COMPUTER MODELING OF FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS

Within the implementation of the national strategy for improving financial competency and financial education in Russia, aimed at the broad masses of the population, any experience in promoting financial competency among young people, accumulated in the system of training bachelors of Economics, will be useful. The purpose of the article is to present the methodological and practical aspects of teaching the basics of financial calculations of future economists and the formation of computer modeling skills in the field of financial and economic activity. The reason for writing the article was the problem of interdisciplinary integration in the system of financial and economic education. The analysis of educational literature and curricula of the system of secondary and higher professional education, as well as the study and generalization of pedagogical experience showed weak integration of mathematical and economic disciplines with information technologies. The article also presents the problems associated with the calculations in the financial and economic activities with the use of computer modeling. The elements of the presented methods of teaching the basics of financial computing in conjunction with the modeling of financial problems on the computer can be useful for both school teachers and university teachers of mathematics and computer science.

This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. Modern information technologies in combination with pedagogical technologies can significantly increase the effectiveness of the educational process; to achieve a solution to the main problem: the development of cognitive skills of students, critical and creative thinking, the ability to independently construct their knowledge, navigate in the information space.

The article discusses the problem of training university teachers to implement distance-learning technologies in higher professional education. Distance learning technologies have great potential in improving the quality and accessibility of vocational education. The relevance of distance education technologies (DЕT) in Kazakhstan has gained particular importance in connection with the suspension of distance learning from January 1, 2019. The effectiveness of DЕT depends on the degree of implementation of regulatory support, infrastructure, software, digital educational content, but the main factor is the willingness of the faculty to use them. Teachers should know the essence and basic principles of the use of DЕT in higher education, modern platforms for the use of DЕT; вe able to create own online courses and other digital educational resources.

The article considers the problem of developing cultural competence of future primary school teachers during professional retraining (language teaching-learning). This problem is stated in the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education. The author emphasizes that organizing work to develop cultural competence is a relevant pedagogical concern. Competency-based approach is a high-priority task. Its implementation is mandatory within the framework of new Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education that determine the training objectives in the form of competencies which are necessary for modern teachers in their professional activities. To address the problem the author suggests using historical documents and archives as additional methodological tools during the compulsory courses study (“Theoretical Bases and Technologies of Primary Language Education”, “Theoretical Bases of Primary Literary Education”) of the 44.03.01. Pedagogical Education (Primary Education) curriculum. According to the author, mastering linguistic disciplines will be successful, if there are vivid examples from regional texts illustrating how a language unit functions and evolves. As a result, it will lead to the developing cultural competence of future primary school teachers.

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of pedagogical competency of masters of IT-specialties in conditions of reforming of higher professional education and introduction of modern educational information technologies. The theoretical analysis of the approaches of scientists to the definition of basic concepts within the framework of the competency educational paradigm, the establishment of the composition of competency and its evaluation is carried out. It is determined that pedagogical competency is a component of professional competency - integrative quality of personality, which is formed through the development and assimilation of the totality of pedagogical competency’s and characterizes possession of them. Pedagogical competency is considered as a predetermined social requirement for interdependent personality traits in relation to subjects and processes centered around teaching activities necessary for its effective implementation. In the structure of the pedagogical competency of masters of IT-specialties, the motivational-value, operational-cognitive, social-personal components are singled out and a list of pedagogical competencies is developed, the mastering of which promotes their formation. The role of the means of modern educational information technologies in the formation of the pedagogical competency of the future specialists of IT-specialties in the conditions of the magistracy is determined and theoretically substantiated. There are proposed measures to increase the motivation of masters of IT-specialties to study the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle and to the future pedagogical activity by forming pedagogical competencies based on already mastered professional IT-competencies. The expediency of strengthening the pedagogical preparation of masters by studying the theoretical and practical principles of the development of methodical support for the teaching of professional disciplines and sections related to modern educational information technologies is shown. Methodical approaches aimed at increasing the theoretical and practical readiness of masters of IT-specialties for pedagogical activity in higher education institutions using the means of LMS-system Moodle and active teaching methods are considered. The proposed methodological approaches to the teaching of the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle were introduced and their influence on the improvement of quality of pedagogical preparation of masters of IT-specialties was experimentally confirmed using diagnostic tools to assess the formation of components of pedagogical competency.

Purpose. The paper describes the experience of implementing a brand new interactive education platform at Novosibirsk State University (NSU). The purpose of the platform is to effectively use all potential communication channels between the object and the subject of knowledge in the system of higher professional education. The modular exposition and education project “Archaeology of Eurasia” developed by the education and research centre “New Archaeology” includes material sources and several digital stands designed following modern trends in education, latest information technologies and many years of experience in teaching archaeology at NSU. Results. The platform is based on primary principles of contemporary teaching approaches, such as brevity, imagery, diversity of sources, interactivity. Its active use in the educational process at the NSU Institute for the Humanities (IH) has shown to improve the quality of teaching and the level of learning skills. The project applies interdisciplinary methodology, which includes the best achievements in the field of educational and information technologies and archaeological science. Conclusion. For the NSU IH this project is a new experience to transfer from the usual classroom to a fundamentally different learning environment which provides an endless variety of opportunities for teaching and learning. Combination of the virtual exposition and real exhibits provides the opportunity to find the optimal algorithm of the interaction between the visitor and the expositional and educational space.

В современном мире процессы автоматизации проникли во все сферы деятельности человека. Управление образовательными процессами обусловлено разными архитектурами программного обеспечения для поддержки обучения в образовательной организации, практическим применением информационных технологий, которые используются для сетевого доступа к защищенным образовательным ресурсам. Внедрение автоматизации в процессы управления сложными системами значительно сокращают объем вложенных ресурсов, не только финансовых, но и ресурсов времени. Использование информационных компьютерных технологий (далее – ИКТ) в процессах для автоматизации управления образовательными организациями является одной из первоочередных задач современной системы образования. Автоматизация управления средним профессиональным образованием (далее – СПО) в Российской Федерации является актуальной темой, поскольку внедрение информационных технологий в процесс управления деятельностью СПО позволит существенно снизить затраты времени для руководящего и педагогического состава на делопроизводство, планирование и ведение документации учебного процесса за счет снижения доли рутинного труда. В статье рассмотрены особенности таких актуальных направлений в управлении СПО как анализ обеспеченности учебной литературой, занятости выпускников и учет примерных основных образовательных программ. Подчеркнута необходимость автоматизации указанных направлений в управлении СПО. In the modern world, automation processes have penetrated into all spheres of human activity. The management of educational processes is due to different software architectures to support training in an educational organization, the practical use of information technologies that are used for network access to protected educational resources. The introduction of automation in complex systems management processes significantly reduces the amount of invested resources, not only financial, but also time resources. The use of information computer technologies in processes to automate the management of educational organizations is one of the priority tasks of the modern education system. Automation of the management of secondary vocational education in the Russian Federation is a topical topic, since the introduction of information technologies in the process of managing the activities of secondary professional education will significantly reduce the time spent for the leadership and pedagogical staff on office work, planning and maintaining the documentation of the educational process by reducing the share of routine labor. The article considers the peculiarities of such topical areas in the management of srekak analysis of the availability of educational literature, the employment of graduates and the accounting of approximate basic educational programs. The need to automate these areas in the management of secondary vocational education was emphasized.

The profession of economist is in demand in almost all enterprises, but employers do not choose yesterday's graduates, but specialists with experience. Given the concept, to achieve professionalism, it will not be enough just to get the appropriate education at a University, pass an internship and have certain properties that determine the quality of a specialist in the economic field. Training and economic education of students should be carried out continuously, comprehensively, systematically, purposefully and should cover all stages: from pre-school to higher professional education.

Увеличивается рост компьютерных атак на объекты информационной инфраструктуры, усиливается разведывательная деятельность иностранных государств в отношении Российской Федерации. В соответствии с Доктриной информационной безопасности Российской Федерации развитие кадрового потенциала является одним из направлений обеспечения информационной безопасности. Все это актуализирует задачи по подготовке специалистов в области защиты государственной тайны на базе военных образовательных учреждений высшего профессионального образования. В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы формирования у будущих офицеров подразделений связи компетенций в области защиты государственной тайны. Проводится анализ требований федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов к компетенциям в области защиты государственной тайны. Определяются научные подходы к формированию компетенций специалистов связи в области защиты государственной тайны.In the present international situation the Russian Federation can be found with a lot of challenges in the field of information security, namely: the number of foreign countries increases opportunities for the information technology impact on information infrastructure for military purposes; special services individual states increase the use of information technologies for military-political purposes. The growth of computer attacks on the objects of information infrastructure is increasing, the intelligence activities of foreign states against the Russian Federation are increasing. In accordance with the Doctrine of information security of the Russian Federation, one of the directions of information security in the field of science, technology and education is the development of human resources in the field of information security and the use of information technologies. All this actualizes the task of training specialists in the field of protection of state secrets on the basis of military educational institutions of higher professional education. The article deals with the actual problems of the formation of future officers of communication units competencies in the field of protection of state secrets. The analysis of requirements of Federal state educational standards to competences in the field of protection of the state secret is carried out. Scientific approaches to the formation of competences of communication specialists in the field of protection of state secrets are determined.

The article discusses the changes in the content of training programs for primary school teachers in the context of the modernization of pedagogical education related to the requirements of the professional standard of a teacher. In order to strengthen the practical orientation of training of future elementary school teachers authors propose a model of basic networking systems included in the training process: system of vocational training and system of higher professional education. In the analysis of professional standard "Teacher" were marked out labor actions for each of the labor functions (training, development) and determined the delta at the levels of higher education (bachelor degree and magistracy). To ensure the formation of labor actions of students according to the professional standards of the teacher the authors of the article in relation to them formulated and theoretically substantiated the hypothesis about the content of the activities of students and educational outcomes of students, which are formed in the course of training in higher school and in practice at the school.
