The development of information technology is growing rapidly one of which involves natural resources (HR) employees at the company scope for example, employees at this time, felt increasingly required by each agency. One of the functions required in the processing of human resources in the processing of employee leave, the PT bermuda comunication engaged in appertising manufacturing services stickers, pins, posters, flyers,banners, x-banner, roll banner, one way vision, blocknot, every company must give entitlement to karyawanya. Problems that occur before the leave still use manual, so it is necessary to leave the computerized management process. In meeting these conditions, built a facility employee leave request system based SMS Gateway application. The system is built using Gammu software using PHP programming language as early as the lawyersubmitted data input is stored in a MySQL database, then connected with the concept of client-server suite in Osi layers, and output results utilizing sms gateway facilities. With a system of employee leave application for SMS-based Gateway is the employee leave theservice process becomes easier and faster. The process of filing, checking and decision making employee leave entitlements can be carried out systematically. In addition, the leave application process could be more transparent.

Natural wealth is an invaluable resource so it must be preserved. Indonesia as an agrarian, archipelago and maritime country located on the equator is one of the countries in the world that has abundant natural resources compared to other countries. To manage these crops, the community and the government support each other in the process of conservation through a positive management process. Institutions related to the process are expected to be able to join hands with the community, so that the community, government and the state can enjoy the results in the long run. One way to help the community, especially in areas far from the center of government, or the community wherever located. Cooperative allianz is one of the solutions that is considered in accordance with the conditions and culture of the community. Because Cooperatives allianz are a form of business that has long existed and been run by Indonesian people since ancient times. As a supporting effort for the development of cooperatives, the government should provide support in the form of training for human resources manager of cooperatives and communities around cooperatives, so that the initial purpose of forming cooperatives can be achieved well and satisfactorily.

In the process of employee recruitment, generally begins with the application process in order to get applicant information so that the company can select employee candidates according to the needs of the company. This process has a long flow and involves prospective employees or applicants, the HRD (Human Resources Department) and the division of each part to carry out the process of information exchange or often called a PIC (Person in Charge). Some of the obstacles that are often experienced are applicant files that are often swapped, lost or scattered, providing timetable information and the results of test evaluations to expensive and uncertain applicants and coordination with slow parts of PIC makes it difficult for companies to get the best candidates and lose the opportunity to save money. Online employee admission applications are offered by researchers as a solution to solve the problem. Functionally the application created can store data and applicant files in the form of softcopy, provide notifications via e-mail, save test results, provide facilities for coordinating schedules and results of PIC evaluations and schedule response facilities. The non-functional system is able to maintain file security, has a graphical interface and is responsive and error handling. In this study used the development of a prototyping system while the Software development used was the Unified process, while the implementation device used the CodeIgniter framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the DBMS.

Information technology is a software and hardware used by humans in solving problems. One of its branches is the Web which is developing today. With the existence of this Information Technology helps in the introduction and existence of an area that has potential, especially in rural areas in Bengkayang Regency. Through this Information Technology will provide opportunities for villages to provide innovation to the village government. The village web is designed to make it easier for village administrators to manage existing human and natural resources, so that the existing village potential will be published and known by the wider community. Using the village Web to create a village profile and promote the potential of village tourism objects is an opportunity to improve the performance of the village government. This study aims to educate the village government on the use of village websites and to find out how to build and implement the use of the village web as an information medium. This village website was designed using the PHP programming language and phpMyAdmin for database storage. By utilizing this developed village web, it can provide village innovation and improve the performance of the village government to be able to implement the potential that exists in the village

Home Industry Mega Sandra is a furniture business in Buntu, Kroya, Cilacap that utilizes raw materials of teak, jackfruit wood, and laban wood in making furniture. According to T. Hani Handoko management production is an optimal management efforts in the use of resources in the process of transforming raw materials and labor into various products or services. Management production is also the process of making products or providing services, creating and operating systems and structures through the people involved in them. Management production is also a very important role in the process of making furniture. The purpose of this research is to find out what management production is used by Mega Sandra's Home Industry in the perspective of Islamic economics. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Mega Sandra home industry has run its production management process in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics. About natural resources (raw materials), human resources (labor) in accordance with Islamic sharia.

PT Arpan Bali Utama as an industrial company must always be responsive to the company's needs, because the company's production supplies the existing inventory. In this study, the design of an inventory information system for stock opname and warehouse card activities at PT Arpan Bali Utama. The design of this inventory information system is intended to solve problems related to the management of stock opname data and warehouse cards, both in data input and in computerization of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. This system was developed using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language and a database developed using the Microsoft Access 2016 application. The results obtained from this study are an inventory information system designed to assist accounting and warehouse departments in carrying out stock opname activities. data input, data search, and production of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. In addition, this system can also help the accounting department through warehouse cards to see the movements of goods in the warehouse.

Planned investment has become indispensable for strengthening the management in IT companies. In this chapter, the authors present three innovative methods in a cycle of causes and effects, where the second method is effect of the first and the third is cause of the first and effect of the second method. The first method aims to motivate the human resources with organizational learning and the growth in the professional career. The second method aims to measure the performance, the productivity, the organizational learning, and the growth in the professional career. The third method aims to estimate the anticipation of the costs for the construction of the software project and analysis of planned investment for the better decision making. This motivator scenario, with effect of anticipative and strengthening that aligns methods in a cycle of causes and effects, enabling the analysis of planned investment for the better decision making in the IT companies, provides the government, generates revenue, moves the economy, and generates more wealth for Brazil.

The study aims to form and test a knowledge management model for universities, which made it possible to identify the most influential factors and their relationship with knowledge management processes. The sample of the study (N = 100) included members of the administrations of the United Arab Emirates universities, senior students (graduate students) and teachers. The data were collected based on a Google Forms questionnaire (65 questions). The model includes 6 main factors: leadership, organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources, information technology, measurement and control. It is assumed that the favourable influence of these factors will contribute to the effective implementation of the knowledge management process. Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed in SPSS and EViews. The model was verified with the help of the root-mean-square error of approximation. The factors "organizational culture", "human resources", "organizational structure", as the processes of creation, storage and use of information demonstrate the highest degree of compliance (value is 0.5 and below). Internal consistency was checked by calculating Cronbach's alpha (total Cronbach alpha is 0.97). To assess the existing relationships between the processes and factors of knowledge management, an analysis of Spearman's ρ correlation was performed (confidence level is 99%). The findings of the study show that the factor "organizational culture" has the greatest impact on the process of creating knowledge, and the factor of the organizational structure considerably affects knowledge management. It has been concluded that information technology is the least influential factor in the knowledge management process. The model demonstrates that the greatest influence of the “leadership” factor can be observed in the context of the process of applying knowledge. The validity of the model makes it possible to argue that it can be used as a public policy tool for the implementation of knowledge management initiatives in universities. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that on the basis of the model described in the study, it is possible to perform a preliminary assessment of the knowledge assets of universities in order to improve the process of knowledge transfer in education and research. The model will provide university administrations with an opportunity to identify areas for improvement in order for the knowledge management process to be more effective, which ultimately should result in the creation of human capital that meets modern needs.

Ardhi Karya Teknik is a company engaged in construction, painting, cooling engineering and information technology. This company has difficulty in making decisions to buy equipment, especially for goods with a high enough value, because the goods purchased must meet certain criteria and be able to help the company's operations effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted to overcome the above, the method chosen in this study was SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) with the general stages: first entering data, second determining the weighting of each assessment criterion, third determining the best value of each criterion. , fourth calculates the value of the normalization matrix, fifth Calculate the final value for each data input by multiplying the normalized matrix with the weight matrix. The selected data is the data with the largest final value. Another method used in making an application is Waterfall. The SAW method is quite effective in assisting in decision making to purchase company operational support equipment.

Abstrak: Dukungan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) Mengetahui dukungan informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian dalam pengambilan keputusan bidang kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (3) Mengetahui kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam proses penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sub sistem pengumpulan data, sub sistem input data, sub sistem pengolahan data dan sub sistem output informasi, serta didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendukung yang terdiri dari hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak), database, sumber daya jaringan dan brainware (SDM). (2) Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMPEG di BKPP saat ini sudah mampu mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, mutasi dan pensiun pegawai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran dan keterlambatan dalam input data. Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Manajemen, Keputusan, Kepegawaian Abstract: Human Resources Management Information System Support for Decision Making in BKPP Sukoharjo Regency. The purposes of this study were (1) to know the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP  of Sukoharjo Regency, (2) know the support information generated by Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency in the field of staffing decisions. (3) know the obstacles in the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that (1) In the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency there are sub data collection systems, sub system of data input, data processing sub-systems and sub systems output information, and supported by supporting parts consisting of hardware, software, databases, netware and brainware (2) The information generated by Human Resources Management Information Systems at BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are now able to support decision making in placement, transfer and retirement of employees, but not fully support in the implementation of management staffing in the BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. (3) The obstacle that is encountered in implementation of the Human Resources  Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are : limited budget and delays in data input. Keyword: System, Information, Management, Decision Making, Human Resources
