The purpose of this study was to reveal the work life of physical educators who were experiencing a teacher accountability system in the US. A combination of stratified and purposeful sampling procedures was adopted to select a sample of schools that served communities with various socioeconomic backgrounds. The schools were recently incorporated in a state teacher accountability system that used student learning growth for teacher evaluation. A group of 51 certified physical educators was selected from the sampled schools. Data were collected from three sources: an online survey, in-school observations, and semi-structured interviews. The survey and observations cross-validated data related to job description, workload, general working environment, and demographic information. The interviews detailed the teachers’ accounts about their work life, perceptions of the job demands, and resources under the teacher accountability system. Inductive analysis revealed that the lack of critical job resources, especially curricular supports, equipment, and professional development, limited the teachers from promoting student learning that the teacher accountability system required. Teachers were subjected to immense job demands, specifically a large body of content knowledge to teach with shrinking instruction time and ambiguous role. They also felt pressured to incorporate reading, writing, and mathematics in physical education lessons with little or no curricular support. For teachers to teach physical education successfully in this accountability context, systemic changes are needed to provide teachers with adequate professional development and curricular resources to promote learning in physical education.

In today's socio-economic conditions, the professional training of students in higher educational establishments, which most concretely embodies the principle of the organic connection of physical education with the practice of work activity, is of great importance. The purpose of physical education in educational institutions is to facilitate the preparation of harmoniously, highly skilled specialists. In the process of training from the course of physical education, the tasks are to be solved: education of students of high moral, volitional and physical qualities, readiness for highly productive work; preservation and strengthening of health, promotion of proper formation and comprehensive development of the organism, maintenance of high efficiency during the whole period of training; comprehensive physical training of students; their profile physical training taking into account the peculiarities of future labor activity; acquisition of students the necessary knowledge on the basics of theory, methodology and organization of physical education and sports training; education of students convinced of the need to regularly engage in physical education and sports. From the practice of production, it is known that highly productive labor in most cases is ensured not only by the presence of an interest in the worker in his profession, but also his body's adaptation to the implementation of motor operations associated with its production activity. As indicated by scientific studies, the interest of students is usually lost to any type of motor activity, if it causes him a rapid physical and psychological fatigue. The realities of the country's economy point to the need to create and expand the labor market, which now has a high demand for skilled workers in the manufacturing spheres of many sectors of the national economy. Proceeding from this, a significant part of our youth is aware of this fact and seeks to get such professions, which have the greatest demand for production, linking their future with the hope of high-paying work, and with it, with their stable and worthy future personal life. At the same time, human activity, physical culture and sports are important factors for improvement, health promotion, which ultimately enhances the creative activity of man and his ability to work.

The following research methods were used in the work: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature, practical research, personal work experience, comparisons. The data of scientific and methodological literature and practical studies are analyzed and summarized, which argue that the current approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied physical training of students need improvement. It was found that the methods of rational planning of these classes depend on many indicators: a combination of various means, their dosages, orientation, taking into account the functional state of the body, physical fitness, and the direction of future students' professional activities. The conditions for programming classes are determined under which physical education of students would be an effective method of strengthening personal health, increasing the level of physical condition, their physical performance: regularity of classes, their variability, individual approach, taking into account the interests and preferences of students, as well as the use of wellness technologies, which in turn, will contribute to the formation of positive motivation for physical education classes, the basics of self-healing Noah activities, development of professional skills. The studies made it possible to argue that at the present stage in the system of physical education, professionally oriented training is of particular importance, as a result of which the market of highly qualified specialists can provide. An analysis of the existing approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied training of students needs to be improved, and despite the scientific studies of domestic and foreign scientists, the problems of professionally-applied physical training can be solved only if thorough scientific research is carried out.

The purpose of the research: the study of the efficacy of the preparations for veterinary use "Inspector Quadro C" and "Inspector Quadro K" against ecto- and endoparasitoses of dogs and cats. Materials and methods. Studies were conducted on spontaneously infected dogs and cats of different sexes, age, weight and breed. The diagnosis of infection with ectoparasites was made based on the clinical picture and laboratory methods of investigation (microscopy of scrapings taken from ectoparasitized skin areas, examination of the coat for fleas, lice, worms, ixodids). Infection with helminths was established by detecting eggs of helminths in faeces of animals by the method of Füleleborn and mature segments of cestodes. Preparations were applied to the animals by drip application on dry undamaged skin in places inaccessible to licking in a dose of 0.1-0.4 ml per 1 kg of body weight. The results were statistically processed. Results and discussion. "Inspector Quadro S" and "Inspector Quadro K" showed 100% efficacy at sarcoptosis in dogs, notoedrosis in cats, otodectosis in dogs and cats, ixodidoses and entomoses. "Inspector Quadro C" showed a high efficiency (92.3%) at demodecosis in dogs. However, single mites were found in one dog. 100% efficacy of "Inspector Quadro C" and "Inspector Quadro K" has been established against intestinal nematodes and cestodes in dogs and cats. Negative effects of drugs on the body of animals have not been revealed.
