Many pregnant women experience emesis gravidarum in the first trimester. Nausea vomiting can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments, one of which is aromatherapy lemon which has an effect on the inhaler, such as calmness and freshness of the body so that it can reduce nausea and vomiting. In addition, ginger drinks also include non-pharmacological drugs, ginger has a fragrant aroma that can refresh the body ,and the oloresin can warm the body so that it can reduce nausea vomiting. The aim of this study is to find out the application of lemon aromatherapy and ginger drinks to reduce emesis gravidarum in pregnant women and to find out the frequency distribution before and after the application of aromatherpy lemon and ginger drinks to reduce emesis gravidarum trimester I. The method of this study was a one group pre-post-test pre-experiment research and used the Wilcooxon test statistic test. This study obtained interviews through direct observation sheets. The results of administration were given to 15 respondents of lemon aromatherapy and 15 respondents of ginger drinks done twice a day for 3 to 7 days. The amount of nausea and vomiting was taken through average value before and after administration of lemon aromatherapy and ginger drinks. The conclusion of this study is that Aromatherapy lemon and ginger drinks were proven to reduce emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women in Yusidah Edward Palembang BPM in 2018. Hopefully there are some researches that related to other kinds of aromatherapy that useful for pregnancy

Headache is a diffuse pain in various parts of the head which varies in its intensity, and the duration of which is a neurological complaint during pregnancy, to reduce headaches by providing provision of drug therapy from aroma therapy, relaxation massage, hot and cold compresses. A relaxing massage is given to ease the discomfort, maintain the overall function of the body and provide emotional support. The study aimed to find out if there is an effect of a relaxation massage in decreasing headaches in pregnant women trimester I.The research method used was a comparative study using a pre-test and post-test group design. The samples used were 15 pregnant women who fit the inclusion criteria and population as many as 19 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the results of research was using the Wilcoxon test analysis. Most of the first trimester pregnant women have headaches prior to  the relaxation massage were 10 respondents (66.7%), relaxation massage after having a mild headache were 11 respondents (73.3%). Based on the analysis of Wilcoxon test obtained value ρ = 0.002, thus it is said that Ha is accepted because ρ <0.05 means that there is  an effect of the level of head pain in the first trimester pregnant women before and after a relaxing massage treatment. It is advised to pregnant women, to add motivation to deal with headaches naturally.

Community service program with the topic "Counseling Pregnant Women with Fe Tablets, Nutrition for Pregnant Women and Dangerous Signs of Pregnant Women in Jenggot, Pekalongan City" is aimed at Trimester II and III pregnant women to provide about pregnant women's knowledge about the benefits of Fe tablets , nutritional needs during pregnancy and pregnancy danger signs in the area of Jenggot, Pekalongan city. It is important to educate pregnant women about the benefits of Fe tablets during pregnancy because hemoglobin is needed for the body of pregnant women. During pregnancy, a pregnant woman needs to have high nutritious food and is sufficient for herself and her fetus. If a pregnant woman lacks nutrition and iron during pregnancy, it will cause problems, both for the mother and the fetus. Family and environmental factors will greatly affect pregnant women. Hopefully, pregnant women will have no abstinence to eat. This activity can be sustainable and encourage pregnant women to care during pregnancy whether to take Fe tablets, eat nutritious foods and understand the danger signs during pregnancy. In addition, a Pre Test and Post Test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in pregnant women in Jenggot, Pekalongan after counseling about Fe tablets, nutrition of pregnant women and pregnancy danger signs.

Emesis gravidarum is a usual complaint that is often experienced by the first trimester pregnant women, and coul develop become hyperemesis gravidarum thus increasing the risk of pregnancy. Ginger is kind of herbs which has been known to prevent nausea vomiting. The purpose of this study is the effectiveness of giving wedang ginger to the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women trimester I. The design of this research is Quasi experiment with One Group Pre test-Post test design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the sample of 10 first trimester pregnant women who experience emesis gravidarum. This research was conducted at Work Area of ​​Air Lais Puskesmas of North Bengkulu Regency on January 5, 2018 until February 6, 2018. Analysis of difference of frequency of nausea vomiting before and after intervention using Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate the average frequency of nausea vomiting pregnant women trimester I before given wedang ginger of 9.30. While the average frequency of nausea vomiting trimester pregnant women I after given ginger wedang of 4.50. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was difference of mean of nausea vomiting frequency before and after intervention of wedang ginger equal to 4,80 with p = 0.000. Expected for the community can take advantage of ginger wedang as an alternative treatment before using antiemetic drugs, and can process other variants of ginger plants that can be used to lower the emesis gravidarum frequency.

<p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong><em> </em><em>: Nausea and vomiting occur in 80-85% of pregnancies during the first trimester with annoying vomiting symptoms in 52%. The way to deal with nausea and vomiting is pharmacochemical by consuming fresh fruit, namely zalacca. In 100 mg of </em><em>zalacca fruit contains B6 0.2 mg which can reduce nausea. </em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives</em></strong><em> : </em><em>To  find out that </em><em>zalacca fruit can reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the 1st trimester. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em> :</em><em> The research used was a quasy experimental design with a pretest posttest control group design. The variables in this study were zalacca</em><em> fruit, nausea and vomiting. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The treatment group received 100 mg of zalacca</em><em> fruit and B6 3 x 10 mg per day for 10 days while the control group received anti-nausea therapy, namely B6 3 x 10 mg / day for 10 days, before the intervention, the control group and the treatment group would get pre-test (assessment of nausea and vomiting) and then continued with the intervention for 10 days and ended with a post test (assessment of nausea and vomiting). Data analysis was univariate, bivariate using the Repeated Measure Anova (Test of Between-Subjects Effect) test. </em></p><p><strong><em>Result :</em></strong><em>  Showed that there was an effect of consuming zalacca</em><em> fruit to reduce nausea (p = 0.000) and vomiting with a value of p = 0.012</em><em>. </em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion :</em></strong><em> Consumption of 100mg zalacca can reduce nausea and vomiting in 1st trimester pregnant women.</em></p>

ABSTRAKEmesis atau mual dan  muntah pada kehamilan merupakan hal yang fisiologis, namun apabila terjadi berkelanjutan menjadi hiperemesis gravidarum dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya gangguan pada kehamilan. Mual dan muntah selama masa kehamilan dapat diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi salah satunya menggunakan seduhan jahe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian seduhan jahe terhadap frekuensi mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil timester I. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester I yang mengalami mual dan muntah. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 22 responden.  Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon sign rank. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata frekuensi mual dan muntah sebelum dilakukan pemberian seduhan jahe sebesar 9,36 kali/hari, sedangkan rata-rata setelah dilakukan pemberian seduhan jahe sebesar 4,86 kali/hari. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata frekuensi mual muntah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi seduhan jahe dengan nilai Z=-4,123 dan p value = 0,000 . Pemberian seduhan jahe efektif dalam mengurangi frekuensi mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I. Kata kunci : emesis gravidarum;  ibu hamil; seduhan jahe; mual dan muntah   THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STEEPING GINGER DRINK TO THE FREQUENCY OF GRAVIDARUM EMESISTS IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN ABSTRACTNausea and vomiting in pregnancy is physiological symptom, but if it continues to be hyperemesis gravidarum it can increase the risk of pregnancy disorders. Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy can be overcome with non-pharmacological therapy, one of which uses ginger steeping. This study was aimed to determine the effectiveness of ginger steeping to the frequency of nausea and vomiting in the first trimester pregnant women. This study used a Quasi experimental design with a One Group Pretest-Post test design. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique amounted to 22 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test. The results showed an average frequency of nausea and vomiting before giving ginger was 9.36, while the average after giving ginger was 4.86. There is a difference in the average frequency of nausea and vomiting before and after the intervention of ginger steeping with Z value = -4,123 and p value = 0,000, which means that ginger steeping is effective in reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women. . Anemia is caused by iron deficiency in the body, a body that lacks iron becomes dizzy, the body feels weak. From interviewing 10 first trimester pregnant women, 7 pregnant women said dizziness, weakness, conjunctiva anemis. Long bean juice is a therapy to increase hemoglobin levels. This study aims to determine the effect of long bean juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the first trimester The study design was Quasi Experimental with Pre And Post Test Without Control. The study sample were 16 first trimester pregnant women with Purposive Sampling technique. The results of the study by using the Wilcoxon test obtained p value <0.005 (0.001) it means that there was an effect of long bean juice on first trimester anemia pregnant women with an increase in hemoglobin levels The conclusion of this study, there was effect of long bean juice on first trimester anemia pregnant women with an increase in hemoglobin levels. It was recommended that long bean juice be used as a SOP in midwifery care for pregnant women to increase hemoglobin levels.

ABSTRACT: EFFECT OF GINGER WITH SELLING MEDICAL AND EVEN THOUGHT IN PREGNANT WOMAN TRIMESTER I IN PUBLIC HEALTH  SUKARAME BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY  Introduction: Data from the Provincial Health Office of Lampung that the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in 2015-2016 is 385 people from 2093 pregnant women. Based on Lampung Province Health Profile in 2016 the high incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women is 50-90%, while hyperemesis gravidarum reaches 10-15% in Lampung Province from the number of pregnant women there are as many as 186,319 people. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of  Ginger with the incidence of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women in public health sukarame Bandar Lampung City in 2018.Objective: It is know the effect of ginger extract consumption on first trimester pregnant women in reducing nausea and vomiting in public health sukarame Bandar Lampung city in 2019.Method: Quantitative research, quasi experimental design. The population was all pregnant women trimester 1 was 98. Samples was 30 women. Independent variable ginger extract. Dependent variable nausea vomiting in Pregnant Women. Data analysis was done by univariate (mean) and bivariate (t-test).Result: The results of the study found the average value of nausea and vomiting before given ginger extract is 13 times. The average value of nausea and vomiting after given ginger extract is 9 times. Effect of decreased nausea and vomiting in pregnant women trimester I (t-test> t arithmetic, p-value <0.05). (T-test 13,135, p-value <0,05) with difference of decrease of value average 3 times. It is expected that pregnant women do not forget to consume drugs to reduce nausea and vomiting given. It is necessary to conduct an activity by health personnel such as counseling about the benefits of ginger extract, early detection of danger signs in young pregnancies, and others. Rata-rata nilai mual dan muntah setelah diberikan ekstrak jahe adalah 9 kali. Ada Pengaruh penurunan mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil trimester I (t-test > t hitung, p–value < 0,05). (t-test 13,135,p–value < 0,05) dengan selisih penurunan nilai rata-rata 3 kali. Diharapkan ibu hamil tidak lupa untuk mengkonsumsi obat untuk mengurangi mual dan muntah yang diberikan. Perlu diadakan suatu kegiatan oleh tenaga kesehatan seperti penyuluhan tentang manfaat ektrak jahe, pendeteksian secara dini tanda bahaya pada kehamilan muda, dan lain-lain. Kegiatan yang berjalan (posyandu) harus lebih ditingkatkan sehingga mampu mengontrol kesehatan ibu terlebih kepada ibu hamil. Kata kunci : ektrak jahe, mual muntah ibu hamil.

Yuviska's research activities found that anemia can be influenced by nutritional status, knowledge, and compliance with Fe tablet consumption (Yuviska, 2017). The World Health Organization (2011) states that anemia is a condition where the number of red blood cells is insufficient to meet the physiological needs of the body. The purpose of the abdimas activity in Pasir Putih Village is to increase the knowledge of cadres and pregnant women in preventing anemia in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. The location of this community service was carried out in Pasir Putih Village, Sawangan Depok. This community service activity is in the form of providing nutrition education with online counseling methods with cadres and pregnant women attending. Counseling is held on weekends using zoom and weekdays via What's App. This activity takes place online because there are still many areas that are still Covid-19 red zones. Based on the analysis of the results of the pre-test and post-test answers, it was found that there was a difference in knowledge before and after counseling for cadres and pregnant women with p<0.005. Community service activities in the form of counseling are quite effective in changing the knowledge of cadres and pregnant women.Kegiatan penelitian Yuviska mendapatkan bahwa anemia dapat dipengaruhi oleh status gizi, pengetahuan, dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe (Yuviska, 2017). World Health Organization (2011) menyebutkan anemia yaitu adalah sesuatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah tidak mencukupi dalam memenuhi dari kebutuhan fisiologis tubuh. Tujuan kegiatan abdimas di Kelurahan Pasir Putih adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan para kader dan ibu hamil dalam pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pasir Putih, Sawangan Depok. Kegiatan abdimas ini berupa pemberian edukasi gizi dengan metode penyuluhan daring dengan peserta yang hadir kader dan ibu hamil. Penyuluhan diadakan di akhir pekan dengan menggunakan zoom dan hari kerja via What’s App. Kegiatan ini berlangsung secara daring dengan daring dikarenakan masih banyak daerah yang masih zona merah Covid-19. Berdasarkan analisis hasil jawaban pre test dan post test didapatkan ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan pada para kader dan ibu hamil dengan nilai p<0,005. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan cukup efektif merubah pengetahuan para kader dan ibu hamil.

Secara psikologis 80% wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Selama trimester pertama wanita menjadi ambivalen. Sekitar 80% wanita mengalami kekecewaan, penolakan, kecemasan, depresi, dan kesedihan akibat ketidaknyamanan karena mengalami mual dan muntah pada trimester pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh hipnoterapi dalam mengurangi emesis pada wanita hamil trimester pertama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gang Kelor Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain "Quasi eksperimental pre-post test dengan kelompok kontrol" dan intervensi "hipnoterapi". Penentuan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 60 orang terdiri dari 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol selama 5 bulan. Emesis diukur dengan menggunakan skala Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) sebelum dan sesudah hipnoterapi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, yaitu T Dependent dan Independent T test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipnoterapi memiliki efek yang signifikan pada penurunan tingkat emisisibu hamil pada trimester pertama (p = <0,05). Determination of the sample with simple random sampling technique, as many as 60 people consisting of 30 people for the intervention group and 30 people for the control group for 5 months. Emesis is measured using the Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) scale before and after hypnotherapy. Data wereanalyzedusingunivariate and bivariateanalysis, namely the T Dependent and Independent T tests. The results showed that hypnotherapy had a significant effect on reducing the level of emission of pregnant women in the first trimester (p = <0.05). ABSTRAKAnemia merupakan kondisi defisiensi zat besi yang merupakan kejadian paling banyak ditemukan di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian buah pisang ambon terhadap peningkatan kada haemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester I di Wilayah Puskesmas Balowerti Kota Kediri.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimental. Dengan rancangan one-group pre-post test design.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu hamil TM I pada bulan April yang berada di Wilayah Puskesmas Balowerti sebanyak 17 responden diambil secara Acidental Sampling.Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan uji Shapiro-wilk didapatkan p value kadar haemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah 0,000 dan 0,000, sehingga p value α, dan α = 0,005. Maka uji statistik yang digunakan dengan uji parametrik adalah uji T. Hasil uji T diperoleh p value = 0001, maka nilai p value α, hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian buah pisang ambon terhadap peningkatan kadar haemoglobin ibu hamil trimester I di Wilayah Puskesmas Balowerti Kota Kediri Tahun 2016.Berdasarkan hasil diatas disimpulkan ada pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah pemberian buah pisang ambon terhadap peningkatan kadar haemoglobin pada ibu hamil TM I. Based pregnant women trimester firt in april in the region Puskesmas Balowerti Kediri City as much as 17 respondent taken from by Accidental sampling.Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-wilk testobtained p value of hemoglobinlevels before and after is 0,000 and 0,000. The p value α and α = 0,005. Then the statistical test used parametric Uji T. Result obtained Uji T Test p value = 0,001, than the value of p is α, this means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, which means there is No effect of banana fruit to increase hemoglobin levels pregnant women TM I in the region Puskesmas Balowerti Kediri City. Based on the result above, it is concluded that there is defferent before and after of concumption banana fruit on levels of hemoglobin in the firs trimester pregnant women.
