This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher knowledge about Law Number 35 of 2014 and the attitude of teachers to students. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational method. Through data collection techniques in the form of tests and questionnaires. The population taken was all teachers at SMP Negeri Mendo Barat sub-district totaling 68 people with a saturated sample of 68 people. Then the technical data analysis used to test the hypothesis is the product-moment correlation with the teacher's knowledge variable about Law Number 35 of 2014 (X) with the Attitude of Teachers to Students (Y). Furthermore, to test the validity of the independent variable instrument items using the Biserial Point Correlation the results are 29 valid and 1 drop, while the validity of the dependent variable shows 33 valid and 15 drops with a coefficient of 0.20. Then the reliability for the teacher knowledge variable uses the Kuder Richardson-20 (KR-20) and the teacher's attitude variable to students is the Cronbach Alpha formula with an efficiency of 0.71. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's knowledge of Law Number 35 of 2014 with the attitude of the teacher to students with a coefficient of 0.261.

The population in this study were female students of the Telkom University Faculty ofCommunication and Business who had watched and or followed a video made by Tasya Farasya regarding Maybellineproducts. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. In this study has a positive effect between the variable credibility of influencer (X) on the attitude variable on the brand(Y) on the Maybelline brand. This is evidenced by hypothesis testing using the - t test. The data produces that the valuet_count (7.334)> t_ (table) (1.984). The credibility factor of influencers that most influences attitudes towards brand isattractiveness.

Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to summarize the key findings of meta-analyses in accounting, auditing and corporate governance research.Design/methodology/approachA structured literature review on 63 meta-analyses related to financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, and corporate governance is conducted.FindingsMost of the previous meta-analyses have been focused on the topic of corporate governance with a clear focus on board composition as an independent variable and by integrating research- and country-specific moderating variables. Meta-analyses in management accounting are rare; furthermore, no meta-analysis in tax accounting has been published yet.Originality/valueMeta-analyses on these topics are expected to become increasingly important in the following years because of the increased number of empirical quantitative research. This literature review gives useful insights for research, practice and regulation.

This paper aims to determine the influence of cost efficiency by six proxies on each KSP and USP Cooperative which has been assessed by Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surakarta in 2015 on the level of health of the cooperative based on the results of the cooperative health assessment. In total, KSP and USP Cooperative samples in this paper were 25 cooperative that have been assessed an implement RAT in 2016. This research method using a model of quantitative research. The data analysis technical use analysis of the ratio consisting of 6 ratios (BOAPB, BUSK, EP, RA, RMS, and KOP) is calculated with guidelines health assessment to generate score ratings healthy assessment cooperative on each ratios and multiple linear regression analysis with independent variable cost efficiency and the dependent variable levels of health cooperative. Based on the research it was found that the level of efficiency by 6 proxies KSP and USP Cooperative on average have sufficient predicates efficient. However, the results also found 2 of 6 proxies affect cost efficiency and 4 proxies do not affect the level of health cooperatives. Then, the results of the paper concluded that the cost efficiency 4 proxies has no the influence because the paper sample indicated divergence conducted by KSP and USP Cooperative, these statements are based on the data obtained and the analysis of the health assessment score of each ratio. Therefore, 4 proxies is not significant influence partially.
