The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on MSMEs sectors in Magelang City, one of them is culinary sector. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the business condition of culinary MSMEs in Magelang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and also propose marketing strategy based on a SWOT analysis and marketing mix. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained from 30 samples of culinary MSMEs through interview and observation. Data were analyzed based on statistic descriptive to describe the business condition and SWOT to propose the marketing strategy. The results recommend culinary MSMEs in Magelang city to improve product quality and product innovation, provide discounted prices, promote products through social media, and provide venues that comply with health protocol standards. By implementing this marketing strategy, it is hoped that culinary MSMEs in Magelang city business will survive and can develop during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Speedy Internet Service Providers, especially the marketing mix applied. Then to find out the results of the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges as well as an overview of the strategy so that it can be applied to increase product sales. By using SWOT, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS research techniques and Cartecius diagrams. This research uses qualitative methods, namely case studies that produce descriptive data as outlined in words. Data collection techniques in this study the author made a direct visit to conduct personal interviews with Speedy Internet Service Providers and equipped with sales data several years back. The conclusions from the analysis carried out on the company's marketing strategy have carried out the marketing strategy correctly and precisely and in the calculation of the SWOT analysis as outlined in the Cartesius diagram the producers are in the position of quadrant 1, Growth. Which companies can develop, maintain and improve product quality so that people continue to believe in the products provided.

This research is attempt to bring out marketing mix that dominate the consumer behavior in purchasing beef, to know marketing factors model that recognized by consumer to purchase the beef and to know what marketing strategy implemented by Hypermart MATOS. The research conducted from May to July 2018 involving 100 respondents. A purposive sampling methods was carefully used in determining respondents. Research is conducted by gathering data from primary source that is questionnaire and secondary source directly collected from the firm. Primary data analysis processed in order to highlight factor model that considered by consumer and SWOT analysis to describe company’s condition in specifying marketing strategy. The result shows that marketing mix most considered by consumer to purchase the beef including the product it self, place and promotions influences 26,414 percent, 26,165 percent and 22,778 percent, respectively. Factor model we considered including: factor 1 : competitive price and product it self such variable X5 (flavor), X7 (color), X8 (expiration date), X11 (price changes); factor 2 : the package involving variable X1 (packaging form), X2 (the package easy to open), and X3 (packaging materials); factor 3 : display product on show case as variable X4 (product display). Each factor model has their impacts 33,474 percent, 14,948 percent and 11,413 percent, respectively. Marketing strategy growth and build consists of market penetration by selling product in lower price to market segment which is sensitive to price, product development (diversification) referred to product factor model and price comparison, packaging and displays by giving recipes information from each type of beef and market development in order to fit demography condition and beef consumer characteristics in Malang.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting stay-at-home orders have disrupted all aspects of life globally, most notably our relationship with the internet and social media platforms. People are online more than ever before, working and attending school from home and socializing with friends and family via video conferencing. Marketers and brands have been forced to adapt to a new normal and, as a result, have shifted their brand communication and marketing mix to digital approaches. Hence, this study aims to examine the shift of influencer marketing on Instagram during this period and the possible future implications. By employing an online survey for exploratory research, individuals answered questions addressing their perceptions about the impact of the pandemic, brands and influencers’ relationship, and the overall changes made in marketing strategy.

IKEA is an internationally well-known largest furniture retailer. The purpose of this study is to study key determinants of IKEA's success. To reach the purpose of this research, we focused on the international strategy IKEA used to approach their customers and IKEA’s SWOT analysis. Besides, we also focus on how IKEA store layout influences consumer behavior. The primary data collection method was interviews conducted with IKEA customers by Google forms. This study found that IKEA’s unique management planning and marketing strategy attract customers to revisit the retail store.

The purpose of this study is to examine the marketing mix strategy that has been applied by the company in its business development, to analyze the internal and external environment condition faced by PT Satwa Unggul, to formulate the best alternative marketing strategy of PT Satwa Unggul by considering the company environment to be able to compete in the market. The data collected are primary and secondary data that are qualitative. The research method used in this study is primary data obtained from recording and direct interviews with leaders, employees, and customers. Secondary data is obtained from the report where the company jemen and literature in the form of library materials taken from previous research. The marketing mix strategy being carried out by the company concerning the product strategy (brand awareness on the brand), pricing strategy (discounted price), distribution strategy (three distribution patterns), and promotion strategy (animal inspection and free extension services) can assessed to have successfully accommodate the needs of customers with various facilities and company benefits. Based on internal environmental analysis with Descriptive Analysis can be seen that PT Satwa Unggul has a strong internal position. This means the company has been able to use its strengths and overcome its weaknesses quite well. Company's strengths include: affordable prices, good product quality, specialized workforces, sales with personal selling, and sales targets for large farmers. While the weakness of the company in the form: strong influence of leadership, capital limitations, delay in delivery time, no exclusive contract with customers, and the absence of R & D activities. Based on the analysis of the external environment with Descriptive Analysis, it can be seen that PT Satwa Unggul also has a strong external position, because it has been able to take advantage of opportunities and can handle the threat quite well .keyword : marketing strategy, satwa unggul, analyze

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

This study aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to the Brunei Eletronik store amidst the weakening condition of the Indonesian economy due to the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study was carried out with a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the Brunei Eletronik store with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that a number of new facts related to the strategy implemented by the Brunei Eletronik store during the Covid-19 pandemic, sales decreased at the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially the West Aceh region due to reduced community activities outside the home, but with the use of technology in business strategies to increase sales, income gradually improves and increases. From the results of data analysis and literature review, to improve marketing strategies, Brunei Eletronik stores can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In effort to prevent HIV/AIDS, condom is an alternative to prevent HIV transmission from sexual relations. As a prevention tool, condom has not been 100% safe yet. Moreover, there is a controversial information about porous condom.In marketing the product, that is condom, particularly for high risk group, Himpunan Abiasa applys social marketing strategy. In addition to knowing which marketing strategy is applied, the author can find out the volume of Kondom Sutra sales marketed via social marketing during the period 2009 – 2010. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis and SWOT Analysis. Data utilized are primary data and secondary data: looking for and collecting data from Himpunan Abiasa, NAC (National AIDS Commision), company profile, books, and literatures related to the study; besides that, by interviewing four experts having competence in their field. By using SWOT analysis, the researcher gets internal matrix score : 2626 and external matrix score : 2677. It shows that the company has growth and stabilization, the company keeps be able to maintain existing business in continuity. This writing is a form of acknowledgement and appreciation to the company on what it has been applied. Besides that, the author gets benefit by the fact that he can enlarge knowledge concerning the application of social marketing as a strategy of HIV-AIDS prevention program.   Keywords: marketing strategy; social marketing; sales volume
