ABSTRAKWorld Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan target pemberian ASI pada bayi sekurang – kurangnya 50% pada tahun 2025. Capaian ASI di dunia saat ini sebesar 36%. Di indonesia (2019) cakupan ASI eksklusif masih 52,3%, dibawah target nasional. Berdasarkan laporan formulir pencatatan ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas baros bulan September beberapa desa masih berada dibawah target yaitu tidak mencapai 45 %. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik hypnobreastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI bayi pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baros. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan one group pretest-postest design. Populasi adalah 30 ibu menyusui yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baros. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode systematic random sampling. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah paired T-Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan signifikan kecukupan asi dengan p-value 0,000, berarti ada pengaruh pemberian teknik Hypno breastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI. Ada pengaruh pemberian teknik Hypno breastfeeding terhadap kecukupan ASI. Diharapkan tekhnik hypnobreastfeeding ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi ibu menyusui yang mengalami masalah pengeluaran ASI. Kata kunci: ibu menyusui; kecukupan ASI; teknik hypno breastfeeding  Hypno-breastfeeding Techniques on Adequacy of Breast Milk among Breastfeeding Women ABSTRACT The World Health Organization has set a target of breastfeeding infants at least 50% by 2025. The achievement of breastfeeding in the world is currently 36%. In Indonesia (2019), exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still 52.3%, below the national target. Based on the report on the exclusive breastfeeding registration form at the Baros Health Center in September, several villages were still below the target, which was not reaching 45%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hypno-breastfeeding technique on the adequacy of breast milk for baby on breastfeeding mothers at Baros District Health Center. The study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population was 30 breastfeeding mothers who are in the area the Baros District Health Center. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling method. The research subjects were 15 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The statistical test used is the paired T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the adequacy of breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.000, meaning that there is an effect of the Hypno-breastfeeding technique on the adequacy of breastfeeding. There is an effect of giving Hypno-breastfeeding technique to the adequacy of breast milk. Following the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world was 33.6 per 1000 live births (WHO, 2016). Exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center is still low. Number of 0-6 months infants in the data were 46 babies, with they’re who given exclusive breastfeeding as many as 25 (50.7%). This research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling method with 46 respondents using primary data in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017. Majority of respondents who had knowledge were 28 respondents (60.9%) and who had wrong feeding method as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). And P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05) means there is a relationship between knowledge by the right way of breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017.Keywords : Knowledge, Right Way of Breast Feeding

<p>Based on monitoring reports nutritional status of children in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang in 2014, from 291 infants who weighed by BB / U, known malnutrition by 10 people (3.44%), malnutrition as many as 54 people (18.56%), and good nutrition as much as 222 (76.3%). The purpose of this study to see if Factors Associated with the Nutritional Status In Toddlers in Sub Bandar Buat Padang District of Lubuk Kilangan 2016.</p><p>Types and methods of this research is analytic survey with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in the village of Lubuk Kilangan Bandar Buat District of Padang in May 2016. The population is all the mothers who have children amounted to 755 people. Samples taken as many as 88 people with cluster random sampling techniques and sample used for the randomization Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Processing of data by univariate and bivariate data analysis performed using Chi-Square test.</p><p>The results were obtained over the majority 51.1% children have malnutrition. Mothers who are knowledgeable low of 3.6%, which the family income &lt;1.615 million as much as 47.7%. Mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding much as 52.3%. Of test statistics in get a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with a mother knowledge (p value 0.000), there was a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with family incomes (p value 0.000), and no significant correlation between the nutritional status of children with exclusive breastfeeding ( p value 0.034).</p><p> It was concluded that there is a relationship between the nutritional status of children with the knowledge of the mother, family income and exclusive breastfeeding in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang Year 2016. For the Lubuk Kilangan health center in order to do counseling at least 1 time a month on Nutrition in infants in order to improve knowledge of mothers on nutritional status.</p>

Abstract: The smoothness of Breastfeeding, Post Partum Blues Occurrence. The incompleteness of breast milk (ASI) is one of the problems when the mother begins to breastfeed her baby. If not addressed immediately will result in anxiety and anxiety about the mother's ability to breastfeed. If this condition is left it will continue to be post partum blues and even postpartum depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the smoothness of breastfeeding expenditure and postpartum blues incidence in the Trucuk II Klaten district. This research design is analytical descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The sample is normal postpartum day 3-10 at Trucuk II Klaten Health Center in May 2017 as many as 48 people, by purposive sampling. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data with chi square test correlation. Maternal breastfeeding expenditure was 93.8% in the current category. Post partum blues events were 44.2%. Statistic test results obtained p value = 0.001. There is a relationship between the smooth expenditure of breast milk with Postpartum Blues Occurrence in Trucuk II Klaten District Health Center.

Kecenderungan para ibu untuk tidak menyusui bayinya secara eksklusif semakin besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan besarnya jumlah ibu menyusui yang memberikan makanan tambahan atau susu formula lebih awal sebagai pengganti ASI. Berbagai alasan dikemukakan oleh ibu-ibu sehingga dalam pemanfaatan ASI secara eksklusif kepada bayinya rendah, antara lain adalah pengaruh iklan/promosi pengganti ASI, ibu bekerja, lingkungan sosial budaya, pendidikan, pengetahuan yang rendah serta dukungan suami yang kurang. Salah satu puskesmas dengan cakupan ASI Eksklusif terendah tahun 2015 yaitu di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan Kota Semarang sebesar 55,30 % . Meskipun mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2016 namun pencapaian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan yaitu 16,4 % belum mencapai target renstra Kota Semarang yaitu 65 % . Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  ada hubungan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif (p value 0.031 dan 0,015). Sedangkan pendidikan dan peran petugas kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Penggaron Kidul-Semarang (p value 0.303 dan 0.846). Saran bagi masyarakat diharapkan tetap memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya meskipun ditinggal bekerja. Kata Kunci : Susu Formula; ASI Eksklusif  FACTORS AFFECTING THE USE OF FORMULA MILK AS AN ALTERNATIVE EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING. ABSTRACT The tendency of mothers  who do not breastfeed exclusively the babies are growing. It can be seen by the large number of nursing mothers who provide formula milk as breast milk alternative. The various reasons are put forward by the mothers so that the use of exclusive breast milk is low. These reasons include, the influence of advertisement / breastfeed altenatives, working mother, socio-cultural environment, education, low knowledge, and lack of husband support. One of public health center with the lowest coverage exclusive breastfeeding by 55.30% in 2015 is Tlogosari Wetan Health Center at Semarang City. Although in 2016 it has been incerased by 16,4%, however, that number has not fulfilled the strategic plan target of Semarang City as much as 65%. The sampling technique was used Total Sampling. The analysis test was used univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. The result showed that there is a relationship between the knowledge and the occupation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.031 and 0.015). while education and the role of health practitioner have no relation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.303 and 0.846). MP-ASI (Makanan Pendamping-Air Susu Ibu) adalah makanan atau minuman selain ASI yang mengandung nutrisi yang diberikan kepada bayi setelah bayi siap atau berusia 6 bulan. Makanan pendamping ASI merupakan makanan tambahan bagi bayi.Makanan ini harus menjadi pelengkap dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bayi. Jadi selain makanan pendamping ASI, ASI harus tetap diberikan kepada bayi paling tidak sampai usia 24 bulan. Hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2013 diketahui bahwa pemberian ASI Ekslusif hanya meningkat sekitar 10% dalam periode 2007-2013. Pada SDKI tahun 2007 angka pemberian ASI Ekslusif itu hanya sekitar 32%, dan di SDKI tahun 2013 meningkat menjadi 42%, meskipun ada peningkatan hal ini masih jauh dari angka sempurna. Keberhasilan ASI Ekslusif di Jawa Barat tercapai 42% dari target 80%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian MP ASI kurang dari 6 bulan dengan kerentanan penyakit di Desa Payung Agung Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian yaitu menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan case control (retrospective). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita di Desa Payung Agung Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis periode Februari Mei 2014 sebanyak 357 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Proporsional Random Sampling sebanyak 78 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui pemberian MP ASI adalah kategori memberikan MP ASI dibawah usia 6 bulan sebanyak 55 orang (10,5%), kerentanan penyakit adalah kategori mengalami sebanyak 58 orang (74,4%) dan terdapat hubungan antara pemberian MP ASI dibawah usia 6 bulan dengan kerentanan penyakit di Desa Payung Agung Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis 2014 ditunjukan dengan nilai p value 0,000 < α (0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar memberikan MP ASI dibawah usia 6 bulan, sebagian besar mengalami kerentan penyakit dan terdapat hubungan antara pemberian MP ASI dibawah usia 6 bulan dengan kerentanan penyakit di Desa Payung Agung Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis 2014.MP-ASI (Companion Food-Breast Milk) is food or drink other than ASI that contains nutrients given to the baby after the baby is ready or 6 months old. Breast milk companion food is a supplement for babies. This food should be complementary and can meet the needs of the baby. So in addition to breast milk supplements, breast milk should still be given to babies at least until the age of 24 months. The results of the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI) in 2013 found that Exclusive Breastfeeding increased only about 10% in the period 2007-2013. In SDKI in 2007 the number of exclusive breastfeeding was only about 32%, and in SDKI in 2013 increased to 42%, although there is an increase this is still far from the perfect figure. The success of Exclusive Breastfeeding in West Java reached 42% of the target of 80%. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the provision of MP ASI less than 6 months with the susceptibility to disease in Payung Agung Village, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency in 2014. This type of research is to use analytical surveys with case control (retrospective) approach. The population in this study is all mothers who have a toddler in Payung Agung Village, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency in the period of February May 2014 as many as 357 people. The sampling technique in this study is Proportional Random Sampling of 78 people. The results of the study are known that the provision of ASI MPs is a category of giving ASI MPs under the age of 6 months as many as 55 people (10.5%), the susceptibility of the disease is the category of experiencing as many as 58 people (74.4%) and there is a relationship between the provision of with disease susceptibility in Payung Agung Village, Panumbangan Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency 2014 is shown with a p value of 0,000 < α (0.05). The conclusion of this study is that most of them give ASI MPs under the age of 6 months, most of them have a susceptibility to disease and there is a relationship between giving ASI MPs under the age of 6 months with susceptibility to disease in Payung Agung Village, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency 2014.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the effect of counseling about Exclusive Breast Milk (ASI) towards the knowledge and attitudes of the third trimester pregnancy in Biromaru Community Health Center. The design of this research used the pre-experiment one group pretest and posttest design. The population was all pregnant women at the Biromaru Community Health Center. The sample of this research is 43 people selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Then, the data were analyzed with paired t-test. The results showed that respondents' knowledge increased after being given counseling as many as 10 people (23.2%). The results of paired t-test obtained mean value of Rank -3,163 and p value = 0,000 (p≤0,05). After counseling, there were changes on respondents’ attitude of as many as 12 people (27.9%). The results of paired t-test obtained mean value of Rank -2,880 and p value = 0,000 (p≤0,05). The conclusion is there are effect of counseling about exclusive breast milk towards the knowledge and attitudes of the third trimester pregnancy in Biromaru Health Center. It is suggested for the Biromaru Community Health Center to schedule ASI counseling and develop counseling methods so that mothers can be more motivated to breastfeed their babies properly.Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, Counseling, Exclusive Breast Milk

Background: Breast’s milk is an excellent food for the growth and development of infants. The United Nations Children's Funds (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children only be exclusively breastfed for six months and continued until two years. This study analyzes the effect of family support, health workers, and socio-culture on exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia District, Bombana Regency. Methods: This study involved 86 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months who were registered and domiciled in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center spread over 4 Kelurahan and 1 Village, which were selected by purposive sampling using a cross-sectional design from February to April 2021. Data analysis using odds ratio (OR) and logistic regression at significance level < 0.05. Results: The largest age group in the range of 20-35 years, as many as 68 people (79.1%), undergraduate as many as 32 people (37.2%), and income above Rp. 2.552.014, - / month as many as 60 people (69.8%). The results showed an effect of family support on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002<0.05). There is no influence of socio-cultural factors on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.282>0.05) and the results of multivariate analysis of the most dominant variables associated with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Rumbia Health Center District Rumbia Bombana Regency is supported by health workers with an OR = 9.199 (p-value = 0.039<0.05). Conclusions: This study concludes that the support of health workers plays a very important role in exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged six months, which can impact improving the health of toddlers. Abstract Objective: to investigate the relationship between education level and occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July–August 2018. Methods: the method that was used is analytical observational research with cross-sectional design. The number of research sample is 50 people with systematic random sampling techniques, and data were analyzed by chi-square statistical tests. Results: the majority of respondents were34 pregnant women (68%) with low education level, and36 pregnant women (72%) were unemployed. There were 36 pregnant women (72%) with ineffective MCH handbook utilization. The statistical result between education level of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization is p-value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) and between occupation of pregnant woman with MCHhandbook utilization is  p-value =  0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there a significant relationship of education leveland occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July-August 2018. Besar sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan systematic random sampling dan datadianalisis dengan uji statistik chi square Hasil: sebagian besar responden adalah 34 ibu hamil (68%) dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah dan 36 ibu hamil (72%) yang tidak bekerja. Terdapat 36 ibu hamil (72%) dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA yang tidak efektif. Hasil uji statistik antara tingkat pendidikan ibu hamil dengan penggunaan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) dan antara pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakana tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin periode Juli–Agustus 2018 Kata kunci: tingkatpendidikan, pekerjaan, buku KIA

Exclusive breastfeeding is that babies are only given breast milk, without the addition of other liquids such as formula milk, orange juice, honey, tea water, water, and without the addition of solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and the team, as long as 6 months from the date of birth. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 still shows that the average rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the world is only around 38%. This study aims to determine the description of exclusive breastfeeding in infants in Java. Qualitative research using a descriptive observational study design that is conducting in-depth interviews with 4 informants which are by the interview guidelines. The results showed that the mother's age can affect the exclusive breastfeeding for the baby because the younger mother will produce more milk than the older mother. While the knowledge variable shows the results that mothers who have high knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding have a 20.8 times chance compared to mothers who have low knowledge. The existence of family support can also increase the mother's confidence in breastfeeding and the support from health workers can increase knowledge and motivate mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding. Based on this, we can say that breast milk is a perfect food that contains various nutrients that are needed by the body of living beings so that the body's metabolism can run smoothly and the development of the body goes well.

Breast milk is very beneficial for babies, mothers, families, countries and the earth, so every mother is encouraged to do breastfeeding to their babies. The lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Gunungkidul District is Girisubo Health Center as much as 32.8%. Many factors influence the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of them is the support of the family especially the husband. Support from the nearest person (husband) is important in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Objective this study to Know Relationship between Husband’s Support and woman’s attitude in their third trimester towards Exclusive Breastfeeding at Public Health Center of Girisubo Gunung Kidul. This study types was correlational analytic research with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a large sample of 86 trimester pregnant women 3 who had a husband and live together. Data collection used closed questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis used chi square test. This research showed that Husband’s support in exclusive breastfeeding majority in less than 46 respondents (53,5%). Likewise with the attitude of pregnant women in giving the majority of the milk is also negative by 57%. The result of cross tabulation of husband support is negative, mother's attitude in giving ASI 32 fall in negative category, whereas the husband/s support is positive, negative pregnant woman attitude only 17. Result bivariate analysis is known that p value = 0,011, there is relationship between husband support with attitude of pregnant mother with OR value as much as 3,092. It can be concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the husband’s support and the attitude of the expectant mother. The husband's positive support to the wife, raises 3 positive attitudes of TM III pregnant women in exclusive breastfeeding.  Keywords: Attitude, Support, Exclusive Breast Milk ABSTRAK ASI sangat bermanfaat baik bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, negara serta bumi, sehingga setiap ibu dianjurkan untuk memberikan ASI. Puskesmas Girisubo mempunyai cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif terendah di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul yaitu sebanyak 32,8%. Rendahnya cakupan dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah dukungan dari keluarga khususnya suami. Dukungan dari suami atau keluarga sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi dukungan suami dengan sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Girisubo Gunung Kidul. Jenis penelitian analitik korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 ibu hamil trimester 3 yang memiliki suami dan tinggal bersama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dukungan suami kepada istri dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif mayoritas negatif sebanyak 46 responden (53,5%). Begitu pula dengan sikap ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI mayoritas juga negatif sebesar 57%. Hasil tabulasi silang dukungan suami yang negatif, sikap ibu hamil TM III dalam memberikan ASI 32 masuk dalam kategori negatif, sedangkan jika dukungan suami yang positif, sikap ibu hamil yang negatif hanya 17. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,011, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil dengan nilai OR diketahui 3,092. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil.
