The research using the ADDIE went through these phases: (1) Analysis Phase was problem analysis, material analysis, learners character analysis, learning purpose, and learners need. (2) The design phase was making the media in Microsoft PowerPoint and steps of producing media in Flash MX. (3) Development Phase was validating the product to material expert and media expert. (4) The implementation phase was practicing for the class tent of MA Al-I'dadiyyah Bahrul Ulum learners with 22 learners to do effectiveness test, which is pre and post-test after Macromedia Flash MX based learning media was given. (5) Evaluation Phase was to see the effective and evaluation was extracted from learners response. The validated media according to assessment from material expert validation (Arab Language Department's Lecturer) was 4,1 with very valid category, evaluation from the material expert (muhadatsah course teacher) was 4,6 with very accurate class, whereas media expert was 3,7 with correct category and learners response as much as 87% with very agree to category. Effectiveness test was from normality test, homogeneity test, and simple paired t-test concluded that Ha accepted than Ho rejected means Macromedia Flash MX used media development was effective in muhadatsah learning in the tenth class of MA Al-I'dadiyyah.

Speaking in English is often a frightening spectre for students since it is complex and involves all language elements. Self-confidence is one of the factors that influencing speaking performance. The students’ self-confidence can be stimulated by using an interesting activity that promotes practice in relax situation. The use of social media such as YouTube may be the alternative to train the students’ self-confidence in speaking English. This research was aimed to improve the students’ self-confidence in order to overcome their problem in Speaking English by utilizing YouTube as the media. In this research, the students were assigned to post their speaking assignments on YouTube. This research was a quasi-experimental one group with pre and post-test research that utilized 43 students from English for Nursing 1 Class as the sample who were taken by using random sampling. The research data were obtained from the students’ verbal scores and self-confidence questionnaire which were compared before and after the project. The result of this research showed that there was an increase on the students’ self-confidence and speaking performance after they joined this project. Moreover, paired t-test proved that the increase was significant. Thus, it can be concluded that utilizing YouTube as the media to post the students’ work is effective to increase the students’ self-confidence as well as their speaking performance. This project should be continued and developed to maintain the students’ self-confidence and facilitate more practice for students in speaking English.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada materi tata nama senyawa dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga. penelitian ini   menggunakan   metode   Pre-tes   Post-test   Control   Group   Design   dengan penelitian diambil dua kelas yaitu, pada kelas X-2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada materi tata nama senyawa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin  bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan  antara siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran permainan ular tangga dengan yang tidak menggunakan media permainan ular tangga yaitu thitung> ttabel (4.792 > 2.000) maka H0  ditolak dan Ha  diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa pada materi tata nama senyawa yang menggunakan   media  permainan  ular  tangga.   Hal   ini   membuktikan   bahwa implementasi media pemainan ular tangga pada materi tata nama senyawa efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas X SMA Negeri 10 BanjarmasinThis study attempted to know the result of student learning on nomenclature of compounds topic by using snake and ladder game media. This research used pre-test post-test control group design by taking two classes as sample, class X-2  as the controlled class and  X-4 as the experimented  class. Research population was students of class X in SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin on the  second  half  of  semester  in  academic  year  2016/2017.  Data  collection techniques used were test, documentation and interview. Data analysis techniques were using normality test, homogeneity test, t test and the n-gain. Based on the research done to nomenclature of compounds topic in class X SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin, there were significant differences in learning outcome between students who used snake and ladder game learning media and those who did not use snake and ladder game with tcalculated  > ttable  (4.792 > 2,000) so then Ho  was rejected and Ha  was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there were significant differences in students’ learning outcome on nomenclature of compounds topic by using snake and ladder game learning media. This proved that the implementation of snake and ladder game media on nomenclature of compounds topic was effective to improve students’ learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin.

The purpose of this study was to know the effectiveness of audio-visual media towards badminton basic technical skills of Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau. This study used an experimental quasi method with pre-test and post-test design. The form of research design used in this study was Pretest-Posttest Design Control Group. This research was conducted at Islamic University of Riau from May to September 2018. The data collection method used in this study was using test and measurement techniques, and the test instrument was basic badminton skills test. The population in this study was the active Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau in the academic year of 2015/2016 with a number of 219 students from 8 classes. The sampling in this study was conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The samples taken were only two classes from eight classes, namely 4C and 4G. 4C class, 19 students was the experimental class group while the 4G class, 22 students was the control class. The data collected from the results of the initial and final tests were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test statistics. The conclusion in this study was that the audio visual learning media provided significant effectiveness towards badminton basic technical skills of Penjaskesrek students of Islamic University of Riau, where the results obtained by tcount (10.64) which was greater than ttable (1,734).

This study aimed to find out the effect of using indirect corrective feedback to eliminate grammatical errors in students' writing. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Padang Panjang because most of students still encounter problems in mastering writing text especially grammatical aspect. Most of the students' writing was founded many of grammatical error. Then, the students still did not get the appropriate feedback of the teacher toward their errors. And, the teacher also did not give the spesific feedback or treatment to help the students in reducing the error. This research used pre-experiment research. The researcher used one-group pretest posttest design. To determine sample, the researcher used purposive sampling technique. The data got from the pre-test and post-test in experiment class. To analyze the data, the resercher used the normality test and homogeneity test by using SPSS Statistics20 and to test the hypothesis the researcher used t-test formula and consulted the result into t-table with level of significant a=0.05. From the result and accounting the post-test of experiment class,it was founded that using indirect corrective feedback in eliminate grammatical error had better result than without indirect coreective feedback. It can be seen by comparing the t-obtained (2) that higher than the t-table (1.706).

This study is about the use of comic in teaching a descriptive text becausemost of the students at the seventh grade of SMPN 3 Pekanbaru got some problem incomprehending the text. The main objective of this study was to find out whether thestudents taught reading a descriptive text using comic strips achieve better than thosewho do not taught reading using comic strips at the seventh grade students of SMPN3 Pekanbaru. The design of the research was experimental study. The researcher gavetry-out test to analyze validity and reliability of each item. Some test was used toanalyze the data that obtained from the pre-and post-test. They were normality test,Homogeneity test, and t-test. It was showed that the mean of experimental score washigher than the mean of control class (74.51>64.75). The test of hypothesis using ttestformula showed the value of the Asym Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. The nullhypothesis was rejected. Then, the criteria value of N-gain pre-test and post testexperimental class was middle. In conclusion, students who taught reading adescriptive text with comic strips achieved better than students who did not taughtwithout comic strips.

Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis keefektifan model pembelajaran PBT terhadap hasil belajar Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ungaran. Penelitian ini mengambil kelas XI IPS 2 berjumlah 34 peserta didikdengan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBT serta dilakukan pre testdan post test untuk mengetahui keefektifan model PBT. Metode analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji T.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat setelah adanya perlakuan model pembelajaran PBT yaitu sebesar 18,7%. Tingkat motivasi dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PKWU juga mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata kriteria sangat tinggi sebesar 70,6% dan keaktifan sangat baik sebesar 55,9%. Dari hasil perhitungan uji T hasil belajar PKWU peserta didik dengan software SPSS diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) pada tabel independent samples test sebesar 0.000. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBT efektif terhadap hasil belajar PKWU di kelas XI IPS. Saran dalam penelitian ini, guru mata pelajaran PKWU dapat mempertimbangkan model pembelajaran PBT untuk meteri yang membutuhkan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode penugasan project, karena efektif terhadap keaktifan, motivasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik.   The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effectiveness of PBT model on the results of learning Workshop and Entrepreneurship in grade XI IPS SMAN 1 Ungaran. This research took a class of XI IPS 2, total of 34 studentsusing PBT model’s treatment and conducted pre-test and post-test. The method of data analysis used in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, and T test.The analysisthat the result’s average of the learners increased after the existence of PBT model’s treatment that is equal to 18,7%. The level of motivation and activeness of learners in learning PKWU also increased to a very high average criteria of 70.6% and excellent activeness of 55.9%. Based on the result of T test calculationfrom students’ outcomes in learning PKWUwith SPSS software obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) on the independent samples test table of 0.000. Concluded that PBT modelwas effective on the results of learning Workshop and Entrepreneurship in grade XI IPS. The suggestions were PKWU teachers may consider Production Based Training (PBT) model for the materials which require learning activities with a project task, as they were effective onactiveness, motivation, and students’outcomesin learning activity.

The aim of the study was to identify the effectiveness of using the combination of POWER and KWL to teach writing of fourth semester students at English Language Education Study Program in the University of PGRI Yogyakarta. It is based on the research problem that the students got difficulties on writing because they used ineffective strategy. The research used experimental research design. This research was conducted in 3 stages: data collection, action and data analysis. The data were collected through test, observation, and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the steps of: normality test, homogeneity test, inferential analysis, determining hypothesis testing, and conclusion.The hypothesis is determined into the Null hypothesis (H0) and Alternative Hypothesis (Ha). H0 is accepted if the significance value >0.05 and Ha is rejected. The result of this research presented that the combination of POWER and KWL strategy was effective to teach writing at the university level. The control group’s mean score on the pre-test was 56,22 increased to 57,88 in post-test with gained point 1,59. The experiment group’s mean score on pre-test was 57,33 increased to 60,89 on post-test with gained point 3,66.

This study aims to determine (1) the existence of differences in the ability to write short stories between learning to write short stories using the media of event images and learning to write short stories that do not use media of event images in Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau (2) knowing the effectiveness of media use picture of events in improving the ability to write short stories in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. The approach in this research is quantitative research, a type of quasi experimental or quasi-experimental research. The research location is in SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. The object of this research is the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau as many as two classes, One experimental class and one randomly selected control class. The study population was Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. The samples in this study were class VIII A and VIII B of SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. The instruments used were test and non-test instruments. Data analysis techniques using pretest and posttest data, normality test, data homogeneity test, hypothesis testing. The effectiveness of the event image media can be seen from the results of inferential statistical analysis using t-test, t distribution table with a significant level α = 0.05 and d = N1 + N2 - 2 = 56, then obtained t0.05 = 1.672. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) adanya perbedaan kemampuan menulis cerita pendek antara pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek yang menggunakan media gambar peristiwa dengan pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek yang tidak menggunakan media gambar peristiwa pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau (2) mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan media gambar peristiwa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita pendek pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. Pendekatan dalam  Penelitian ini adalah  penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen kuasi (quasi experimental). Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. Objek penelitian  adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau sebanyak dua kelas, Satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII A dan VIII B  SMP Negeri 1 Lilirilau. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrument tes dan non tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data pretest dan posttest, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas data, uji hipotesis. Keefektifan media gambar peristiwa dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji-t, tabel distribusi t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dan d = N1 + N2 - 2 = 56, maka diperoleh t0,05=1,672. Setelah diperoleh tHitung 13,65 dan tTabel 1,672 maka diperoleh tHitung > tTabel.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on learning outcomes in fifth grade mathematics subjects at SDN 094097 Simpang Pongkalan Tongah. The research method used is an experimental method with quantitative research. To obtain the necessary data in the form of a test with a total of 40 questions. The research at SDN 094097 Simpang Pongkalan Tongah in class V was carried out from 10 to 11 May 2021. The number of research samples was 16 students based on the saturated sample technique. The results of statistical calculations show that the ability of students in answering post-test questions with the reward method is included in the very good category with an average value of 84.06 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the students' ability to answer the post-test questions with the demonstration method was included in the good category with an average value of 70.31 in the good category. This study used the normality test with the results of 0.200> 0.05. Then the homogeneity test with a significance value of 0.344 > 0.05. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is to compare the value of tcount with ttable. Obtained the value of tcount = 4.111 while ttable = 1.746. Because tcount > ttable (4.111 > 1.746) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through the t test, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between giving rewards to learning outcomes.
