The social health care system is a single-stop solution for overseas patients seeking worldwide. Human is linked to globally certified healthcare companies, clinics, dental centers, and allows patients to access the best medical care. The significant challenges in developing the human healthcare system include efficiency, security, and sustainable medical devices linked to the Internet. A healthcare system usually includes different intelligent technologies from various disciplines. This manuscript proposed a Virtual reality-based Integrated delivery model (VRIDS) for the healthcare system to minimize the challenges. This paper uses Exclusive Provider Organizations’ methods, Point-of-Service methods, for developing the human health system. VRIDS provides a Higher quality of care with more efficiency in tracking the body’s movements to view the human’s inner body and allow an immersion sensation. Finally, results from various patients and doctors are highly recommended in these techniques to improve the human healthcare system and a cost-effective system and convenience to patients and doctors. The experimental results have been performed, and the suggested VRIDS model enhances the accuracy ratio of 97.8%, sensitivity ratio of 98.2%, decision-making level 96.5%, network performance ratio of 97.1%, and quality of service of 98.3% compared to other existing methods.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The geodetic-photogrammetric test field at the industrial monument Zollern colliery in Dortmund offers a scenario for carrying out geometric and radiometric tests of UAV systems. The foundation for this builds a geodetic precision network (position and height accuracy approx. 2&amp;thinsp;mm) with a total of 45 ground control points, distributed over an area of approx. 7 hectares. Within the scope of a campaign carried out in autumn 2017, various UAV sensor systems were tested under comparable conditions. Within this paper geometric investigations of two current DJI cameras, Zenmuse X4S (20 Mpix) and X5S (20.8 Mpix), as well as a Phase One IXU 1000 (100 Mpix) are presented. While the Zenmuse cameras reflect the current state of development of the manufacturer DJI, the medium format camera system from Phase One is primarily settled in the classic aerial segment. However, the desire for increased measurement accuracy (e. g. for engineering applications) also makes such a high-performance sensor interesting for UAV applications.<br />In addition to the configuration of the test field, the system comparison requires identical parameters for flight planning, in particular image overlapping, a complete cross flight configuration at different flight altitudes and the definition of a uniform ground resolution (GSD&amp;thinsp;=&amp;thinsp;14&amp;thinsp;mm).</p><p>The investigations show clear differences in the achievable quality of the cameras. Though the high-priced Phase One system shows the best results, the most cost-effective system, the Zenmuse X4S, delivers only slightly worse results. In contrast, the Zenmuse X5S performs significantly worse than the other systems, mainly resulting from the mechanically unstable camera concept with interchangeable lenses. Finally, the comparison of the software products Pix4D Pix4Dmapper, Inpho UASMaster by Trimble and Agisoft PhotoScan partly shows significant differences in the results of image orientation. In particular in settings with sparse GCP usage the results vary considerably, indicating different strategies on how the residuals are distributed and the datum is defined, mostly Pix4Dmapper outperforms the others. In better GCP configurations there is no significant difference between Pix4mapper and Agisoft PhotoScan, while UASMaster does never deliver the best results.</p>

The 5th generation mobile networks (5G) based on virtualized and centralized radio access networks will require cost-effective and flexible solutions for satisfying high-throughput and latency requirements. The next generation fronthaul interface (NGFI) architecture is one of the main candidates to achieve it. In the NGFI architecture, baseband processing is split and performed in radio (RU), distributed (DU), and central (CU) units. The mentioned entities are virtualized and performed on general-purpose processors forming a processing pool (PP) facility. Given that the location of PPs may be spread over the network and the PPs have limited capacity, it leads to the optimization problem concerning the placement of DUs and CUs. In the NGFI network scenario, the radio data between the RU, DU, CU, and a data center (DC)—in which the traffic is aggregated—are transmitted in the form of packets over a convergent packet-switched network. Because the packet transmission is nondeterministic, special attention should be put on ensuring the appropriate quality of service (QoS) levels for the latency-sensitive traffic flows. In this paper, we address the latency-aware DU and CU placement (LDCP) problem in NGFI. LDCP concerns the placement of DU/CU entities in PP nodes for a given set of demands assuming the QoS requirements of traffic flows that are related to their latency. To this end, we make use of mixed integer linear programming (MILP) in order to formulate the LDCP optimization problem and to solve it. To assure that the latency requirements are satisfied, we apply a reliable latency model, which is included in the MILP model as a set of constraints. To assess the effectiveness of the MILP method and analyze the network performance, we run a broad set of experiments in different network scenarios.

Wireless security is the prevention of unauthorized access to computers using wireless networks .The trends in wireless networks over the last few years is same as growth of internet. Wireless networks have reduced the human intervention for accessing data at various sites .It is achieved by replacing wired infrastructure with wireless infrastructure. Some of the key challenges in wireless networks are Signal weakening, movement, increase data rate, minimizing size and cost, security of user and QoS (Quality of service) parameters... The goal of this paper is to minimize challenges that are in way of our understanding of wireless network and wireless network performance.

The results of elements development of varietal agrotechnics of a new high-potential line 238h of winter triticale presented. It was identified that under the conditions of 2020 the most cost effective fertilizer system is an early spring application of NPK (S) (15-15-15 (10)) at a dose of 200kg/ha. The profitability level of this fertilizer was 88,9%.

Growth in telecom infrastructure and provision of modern telecom services to consumers at a cost based tariff helps growth of national economy. Modern telecoms serve as the engine of growth of national economy. Following the global trends of liberalisation and deregulation in telecoms monopolies which have thus far been providing inefficient communication at a greedily high tariffs are falling apart. Mergers in telecoms are not for increasing the size of the monopoly but to provide more efficient and cost effective services to the consumers. In Pakistan the erstwhile T&T department played a needful role at its time. Conversion of the department into a corporation and then into a company were steps necessary for following the global trends. Need now is to continue this trend further, eliminate the monopolistic approach by allowing more players in the field thus permitting the market forces to decide the provision of better quality of modern services at competitive price.

Abstract Today, failure analysis involving flip chip [1] with copper pillar bump packaging technologies would be the major challenges faced by analysts. Most often, handling on the chips after destructive chemical decapsulation is extremely critical as there are several failure analysis steps to be continued such as chip level fault localization, chip micro probing for fault isolation, parallel lapping [2, 3, 4] and passive voltage contrast. Therefore, quality of sample preparation is critical. This paper discussed and demonstrated a quick, reliable and cost effective methodology to decapsulate the thin small leadless (TSLP) flip chip package with copper pillar (CuP) bump interconnect technology.

Aims: To create a more effective system to identify patients in need of revision surgery. Background: There are over 160,000 total hip and knee replacements performed per year in England and Wales. Currently, most trusts review patients for up to 10 years or more. When we consider the cost of prolonged reviews, we cannot justify the expenditure within a limited budget. Study Design & Methods: We reviewed all patients' notes that underwent primary hip and knee revision surgery at our institution, noting age, gender, symptoms at presentation, referral source, details of the surgery, reason for revision and follow up history from primary surgery. Results: There were 145 revision arthroplasties (60 THR and 85 TKR) that met our inclusion criteria. Within the hip arthroplasty group, indications for revision included aseptic loosening (37), dislocation (10), and infection (3), periprosthetic fracture, acetabular liner wear and implant failure. All thirty-seven patients with aseptic loosening presented with pain. Twenty-five were referred from general practice with new symptoms. The remaining were clinic follow-ups. The most common reason for knee revision was aseptic loosening (37), followed by infection (21) and then progressive osteoarthritis (8). Most were referred from GP as a new referral or were clinic follow-ups. All patients were symptomatic. Conclusion: All the patients that underwent revision arthroplasty were symptomatic. Rather than yearly follow up, we recommend a cost-effective system. We are implementing a 'non face-to-face' system. Patients would be directly sent a questionnaire and x-ray form. The radiographs and forms will be reviewed by an experienced arthroplasty surgeon. The concerning cases will be seen urgently in a face-to-face clinic.

Several methods of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) extraction have been applied to extract bacterial DNA. The amount and the quality of the DNA obtained for each one of those methods are variable. The study aimed to evaluate bacterial DNA extraction using conventional boiling method followed by alcohol precipitation. DNA extraction from Gram negative bacilli was extracted and precipitated using boiling method with further precipitation by ethanol. The extraction procedure performed using the boiling method resulted in high DNA yields for both E. coli and K. pneumoniae bacteria in (199.7 and 285.7μg/ml, respectively) which was close to control method (229.3 and 440.3μg/ml). It was concluded that after alcohol precipitation boiling procedure was easy, cost-effective, and applicable for high-yield quality of DNA in Gram-negative bacteria.

Electronic health records (EHRs) are important assets of the healthcare system and should be shared among medical practitioners to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis. Blockchain technology has been investigated and adopted in healthcare as a solution for EHR sharing while preserving privacy and security. Blockchain can revolutionize the healthcare system by providing a decentralized, distributed, immutable, and secure architecture. However, scalability has always been a bottleneck in blockchain networks due to the consensus mechanism and ledger replication to all network participants. Sharding helps address this issue by artificially partitioning the network into small groups termed shards and processing transactions parallelly while running consensus within each shard with a subset of blockchain nodes. Although this technique helps resolve issues related to scalability, cross-shard communication overhead can degrade network performance. This study proposes a transaction-based sharding technique wherein shards are formed on the basis of a patient’s previously visited health entities. Simulation results show that the proposed technique outperforms standard-based healthcare blockchain techniques in terms of the number of appointments processed, consensus latency, and throughput. The proposed technique eliminates cross-shard communication by forming complete shards based on “the need to participate” nodes per patient.

Abstract Legionella is a fastidious organism that is difficult to culture in the lab but is widely distributed in environmental, domestic, and hospital settings. The clinical manifestations due to Legionella infections range from mild fever to fatal pneumonia and multiorgan pathologies. Legionella outbreaks though prevalent globally are not reported in developing countries due to difficulties in isolating this organism and the lack of simple diagnostic protocols. Here, we review the literature from across countries to present various methods used to detect Legionella from environmental and clinical samples. We compare the sensitivity and the specificity of the conventional culture-based assays with the recent methods and discuss approaches to develop better detection and diagnostic tests. With better cost-effective detection techniques and regular monitoring of the susceptible sites, which may harbor Legionella colonies, most of the Legionella infections can be prevented. As a result, considerable burden, caused by Legionella infections, on the healthcare system, in especially economically weaker countries, can be mitigated.
