This study was performed to discover the influence of rumination and worry, test anxiety and procrastination on the educational attainment of the students of the university. The descriptive survey research method was used for conducting the research. The technique of stratified random sampling was used to select 400 students from the 7th and 8th semesters of fall, 2018 from four public sector universities of the Hazara Division. The ruminative responsive scale developed by Treynor, Gonzalez and Nolen-Hoeksema, (2003), Test anxiety developed by Nest and Diehl (1990), and Abu Ghazal (2012) scale of academic procrastination was adopted as data collection instruments. Regression analyses, coefficient of correlation, mean, and standard deviation was applied for the analysis of data. The results of the study found that test anxiety is greater among students of the university. It was established that rumination and worry, academic procrastination and test anxiety has a significant positive relationship among each other. Further, it was indicated that test anxiety and academic procrastination has significant impact on educational attainment.

The purpose in this study is to find out the relation between academic cheating and academic procrastinations. Academic procrastination is the act of someone who replaces the implementation of more important things with tasks that are not too important, or doing things that are more fun to do so that procrastinating important tasks to another day (Newton, 2014). The researchers assuming there was a positive relationship between variable academic cheating and academic procrastinations. Participants for this study collected by a disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the sample in this research are 139 students at SMA Yos Sudarso Medan. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.562 (p<0.05). These results show that there is a absolute and significant relationship between academic cheating and academic procrastinations.

This descriptive survey research investigated the motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) from a gender point of view and established a link of motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic) with students academic achievement. From two public sector universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 162 students were selected through the use of the technique of stratified random sampling. For measuring the students motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic), a scale developed by Lepper et al. (2005) was used. In order to analyze the collected data, the correlation coefficient and t-test were used. Results showed that Male students are more extrinsically motivated. A significant gender difference in the aspect of Easy work and academic outcomes exists. Furthermore, students educational attainment is significantly affected by both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The Navy Debriefing Service is a central implementing agency whose main task is a series of supply chain management, which has several problems related to the uneven competence of Disbekal personnel, limited human resources and lack of creation, innovation, improvisation, as a result of the large number of personnel who have been around for a long time. served in Disbekal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and the influence of organizational culture partially on the work productivity of Disbekal. As well as analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture simultaneously on the work productivity of Disbekal. Descriptive verification research method with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The number of samples is 88 personnel, with data collection through stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the TNI AL debriefing service partially and simultaneously. Where the direct influence of the competence variable is 30.2%, and the organizational culture variable is 18.5%. The total effect is 68.1% overall, while 39.1% is the influence of other factors that were not researched.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF REGULATED LEARNING AND ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION IN CHEMISTRY EDUCATION STUDENTS IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC  AbstractThe world, including Indonesia, is being hit by the covid-19 outbreak, making students adapt to a new learning process, namely online. Students need self-regulated learning to direct the learning process to achieve optimal learning goals and suppress the level of academic procrastination experienced by students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination in Chemistry Education students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a correlational method with a quantitative research approach. This study's population was 210 students of Chemistry Education class 2017, 2018, and 2019 with a sample size of 68 students who were determined using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were self-regulated learning questionnaires, academic procrastination questionnaires, and interviews. The product-moment correlation technique is used to test the hypothesis. The results obtained a correlation coefficient value of -0.409 with a significance of 0.001, so it can be said that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-regulated learning and academic procrastination in  Chemistry Education students during the covid-19 pandemic.  Abstrak Saat ini dunia termasuk Indonesia sedang dilanda wabah covid-19 yang membuat mahasiswa harus beradaptasi dengan proses pembelajaran baru yakni melalui daring. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket self regulated learning, angket prokrastinasi akademik, dan wawancara. Teknik korelasi product moment digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Abstract: The aims of study is to know the influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Bangka Belitung University students.The sample of this study was 321 respondents. Using proportional random sampling for technique sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results of the descriptive analysis are obtained in the plan indicator of 4.11, preference indicator of 4.00, while the desire indicator is 3.39 that the interest of entrepreneurial students in the high category. The influence of entrepreneurship education in effective category. The results show an entrepreneurial education that is simultaneously influential towards entrepreneurial interest. The more effective research is the entrepreneurial education, the higher the interest of students from the University of Bangka Belitung.

This research is background by students who experience rejection from peers and become isolated students. Oneof the factors thought to influence it is emotional intelligence. This purpose of this research is to: Describe the emotional intelligence of students, Describe peer acceptance, and Test the significance of the relationship emotional intelligance with peer acceptance. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational types. The population of this study was 354 students of SMPN 4 Padang and a sample of 201 students selected with Stratified Random Sampling. Data analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment techniques with the support of the program SPSS for windows 20. The research findings show that: Students emotional intelligence is in the hight category with a percentage of 60,70%, Peer acceptance is in a good category with a percentage of 54,73%, and there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and peer acceptance with a correlation coefficient of 0,504 and a significance level0,000.

The moral degradation and character of the nation's children is increasingly worrying. This phenomenon can damage the realization of the superior generation of the nation's generation. So it takes a touch in basic education that can provide reinforcement and the formation of student character in loving the environment in a sustainable manner. This study aims to determine the effect of the Adiwiyata program on environmental education based on ecopedagogic-based care for high-class students at Cijantung 03 Jakarta Primary School The research method used is a descriptive associative quantitative approach, a simple paradigm research design. The sample used was stratified random sampling with validity testing using Pearson product-moment correlation. While the reliability test uses Alfa Cronbach. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence in fostering environmental care character for schools that receive the Adiwiyata-based Ecopedagogic program including habits in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the school environment that has an impact on students' habits of maintaining, preserving, and discarding orderliness. rubbish and recycle the garbage in the environment

Civil registration aims to secure permanent records of people. In the Philippines, Republic Act No. 3753 or the Civil Registry Law mandates that all vital events should be registered. This study aims to assess the civil registration awareness, compliance, purpose, and challenges of municipal residents in Negros Occidental, Philippines. A descriptive-comparative and correlational study was used through a researcher-made questionnaire among 376 residents of villages identified using stratified random sampling. The study revealed that the level of awareness of the residents on civil registration is high. At the same time, the extent of compliance was high on birth and marriage but low on death registration. It also revealed a significant difference between awareness and compliance on civil registration when respondents are grouped according to sex and educational attainment, but no significant differences when grouped as to age, income, and distance to the office of the local civil registrar.  There is a significant relationship between the level of awareness and extent of compliance in the civil registration of residents. Among the challenges for nonregistration or delayed registration of vital events are lack of valid identification card and high cost of transportation, among others.

Intrapreneurship as a transformational strategy in non-profit organizations, including libraries, requires special arrangements through improvement of employees’ cooperation and tendency to entrepreneurial activities. Organizational empowerment is a mechanism which not only influences the staff’s attitude toward the organization through creating/enhancing loyalty, value congruence, and affective commitment but also leads to self-empowerment. Consequently, it seems that organizational empowerment in librarians can be one of the contextual factors which can directly lead to more intrapreneurship in libraries. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the status of organizational empowerment, intrapreneurship and the effect of organizational empowerment on intrapreneurship in the university libraries of Iran. The research population of this questionnaire-based survey consisted of 105 individuals who come from two different classes of librarians in two top universities in Iran. Participants were selected from each class through stratified random sampling. The findings demonstrated that organizational empowerment and intrapreneurship did not enjoy adequate status within these two university libraries. In addition, the effect of organizational empowerment on intrapreneurship was confirmed.
