Acid gelugur fruit (Garcinia atroviridis) is one of the Garcinia families that has long been used as traditional medicine. Gelugur acid has been widely used as a cooking spice by Malay people, but it also has the ability to reduce cholesterol. Besides that, it has antioxidant properties and can reduce body weight and cholesterol. The purpose of this study was to establish specific parameter standards and non-specific parameters from the ethanol extract of acid gelugur fruit. The extract was obtained by maceration method using 70% ethanol with a rendament of 37.15%. Specific parameters include observations of organoleptic extracts of tamarind fruit showed, dark brown, distinctive smelling, and sour. Contains several sekendur metabolites such as flavonoids and saponins. The level of the compound that is soluble in water is 3.6%, while the content of the compound dissolved in ethanol is 3.9%. Total ash content of 2.99%. Non-specific parameters include acid insoluble ash content of 1.03%. The drying rate of geluguric acid simplicia was 7.20%. Water content of sour fruit gelugur extract was 13%.

ABSTRACT Patients with previous myocardial infarction and stroke are the highest risk group for further coronary and cerebral events. myocardial infarction alters physical, psychosocial, spiritual well-being and adversely affects overall quality of life This study aimed to determine the effect of age and the quality of life among myocardial infarction patients. This study utilized descriptive correlational research with cross sectional approach. The study utilized set of instruments, an adapted instrument of MacNew Quality of Life After Myocardial Infarction (MacNew QLMI) questionnaire to measure the quality of life myocardial infarction. The results of this study were obtained middle age group were 66,7 %. Quality of life for physical domain has an average weighted mean of 4.51. the results of the data analysis using the Mann Whitney test were obtained emotional domain p=0,995 (p<0,05), physical domain p=0,624 (p<0,05), social domain p=0,191 (p<0,05). It means that the age does not influence the quality of life of patients with Myocardial Infarction. Keywords: Age, Quality of Life, Myocardial infarction

Jengkol (Archidendron pauciflorum (Benth.) I.C Nielsen) is a plant that is already familiar inIndonesia and is widely used as a processed food that is quite popular. One of the underutilized parts ofthe jengkol plant is the skin. Jengkol fruit peel contains alkaloid compounds, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, sapoinin and steroids or triterpenoids. The purpose of this study was to determine the contentof chemical compounds in ethyl acetate extract of jengkol fruit peel, and to test antioxidant activity byDPPH free radical reduction method. The results of isolation, purification in ethyl acetate extract ofjengkol fruit skin does not provide activity as an antioxidant. The results of the analysis using FTIRspectrophotometry, Gas chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and Nuclear Magnetic ResonanceSpectroscopy ( 1 HNMR).

The results of this study obtained factors of age, work, education, history of chemotherapy and stage of cancer is one of the causes of anxiety. From Chi Square results, age p = 0.45 (p> 0.5), education p = 95 (p> 0.05), work p = 0.85 (p> 0.05), cancer stage p = 0.000 (p <0.05), the frequency of chemotherapy p = 0.47 (p> 0.05), indicating that the most influential factor in anxiety is at the stage of cancer. Keywords: age, occupation, education, stage of cancer, frequency of chemotherapy, anxiety, chemotherapy.

In addition to citronelal it was reported that linalool, cytronelyl-acetate, citronellol and geraniol were identified in kaffir lime. Although extraction of kaffir lime has not been done much, essential oils of kaffir lime are one of the potential alternatives in the food, beverage and perfume industry. The difference in yields of the treatment of drying and using ripening of fresh leaves is done to give an overview of the extraction of the best essential oils from kaffir lime leaves. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease in which people with diabetes can not produce enough insulin or the body is unable to use insulin effectively resulting in excess sugar in the blood. Good blood sugar control is a key factor in preventing complications. This can be achieved by administering antidiabetic drugs, lifestyle changes, as well as regular blood glucose and laboratory measurements. Although research on the experience of people with diabetes in controlling blood sugar has been overwhelming, there remains a need to differentiate between factors and processes involved in other blood sugar controls such as the process in the use of BPJS for people with diabetes and gain experience of people with Type II diabetes who use BPJS in controlling blood sugar . This research is a qualitative research with  4 participants of BPJS users. The interviews were structured thematicly analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The result of the research is the exploration of the utilization of people with diabetes in controlling blood sugar, obstacles felt by people with BPJS in controlling Blood sugar, the attempts made by people with BPJS in controlling blood sugar. So it can be concluded that the theme obtained from the results of in-depth interviews can answer research questions that experience diabetisi using BPJS in controlling blood sugar require special efforts in the form of  5 pillars of sustainable DM so that BPJS utilization can be implemented as well as possible. It is also recommended for people with diabetes to better understand the flow of reference / use of BPJS as a basis for controlling blood sugar maximum.
