Innovation methods are an effective educational technology due to its inherent qualities of interactivity, flexibility and integration of various types of educational information, as well as with the ability to take into consideration the individual characteristics of students and enhance their motivation. The article discusses innovative teaching methods that are used in the system of the modern educational process. The characteristic features of the means, forms and methods of innovative teaching are determined, the specifics of their use in an interactive educational environment to improve the quality of student education at medical universities are revealed.


Modern educational institutions continue their activities in the framework of new Federal state educational standards requirements which have appeared in response to changing needs of the state and society. College, as one of the first stages of education, should most actively respond to these changes, since students are the most active and susceptible category of population that needs competent impact, the results of which will later affect the state of the country's economy. Any college, maintaining its competitiveness and providing high-level training for students, should use innovative teaching methods in its activities. In the article the authors reveal essence of innovation for educational process in college and, for the formation of effective learning conditions. Besides, they propose the use of project method, method of problem situations, research activities and case methods, emphasizing that each of the methods has its advantages and using them separately will not bring proper results. In order to establish the need to use innovative teaching methods in college educational process, the authors conducted an experiment in which two groups of students taught in a traditional way and with implementation of innovative methods. Performance testing was carried out using assessment of indicators identified by the results of the project performed by college students. The experiment allowed the authors to confirm that innovative methods have positive effect on students’ training. Development of students' competencies is increasing. Consequently, the authors experience implemented into college activities can be expanded and introduced into training of the rest of college students

The author of the study explores new trends and technologies in the education process. This suggests the suitabil-ity of introducing innovations not only to teaching methods and forms, but also to change the concept of teaching content, and to change students' approach to learning, to teach them (Petlák E., 2012, pp. 18-19). Of the many approaches to innovative teaching, humanistic principles are considered as a key. They try to present the view on neuropedagogy and neurodidactics, their common feature is the desire to increase the level of pro-gress and the results of the educational process.

The examples of curricula design using modern information technologies and elements (resources and activities) of the digital learning environment of Penza State University are given. The teaching methods and features of their employment are described. The authors highlight the need for further elaborating the issues of ongoing methodological support for teachers in the field of information and pedagogical technologies.

The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. The globalization of educational space shows that university education should meet the needs of society based on the ethical principles of interaction between participants of educational process and use innovative teaching methods. Therefore the purpose of the study is to substantiate the importance of convergence of systems of education at Scottish and Ukrainian universities in order to provide ethical leadership in the field of education. A systematic approach to the realization of the purpose of the study allowed solving the main tasks: systematization of the strengths of Scottish education, justification of the impact of university social responsibility on providing ethical leadership in education, comparing the main indicators of the process of providing educational services in Scotland and Ukraine.As a result, it is established that the synergetic effect from the application of the concept of ethical leadership is achieved as a result of the interaction of all participants in the educational process, namely: the state (awareness and realization of the social mission to develop the potential of youth); universities (development of educational programs taking into account the needs of modern society and the use of teaching methods capable of forming the necessary competences for future specialists); students (interest in obtaining quality education).

An attempt was made in the article for generalizing pedagogical educational technologies and use them in the process of preparing aspirants of higher education for professional activity. The concepts of «pedagogical technologies» and «innovations» from the point of didactic foundations of pedagogy are highlighted. The classification of innovative teaching methods used in the educational process of training future professionals is given. The authors emphasize the quality of training in the application of modern pedagogical methods that affect the modernization of educational content, methods, forms and allow to realize the most effective implementation of training tasks in the modern conditions.

This paper describes the concept of teaching methods and their distribution to the various scientific methods, in addition to described innovative teaching methods. Considered innovative teaching methods advantages and disadvantages of teaching mathematics, the math topics examples. College mathematics teachers survey showed that the most applied are traditional methods by integrating into them innovative methods, based on technologies and different methodologies.

In the modern world, new trends, news, new directions and methods in the field of education and science, which occurred in any country, form their own peculiar system. All areas and areas of education and science, in accordance with modern requirements, are moving on new technologies to innovative teaching methods. Also, in the field of physical education and sports, the educational process is at the transition stage using new teaching methods. Although the basic structure of the preparatory period for athletes has been preserved, the skills and abilities, means, methods, as well as sanitary and hygienic standards, adaptive, recreational, rehabilitation and other methods that improve the results of athletes are updated. For example, before, to improve the results of athletes, it was used as the main, and in some cases, as the only method - physical training, therefore, it was precisely on it that the main emphasis was made. In accordance with the new trends of the time, the range of new tools and methods is expanding, which means that to improve the results in sports, there are needs to prevent the psychological state of athletes through the pedagogical process.
