In today's socio-economic conditions, the professional training of students in higher educational establishments, which most concretely embodies the principle of the organic connection of physical education with the practice of work activity, is of great importance. The purpose of physical education in educational institutions is to facilitate the preparation of harmoniously, highly skilled specialists. In the process of training from the course of physical education, the tasks are to be solved: education of students of high moral, volitional and physical qualities, readiness for highly productive work; preservation and strengthening of health, promotion of proper formation and comprehensive development of the organism, maintenance of high efficiency during the whole period of training; comprehensive physical training of students; their profile physical training taking into account the peculiarities of future labor activity; acquisition of students the necessary knowledge on the basics of theory, methodology and organization of physical education and sports training; education of students convinced of the need to regularly engage in physical education and sports. From the practice of production, it is known that highly productive labor in most cases is ensured not only by the presence of an interest in the worker in his profession, but also his body's adaptation to the implementation of motor operations associated with its production activity. As indicated by scientific studies, the interest of students is usually lost to any type of motor activity, if it causes him a rapid physical and psychological fatigue. The realities of the country's economy point to the need to create and expand the labor market, which now has a high demand for skilled workers in the manufacturing spheres of many sectors of the national economy. Proceeding from this, a significant part of our youth is aware of this fact and seeks to get such professions, which have the greatest demand for production, linking their future with the hope of high-paying work, and with it, with their stable and worthy future personal life. At the same time, human activity, physical culture and sports are important factors for improvement, health promotion, which ultimately enhances the creative activity of man and his ability to work.

An experimental group (EG), which consisted of the cadets who were studying according to the experimental working academic program of the discipline (n=60), and a control group (CG), which included the cadets studying according to the current working academic program of the discipline (n=60) were formed. The criteria of the efficiency of the experimental program are determined to be the indicators of general and special physical fitness of cadets and the level of professionally important psychological qualities. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The most significant changes in EG cadets occurred in overcoming obstacle course, holding the angle on parallel bars, holding the body in a horizontal position, tests for determination of attention distribution and volume, mental performance – at the end of the experiment, and the indicators of EG cadets were significantly (p˂0.05-0.001) better than those of CG.It proves the necessity of correcting the academic program of Physical Education and Special Physical Training for senior cadets with the aim of their psychophysical readiness formation for future professional and combat activity.

The study is devoted to the analysis of the formation of physical culture of students in a medical university. The specificity of the medical profession contains a number of important characteristics (emotional and volitional stability, endurance, physical and mental endurance, dexterity in carrying out medical procedures, motor coordination, etc.) that require appropriate physical training. Physical culture in this regard for physicians is not only a part of general culture, but also a professional culture. However, as shown by a sociological survey of medical students, they do not sufficiently assess the degree of importance of the discipline “Physical culture”. This requires the development of new approaches to organizing and conducting physical education classes in a medical University including such as the proposed practice-oriented (D.A. will allow raising the status of the discipline in question in a medical university and linking it with the professional training of medical students.

The article analyzes the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of competence approach. The key, basic and special competencies of the future aviation specialist are considered. It is understood as a system of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and values, which are reproduced in the ability and willingness of the individual to solve professional problems of various kinds. The professional competence of the future aviation specialist includes basic (unique for specialists of different profiles) and professional (due to the specifics of the field of activity) competencies. The leading role of professional and applied-physical training in the process of forming the competence of an aviation specialist is substantiated. To a large extent, the formation of both basic and professional competencies is facilitated by professional and applied physical training. The content of professional and applied physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. The content of professional and applied-physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. Professional and applied physical training of future aviation specialists for highly productive work is carried out in the following areas: mastering applied skills and abilities that are elements of certain sports; accentuated education of certain physical and special qualities, especially important for the highly productive work of the future aviation specialist; obtaining applied knowledge and skills of application of means of physical culture in the mode of work and rest taking into account extreme working conditions and age features. At the same time, the new strategy of professional training of cadets should consist not only in specially organized physical training classes, but also independent, conscious and active motor activity in order to effectively psychophysical adaptation to the socio-legal conditions of modern life. In the Standard of higher education preparation of the master on a specialty 272-Aviation transport Educational qualification: the master on systems of management of safety of aviation; master's degree in unmanned aerial systems and complexes; Master of Air Traffic Services from the list of competencies of the graduate, we have identified those that are formed in the process of professional and applied physical training. Pedagogical conditions for effective implementation of the competency-based approach to professional-applied physical training of future aviation specialists in flight higher educational institutions have been developed: ensuring the formation of positive motivation for future professional activity and own professional reliability; creation of educational situations of quasi-professional aviation activity at all stages of physical training; use of professional interaction as a basis for ensuring the quality of professional activity.

A problem of the educational programs implementation in universities in the conditions of forced distance learning was a serious challenge to the academic environment. Great difficulties are caused by the education of students who have a significant number of hours of practical work in the curriculum, in particular those studying in the fields of Physical Education and Sports. The analysis, generalization and interpretation of the literary sources made it possible to identify the possibilities of applying modern technologies of professional development, and forming necessary competencies in the preparation of a bachelor. To adapt the lessons to the conditions of the electronic environment, the necessary algorithm of actions is given, from the features of the glossary development to the creation of the final digital discipline model. It is important to teach students to see the mistakes of students in the technique of movements, tactical errors, to identify their own mistakes in the teaching methods in order to work in the field of physical culture and sports. Therefore, to enhance cognitive activity, develop a culture of thinking of a teacher in physical education and sports, it is proposed to use the preparation of video projects (in the format of a television fitness program with classes and short videos) in practical exercises, taking into account the proposed stages of preparation, a monitoring and evaluation system.
