This study aims to determine how the system of structuring and retrieval of inactive archives in the Department of Food, Crops and Horticulture Riau Province. The method used in this study is descriptive data analysis method. The data analysis techniques carried out by researchers are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, archive retrieval refers to the calculation of recall-precision. The research population is all staff of the General and Civil Service Sub-Division who opened 25 people and inactive archives in 2015 which opened 327 archives. The research sample is 1 honorary staff of the general and civil service sub-section and 2 supervisory archivists and young expert archivists, researchers took 3 informants who were directly related to the arrangement of inactive archives. The archive sample used for archive retrieval is by using 8 keywords with archive classification codes, namely 005 (Invitation), 048 (Data Management), 822 (Regular Salary Increase), 823 (Raise), 842 (Funds), 851 ( Annual Leave), 855 (Leave for Hajj/Umrah), 862 (Penalty). The results showed that the inactive archive arrangement system at the Food, Food Crops and Horticulture Department of Riau Province was using guidelines based on the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2017 and inactive archive retrieval using the Ms. The average recall value is 97.75% and the average recall level is 99.05%. So, the arrangement of inactive archives is quite good and to remember the precision of the archive shows the results of an unbalanced proportion due to several factors, namely there are still archives that have not been inputted and there are still archives that do not match the keywords used.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. This study aims to determine the rational fiqh about zakat and grants in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). This research method uses a qualitative concept, with a normative juridical approach in concreto and legal synchronization, while the Risert library research type (literature) and data analysis techniques use the contents analysis method with the benefit of measuring instruments. The result is that zakat and grants have an important role in life berketuhanan, community and state, in the science of fiqh propulsion has maqashid hifzu al-Maal (memlihara treasure) for the sanctity of property, the soul also keep the despicable nature for the benefit of the afterlife, so that the sacred property of property other people. Zakat and grants are compulsory logging and circumcision, both of which are dimensions of good deeds, namely the dimensions of worship, social and economic. Awareness of the ummah in performing zakat, as well as the idolatry that is given to the authorized institution to manage and distribute it, while implementing regulations as a provision in accordance with KHES Article 684 that the State has the right to withdraw zakat and penalties for people who are reluctant to pay zakat, this can improve economic welfare the ummah and significantly reduce poverty.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

The purposes of this research is to determine the effect of return for (mudharabah muthlaqah) an the growth of third party funds in Bank Syariah Mandiri. The data used are secondary data in the form of Bank Syariah Mandiri financing report from January 2017 until December 2017 which is taken through the official website of Bank Syariah Mandiri. Data analysis techniques using simple linier regression analysis method with computer program SPSS Version 21.0. this research concludes that the effect of return (mudharabah muthlaqah) is a variable that has a bis influence on the growth of third party funds in Bank Syariah Mandiri. Return on profit sharing (mudharabah muthlaqah) affects third party fund growth of 63,9 %.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of job transfer on employee performance with motivation and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The research population was 52, all of whom were tax inspectors at KPP Madya Malang Indonesia. All members of the population are used as samples. A total of 52 questionnaires were distributed to tax inspectors, and 36 questionnaires were returned, resulting in a response rate of 69.23%. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that job transfer did not affect employee performance. Furthermore, it was also found that motivation did not mediate the effect of job transfer on employee performance. Finally, this study found that job satisfaction mediates the impact of job transfer on employee performance.

The problem in this thesis is figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry. The reason for choosing the figurative language in William Shakespeare's poetry is because all of his works contain many literary qualities, which are figurative and each of these poems has a beautiful story that is translated into a beautiful figurative form.The purpose of this study is to analyze types of figurative language, figurative language formulas, and figurative language functions in Shakespeare's poetry. In this writing, library research is taken as a data collection method. As for the data analysis method, the researcher describes literary work as a not-based structure that forms it as an internal factor of literature. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques to find data relevant to the research. In data analysis techniques, the author uses a formalist approach, all elements needed to understand the work contained in the work itself. The main purpose for formalist criticism is to determine how elements in Shakespeare's poetry work together with text content to form meaning to the reader.The findings in this thesis are: 1) figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry can be divided into simile, metaphor, hyperbole, personification, and repetition. Simile can be found in Madrigal poetry; Metaphorical figurative languages ​​can be found in four Shakespearean poems, A Fairy Song, Song Bridal, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; personification can be found in two poems Shakespeare, A Madrigal and Dirge; hyperbole can be seen A Fairy Song, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; and Repetition can be seen in three poems of Shakespeare, A Fairy Song, A Madrigal, and Dirge.

In Indonesian language, there are noun that occupy predicate. However, noun are often not considered as predicate by linguists. This day, generaly speaking that verba occupy predicate. Purpose of this research is to describe (1) character of noun, (2) noun that occupy predicate and subject, (3) influence of noun predicate on role argument, (4) presence of copula in sentence with noun as predicate. This type of research is qualitative research. Data analysis method is distribution method. Data analysis techniques is divide direct elements, insert, extend, and reverse. Result of this research is predicate noun has characteristic can be inserted with bukan, dari, yang, menjadi, merupakan, adalah, ialah, dan, hanya, and atau. Noun that occupy predicate are less individual than it subject. Noun occupying predicate also influence role semantic arguments around it. Sentence with noun predicate can be inserted with copula, but sentence is different from sentence with noun predicate. Abstrak Dalam bahasa Indonesia, terdapat nomina yang menduduki predikat. Namun, nomina sering tidak diperhitungkan dalam posisinya sebagai predikat oleh ahli bahasa. Dewasa ini, umum dibicarakan verba yang menduduki sebagai predikat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) ciri nomina, (2) nomina yang menduduki predikat dan subjek, (3) pengaruh predikat nomina terhadap peran argumen, (4) kehadiran kopula dalam kalimat dengan nomina sebagai predikat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung predikat yang berkelas kata nomina dalam bahasa Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer adalah Solopos dan Kompas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode simak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik catat. Metode analisis data adalah metode agih. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik bagi unsur langsung, sisip, perluas, dan balik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nomina yang menduduki predikat memiliki ciri dapat disisipi dengan bukan, dari, yang, menjadi, merupakan, adalah, ialah, dan, hanya, dan atau. Nomina yang menduduki predikat lebih tidak individual daripada subjeknya. Kemudian, nomina yang menduduki predikat juga mempengaruhi peran semantis argumen di sekitarnya. Kalimat berpredikat nomina dapat disisipi dengan kopula, tetapi kalimat tersebut berbeda dengan kalimat berpredikat nomina.

E-Registration, e-Billing, and e-Filling are part of the e-System issued by the Directorate General of Taxation as a modernization step in fulfilling tax obligations by taxpayers. Knowledge of taxation is a key for taxpayers to comply with their tax obligations because taxpayers who have knowledge of taxation understand the rules so they can fulfill their tax obligations. This study aims to determine the effect of tax e-System implementation and taxpayer tax knowledge on the level of individual taxpayer compliance at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This type of research is primary data obtained from the answers of individual taxpayers registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office, namely the answers to a series of questionnaire questions submitted by researchers. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-Registration, e-Billing, e-Filling, and knowledge of taxpayer taxation has a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance at Tabanan Primary Tax Office.Keywords: E-Registration, e-billing, e-filling, taxpayer tax knowledge, tax compliance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of hygiene factors and motivational factors that can encourage health workers to work more productively at the Hospital of St. Vincentius Singkawang. Sources of data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The population of this research is 118 Vincentius Singkawang Hospital health workers. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. From the results of the analysis, the authors conclude that the leadership has fulfilled the factors of workforce motivation in accordance with financial capabilities. However, there are still factors that have not been well paid attention to is the salary given by the hospital to employees must contain the principle of fairness and refer to the legislation. So that the organization will obtain, maintain, and employ a number of employees with a variety of positive attitudes and behaviors, productive performance, effective and efficient in completing work for the interests of the organization in order to achieve the goals of the St. Vincentius Hospital Singkawang.Keyword: Motivational Factor, Hygine Factor
