Human resources are the most important part of the hospital. Lamongan Muhammadiyah Hospital makes an organizational culture which called ISTAWA as the foundation of employees in serving patients. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and understanding of employees to the core value of ISTAWA at Lamongan Muhammadiyah Hospital. This survey conducted from August to November 2016 and involved 84 employees of Lamongan Muhammadiyah Hospital. Research instrument through questionnaire. Data analysis was done descriptively. This study shows that most (67%) of employees do not know the core value of ISTAWA. Information about the value obtained by employees from direct supervisors (76%), regular unit meetings (10%), SDI 7%, and Director (7%). Understanding the meaning to the value of ISTAWA from employees of Lamongan Muhammadiyah Hospital which is the highest lies in the aspect of sincerity. This research recommends that the management of Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Lamongan make socialization program and internalization of core value of ISTAWA to all employees so that the value can be an organizational culture that is implemented in every services to patient.

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

<p><em><strong>Abstract </strong></em></p><p class="Style4"><em>Changes in employee performance can always change and fluctuate, but the fundamental changes are changes caused by culture in an organization. Performance that has been affected by organizational culture will be more firmly embedded in employees. Basically there are several things that can influence fundamentally on employee performance but organizational culture factors can be called very interesting factors to be discussed in more depth. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Through the results of this study it can be seen that how much organizational culture influences employee performance, as well as the influence of other factors outside the organizational culture. The results of this study can show how important organizational culture is in its role in employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data analysis was carried out through simple linear regression. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The result of this study is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Organizational culture has an effect of 0.5% on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.</em></p><p class="Style4"><em><br /></em></p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>organizational culture, performance, employee.</em>

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence on HR performance with IT being moderate in an agency. The discussion of the importance of the influence of IT with intelligence to improve HR performance has been widely discussed in several literature studies. Although there are many other factors that affect the performance of primary schools, this study only discusses the existence of trust and commitment as determinants of HR performance. Data obtained from 63 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS 17 shows that the performance of human resources in the agency can be improved by paying attention to the intelligence level of employees towards the agency. Intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence with IT as moderate have a positive and significant effect on HR performance.

Background: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of health education about Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs on the knowledge level of patient DM about Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs. Method: Using pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used is a diabetes mellitus patients who consumed Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in Persadia units RSUD Dr.Moewardi in Surakarta as much as 30 respondents. Assessment of the knowledge level diabetes mellitus patients about Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Paired t-Test. The Results: Showed p=0,000 with correlation coefficient 0.558. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant influence between the provision of health education about OHO on the level of knowledge of DM patients about OHO.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

<p align="left"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah pembelajaran Operasional Tata Boga terkait materi perkuliahan dan kompetensi dosen (pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial). Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 30 mahasiswa angkatan 2019/2020. Penetapan sampel menggunakan <em>purposive sampling.</em> Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data mengunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa, konstruksi materi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa, meskipun ada beberapa materi yang cukup sulit untuk dipahami; dan (2) Kompetensi dosen pengampu mata kuliah Operasional Tata Boga sangat baik dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai seorang dosen profesional, namun tetap harus ada perbaikan atau peningkatan pada beberapa aspek.</p><p> </p><p align="left"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research was to determine students' perceptions of the courses in Operasional Tata Boga related lecture material and lecturer competencies (pedagogic, professional, personality, and social). This type of research was descriptive with a sample of 30 students class of 2019/2020. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research it was concluded that: (1) Based on students' perceptions, the construction of the material was in accordance with the needs and was useful for improving student skills, although there were some materials that were quite difficult to understand; and (2) The competence of lecturers in the Operasional Tata Boga</em> <em>course is very good and can be categorized as a professional lecturer, but there must still be improvements in several aspects.</em></p>

All business entities, including private universities, have always to deal with changes in their environment. One of the keys to address such changes is digital technology. The present study examines the extent to which corporate culture affects the implementation of a digital transformation strategy in private universities. Data were collected through a survey addressed to 39 top management executives from different private universities in Garut, West Java, Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out by means of SmartPLS. The results showed that corporate culture in private universities had a significant effect on the implementation of digital transformation strategy in their organizations. This is associated with factors other than technological aspects such as human resources, behavior, and organizational culture.
