Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan bidang ketrampilan Public Speaking, survival, Character Building, dan Community Buildingbagi kebidelan Seminari Menengah St. Paulus Palembang ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan siswa Seminari khususnya pengurus organisasi kesiswaan (kebidelan) dalam Public Speaking, survival, Character Building, dan Community Building. Metode yang dipakai berupa metode mimbar dan praktek dalam kelompok. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 3 hari dengan format camping sehingga ketrampilan survival, Character Building dan Community Building langsung dapat dipraktikkan. Materi dasar manajemen kepemimpinan dan Public Speaking ditempatkan pada hari kedua demi mendukung proses pelatihan dan dilaksanakan secara teoritis dan praktis. Dari hasil kuesioner pelaksanaan kegiatan, didapatkan respon yang positif (56%) dari seluruh peserta kegiatan menunjukkan signifikansi peningkatan skil peserta dalam kemampuan Public Speaking dan leadership.Abstract: The purpose of leadership training activities in the fields of Public Speaking, survival, Character Building, and Community Building skills for Midnight Seminary St. Paulus Palembang is to improve the leadership ability of Seminary students, especially the management of student organizations (kebidelan) in Public Speaking, survival, Character Building, and Community Building. The method used in the form of the pulpit method and practice in groups. The activity lasts for 3 days in a camping format so that survival, Character Building and Community Building skills can be put into practice immediately. The basic materials of leadership management and Public Speaking are placed on the second day to support the training process and are carried out theoretically and practically. From the results of the activity implementation questionnaire, positive responses (56%) were obtained from all participants shown the significancy skills improve on Public Speaking and leadership

Knowledge and skills have become the most crucial resource capital which enables organizations to survive in the ever changing business environment. One of the common strategies for organizations to increase their performance and productivity is through training and the main role of human resource development is to fulfil the needs of the organizations by providing employees with up to date expertise, information, knowledge and skills. Since huge financial investments and enormous time are allocated for training, organizations hope that the training will lead to the desired workoutcomes. However, this does not always happen. There is only a small percentage of training programs which had successfully shown lasting transferability to the workplace and this indicates thatunderstanding and improving the training transfer process is still a major concern for training researchers and practitioners. As training transfer is influenced by several variables at different levels of analysis, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between training transfer determinants, the involvement of different stakeholders and training activities in the training process. Specifically, this study investigates the influence of training transfer determinants on goal setting amongst small businesswomen. In addition, it will emphasize the roles of primary stakeholders in the social networkat different times during the training process towards achieving training transfer. Therefore, the framework postulates social networks as a moderating variable in enhancing training transfer andgoal setting amongst small businesswomen.

Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. This study aims to support both these requirements by presenting the case study of REFUGEEClassAssistance4Teachers project and its outcomes.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

The Problem Although there are women leading in various sectors within African societies and institutions, very little research has been done to explore and explain their experiences within their cultural, economic, social, historical, and political context. To have a deeper understanding of women’s leadership globally, there must be studies of women’s leadership within specific local contexts. The Solution This article explicates women’s leadership under the ubuntu worldview, with implications for application in contemporary organizations beyond the African context. Ubuntu reflects the African understanding of the essence of humanity. Guided by Black feminist theorizing, the study employed portraiture qualitative approach; in-depth interviews with women leaders provided illustrative quotes about spirituality, interdependence, unity, and community building. The Stakeholders The article is aimed at both leadership scholars and leadership training practitioners with a focus on the African context.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020.   Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training   Abstrak   Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020.   Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan

This article presents the idea of strategies for improving the effectiveness of leadership training that has so far not been clearly mapped. Although the current leadership training system design is perceived to be quite effective but in its perceived implementation it has not been optimal yet to boost organizational performance to the highest level. To focus the training into effective learning requires the organization to be able to pay attention to two important elements of training, participants characteristics and organizational support. Expectations of the two elements need to be met so that the training process runs perfectly. On this basis and with reference to empirical theories and experiences, this article successfully formulates three key strategies that need to be undertaken in the pre-leadership training phase, during leadership training, and post leadership training. Keywords : Effectiveness, Leadership Training Abstrak Artikel ini menyajikan pokok pikiran terkait strategi peningkatan efektivitas pelatihan kepemimpinan yang hingga saat ini masih belum terpetakan dengan jelas. Meskipun rancangan sistem pelatihan kepemimpinan yang ada saat ini dirasakan cukup efektif namun, dalam pelaksanannya dirasakan masih belum optimal mendongkrak kinerja organisasi ke level yang tertinggi. Untuk memfokuskan pelatihan menjadi pembelajaran yang efektif, mensyaratkan organisasi untuk mampu memperhatikan dua unsur penting yaitu karakteristik peserta pelatihan dan dukungan lingkungan organisasi. Ekspektasi dan harapan dua unsur tersebut perlu dipertemukan agar proses pelatihan berjalan sempurna. Atas dasar hal tersebut dan dengan berpedoman pada teori-teori dan pengalaman empiris, artikel ini berhasil memformulasikan tiga strategi utama yang perlu dijalankan mulai di fase pra-pelatihan kepemimpinan, pada saat pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan pasca pelatihan kepemimpinan. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of leadership values in the Pancasila paradigm as a character-building value. This research uses descriptive qualitative type and literature study by applying the technique of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is done by categorizing and classifying based on the logical analysis, then interpreted in the context of the whole research problem. The findings of the research show that students of basic leadership training do not understand the values of leadership in an applicative manner, this can be seen by the incomplete understanding of leaders and leadership. This research is expected that students are able to implement leadership values in the context of the Pancasila paradigm through character building in everyday life.</em></p>

Abstract: The community service part of Tri Dharma Higher Education, through devotion then theory in the education process is implemented through activities in the community that benefit and supports community development. The purpose of this writing is to describe one of the programs in community service implemented by the Hindu Religious Education Study Program, STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram in Pasraman Amerta Sanjiwani, Rincung Village which is training to draw Balinese ornaments. Hindus in Rincung Village is still bloody and of Balinese descent, so it certainly still brings Balinese culture in the daily life of its people, based on the results of interviews that children know Balinese ornaments but are not yet adept at drawing them so that through the training process of drawing Balinese ornaments on children in Rincung village to introduce and preserve Hindu cultural values namely Balinese ornaments as ancestral art heritage. The methods used in this service include the process of planning implementation and evaluation wherein the planning emphasizes the strengthening of the design of learning design. Based on this devotional activity, it was obtained as a result that the children in the training to draw Balinese ornaments were very enthusiastic and began to generate motivation to continue preserving the cultural heritage of their ancestors. Through training activities on community service, this can be used as insight and source of information and can be resumed in the next devotional activities. Keywords : learning, drawing, ornament, Hindu, devotion Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, melalui pengabdian maka teori dalam proses Pendidikan  diimplementasikan melalui kegiatan di masyarakat yang bermanfaat dan menunjang pembangunan masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menggambarkan salah satu program dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh program studi Pendidikan Agama Hindu, STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram di Pasraman Amerta Sanjiwani Desa Rincung yaitu pelatihan menggambar ornamen Bali. Umat Hindu di Desa Rincung masih berdarah dan keturunan suku Bali sehingga tentu masih membawa budaya Bali dalam keseharian masyarakatnya, berdasarkan hasil wawancara bahwa anak-anak mengenal ornamen Bali namun belum mahir untuk menggambarnya sehingga melalui proses pelatihan menggambar ornamen Bali pada anak-anak di desa Rincung  untuk mengenalkan dan melestarikan kembali nilai-nilai budaya yang bernuansa Hindu yaitu ornamen Bali sebagai warisan kesenian leluhur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah meliputi proses perencanaan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dimana dalam perencanaannya menekankan kepada penguatan perancangan desain pelatihan. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian ini maka didapatkan hasil bahwa anak-anak dalam pelatihan menggambar ornamen Bali sangatlah antusias dan mulai timbul motivasi untuk terus melestarikan warisan budaya leluhurnya. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu wawasan dan sumber informasi dan dapat dilanjutkan kembali dalam kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : pembelajaran, menggambar, ornamen, hindu, pengabdian

Modern enterprises require competent specialists in economics, active and independent, able to make responsible and well-founded decisions. Therefore, their practical training comes to the fore. That is why, training technologies are introduced more and more to the process of teaching economic disciplines, which are the most labor-intensive teaching methods. The article proves the perspectives of using interactive equipment during training activities. The author's interactive materials for exercises and tasks, prepared in specialized applications and on-line services, were presented. These materials are presented in accordance with the general logic of conducting trainings. At the beginning of the training, the lead-in is conducted to develop attention. Interactive tasks for them are developed in the SMART Notebook application. At the main stage of the training, the information materials and tasks, prepared in the SMART Notebook and Easy Interactive Tools, LearningApps and Scrumblr services, come in handy. These tasks are also performed in these applications and services. Summing up and reflection at the end of the training is carried out with the help of interactive materials (tables and flip charts), which are filled by students. The characteristics of the interactive materials reveal the methodology for their development and use during the training. The features of the proposed materials are related to the fact that this equipment and materials for it are similar to marker boards, markers, stickers, etc., which are traditionally used in trainings. The use of interactive equipment intensifies the training process, activates the motivational and activity spheres and allows to cut corners on traditional resources. The future teacher of economics must master the methodology of preparing interactive materials and their use during training.

Mahasiswa S1 Psikologi merupakan bagian dari masa depan bangsa yang diharapkan mampu memberikan teladan dalam kepemimpinan di masyarakat luas. Setiap prilaku dan ucapan yang disampaikan diharapkan menjadi contoh dan teladan yang baik untuk masyarakatnya. Agar hal tersebut terlaksana dengan baik maka diperlukan dan menjadi keharusan untuk dibekali keterampilan berbicara yang baik dan santun, sehingga mereka mampu menjadi tenaga-tenaga pamong yang handal, kompeten, tangguh dan professional dalam menangani permasalahan-permasalahan masyarakat dan memberikan pelayanan kepada public. Strategi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan Public Speaking untuk profesi psikologi ini ialah menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). FGD itu sendiri ialah diskusi terfokus dari suatu grup dalam membahas suatu masalah tertentu. Diharapkan setelah ini Mahasiswa mendapatkan manfaat secara komprehensif dalam keterampilan dasar dan lanjutan untuk penerapan kepiawaian berbicara yang baik dan santun dihadapan public sehingga menjadi motivator/interest rekan sejawat di lingkungan kampus.    Kata Kunci : Profesi Psikologi, Ilmu komunikasi, Public Speaking Abstract: Undergraduate Psychology students are part of the nation's future who are expected to be able to provide role models in leadership in the wider community. Every behavior and speech conveyed is expected to be a good example and role model for the community. In order for this to be carried out properly, it is necessary and imperative to be equipped with good and polite speaking skills, so that they are able to become reliable, competent, tough and professional civil servants in dealing with community problems and providing services to the public. The strategy used in the Public Speaking training for the psychology profession is to use a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). FGD itself is a focused discussion of a group in discussing a particular problem. It is hoped that after this students will get comprehensive benefits in basic and advanced skills for the application of good and polite speaking skills in front of the public so that it becomes a motivator / interest for colleagues in the campus environment.   Keyword: Profession Psychology, Communication Studies, Public Speaking
