The Ukrainian Carpathians is the territory with a great threat of floods. This is due to natural and climatic conditions of this region, which is characterized by mountainous terrain, high density of hydrological network and a significant amount of precipitation. Amount of precipitation here ranges from 600 mm on plains to 1,600 mm on mountain tops. The main factors of floods occurrence are excessive precipitation, low water permeability of soil and a high proportion of low-permeability rocks (flysch layers with a predominance of clay layers). Therefore, catastrophic floods in the region were also observed in previous centuries, when the anthropogenic impact on the environment, including forest ecosystems, was not comparable with the current one. Any flood is characterized by a period of development, a period of its critical (maximum) intensity and a period of decline. In the present paper, based on the use of methods for approximating the curves and the results of experimental studies of flood waters, a method of mathematical description and forecasting of the flood development is suggested. The recommended direction of further research may be related to the development of experimental means to determine the parameters that affect the process of flood formation.

В работе исследуется процесс разработки компьютеров за последние десятилетия с целью определения наиболее влияющих на него факторов. Описываются сами факторы, которые используются для предсказания направления будущих разработок. Для решения этой задачи применяется концепция Вычислительной Способности, которая позволяет оценить производительность компьютеров теоретически, опираясь исключительно на описание их архитектуры. In this article we are investigating the computers development process in the past decades in order to identify the factors that influence it the most. We describe such factors and use them to predict the direction of further development. To solve these problems, we use the concept of the Computer Capacity, which allows us to estimate the performance of computers theoretically, relying only on the description of its architecture.

Abstract Oil-wetness and heterogeneity (i.e., existence of low and high permeability regions) are two main factors that result in low oil recovery by waterflood in carbonate reservoirs. The injected water is likely to flow through high permeability regions and bypass the oil in low permeability matrix. In this study, systematic coreflood tests were carried out in both "homogeneous" cores and "heterogeneous" cores. The heterogeneous coreflood test was proposed to model the heterogeneity of carbonate reservoirs, bypassing in low-permeability matrix during waterfloods, and dynamic imbibition of surfactant into the low-permeability matrix. The results of homogeneous coreflood tests showed that both secondary-waterflood and secondary-surfactant flood can achieve high oil recovery (>50%) from relatively homogenous cores. A shut-in phase after the surfactant injection resulted in an additional oil recovery, which suggests enough time should be allowed while using surfactants for wettability alteration. The core with a higher extent of heterogeneity produced lower oil recovery to waterflood in the coreflood tests. Final oil recovery from the matrix depends on matrix permeability as well as the rock heterogeneity. The results of heterogeneous coreflood tests showed that a slow surfactant injection (dynamic imbibition) can significantly improve the oil recovery if the oil-wet reservoir is not well-swept.

One of the main factors of the effectiveness of the enterprise is the staff. Competent accounting and analysis of calculations with staff for other operations can significantly affect the final financial activities of any organization. The calculations with the staff are not a less important component of the final report of the organization, on the basis of which the profit is formed. All this leads to whether the company conducts effective financial activity or not. The organization's calculations with employees for other operations include payments for merchandise paid by it to merchants, for goods purchased by employees with payment by installments at the expense of the credit received by the organization in the bank, on loans issued to employees. It also involves payments for individual housing construction, the purchase or construction of garden houses, the acquisition of a household. The main aim is to recover material damage caused by an employee of the organization as a result of shortages and theft of monetary and material values and other types of damage. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the theoretical basis for accounting for loans granted, for material damage compensation was considered, the company was analyzed. In this paper, we consider the main aspects of the management of personnel by other operations, their competent accounting, as well as analysis based on the average statistical data of companies in Russia (Gareeva & Grigoreva, 2019).

Abstract. This study analyzes the influence of local and regional climatic factors on the stable isotopic composition of rainfall in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta as part of the Asian monsoon region. It is based on 1.5 years of weekly rainfall samples. Their isotopic content is analyzed by Local Meteoric Water Lines (LMWL) and single-factor regressions. Additionally, the contribution of several regional and local factors is quantified by multiple linear regressions (MLR) of all possible factor combinations and by relative importance analysis, a novel approach for the interpretation of isotopic records. The local factors are extracted from local climate records, while the regional factors are derived from atmospheric backward trajectories of water particles. The regional factors, i.e. precipitation, temperature, relative humidity and moving distance of the backward trajectories, are combined with equivalent local climatic parameters to predict the response variables δ18O, δ2H, and d-excess of precipitation at the station of measurement. The results indicate that (i) MLR can much better explain the isotopic variation of precipitation (R2 = 0.8) compared to single-factor linear regression (R2 = 0.3); (ii) the isotopic variation in precipitation is controlled dominantly by regional moisture regimes (~ 70 %) compared to local climatic conditions (~ 30 %); (iii) the most important climatic parameter during the early rainy season is the precipitation amount along the trajectories of air mass movements; (iv) the influence of local precipitation amount and temperature is not significant during the early rainy season, unlike the regional precipitation amount effect; (v) secondary fractionation processes (e.g. sub-cloud evaporation) take place mainly in the dry season, either locally for δ18O and δ2H, or along the air mass trajectories for d-excess. The analysis shows that regional and local factors vary in importance over the seasons, and that the source regions and transport pathways, and in particular the climatic conditions along the pathways, have a large influence on the isotopic composition of rainfall. The proposed methods thus proved to be valuable for the interpretation of the isotopic records in rainfall and the factors controlling it. The results illustrate that the interpretation of the isotopic composition in precipitation as a recorder of local climatic conditions, as for example performed for paleo records of water isotopes, may not be adequate in the Southern part of the Indochinese Peninsula, and likely also not in other regions affected by monsoon processes. However, the presented approach could open a pathway towards better and seasonally differentiated reconstruction of paleoclimates based on isotopic records.

An analysis of epidemiology coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Russia and the world was carried out to identify the main factors contributing to morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of the disease. Statistical data were used from official sources (Rospotrebnadzor, WHO, US CDC, China NHC, ECDC, DXY). Research information from different countries about the course, outcomes, spread, and risk factors of the disease is presented.The study of epidemiology, risk factors, causes of increased incidence of COVID-19, mortality rate is of great importance for assessing the effectiveness of preventive measures.

Nowadays DTM LIDAR was used extensively for generating contour line in Topographic Map. This method is very superior compared to traditionally stereomodel compilation from aerial images that consume large resource of human operator and very time consuming. Since the improvement of computer vision and digital image processing, it is possible to generate point cloud DSM from aerial images using image matching algorithm. It is also possible to classify point cloud DSM to DTM using the same technique with LIDAR classification and producing DTM which is comparable to DTM LIDAR. This research will study the accuracy difference of both DTMs and the result of DTM in several different condition including urban area and forest area, flat terrain and mountainous terrain, also time calculation for mass production Topographic Map. From statistical data, both methods are able to produce 1:5.000 Topographic Map scale.

The results of two-year investigations of buckwheat raised in agroecological conditions of South Banat (Pancevo) and West Serbia (Gorobilje) are presented in the paper. Based on the obtained investigation data, we confirm the hypothesis that buckwheat is a plant suited to more humid regions, since we have determined higher yield of the plant on locations with higher precipitation amount. During 1999, the yield of buckwheat was higher at the location in Pancevo and the next year at the location in Gorobilje. Also, in the year 2000, values of average plant height, number of seeds per plant and seed mass per plant were higher at the location in Gorobilje, whereas in the year 1999 (first year of investigation), which from the aspect of climatic conditions could be considered as optimal, plant yield and all other investigated parameters were better in case of buckwheat originating from the location in Pancevo. In the year 2000, in regard to the seed proportionally medium fractions were more present, which is, among other things, the result of the influence of higher precipitation amount. In regard to the exploitation value of the seed, better germination was registered for seed produced in 2000 (at both locations), although it had lower mass compared to the seed produced in 1999. Blossoming (blooming) in the first study year at both locations started 5 to 7 days earlier compared to the second year of investigations and lasted 5 to 8 days longer. On the other hand, in the second year of investigations at both locations harvesting started 10 to 12 days earlier compared to the previous year.
