<p>People who live in Indonesia's border area have conflict potential due to its condition that lagging in development, low level of welfare and human resources, and the access that is far from the central government. Therefore, this study outlines and develops the concept of civic education that aims to create ‘smart’ and ‘good’ citizens to create peace. Communities are based on local wisdom that is distinctive in society, especially communities who live in border areas. This study presents qualitative data from field research in the Indonesia-Malaysia border in Central Sebatik District, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, which has polarization between different ethnic groups, religions, and citizenship. The results show that people who live in villages with different ethnicities, religions, and nationalities were able to live side by side peacefully. Those ethnic groups and religions are Bugis, Muslim, Timorese, Catholic, and Malaysian Bajau,  which originated from religious values and tribal values that were believed can be developed in the Community Civic Education and has the potential to present defense resources at the border area.</p>

The boundary between h{ala>l and h{ara>m  in human life is explained clearly by Quran and Sunnah as a form of Allah guardianship. MUI established LPOM as an institution to issue halal certificates on food products. Food products that have been certified will be labeled by MUI logo. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta instills religious values to students and expects them to choose food products with consideration to h{ala>l and h{ara>m  aspects. This study aims to find out how much understanding of Faculty of Economics & Business Students on halal food products and how much the influence of MUI Labelization on their decision purchase. The research used field research method and qualitative data. This study showed that 69.3% of students sample who generally have understood halal products and halal label of MUI have a major influence in determining their purchasing to select halal products. Faculty of Economiccs & Business students who have very good understanding on Halal Products in most cases reached 81.63% of total population.

Indonesia's sea border areas have various problems besides economic inequality, limited access to infrastructure, and low human resources quality. This condition is very vulnerable to the sea border which acts as a gateway to the sovereignty of the country which has great natural resources potential which has not been developed optimally. Development of marine border area is one of the efforts to carry out sustainable development in managing and utilizing the potential of small islands and the foremost islands by integrating development planning through archipelago ecotourism approaches based on the characteristics of island typology, geology, geomorphology, coastal aquatic ecosystems, and sea, as well as socio-cultural characteristics. The research location is located in Anambas Archipelago Regency, Riau Archipelago Province, which has a vital role in geopolitical, geostrategic, and geo-economic conditions that are in the Indonesian Archipelago Sea Flow (ALKI 1) which is an international shipping lane and transportation. The purpose of this study is; 1) providing a model of developing the sea border area with an archipelago ecotourism approach; 2) inventorying potential information on tourist attraction objects, and 3) compiling directives and recommendations for planning and developing sustainable archipelago ecotourism. The method of this research was carried out by conducting an inventory of potential archipelago ecotourism which was then carried out with spatial analysis through data collection in the field and then processed through the compilation of spatial databases for the development of archipelagic ecotourism-based tourist attraction objects, after which spatial valuations related to projections of developing needs were carried out archipelago ecotourism related to supporting infrastructure needs by taking into account disaster risk aspects and environmental carrying capacity. The results of this study indicate that the archipelago ecotourism approach is a breakthrough in reducing the gap and underdevelopment of sea border areas through accelerating economic growth by managing and utilizing the potential of sustainable natural resources in the sea border area. The formation of new jobs based on the aspect of tourism is accompanied by an increase in the quality of human resources gradually through the opening of information on tourist attraction objects which are then managed by involving local communities.

The authority of Local Government regarding on management islands in the border area requires access from the Central Government. The purpose of this research is to find a new concept of local government authority at the border. The methodology used is the normative juridical method. The results of the study: there is an overlapping authority of the Central Government and Local Government, limited access and authority of the Local Government to develop border areas, border development requires decentralization and the authority of the Local Government. In conclusion, the Central Government handed over the federative authority to the Local Government regarding the managing islands in the border areas, the budget for developing the potential of the border areas and the managing islands in the border areas towards the World Maritime Axis.

Border areas are categorized as disadvantaged areas due to various factors, such as locations that are relatively remote with difficult levels of accessibility, low levels of education and public health, relatively low levels of socioeconomic welfare, and limited facilities and infrastructure that cause disparities in the welfare of border communities. Ironically, this border area is the entrance gates (border gates), if not managed properly it will succeed in overcoming the complexity between the bordering countries. On the other hand, borders are often a serious problem in relations between countries. One problem that often arises and seizes a lot of attention until now is the problem of regional boundaries. These problems are usually in line with the socio-economic community. Poverty and underdevelopment tend to be characteristic of communities at the border. Synergy of stakeholders' interests to build community welfare. This article uses qualitative data with data sources and literature that discusses the benefits of border communities. The validity and reliability of the data is done by reference triangulation. The results of the study show that the realization of community welfare is undeniably a national disintegration.

Ethnic identity is important in cultural inheritance. In border areas, there are often mixing of two different ethnic groups. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the ethnic identity of Sundanese and Javanese adolescents in the border region. The subjects in this study were  two group of students from one High school in Ciamis, a border area between West Java and central Java.  They were members of the Javanese and Sundanese ethnic groups (N=60).  The instrument used is the Multigroup Ethnic Identity Measure (MEIM) scale developed by Phinney (1992). Result shows that the two ethnic groups have almost the same sense of ownership, but they are low in exploring their ethnicity.

Mudarabat financing is an agreement between Shahibul Mall and Mudarib to carry out business activities. In Kotabumi Syariah BPR, mudharabah financing is classified as financing with a low number of customers.                The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles in the implementation of mudharabah contract in PT BPR Syariah Kotabumi. The research method used is a field research method that is descriptive qualitative in nature. Methods of data collection are interview methods and documentation. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative data analysis technique with inductive thinking.                The low mudharabah financing of PT BPR Syariah Kotabumi is caused by several inhibiting factors which come from customers such as moral hazard risk, customer transparency, type of business financed by the bank, customer productivity in managing the business, small demand for financing from customers, and factors from internal bank, namely the absence of a supervisory board that fosters and directs customers in managing the business, the low interest of the bank in channeling mudharabah financing products, lack of competent marketing human resources. Efforts made by PT BPR Syariah Kotabumi to minimize obstacles in the implementation of mudharabah financing contracts, namely customer business feasibility analysis, providing financing to customers with clear economic conditions, improving the quality of HR (Human Resources) internal BPR Syariah Kotabumi.

The formation of character is needed by adolescents in this era. It is based with the many phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Characters will not be formed away so it needs an effort should be made of teachers in shaping the character of teenagers. In addition, the authors found the variation of the efforts of teachers holistically so that teenagers will easily formed his character in accordance with the purpose of the character education. The problem of this research is how the character education model Vocational High School who applied in the implementation of the formation of character in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. The purpose of this study is the author would like to know a clear picture of the implementation of character education model in efforts to form children's character in School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This paper discusses the character education model be applicable in the planting of character values ​​to students in Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This type of research is a field research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data obtained, the authors do by collecting all the data, reducing the data, presenting data, and verification of data. Results from this study showed that the model of character education is done to instill character values ​​to learners School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga using reflective models. Use of the character models adhering to the principles of character education and values ​​are developed in accordance with the level of development of learners.

Strategi penjualan atau pemasaran adalah suatu seleksi sasaran yang menentukan posisi persaingan dan bauran dalam transaksi jual beli. Dalam strategi yang diterapkan penjualan atau pemasaran di swalayan dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa bentuk: a) Strategi Produk, b) Strategi Harga, c) Strategi Distribusi, d) Strategi Promosi. Swalayan Surya Gondang memiliki dua strategi yang dapat diterapkan, yaitu strategi harga yang terdapat dalam penetapan harga berupa POP (Point of Price) dan strategi promosi terhadap barang tertentu dengan sistem promo terdapat pada barang komoditas. Penetapan harga yang berupa POP  (Point of Price) yang terdapat di etalase rak barang komoditas di mana hal tersebut merupakan kesepakatan harga antara pihak swalayan dengan konsumen (pelanggan). Sedangkan strategi yang terjadi pada promosi diterapkan dalam sistem promo dibagi menjadi 10 macam promo (diskon, murah, 3 hari saja, awal bulan, akhir bulan, home care, beauty fair, kitchen fair, kids and baby fair, dan heboh). Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menarik minat konsumen agar mau berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Gondang. Penelitian yang dilakukan mempunyai sebuah tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi di Swalayan Surya Gondang dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan secara langsung atau lapangan (field research), sedangkan jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dan sekunder, sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwa Swalayan Surya Gondang mempunyai 2 strategi untuk menarik minat konsumen (pelanggan) yaitu berupa penetapan harga yang ada pada POP (Point of Price) tidak sesuai dengan database komputer sehingga terjadi perubahan lafal ijab dan qabul. Strategi  selanjutnya  yaitu  berupa promo yang terdapat pada barang komoditas berupa promo diskon di mana telah ditemukan adanya ketidakjujuran terhadap barang yang mendapat promo diskon, yang ditemukan penutupan logo promo pada masa kadaluwarsa yang menyebabkan pihak konsumen (pelanggan) tidak megetahui kapan masa kadaluwarsa akan habis. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Penjualan Barang, Swalayan.ABSTRACT:The sales or marketing strategy is a target selection that determines the position of competition and mix in buying and selling transactions. In the strategy applied sales or marketing in supermarkets can be divided into several types; a) Product Strategy, b) Price Strategy, c) Distribution Strategy, d) Promotion Strategy. Surya Gondang Supermarket has two strategies that can be implemented, the price strategy in pricing in the form of POP (Pont of Price) and in the form of a promotion strategy for certain goods with the promo system in commodity goods. Pricing in the form of a Point (POP) that is contained in a commodity shop window where it is a price agreement between a supermarket and a customer. While the strategy that occurred in the promotion was implemented in the promo system divided into 10 kinds of promos (discounts, cheap, just 3 days, the beginning of the month, the end of the month, home care, beauty fair, kitchen fair, kids and baby fair, and excited). This was done to attract consumers to shop in Surya Gondang Supermarket. The research conducted has a purpose to find out how the strategy in Surya Gondang Supermarkets uses the type of approach directly or in the field (field research), while the type of research is qualitative. Data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data, as contained in the method of data collection by means of interviews and documentation. In analyzing data, researchers used qualitative data analysis techniques. From the results of research conducted by researchers that Surya Gondang Supermarket has 2 strategies to attract consumers (customers), they are; in the form of pricing in the POP (Point Of Price) that is not in accordance with computer databases so that changes in lafadz ijab and qabul occur. The next strategy is in the form of promos contained in commodity goods in the form of discount promos where there has been a dishonesty of the goods that received a discount promo, which found closure of the promo logo on expiration which causes the consumer (customer) not to know when the expiration will expire.

Border areas, is one of affected area on COVID_19 this present. Many of people cn not go out as usually, adding almost each country has to implement their territorial limitation (lockdown policy) to minimalize this virus spreading. One of Malaysia State, where very close and get direct border with Indonesia. This research took place at Sanggau District, Entikong, Gun Tembawang Village.The research approach used is qualitative, using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation supported by interviews with the theoretical approach to the negative and positive aspects on policy implementation. Research results, The results stated that the lockdown activities of Malaysia which were affected by the corona virus outbreak needed to be carried out in an effort to minimize the spread of the virus outbreak. Although of course it has a negative impact on the country's economic structure, social issues and other sector. In implementing this lockdown, there is a need for cooperation between the government and the community as well as an agreement with neighboring countries in terms of the mobility of residents closest to each other's territory on exemptions in order to realize social welfare and public health without limiting the origin of the state, religion, community and profession.
