ABSTRAK-Prestasi kerja merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan suatuinstansi/lembaga dalam mencapai tujuannya. Sementara itu, prestasi kerja tidak bersifat independen. Keberadaannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi kerja, lebih tepatnya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru pada sekolah-sekolah milik Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Hidayah, Ciputat dengan tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan prestasi kerja guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Penyajian data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan penganalisisan data menggunakan teknik korelasi. Selanjutnya, secara perhitungan statistik, penulis ingin mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) sebagai variabel bebas dengan prestasi kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Kemudian, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan perhitungan statistik atas kebenaran hipotesis yang diajukan. Adapun hipotesis yang penulis ajukan dalam laporan ini sebagai berikut : 1. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara tingkat pendidikan dengan prestasi kerja guru. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja guru dengan prestasi kerja guru. 3. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin guru secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi kerja guru. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dengan pengujian statistik yang dilakukan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Pengaruh yang signifikan tersebut adalah pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja dengan prestasi kerja guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Hidayah, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti kebenarannya dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja guru yang baik pula. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Motivasi, Prestasi Kerja  ABSTRACT-Work performance is one of the success indicators an institution/ organization has in achieving its goals.  Meanwhile work performance is not independent. It is influenced by many factors. Therefore this research is written with the aim to understand factors that influence teacher’s work performance, especially to what extend the impact of education level and work motivation as free variable, with that of work performance as bound variable for teachers at the schools that are run by Al-Hidayah education foundation in Ciputat. Research and data collection were implemented by questionnaires, interviews and reviewing documents.  The data was analyzed with correlation techniques and presented descriptive. In addition, the authors want to know statistically if there is any influence between level of education (XI) and     work motivation (X2) as free variable, with work performance (Y) as bound variable.  This statistical analysis was conducted to test the hypothesis that the authors proposed as follow: 1. There is a positive influence between teacher’s level of education with work performance. 2. There is a positive influence between teacher’s work motivation with work performance 3. There is a positive influence between teacher’s level of education and work motivation together with the teacher’s work performance. The authors’ research has proven that the analytical results with statistical test conducted between free and bound variables shows a significant influence. The most significant influence is between teacher’s level of education and work motivation with work performance at Al- Hidayah education foundation Ciputat, South Tangerang. The result confirmed the above hypothesis, it is true that the level of education and good work motivation can also increase teacher’s work performance. Key Words: Education, Motivation, Work performance

Success in realizing the objectives company relies heavily on existing human resources in organizations in such company. To realize the objectives of the company, the company must consider factors that affect the performance of Civil Servants Work Motivation among others factors, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction. With the achievement of expected performance of Civil Servants Kebon Jeruk District Company can achieve its objectives. Kind research used is descriptive method, Pearson Correlation and Path Analysis is useful to know the response of employees on Work Motivation, Compensation for Job Satisfaction and Their Impacts on Civil Service Performance Kebon Jeruk District Company District Company where the employee population of 60 respondents. Provided the results of a calculation of the structural equation, Y = 0.579 X1 + 0.325 X2 + 0.644 ε1, where R2 = 0.585, sub-structure structural equation 2 ie, Z = 0.191 X1 + 0.239 X2 + 0.618 Y + 0.402 ε2 where R2 = 0.838 Conclusions and Recommendations of this research work motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) jointly have a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) equal to 58.8%. Work motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), and Job Satisfaction (Y) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants (Z) equal to 83.8%.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari: (1) motivasi terhadap kinerja,(2) kepuasan kinerja, (3) motivasi terhadap karir, (4) kepuasan karir, (5) kinerjakarir, (6) motivasi dampak kinerja pada karir, dan (7) kepuasan kerja dampakkinerja pada karier dosen di instansi IKIP Veteran Semarang. Jenis penelitianadalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Motivation is one of the superior tools in order subordinate willing to work hard and smart in accord with the goal. If there is one achieve his or her motivation, then he or she tend to be continuously motivated. On the other hand, if there is one often fail to reach his or her motivation, then he or she keep preserving and keep make effort and pray till his or her motivation be reached or becomes hopeless. This study is aimed at knowing if there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher teaching ability toward the students’ achievement in Gugus II Primary School, Kebayakan Sub-district, Aceh Tengah. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The populations of the study were all the teachers and students at Gugus II Primary School Kebayakan sub-district, Aceh Tengah. The samples of the study were 31 teachers and 31 students. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis that there is a positive effect on work motivation with student achievement (rx1y = 0.670), second, there is a positive effect of the teachers teaching ability on the student achievement (rx2y = 0.691), there are three positive influence on work motivation and teachers teaching ability upon the achievement (rx1x2 = 0.856). The simultaneous analysis indicates that work motivation and the teachers teaching ability could affect the students’ achievement. Out of motivation variable hypothesis on the teacher high teaching ability has a significant influence on students’ achievement in Gugus II Primary School, Kebayakan sub-district, Aceh Tengah

The Role of Climate Organizations and motivations to improve employee performance are very important. This study aims to find out what are the factors that affect the performance of administrative staff at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin. This study uses quantitative methods, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is by using multiple linear regression. The results of the study on the effect of work motivation and Organizational Climate on the performance of Administrative staff at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Banjarmasin showed the following results: The first hypothesis states the influence of motivation and Organizational Climate together have a positive influence on the performance of Administrative employees but not significant (meaningless ), The second hypothesis states that the influence of motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Borneo. The third hypothesis states that the influence of Organizational Climate partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Banjarmasin not proven, because the effect is negative and not significant. So it can be concluded that only motivation has a significant effect on the performance of administrative staff of the Islamic University of Kalimantan. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Climate, Administrative Performance

The purpose of this researh (1) Know and analyze the effect of work motivation on the teachers performance  (2) Determine and analyze the impact of school leadership on the teachers performance (3) Know and analyze the influence of discipline on the teachers performance and (4) Determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, school leadership and discipline on the teachers performance.The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in the area of State Sarwas I UPP Petarukan Pemalang of as much as 128 teachers, obtained a sample of 97 people by using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test validity and test hypotheses that include multiple linear regression analysis. Analyzing data using SPSS for windows Release 21.Based on the results of this research is that (1) There is significant influence teachers' motivation to work on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 40.1%; (2) There was a significant effect of school leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 68.00%; (3) There is significant influence of discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 48.8%; (4) There is significant influence work motivation of teachers, school leadership and discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in the District Sarwas I Petarukan Pemalang, with a contribution of 83.3%.

The results showed that the influence between leadership and work discipline was significant. The influence between leadership and work motivation was also significant. The influence between work motivation cannot strengthen the leadership relationship to Work Discipline and is not significant. with a T-statistic of 1,2572541846236 (<1,960). The original sample estimate value is negative, amounting to -0.13494828, which shows that the direction of the relationship between Leadership and Work Discipline which is moderated by motivational variables has a negative and insignificant effect, while the influence between leadership and work discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bukittinggi has a positive influence. and significant, so does the influence of leadership on motivation has a positive and significant influence and finally the influence of motivation on work discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bukittinggi has a positive and significant effect so that all hypotheses submitted can be accepted except the leadership hypothesis in moderation of work motivation variables working discipline at the Bukittinggi City Ministry of Religion's Office is unacceptable. Causal associative research uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. The method used. The population and samples numbered 124 people, using a saturated or census sample technique. Result of research: 1) Positive positive influence between social support to learning result sebeesar 0,455, t count> t table that is 5,640> 1.67. 2) Positive and significant influence between self-confidence to the learning result of 0.402, t arithmetic> t table is 4.849> 1.675. 3) Positive and significant influence between the motivation of learning outcomes 0.419, t arithmetic> t table is 1.675> 0.05. 4) Positive and significant influence between social strengthening to motivation of 0.272, t arithmetic> t table ie 3.119> 1.655. 5) Positive and significant influence between work environment on work motivation of 0.844, t arithmetic> t table that is 10.177> 2.015. 6) Positive and significant indirect effects between support to economic learning outcomes through motivation of 0,559, F hit> F table or 518,919> 2,698. 7) Positive and significant indirect effects between self-confidence in learning outcomes through motivation of 0,504, F hit> F table or 18,919> 2,68.

<p class="apa">By this synopsis research which conveyed of findings to unfold mutual effect between teachers’ performance and incentive scheme and teachers’ personal competency, and principal leadership, and work motivation, by means of explanatory research in which ex facto method was ad hock model chosen because of classified as non-experiment. The grounds populations of research target were upon teachers of Public Senior High School around Medan city which the total about 1446 teachers, 241 teachers set out as sample apart. Though Ex post facto as a means to examine proposed hypothesis it was found significant influence between free variable teacher’s personal competence toward work motivation and teacher’s work performance as bound variable. Carried out with statistical descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Alluded to inferential analysis by technically path coefficient analysis whereby direct contribution of: 1) incentive scheme toward work motivation was 41%, 2) teachers personal competency toward work motivation was 17%. 3) Principal leadership toward work motivation was 25%. 4) Incentive scheme toward teachers’ work performance 17%. 5) Principal leadership toward teachers’ work performance was 16%. 6) Work motivation toward teachers’ work performance was 39%.</p>

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of the innovativeness of physics teachers on the work performance of physics teachers in the state senior high school at Bengkulu province. This research was conducted by surveying physics teachers in the state high school at Bengkulu province with a sample of 90 teachers of physics, were selected by using a simple random sampling technique. Data has been analyzing by using the “path analysis method” with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17 as research’s computing tools. The results concluded that there is a direct, positive, and significant influence of professional competency, work motivation, and innovativeness of physics teachers toward the work performance of the physics teacher. And the professional competency and the work motivation of the physics teacher have an indirect, positive, and significant influence on the work performance of physics teachers through the innovativeness of the physics teacher itself.
