For a long time, the study of the brain capabilities for the improvement of the quality of education has been an urgent direction in pedagogical science. Due to the development of digitalization, new areas of research have emerged related to the use of special equipment that makes it possible to assess and control brainwork, develop mental abilities, cognitive functions, etc. One of them is neurotechnology, which is an effective means of transforming the educational process: it offers educational content based on the individual characteristics of students. Thus, a need to concretize the terminology and determine the current research areas arises. The article aims to attempt to fill this gap with the help of a representative analysis of publications on neurotechnologies, as well as the essence of neuroeducation.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

Post-nonclassical nature of changes in education actualizes the need for transforming its methodological grounds. The goal of this article is to offer a new perspective of interpretation of the methodology of education, as well as trace the steps towards its post-nonclassical transformation. The research leans on the theoretical-methodological provisions of the logical-semantic approach, which focuses on the laws of conceptualization. The article explores the objective and subjective logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind characteristic to classical and post-nonclassical worldview. Congruence with the objective logic of the work of mind of methodological grounds in educational practice of the higher school is confirmed by examples. The examples show the limitations of their methodological capabilities in solving modern problems of knowledge and practice. The limitations of their methodological capabilities in solution of the relevant cognitive tasks and practice are indicated. The article suggest and analyzes the methodological principle of the subject, which determines the human-sizedness and communicative alignment of methodological system of education, which ensures its compliance with the post-nonclassical methodology of science. The author demonstrates a number of changes within the education system, which are methodologically substantiated by the principle of the subject. The highlighted logical-semantic patterns of the work of mind can be used as an instrument for understanding and explaining the components of educational process, as well as their design and management. The author proposes a nonlinear structure of the content of education. It can underlie the creation of learning model, which would consider the individual characteristics of students and fulfill the educational potential of the traditional and innovative teaching systems.

Attention to self-development is caused by defining role in the life of the individual, the active involvement of man in the process of his own life. According to most modern scientists, the main source of development are internal contradictions, this process is, in fact, self-development (self-movement). Personal self-development is characterized by a high level of self-organization, communicativeness and the formation of a scientific “picture of the world” and a humanistically oriented attitude to themselves and others. A holistic study of the problem of preparing students of higher education institutions for self-development in a multimedia educational environment in terms of humanistic pedagogy still remains out of the attention of scientists at the theoretical and methodological level, which negatively affects the quality of training of philologists and teachers. The aim of the article is to analyze the problem of self-development of future teachers of philology in psychological and pedagogical research and to clarify the essence of the concept of “professional self-development of future teachers” as a pedagogical category. Activation of personal self-development, which we consider as a process and a phenomenon, is an integrated factor in their relationship. By “activation of personal self-development” we mean purposeful dynamics to change the internal state of the individual and the realization of their own positive movement on the path of self-development. At the same time, we consider self-control as a personal quality of a person and a mechanism of self-regulation of the success of personal and professional self-development, as well as self-education in the context of multimedia learning. The ideal condition for professional development can be ICT, multimedia (computer systems with integrated support for audio and video), virtual reality (artificial world, which in some way reflects and transforms the real world, creating a virtual environment (space) according to ideas and goals of those who build it), an automated learning system based on hypertext technology (allows to increase the assimilation of educational material, includes a set of educational and methodical materials (demonstration, theoretical, practical, control) and computer programs that control the educational process)), a powerful information resource of the World Wide Web, extensive experience in teaching multimedia technologies etc. In line with the humanistic paradigm of multimedia learning, the door to a single world cultural and educational space opens, so it is correct to consider students' self-development as a promising intellectually and morally purposeful education of themselves in new socio-cultural conditions, more precisely in multimedia learning. Taking into account the above mentioned, we are inclined to believe that Internet resources, multimedia learning systems and tools, finally, the whole educational environment are designed to become the optimal conditions for self-development of students of philology. In this case, self-development is due to the presence of personal content of educational activities (author's Internet projects, electronic textbooks).

The rapid development of digital technologies and the direction of education modernization, which takes into account the individual characteristics of students, allows us to talk about the need to ensure the individualization of the educational process in the electronic information and educational environment. Adaptive e-learning courses are a promising means of individualizing the educational process, providing the construction of individual learning trajectory based on the level of academic performance, perceptual modality and the level of student activity in the electronic environment. The experimental work was among students of the program 09.03.02 "Information systems and technologies" of the Siberian Federal University. The experiment involved 115 students in the study of the discipline "Mathematical Logic". Analysis of observations and evaluating the effectiveness of adaptive e-learning course in the educational process was carried out using the Kruskal–Wallis test by ranks. As a result of the experiment, it was revealed that at the beginning of the experiment there were no statistically significant differences in the groups (χ2 = 0,26005, p = 0,6101), at the end of the experiment, p < significance value 0,05 (Kruskal-Wallis χ2 = 127,57, p <0,001). This indicates that the compared groups are significantly different and the experimental hypothesis about the effectiveness of introducing the developed adaptive e-learning course into the educational process is confirmed. These results demonstrate that the introduction of adaptive e-learning courses, which ensure the construction of learning trajectories, into the educational process, is effective and has a good potential for the individualization of teaching mathematical logic in an electronic information and educational environment.

The study reveals a feature of professional identity, which influences the quality of labor capital, which in turn affects the efficient and competitive func-tioning of the economy. It is a subjective state of the individual’s sense of his/her professionalism, be-longing to the professional community and the need to develop in this direction. The acquisition of the necessary qualifications and professional skills be-gins in the process of education; therefore, profes-sional identity begins to form at the university. The results of a sociological study of professional identi-ty state of university students in Ufa demonstrate an unsatisfactory level of its development: the majority of students give an average assessment of the ac-quired knowledge, skills and abilities. They note their inadequacy for practical application; more than half of students regret choosing a specialty and/or university; about a fifth of the students do not plan to work in their specialty at all, slightly more than half of the respondents do not exclude such a pos-sibility. Based on the analysis of the data presented, it was concluded that it is necessary to introduce a high-quality practice-oriented approach, innovative teaching methods, as well as special work with stu-dents into the educational process.
