The purpose of this research is to study it there is positive influence of education level and perception of Personal Tax Payer toward The Submission of Annual Income Tax Report. The research method used is causal, with the unit of analysis Personal Tax Payer. Sampling method used stratified random sampling. The level education, perception of Personal Tax Payer and The Submission of Annual Income Tax Report by using the instruments measured questionnaire with likert scale. Source analysis performed by descriptive analysis and linear regression. The result shows that's positive influence of level education and perceptions of Personal Tax Payer together and partial toward The Submission Annual Income Tax Report with determination coefficient is 34,99%.

Sampling method used stratified random sampling.The tax audit and tax payer compliance of tax receipts by using the instruments measured questionnaire with likert scale. Source analysis performed by descriptive analysis and linear regression. The result  shows that’s positive influence of influence of tax audit and negative influence tax payer compliance of tax receipts.

Abstract Annual personal income tax return  reporting by manual had changed to use internet media directly through Directorate General of Taxation’s website. The purpose of this research was to compare obedience of assessable  to evaluate a number of the annual income tax return reporting compliance of personal tax payer by manual and  through Directorate General of Taxation’s website. The data was the registered  annual income tax return submission compliance of individual tax payer during periode 2013 – 2016 in the Tax Office Primary Bandung City, Regional Tax Office West Of Java I.  The Methodology of this research was descriptive analysis, comparative analysis, verivikatif analysis. And Hypotesis test used Independent Two Sample. As a result, there wasn’t upgrading obedience compliance of individual tax payer after application of E-Filing.  ABSTRAKPelaporan SPT Tahunan Pajak Penghasilan Orang Pribadi secara manual, mengalami pembaharuan dengan beralih menggunakan media internet pada website Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan  kepatuhan Wajib Pajak  Orang Pribadi dengan mengevaluasi jumlah pelaporan SPT Tahunan WPOP secara manual dengan menggunakan website Direktorat Jendral Pajak.  Data penelitian berupa SPT Tahunan PPh Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar dan realisasi pelaporan SPT tahun 2013 - 2016 di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kota Bandung Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I.  Metode penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif, komparatif dan verifikatif dengan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji beda sampel saling bebas. Hasil penelitian tidak terdapat peningkatan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak setelah  penerapan  SPT online (E-Filing) dibandingkan sebelumnya.

This study aims to determine the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at Hannah Hotel Syariah Painan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a causal associative approach. The number of samples in this study were 82 samples. The sampling method is propotionate stratified random sampling. Data is collected by questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) room facilities are in the good category 54.88%, (2) guest satisfaction is in the excellent category 40.24%, (3) there is a guest satisfaction value increased by 16.843 units, there is a positive influence and significant between room facilities to guest satisfaction staying at Hannah Hotel Syariah Painan. The R square value obtained is 0.174, this means that room facilities variables have an effect of 17.4%.

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

AbstractThis research was conducted in Bukit Makmur Village, Sungai Bahar Sub-District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The location was selected purposively based on that village has the largest number of farmers with post productive oil palm trees among the villages in the sub-district. The research took place since mei 2020. The research aimed was to find out the descriptions of the business activities of post productive oil palm farming, its farmer income. The number of sampels taken in the research were 41 famers which taken by simple random sampling method. To know the description of post productive oil palm farming activity in the research area was analized by descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average area of land owned by farmers was 3.54 hectares with the status of private ownership and the majority of oil palm plants were  28.85 years on average. The average production of oil palm farming was 2,908 kg / month. Revenues ranged from Rp. 1,015,800-2,686,400 / Ha / Month with an average income of Rp. 1,311,417 / Ha / Month with a Production cost of Rp. 528,832 / Ha / Month. Meanwhile, the total income ranges from Rp. 300,913 - 2,189,206 / Ha / month with an average farmer income of Rp. 782,585 / Ha / Month.Keywords : Income, Oil Palm, post productive AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bukit Makmur, Kecamatan Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Lokasi ini dipilih secara sengaja karena desa ini memiliki petani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif dengan jumlah terbanyak diantara desa lainnya di Kecamatan Sungai Bahar. Penelitian ini berlangsung sejak Mei 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang petani yang diilih secara acak (simple random sampling). Untuk mengetahui gambaran usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif di Desa Bukit Makmur dianalisis secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata–rata luas lahan yang dimiliki petani  adalah 3,54 Ha dengan status milik pribadi dan mayoritas tanaman kelapa sawit sudah berumur tua   rata – rata  28,85 tahun. Rata – rata produksi hasil usahatani kelapa sawit adalah 2.908 kg/bulan. Penerimaan berkisar antara Rp.1.015.800-2.686.400/Ha/Bulan dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar  Rp. 1.311.417/Ha/Bulan dengan biaya Produksi sebesar Rp. 528.832 /Ha/Bulan. Sedangkan total pendapatan berkisar antara Rp 300.913-2.189.206/Ha/Bulan dengan rata-rata pendapatan petani sebesar Rp. 782.585/Ha/Bulan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Kelapa Sawit, Pasca umur Produktif

ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. This research was conducted in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam Sub-District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The location was selected purposively based on that this village has produced the highest pinapple among the villages in the sub district. The research took place since june 2017. This research aims was to find out the description of the business activities of pineapple farming, production costs and income obtained by farmers from the pineapple farming business in Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam Sub-District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The number of samples taken in this research were 101 farmers which taken by simple random sampling method. To know the description of pineapple farming activity in the research area was analized by descriptive analysis. The results of this research concluded that the income of pineapple farming was quite high with the average farmer income of Rp. 26,866,616,-/Ha/Year. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 101 rumah tangga petani (RTP) yang dipilih secara acak (simple random sampling). Untuk mengetahui gambaran aktivitas budidaya nanas di daerah penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani nanas di daerah penelitian cukup besar dengan rata-rata pendapatan petani sebesar Rp. 26.866.616 per hektar per tahun. Selain pendapatan, biaya total yaitu Rp. 2.646.184,-/Ha/Tahun, sedangkan  total penerimaan Rp. 29.512.800,-/Ha/Tahun.Kata kunci: Pendapatan, nanas, produksi

Red Chili is a seasonal product which is close to price fluctuation.Price fluctuation is one of market phenomenon that oftentimes has to befaced by horticulture farmer. About main problem that always faced isbargaining position by farmer is low, price information isnt transmitted verywell, not good on quality and the long of distribution chain. Inefficiency onmarketing system will get crescent other wising to strengthen farmersbargaining position. One of the efforts which can be done by the farmer tostrengthen bargaining position is using Spot Auction Market System.The objectives of the research are: 1). Knowing how long thedistribution channel of red chili between through and not through spotauction market, 2) Knowing marketing efficiencies of red chili betweenthrough and not through spot auction market, 3) Describes about spotauction market of red chili.The method of this research is descriptive analytic method. Thisobservational location determined by purposive method. Sampling method inthis research used by multistage random sampling. The first objectiveanalyzed by use descriptive analysis, meanwhile second objective analyzedwith monopoly index (MPI).The result of this research are the distribution channel on red chilithrough spot auction market was farmer sells to collecting trader and thancollecting trader sells to wholesalers and wholesalers sells to retailer andfinally retailers sells to consumers. Index monopolizes between red chilimarketing through auction market is as big as 1,51.
