PEMBENTUKAN BUDAYA PELAYANAN PRIMA PADA KADER KESEHATAN DI KELURAHAN JABUNGAN BANYUMANIK  KOTA SEMARANG

ABSTRAKKader kesehatan desa merupakan warga yang tinggal di wilayah kerja kader yang bekerja secara sukarela sebagai penggerak program kesehatan. Menjadi kader kesehatan desa tentu banyak tantangannya, seperti tidak memiliki pengetahuan dasar pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, direndahkan ataupun dianggap galak. Berdasarkan data di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam melaksanakan tugas masih jauh dari harapan. Hal ini dillihat dari pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu yang monoton dan tidak berkembang yang nantinya akan berdampak terhadap pelaksanaan program desa siaga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pembentukan pelayanan budaya prima pada kader kesehatan merupakan kegiatan untuk mempersiapkan kader kesehatan agar mau dan mampu berperan serta dalam mengembangkan program kesehatan di desanya. Kegiatan pengabmas dengan sasaran kader kesehatan di Kelurahan Jabungan menggunakan metode pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara daring dengan memberikan dasar pengetahuan tentang pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Menyiasati keadaan wilayah Kota Semarang yang masih dilanda pandemi Covid, maka pengabmas dilaksanakan secara virtual menggunakan media zoom meeting. Luaran pengabdian masyarakat tentang Pembentukan Budaya Pelayanan Prima pada Kader Kesehatan di Kelurahan Jabungan Banyumanik Kota Semarang berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat, sertifikat dan Buku Saku Pelayanan Prima Bagi Kader Kesehatan Desa serta hasil pengabmas dijurnalkan di jurnal pengabdian masyarakat. Kata kunci: pelayanan prima; kader kesehatan. ABSTRACTVillage health cadres are residents who live in the working area of cadres and work voluntarily as drivers of health programs. There are many challenges for village health cadres, such as not having basic knowledge of community services, being humiliated, or being considered fierce. Based on field data, shows that the knowledge and skills of cadres in carrying out their duties are still far from expectations. It can be seen from the monotonous and undeveloped implementation of posyandu activities which will have an impact on the implementation of the standby village program. This community service activity consists of several phases including the planning, implementation, and evaluation phase. The establishment of excellent cultural services for health cadres is an activity to prepare health cadres to be willing and able to participate in developing health programs in their villages. Community service activities targeting health cadres in Jabungan Village use online training methods by providing a basic knowledge of excellent service to the community. Dealing with the condition of the Semarang City which is still hit by the Covid pandemic, the community service is carried out virtually using zoom meeting. Outcomes of community service regarding the Formation of Culture of Excellent Service for Health Cadres in Jabungan Village Banyumanik, Semarang City in the form of increasing community understanding and skills, certificates, and Excellent Service Pocket Books for Village Health Cadres and community service results are journalized in community service journals. Training in making woven models as a medium for learning art and culture and this workshop aims to train skills: making woven models from asturo paper to improve the quality of visual art learning in elementary schools. Training methods by providing individual practice guidance to weaving skills directly to 20 elementary school teachers. The results of this community service activity are (1) non-physical for elementary school teachers in cluster 3 Donowarih Karangploso are very interested in getting art training and are willing to disseminate knowledge and skills to other teachers in their assignments. (2) individual trainees are skilled in making woven shapes of fish, flying birds, stars, baskets, and ribbon-shaped woven frames. Pelatihan pembuatan model karya anyaman sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya ini bertujuan melatih keterampilan: membuat model-model anyaman dari kertas asturo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senirupa di SD. Metode pelatihan dengan memberikan bimbingan praktek individu keterampilan menganyam secara langsung kepada 20 guru SD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) non-fisik bagi guru-guru SD di gugus 3 Donowarih Karangploso sangat berminat mendapat pelatihan senirupa-prakarya, dan bersedia untuk menyebarluaskan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru lain di tempat tugasnya. (2) peserta pelatihan secara individu terampil membuat anyaman bentuk ikan, burung terbang, bintang, keranjang (besek), dan anyaman pita bentuk pigura.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers in applying the principles of learning for deaf students in inclusive education institutions. Insights into the knowledge and skills provided about the basic concepts of inclusive education, the introduction of ABK and its characteristics, identification of deaf ABK, the principles of deaf ABK learning and assessment of learning outcomes for deaf ABK. This activity was carried out in the form of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for elementary school teachers. The topic was the Socialization of Children with Special Needs specifically Deafness in the Fostered area of Sukamakmur District, Bogor. This community service is carried out for 2 (two) days through training methods, lectures, interactive discussions, Q and A with speakers coming from lecturers of Special Education (PKh) study programs. This P2M activity was followed enthusiastically by 50 teachers from schools located in Sukamakmur District. The results obtained from this P2M activity are changes in the mindset of teachers in looking at ABK and addressing inclusive education. In addition, teachers also have skills in identifying deaf ABK and learning by using specific principles for deaf ABK. It is expected that this P2M activity can be continued in the following year with more diverse material and wider target groups. ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran untuk siswa tunarungu yang berada di sekolah penyelengagara pendidikan inklusif. Wawasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diberikan tentang konsep dasar pendidikan inklusif, pengenalan ABK dan karakteristiknya, identifikasi ABK tunarungu, prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran ABK tunarungu dan penilaian hasil belajar bagi ABK tunarungu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) untuk guru sekolah dasar tentang Sosialisasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Tunarungu Di Gugus Wilayah Binaan Kecamatan Sukamakmur Bogor. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) hari dengan metode pelatihan, melalui ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab interaktif, dengan nara sumber yaitu dosen-dosen program studi Pendidikan Khusus (PKh). Kegiatan P2M ini diikuti dengan antusias dan penuh semangat oleh 50 orang guru yang berasal dari sekolah-sekolah yang berada di Kecamatan Sukamakmur. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan P2M ini adalah perubahan mindset para guru dalam memandang ABK dan menyikapi pendidikan inklusif. Selain itu guru-guru juga memiliki keterampilan dalam mengidentifikasi ABK tunarungu serta melakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan prinsip-prisip khusus bagi ABK tunarungu. Diharapkan kegiatan P2M ini dapat dilanjutkan pada tahun berikutnya dengan materi yang lebih beragam dan kelompok sasaran yang lebih luas lagi.

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan edukasi penanaman bibit vanili pada pekarangan rumah di Desa Yehembang Kangin, Tabanan, Bali. Penulis menemukan bahwa masyarakat belum dengan baik memanfaatkan lahan kosong pada pekarangan rumah mereka. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan lahan kosong pekarangan rumah mereka dengan menanam tanaman bibit vanili agar masyarakat memiliki kegiatan yang menghasilkan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah tahap observasi dan edukasi langsung dengan mengunjungi rumah warga yang memiliki pekarangan luas, maupun edukasi tidak langsung yang dilakukan secara online menggunakan media digital serta tahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui ketercapaian kegiatan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat akan lebih sadar akan keuntungan dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah serta membangun minat mereka dalam menanam bibit vanili.Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, edukasi penanaman vanili, alternatif peningkatan kesejahteraan, pengabdian masyarakat AbstractThis community service activity was carried out in order to provide education on planting vanilla seeds in the yard of the house in Yehembang Kangin village, Tabanan, Bali. The author finds that the community has not properly utilized the vacant land in their yards. The purpose of this community service is to assist the community in utilizing the vacant land in their home yards by planting vanilla seeds so that the community has productive activities. The method used in this activity is the direct observation and education phase by visiting the homes of residents who have large yards, as well as indirect education conducted online using digital media and the evaluation phase to determine the achievement of the activity. With this service activity, the community will be more aware of the benefits of utilizing their yards and build their interest in planting vanilla seeds.Key Word: utilization of home yards, education on vanilla planting, alternatives for improving welfare, community services

Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus that can be transmitted between humans through coughing or sneezing. The application of health protocols and increased immunity is an effort to prevent COVID-19 infection. Intensification of home garden with immune-boosting medical plants have several benefits, that are the fulfillment of household needs of immune-boosting medical plants, overcome the soaring price of immune-boosting medical plants and as physical activity and community ecotherapy to increase immunity. Community service with theme intensification of home garden with immune-boosting medical plants and as ecotherapy was carried out in Mojolaban Sub-district, Sukoharjo. The community service aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of the community related to the intensification of home garden medical plants that can be used as ecotherapy. This activity was conducted by extension and training methods to representatives of two Farmer Women’s Groups, namely KWT Sri Rejeki and KWT Mekar Sari. Participants of this community activity look enthusiastic to follow each activity. The team of community service activity in Mojolaban Sub-district also handed over tools and materials in form of planting media, fertilizers, medical plants seed (turmeric, ginger, temulawak and lemongrass) to KWT Sri Rejeki and KWT Mekar Sari for starting the intensification of home garden with immune-boosting medical plants. This community service increases the knowledge of the community in Mojolaban Sub-district about the intensification of home gardens with immune-boosting medical plants, the community is also enthusiastic to conduct home garden intensification with immune-boosting medical plants after knowing of benefits that will be obtained.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

OPTIMIZING THE SWEET POTATOES’ POTENTIAL IN SINDANGKARYA VILLAGE, MENES SUB-DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY. Sweet potato is one of the agricultural commodities that is suitable for cultivation in Sindangkarya village, Pandeglang Regency. Each year, Sindangkarya village produces 350 tonnes of sweet potato. However, the low price of sweet potato causes small income for the residents. One of the efforts to increase its selling value is processing sweet potatoes into various products such as sweet potato cake or various other processed products. The problem founded is that people do not have the knowledge and skills of sweet potatoes utilization. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and train the community skills in processing sweet potatoes so they will have a higher selling value and attract the buyers. This article concludes that Sindangkarya Village has a business potential that involves the participants, PKK Cadres, Posyandu Cadres and Youth Organization developing creative ideas to make valuable products and beneficial to the lives of Sindangkarya residents and can reduce unemployment.

The website can be a center of information and communication for them. It is accelerating the flow of information and communication on oil palm growers. The purpose of this service activity is to create an android-based KUD website which contains information about cooperatives and information about oil palm plantations. Community service activities are carried out in Bukit Lingkar Village, one of potential villages in oil palm. In this village, an oil palm village cooperative with the name KUD Milik Bersama has also been established which is a partner in this activity. Activities are integrated with the Student project. Implementation of training activities is socialization and discussion activities. then practice making websites, assistance and coaching. The technical implementation of the activity is a combination of offline and online meetings. It is because Covid 19 pandemic. The implementers in the field are students. The results of this activity include the formation of a cooperative website with the name http: //www.koperasi kudmilikbersama.com, increasing farmers' knowledge and skills regarding media use, including a website with information related to oil palm farming. The world of national education is required to be able to produce superior human resources, so that they are able to face all challenges that arise in the future. Referring to this, chemistry learning methods at the high school level need special attention. This is due to the lack of student interest in learning chemistry, because the learning is often carried out through a one-way process using the theoretical explanation method. This Community Service Program activity was carried out through workshop and training methods with practice-based chemistry learning. The training materials included liquid detergent, dish soap, and floor cleaner. The partner involved in this program was SMAN 15 Semarang. The implementation of this community service activity began with a material giving session, workshop session and training on household products manufacturing, and discussions. The results of the implementation of this community service activity can provide various benefits for the involved partner in the form of increased knowledge and understanding in the field of chemistry and motivation for entrepreneurship. Practice-based community service activities received a positive response from the partner involved in this program, so that this practice-based learning model would be applied in Chemistry learning at SMA N 15 Semarang. Abstrak Dunia pendidikan nasional harus mampu melahirkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggul, agar mampu menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang perlu menjadi perhatian adalah pembelajaran kimia di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pembelajaran kimia kurang diminati siswa karena pada umumnya hanya dilakukan secara satu arah dengan metode penjelasan teoritis. Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui metode workshop dan pelatihan dengan pembelajaran kimia berbasis praktikum. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi detergen cair, sabun cuci piring, dan pembersih lantai. Sebagai mitra kegiatan adalah SMAN 15 Semarang Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan mulai dari sesi pemberian materi, sesi workshop dan pelatihan pembuatan produk household, dan diskusi. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat , mitra mendapatkan manfaat berupa bertambahnya ilmu dan pemahaman dalam bidang kimia serta termotivasi untuk melakukan wirausaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berbasis praktikum mendapat respon positif dari mitra sehingga model pembelajaran berbasis praktikum akan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Kimia di SMA N 15 Semarang.

Kewajiban untuk menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru mendorong pentingnya penguasaan reference management software agar kualitas sitasi dan daftar rujukan dalam karya ilmiah sesuai dengan format yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru SMKN 6 Malang tentang reference management software Zotero dan EndNote. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama dua hari. Selain itu, dilakukan juga survey tentang persepsi pelatihan tentang reference management software dan operasionalnya sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, survey juga berisikan tentang persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penyampaian materi pelatihan. Dari hasil survey, diketahui mayoritas peserta pelatihan belum memahami reference management software dan pengoperasiannya. Setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa Zotero lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan dengan End-Note. Mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa kedua reference management software yang diajarkan, baik Zotero maupun End-Note, mudah untuk digunakan dalam menulis sitasi dan daftar pustaka. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan menyatakan tingkat penguasaan materi baik dan cara penyampaian materi oleh penyaji menarik serta interaksi penyaji dan peserta baik.Kata kunci: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Sitasi.AbstractThe obligation to write scientific papers for teachers encourages the importance of mastering reference management software so that the quality of citations and reference lists in scientific papers are in accordance with the desired format. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMKN 6 Malang about Zotero and EndNote reference management software. The workshop activities were carried out for two days. In addition, a survey of the workshop participant about reference management software and operations was also conducted before and after the workshop. The survey also contained perceptions of workshop participants regarding the delivery of training materials. From the survey results, it is known that the majority of workshop participants did not understand the reference management software and its operation before attending the workshop. After the workshop, most of the participants perceived that Zotero was easier to use compared to End-Note. Most of the participants also perceived that the two reference management software taught, both Zotero and End-Note, were easy to use in writing citations and references. The survey results also showed that the majority of participants stated that the level of mastery of the material was good and the way the material was presented by the presenters was interesting and the interaction between presenters and participants was good.Keywords: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Citation.

Islamic Microfinance

The background of this activity was to fulfill the aspirations of the Muslims of Bandar Kidul village, Mojoroto Subdistrict, Kediri City to carry out economic activities following Islamic rules and the potential capabilities and skills possessed by management and members of the Fascho cooperative to manage Islamic microfinance institutions such as Baitul Wat Tamwil . The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding, knowledge, and skills to the management and members of the Fascho cooperative who are engaged in Mojoroto Subdistrict, Kediri City about Islamic economics and Islamic Finance. The activity took place in May 2018, and the actions were in the form of workshop and socialization about Islamic economics and Islamic finance. The article is expected to be a provision for administrators and members to establish Baitulmal wat Tamwil. The results of the activities were in the form of increased awareness of the community around the location of the community service and the increased knowledge and skills of the members and administrators of the Fascho Cooperative so that they were better prepared to establish the BMT.
