Following the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world was 33.6 per 1000 live births (WHO, 2016). Exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center is still low. Number of 0-6 months infants in the data were 46 babies, with they’re who given exclusive breastfeeding as many as 25 (50.7%). This research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling method with 46 respondents using primary data in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017. Majority of respondents who had knowledge were 28 respondents (60.9%) and who had wrong feeding method as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). And P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05) means there is a relationship between knowledge by the right way of breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017.Keywords : Knowledge, Right Way of Breast Feeding

Background: Breast’s milk is an excellent food for the growth and development of infants. The United Nations Children's Funds (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children only be exclusively breastfed for six months and continued until two years. This study analyzes the effect of family support, health workers, and socio-culture on exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia District, Bombana Regency. Methods: This study involved 86 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months who were registered and domiciled in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center spread over 4 Kelurahan and 1 Village, which were selected by purposive sampling using a cross-sectional design from February to April 2021. Data analysis using odds ratio (OR) and logistic regression at significance level < 0.05. Results: The largest age group in the range of 20-35 years, as many as 68 people (79.1%), undergraduate as many as 32 people (37.2%), and income above Rp. 2.552.014, - / month as many as 60 people (69.8%). The results showed an effect of family support on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002<0.05). There is no influence of socio-cultural factors on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.282>0.05) and the results of multivariate analysis of the most dominant variables associated with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Rumbia Health Center District Rumbia Bombana Regency is supported by health workers with an OR = 9.199 (p-value = 0.039<0.05). Conclusions: This study concludes that the support of health workers plays a very important role in exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged six months, which can impact improving the health of toddlers. ABSTRACT According to World Health Organization Health Organization (WHO) in 2005 showed 49% of deaths occur in children under five in developing countries. Nutritional problems can not be done with the medical and health care approach alone. Causes related to malnutrition that maternal education, socioeconomic families, poor environmental sanitation, and lack of food supplies. This study aims to determine the relationship between education and socioeconomic status of families with nutrition survey using a cross sectional analytic approach, with a population of all mothers of children under five who visited the health center in Palembang Keramasan Accidental sampling Sampling the number of samples obtained 35 respondents. Variables include the study independent and dependent variables and univariate analysis using Chi-Square test statistic with a significance level α = 0.05. The results from 35 respondents indicate that highly educated mothers earned as many as 16 people (45.7%), and middle and upper income families as many as 12 people (34.3%) and bivariate test results show that highly educated respondents toddler nutritional status good for 81.3% (13 people) is larger than the less educated respondents balitanya good nutritional status 26.3% (5 persons) as well as respondents who have middle and upper socioeconomic families with good nutritional status of children at 91.7% ( 11 people) is larger when compared to respondents who have family socioeconomic medium with good nutritional status of children at 30.4% (7 people). Statistical tests show that education has a significant relationship with nutritional status of children P value = 0.004 and socioeconomic families have a meaningful relationship with nutritional status of children P value = 0.002. Based on the results of the study suggested the health professionals in the health center should further improve the education, information about the importance of nutrition to the development of the child in the mothers through the selection and processing of good food and a good diet through health centers and integrated health.   ABSTRAK  Menurut badan kesehatan World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2005 menunjukkan 49% kematian yang terjadi pada anak dibawah umur lima tahun di negara berkembang. Masalah gizi ini tidak dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan medis dan pelayanan kesehatan saja. Penyebab yang berhubungan dengan kurang gizi yaitu pendidikan ibu, sosial ekonomi keluarga, sanitasi lingkungan yang kurang baik,dan kurangnya persediaan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan status gizi balita dengan menggunakan metode survei analitik pendekatan secara Cross Sectional, dengan populasi semua ibu yang memiliki anak balita yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Keramasan Palembang dengan pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel 35 responden. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel independen dan dependen serta analisis univariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 35 responden didapatkan ibu yang berpendidikan tinggi sebanyak 16 orang  (45,7%), dan keluarga yang berpenghasilan menengah keatas sebanyak 12 orang (34,3%) dan hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan bahwa responden yang berpendidikan tinggi status gizi balitanya baik sebesar 81,3% (13 orang) lebih besar bila dibanding responden yang berpendidikan rendah status gizi balitanya baik 26,3% (5 orang) serta responden yang mempunyai sosial ekonomi keluarga menengah keatas dengan status gizi balita baik sebesar 91,7% (11 orang) lebih besar bila dibanding responden yang mempunyai sosial ekonomi keluarga menengah kebawah dengan status gizi balita baik sebesar 30,4% (7 orang). Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan status gizi balita P value = 0,004 dan sosial ekonomi keluarga mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan status gizi balita P value = 0,002. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas hendaknya lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan-penyuluhan tentang pentingnya gizi terhadap tumbuh kembang anak pada ibu-ibu melalui cara pemilihan dan pengolahan bahan makanan yang baik serta pola makanan yang baik melalui kegiatan Puskesmas dan Posyandu.

Abstract : It is estimated that 80% of mothers who gave birth were able to produce milk in quantities sufficient for the purposes of the baby in full without any additional food and according to the World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding until the age of 4-6 months baby. Annually, more than 25,000 babies Indonesia and 1.3 million babies around the world can be saved by exclusive breastfeeding in 1999, while according to the 2000 report, the WHO approximately 1.5 million children die because they are not feeding properly, less than 15% infants worldwide are given for four months of exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding is often inappropriate and unsafe. This research is explanatory research because it explains the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable through hypothesis testing. The method used in this study is a survey method with cross sectional study design. The population in this study are all mothers who breastfeed in Puskesmas Kalumata 2012. Knowledge of the highest in the category of knowledge of both 81 (95.3%) and the behavior of the Exclusive breastfeeding is highest among respondents with a good knowledge of the 55 categories (67.9%). Respondents' attitudes toward breastfeeding Exclusive showed much respondeng that supports 54 (63.5%) and 31 (36.5%) that does not support exclusive breastfeeding her baby. Family Support tehadap respondents in the most exclusive breastfeeding: supporting respondents in exclusive breastfeeding her baby 64 (75.3%) and 21 (24.7%) who did not support the.

One of the efforts of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to reduce the Infant Morbidity and Mortality Rate (IMR) is to recommend that babies should only be breastfed for the first six months of life (exclusive breastfeeding). The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Special Region of Yogyakarta was 73.3%. The lowest was in the city of Yogyakarta at 59.52%. This achievement had not yet reached the government's target of 80%. Puskesmas Umbulharjo 1 is the health center with the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Yogyakarta City at 39.15%. This study aims to determine the relationship between mothers' age and occupation with exclusive breastfeeding at Puskesmas Umbulharjo 1 Yogyakarta City. This research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 64 mothers was taken from a population of 179 mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Data were analyzed by using the Chi-Square test. The results of the analysis of maternal age with exclusive breastfeeding obtained a p-value of 0.007 (p <0.05), while the analysis of maternal age with exclusive breastfeeding showed a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). In conclusion, there is a relationship between the mother's age and occupation and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Puskesmas Umbulharjo 1 Yogyakarta City

ABSTRACT Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious pulmonary infectious disease that is still a health problem in the world, especially developing countries. Tuberculosis has been proclaimed by WHO (World Health Organization) as Global Emergency since 1992. The purpose of this study is to find out what physical characteristics are at risk of tuberculosis in DKT Hospital Purwokerto. The research design used in this study was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to determine the characteristics of pulmonary TB patients who were adherent to treatment and those who did not comply with treatment at the DKT Hospital in Purwokerto. This research was conducted at the DKT Purwokerto Hospital in May 2018. The samples studied in this study were pulmonary TB patients who were obedient to treatment and non-compliance with treatment at the DKT Purwokerto Hospital for the period of 1 January - 30 December 2017 that met the sample criteria. The results of the study have no relationship between age and the results of sputum examination at the Purwokerto DKT Hospital (p value = 0.286), there is no relationship between sex with the results of sputum examination at DKT Purwokerto Hospital (p value = 0.261).                                                                                                                           Keywords: Pulmonary TBC, Characteristics, Phlegm Examination

The World Health Organization recommends the use of partograph in the delivery room, 15% of complications in labor are not detected early due to the negligence of partograph filling. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the knowledge and attitude of a Midwife toward Partograf By Independent Midwifery Practice In Bengkong Regency, Batam Year 2017. This research is Analytical Observational with cross-sectional approach and using questioner as the primary data. Data sampling used is total sampling method. The study was conducted in June 2017, a sample size of 38 people. Data analysis using Chi-Square technique. The results showed that midwives, who were well-informed and had positive attitudes are numbered to 28 people (96.6%), those who had negative attitude are numbered only 1 (3.4%).Meanwhile, less knowledgeable midwives who had positive attitudes are 2 people (22.3 %) and negative attitude are 7 people (77,7%).There is a correlation between midwife knowledge with attitude toward partograph with p-value = 0.000. It Independent midwives are expected to improve the quality of their service and implement the use of partograph

The World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 is estimated as many as 52.5% of pregnant women in Southeast Asia who experience anemia. 3,4 in various countries, including Indonesia, reported that the incidence of anemia is still high. To prove determine the affecting factors to the occurrence of anemia in trimester II pregnant women at Kutalimbaru Health Center, Deli Serdang District in 2018. Tyfe of research design was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was trimester II pregnant women who had not come to Kutalimbaru Health Center in 2018 totaling 33 people (Accidental sampling.). The data used was primary data and secondary data. The instruments used were checklist and questionnaire with 12 questions. The data analysis were univariate, bivariate analysis using Chi-square test. The study found results of the study 33 respondents, there was no effect of knowledge with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in second trimester p value = 0.056 <0.05 with OR 5.417 (95% CI), there was an effect of parity with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in second trimester obtained p = 0.053 <0.05 with OR 6.286 (95% CI), there was a economic effect with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in second trimester obtained p value = 0.006 <0.05 with OR 13,000 (95% CI). There is no effect of knowledge with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in second trimester at Kutalimbaru Health Center, parity and economy with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in second trimester at Kutalimbaru Health Center.

ABSTRAKWorld Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan target pemberian ASI pada bayi sekurang – kurangnya 50% pada tahun 2025. Capaian ASI di dunia saat ini sebesar 36%. Di indonesia (2019) cakupan ASI eksklusif masih 52,3%, dibawah target nasional. Berdasarkan laporan formulir pencatatan ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas baros bulan September beberapa desa masih berada dibawah target yaitu tidak mencapai 45 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik hypnobreastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI bayi pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baros. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan one group pretest-postest design. Populasi adalah 30 ibu menyusui yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baros. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode systematic random sampling. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah paired T-Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan signifikan kecukupan asi dengan p-value 0,000, berarti ada pengaruh pemberian teknik Hypno breastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI. Ada pengaruh pemberian teknik Hypno breastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI. Diharapkan tekhnik hypnobreastfeeding ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi ibu menyusui yang mengalami masalah pengeluaran ASI. Kata kunci: ibu menyusui; kecukupan ASI; teknik hypno breastfeeding  Hypno-breastfeeding Techniques on Adequacy of Breast Milk among Breastfeeding Women ABSTRACT The World Health Organization has set a target of breastfeeding infants at least 50% by 2025. The achievement of breastfeeding in the world is currently 36%. In Indonesia (2019), exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still 52.3%, below the national target. Based on the report on the exclusive breastfeeding registration form at the Baros Health Center in September, several villages were still below the target, which was not reaching 45%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hypno-breastfeeding technique on the adequacy of breast milk for baby on breastfeeding mothers at Baros District Health Center. The study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population was 30 breastfeeding mothers who are in the area the Baros District Health Center. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling method. The research subjects were 15 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The statistical test used is the paired T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the adequacy of breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.000, meaning that there is an effect of the Hypno-breastfeeding technique on the adequacy of breastfeeding. There is an effect of giving Hypno-breastfeeding technique to the adequacy of breast milk. Abstract Background Recent estimates from the World Health Organization suggest that pneumonia is responsible for 20% of deaths in the under-five age group, leading to 3 million deaths per year. Out of fifteen countries that have the highest death rate from clinical pneumonia in children younger than five-year-old, Ethiopia ranks as number four in the world. Objective To determine the prevalence and identify the associated factors of pneumonia among 2 -59 months old children in Gumay district, Jimma zone, 2017. Methods Community based cross sectional study was conducted in Gumay district from March 1- 26 /2017. Multi-stage sampling technique was used to proportionally draw 347 households from 5 selected kebeles. Pre-tested Interviewer administered structured questionnaire was employed to collect data from households. Health professionals were recruited in the survey as data collectors and supervisors. The data was entered to Epi-Data version 3 and then exported to SPSS version 20 for analysis. Result The prevalence of pneumonia in 2 to 59 months old children found to be 7.5%. a child 2-11 months of age(AOR = 3.17;95%CI 1.6,6.3; p-value= 0.024), Cooking place (AOR=5.7; 95% CI 1.83,18; p-value=0.004), living in houses with less than two windows (AOR= 3.18; 95% CI 1.07, 9.5; p-value =0.034), location of the child during cooking (AOR=5.15; 95%CI 1.6, 16.7; p-value= 0.008) and being not vaccinated (AOR=4.76, 95% CI;1.69, 13.37; p-value=0.003) were found to be significant associated with pneumonia among children 2 to 59 months of age in this study.

This study aims to determine the relationship of husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding at Umbulharjo I Public Health Center, Yogyakarta City. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. Samples of 64 mothers were taken from a population of 179 mothers who had 6-12 months old infants. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test. The results of the analysis of the husband's supportwith exclusive breastfeeding obtained a p-value of 0.019 (p 0.05). Conclusion, there is a relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Umbulharjo I Public Health Center.
