The importance of tourism business as a factor in promoting socio-economic development of regions is noted. The necessity of development of practical recommendations on increase of efficiency of economic activity of small forms of tourist business is substantiated. The importance of green tourism as a component of the national tourism business is pointed out. The model of the organization of tourist activity in the form of a green estate on the basis of a peasant economy is developed. The purpose of the project is the organization of maintenance of effective functioning of a green estate of a basic category as a basis for the further development. It is planned to use 0.3 hectares of land for this form of economic activity. It is also planned to involve the available material, technical and labor resources of a peasant family for the organization of this area of entrepreneurial activity. The main idea of the project is to implement on a regular basis a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities for client groups of 40 to 60 people. In particular, it is assumed that the amount of current costs in general will not change, only in the autumn-winter period will increase slightly utility bills. Alternative models of organization of economic activity of green estates are developed. The first option involves the presence of 1 working person who performs all production and economic, maintenance, accounting and management and other functions, receiving 20,000 hryvnias each month. In this case, the employee must have a wide range of professional competencies, which in some way negatively affects their practical implementation. The comparative analysis of efficiency of functioning of a peasant economy in the field of green tourism and other kinds of activity is carried out. The greater attractiveness of green tourism for the peasant economy as a use of available resource potential has been proved. It is noted that the proposed models should be considered as a starting project for the further development of this form of rural family business.

Introduction. The sector of tourism and renovation is one of the trendiest directions of social and economic development of rural areas. It is generally maintained, that green tourism increases the motivation of the rural nontraditional territorial communities in the development of social infrastructure and the creation of new workplaces. For this, tourism could promote the application of new unconventional forms of entrepreneurial activity. It opens new potential possibilities, such as assists the filling of local budgets, effective use of resources, increase a profit of the population, development of social infrastructure, the origin of alternative forms of employment and entrepreneurial activity, increase the prestige of rural. Purpose. The purpose of the article is the research of terms and processes of development of green tourism, and to his influence on a regional tourist market, especially in a part of local economic development of territorial communities. Results. Cultural and natural resources are an extremely main part of world tourism. Furthermore, this is a significant type of support. The analysis of the terms allows us to set that unfortunately, the attempt at the legislative level to give legal determination by a concept «green tourism», «ecological tourism» or «rural tourism» remained not executed. Besides, the world's society uses the name of «geotourism». It is believed, that tourism could support or improve the geographical character of the environment. Moreover, it is based on principles, for instance, ecological responsibility (maintenance of resources and bio variety), cultural responsibility (devotion and respect are to local originality and inheritance), and synergy (association of all elements of geographical features for creation of tourist experience, what richer, than the sum of his parts, and attractive for visitors with different interests). Ukraine has great possibilities for the development of rural green tourism, in particular, as well as the Mykolaiv region. Conclusions. Taking everything into account, green tourism could provide local economic development of territorial communities. Firstly, the government must improve the laws for the green tourism sphere. Also, we need to set forth the main principles of politics there. Secondly, society should pay attention to the development of green tourism, especially for local farms or personal peasant farms. Because of them have possibilities and prospects for its development. Thirdly, society should use the innovations, which could increase the amount of tourist service. In practice, it could be gastronomy, traditional rural tourism, air therapy, in civilized mannerethnographic measures, and so on. Apart from this, local inhabitants could create the thematic villages as a regional brand. There are some examples of this - production of the special product, which is typical for local territory, or organization of unique festivals, and even production of hand-made souvenirs. Finally, local rural inhabitants should implement the unconventional ideas of evolution of the rural communities.

Annotation. Introduction. The implementation of measures to reform the economy as a whole, agrarian reform and, in particular, land relations in agriculture, was one of the factors influencing the change in the structure of the resident population in terms of economic activity and changes in the agricultural labor market. Analysis of the distribution of the population of Ukraine by economic activity indicates a decrease by almost one third of the number of the economically active population in 2019 compared to 2000. There is also a trend towards a decrease in the number of those employed in economic activity. Purpose. The aim of the article is exploration of employment indicators (formal and informal) and unemployment of the rural population in Ukraine and identification of the main trends. Results. It has been established that the employed rural population is less educated and, accordingly, they perform mostly unattractive types of work that do not require high qualifications. It was revealed that workers in rural settlements have fewer job opportunities at their place of residence. In villages, the number of people who are employers is almost half. The biggest problem in rural areas is self-employment or predominantly employment in private households. A sharp increase in the share of unemployed youth who cannot find a job after graduating from educational institutions has been established. The situation with regard to youth employment in the villages of Ukraine is especially difficult. It turned out that 2/3 of workers in rural areas are employed in the informal sector. Moreover, two urban residents of this sector prefer hired labor, in agriculture, on the contrary, self-employed make up 74.0%, that is, they work in a peasant farm for agricultural products. In half of the cases, informal employment is carried out in agriculture. Conclusions. The unemployed urban dweller is more educated and therefore has more advantages over the rural dweller in terms of employment. Unemployed people in cities have more opportunities to choose a job, therefore they are more active when they leave their jobs of their own accord and depend on the seasonality of their work. For 1990-2019 the average number of full-time agricultural enterprises decreased 12.2 times due to the liquidation of agricultural enterprises. One of the reasons was the denationalization and privatization of enterprises in Ukraine, especially in rural areas, which were not supplemented by effective mechanisms for the employment of people, including by promoting the development of entrepreneurial activity. Keywords: labor market, employment, informal employment, unemployment, economically inactive population.

Ceramics, such as Al2O3 and SiC have numerous current and potential uses in applications where high temperature strength, hardness, and wear resistance are required often in corrosive environments. These materials are, however, highly anisotropic and brittle, so that their mechanical behavior is often unpredictable. The further development of these materials will require a better understanding of the basic mechanisms controlling deformation, wear, and fracture. The purpose of this talk is to describe applications of TEM to the study of the deformation, wear, and fracture of Al2O3. Similar studies are currently being conducted on SiC and the techniques involved should be applicable to a wide range of hard, brittle materials.

We consider the task of automated quality control of sound recordings containing voice samples of individuals. It is shown that in this task the most acute is the small sample size. In order to overcome this problem, we propose the novel method of acoustic measurements based on relative stability of the pitch frequency within a voice sample of short duration. An example of its practical implementation using aninter-periodic accumulation of a speech signal is considered. An experimental study with specially developed software provides statistical estimates of the effectiveness of the proposed method in noisy environments. It is shown that this method rejects the audio recording as unsuitable for a voice biometric identification with a probability of 0,95 or more for a signal to noise ratio below 15 dB. The obtained results are intended for use in the development of new and modifying existing systems of collecting and automated quality control of biometric personal data. The article is intended for a wide range of specialists in the field of acoustic measurements and digital processing of speech signals, as well as for practitioners who organize the work of authorized organizations in preparing for registration samples of biometric personal data.

For millennia, humans have used hundreds of medicinal plants to treat diseases. Currently, many species with important characteristics are known to alleviate a wide range of health problems, mainly in rural areas, where the use of these resources is very high, even replacing scientific medicine almost completely. This paper presents the dehydration of medicinal plants that are grown in the State of Campeche through direct and indirect solar technologies in order to evaluate the influence of air flow and temperature on the color of the final product through the L* a* scale. b*, analyzing the activity of water and humidity during the drying process. The experimental results showed that the direct solar dryer with forced convection presents a little significant color change in a drying time of 400 min on average, guaranteeing the null bacterial proliferation and reaching a final humidity between 9 % and 11 %.
