Introduction: The problem that is often experienced by young women is anemia. This anemia condition causes them to feel lethargic, dizzy, and a pale face. This situation causes them to be less eager to carry out activities and interfere with their learning concentration. Objective: This study aimed to determine the reliability test results of the questionnaire on the level of knowledge about anemia in adolescents. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional study method. This research was conducted on February 28, 2021. The study population was all adolescents in the Islamic Boarding School of Tahfizh Putri Alfirdaus Hidayatullah, Sekardangan, Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample size of the study was 24 adolescents. This study used a modified questionnaire for adolescent knowledge about anemia (Zulaekah, 2007). The questionnaire used in this study only used 8 items from the original questionnaire. The data analysis carried out was Mean, Standard Deviation, and Cronbach's Alpha. Results: Based on the results of the reliability test on the adolescent knowledge level questionnaire, it was found that Cronbach's Alpha was .594. This illustrates that the questionnaire is good enough to be used as an instrument in research. Conclusion: A modified questionnaire about the level of adolescent knowledge about anemia can be used in a study.

Methods:Descriptive survey was conducted among adults in the selected villages of Udupi district during July 2009- July 2010. The study subjects were interviewed to collect the details with a questionnaire. Total 385 adults were selected by non- probability convenient sampling technique. Data were entered in SPSS11.5 version and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results:Out of 385 adults, 27.8% of adults were females and 72.2% had their education up to primary level. Majority (82.2%) of the adults were having unskilled occupation and 96% of them had exposure to mass media. Majority (50.4%) of them had average knowledge on diabetes mellitus and prevalence was found to be only 5%. Majority (50.6%) of the sample had average level of knowledge about hypertension and the prevalence of hypertension was 19.5%. Result shows that there is no significant association between knowledge and selected variables.

Introduction: Cardiac arrest is the most pre-hospital emergency cases. Approximately 30.000 people have cardiac arrest in pre-hospital and about 33% have treated with bystander. Basic life support (BLS) with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a first aid procedure that needs to be performed in this case. Death could occur within minutes if the first aid does not adequately performed. The study aimed to know the effect of BLS courses on the community knowledge level in the North Denpasar District. Methods: The study was a pre-experimental study with a pre-posttest design. Study participant selected by cluster random sampling technique  and 199 participants chosen as study participants. To collect the community knowledge data, a questionnaire employed in this study. American Heart Association (AHA) guideline for the public published in 2015 enrolled as a reference in organizing ten questions in the questionnaire with Guttman Scale. Results: The characteristics of respondents were 27% participants were aged between 30-39 years, 56% graduated from senior high school, 55% work as employees and 90% never attended BLS training program. There was a significant mean difference from the pre-test and post-test data. The mean difference before and after the BLS course were 8.38 and 9.74, respectively. There was a significant correlation between the BLS course and the level of knowledge (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The level of knowledge about BLS before the course was 63%. It classified into a good knowledge level. The level of knowledge about BLS after the course was significantly improved. It increased to 97.5%.

The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and Ha shall be training on performance. Keywords: Work Safety, Training and Performance

The good or poor employee performance can be determined by performance appraisal of employees based on the standard that has been set. The purpose of this research is to know employees self-efficacy, the employee's performance at PT Sandy Globlino (SND), and to determine the effect of self-efficacy to employees performance at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND). This research use probability sampling technique, with 101 samples and spreading questionnaire using a Likert scale with interval data (1-5) to get data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include the classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and coefficient determination. The results of this research is self-efficacy of employees at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) has self-efficacy with levels of good or high, the performance of employees at PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) have levels of good or high, and the results show that there is a positive and strong relationship between self-efficacy to employees performance in PT Sandy Globlindo (SND) with a correlation value of 0.746. Other than that obtained results that Y = 31.328 + 0,746X which means that if self-efficacy increased one unit then the performance of employees will increase by 0.746 units. This research also obtained results that self-efficacy able to explain the performance of SND’s employees by 55.7% and 44.3% explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique, where the samples are deliberately selected from a population on the basis of the criteria determined by the researcher is the breeder of Ettawa goat who knows about the regulation of the reproductive system, and from the 1,193 population of 15 selected farmers as the sample/respondent. The results showed that (1) There was a significant correlation between knowledge level of farmer with reproduction system arrangement on an Ettawa goat in Ranojaya, Indonesia. (2) The correlation coefficient between variable X1 (number of livestock ownership) to variable Y is 0.75. This means that there is a strong relationship between the factor of the number of livestock owned on the knowledge level of the farmers with the regulation of reproduction system in Ettawa goat cattle. (3) The correlation coefficient between variables X2 (long breeding) to variable Y is 0.64. This means that there is a strong relationship between the old factors of breeding to the level of knowledge of farmers with the regulation of reproduction system on livestock Ettawa goat. (4) The result of program effectiveness calculation and the effectiveness of the increase of respondent knowledge about the reproduction system regulation on Ettawa crossbreed goat got the effective result, namely 72,75%. While the increase of knowledge of respondents got an effective result that is 47.5%, or there is an increase in knowledge of the respondents after having been done illumination was 14.87%
