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sample random sampling dan analisis teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) tingkat kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan sosial, dan kinerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori baik atau cerdas, (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Investors decide to invest in a company to get a profit in the form of dividends or capital gains. The company must consider the dividend policy that will be made because the decision on dividend distribution will be taken into consideration by investors before making an investment. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity and institutional ownership on dividend policy. This research was conducted at a listed manufacturing company in 2014-2017. The method of determining the sample used is using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, liquidity proxied by the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity proxied by cash ratio has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy. Institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. <p class="Default"><em>This study aims to find out (1) the influence of job stress on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, (2) The influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, and (3) The influence of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The collecting data methods used in this study were interview, questionnaires, and literature studies. The scale of questionnaires used agree-disagree scale with 10 point scale. The sample in this study were 60 Sales employees of PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression showed that job stress had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction given contribute 30.4% to turnover intention. That means that 30.4% turnover intention was explained by job stress and job satisfaction, while 69.6% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. This study obtained data from questionnaires distributed to 117 employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The questionnaire used has 14 point statements and uses a 6 point Likert scale. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique used to analyze the level of work stress and turnover intention level on employees. Simple linear regression analysis is also used to determine the effect between work stress variables and turnover intention variables. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention on employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The coefficient of determination in this study has a value of 0.571 which means that the level of job stress to turnover intention of 57.1%.Keywords : work stress, turnover intention, linear regression ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. Analisis regresi linier sederhana juga digunakan unntuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel stres kerja dan variabel turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai 0.571 yang memiliki arti bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 57,1%.Kata kunci : stres kerja, turnover intention, regresi linier.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.
