This research and development was conducted to produce exercise model of softball batting based on drill for beginner athletes by testing the effectiveness of softball batting training for beginner athletes. The development method used took the steps of Borg and Gall. To support data to be more valid, the process of analyzing data collection used observation, interviews, and tests. The batting exercise model was designed by combining drill-based training activities. After that the model item design was validated by 3 experts in their field, 1 softball lecturer, 1 softball coach, and 1 motor expert. The study involved 20 athletes consisting of 3 softball clubs in Medan. Increasing battingsoftball training during the pre-test showed t-count = -21,225, df = 19 and p-value = 0,00 <0,05, meaning that there were significant differences in softball batting training model before and after being given a training model. It could be concluded that the model of training developed effectively to enhance batting exercises developed was effective for enhancing batting exercises for beginner athletes.

The objective of the research and development of the training model is to attack on the game of basketball. In addition, research and development is conducted to obtain in-depth information about the development and implementation of the exercise model and to know the effectiveness, efficiency of the model made.This research and development uses Research & Development (R & D) development methods from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development are 2 different two place clubs of Victoria basketball club, Level Up basketball club.The model effectiveness test uses a test instrument to collect the basketball player's ability data. Analysis of research data using t test with significance level of 0.05. Analysis of data obtained average attack value before given model of attacking exercise is 61.0455 or 61 and after being given treatment with attacking model 75.5909 or 75.6. In the test of significance difference with SPSS 16 can result t-count = -29,567 db = 44 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference in the ability to attack before and after being given an attacking training model on basketball game that with a significance level of 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Based on the description it can be concluded that the training model attack on basket game developed that can be applied effectively and efficiently so that it can increase attack on basketball players.

Pendekatan penelitian pengembangan model latihan ini menggunakan model Research and Development dari Borg and Gall. Subyek dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini ialah diperuntukan untuk putri tingkat SMA. Analisis data diperoleh 18 item model latihan yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing futsal. Dalam uji signifikansi didapat dari nilai proses (kesesuaian gerak) menunjukan mean= 2.133 selisih dari hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test, hasil t-hitung= 7.899 df= 29 dan p-value= 0.000 &lt; 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model latihan passing futsal untuk putri tingkat SMA dan penilaian hasil passing mean= 17.367 menunjukan selisih hasil pre-test dan post-test, hasil t-hitung= 86,626 df= 29 dan p-value= 0.000 &lt; 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model latihan passing untuk putri tingkat SMA. Dari kedua penilaian tersebut menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya perlakuan itel model latihan dan secara efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing futsal. Kata Kunci: Model, Latihan, Passing Futsal Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a futsal passing training model for high school girls. The research approach to developing this exercise model uses the Research and Development model from Borg and Gall. The subjects of this research and development are intended for high school girls. Data analysis obtained 18 items of training models that are feasible and effective to improve futsal passing skills. In the significance test obtained from the process value (suitability of motion) shows the mean = 2,133 difference between the pre-test results and post-test results, the results of t-count = 7,899 df = 29 and p-value = 0,000 & lt; 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between before and after the treatment of futsal passing training model for high school girls and the assessment of the results of the mean passing = 17,367 shows the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, the t-test results = 86,626 df = 29 and p -value = 0,000 & lt; 0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given a passing training model for high school girls. From the two assessments, there is a significant difference between before and after the treatment model exercise and can effectively improve futsal passing skills. The aim of this research is to produce a training model for attacking football and also to refute its effectiveness for children aged 16 years. As for the steps in developing the research, the Borg and Gall steps involved 15 subjects for the small test and 60 for the large test. Qualitative data were obtained from observations, documentation and interviews; meanwhile, for the quantitative data using the effectiveness test. The trial of this study used pre and post tests with 10 opposing criteria. In mathematical calculations the significance of the difference t-count = -28.971, db = 43 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means it contains significance before and after giving treatment. It can be concluded that the model is applied effectively to improve the ability for attacking amongst school students aged 16 years. Thus, representing the differences in motor skills highlights the principle of specificity for attacking training at the age of 16 must be considered that the load of portions in the exercise program can be maximized.

The purpose of this study is to develop a learning media in the form of boardgame Learning Media (Optional Board and Career Cards) to improve students’ career knowledge in a fun, interactive and active learning under. This research uses Research and Development Method, with The phases in this research consist of; (1) product analysis, (2) developing products, (3) validation and revision, (4) play-trials and final products. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Feasibility check and assessment by theory expert, learning media expert and users using Likert scale with the value used are 5 to 1. The results of the validation by theory expert get score 5 with a very worthy category, while the validation by media expert gets score 4.89 with the very worthy category. Whereas in the usage test by users or students and teacher response as an education practitioner showed very worthy category with scores 4.53 and 5 respectively. As a result, the developed pakakala boardgame for year 4 students at SDN 84 Parepare is suitable to use in teaching theme 4 concerning various occupations

The aim of this study is to produce the game-based ABC running exercise model for children ages 6-12 years by testing the effectiveness of increasing the speed of 30 meters short distance running in athletes aged 6-12 years. The research method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall by using 10 stages. The research subjects in this study are at the age of 6-12 years of athletic at the athletic club in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The study begins with a data analysis of requirements, planning, product making, testing, revision and final products. The model feasibility test presents 3 experts consisting of 2 athletic lecturers and 1 national athletic trainer. The effectiveness test model uses a 30 meters speed parameter test involving 40 athletes aged 6-12 years consisting of 2 athletic clubs in Yogyakarta Province. Increasing the running speed of 30 meters shows the significance of t-count = 45.64, db = 19 and p-value = 0.00 < 0.05, for the average N-gain of 56.30, which means that the category of interpretation is "quite effective”. This means that there are significant differences in the 30 meters run speed of athletes before and after being given a training model. It can be concluded that the game-based ABC running exercise model developed is effective enough to increase the running speed of 30 meters in athlete’s ages 6-12 years.

Abstract: Information technology is growing rapidly has an impact on changing paradigms and ways of working that are widely applied by most organizations today. As a company engaged in the plywood industry, PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk has and employs thousands of employees in it. It has problems related to human resource development, but so far the management is still conventional. The problems that occur start from participant registration, participant selection and monitoring, participant tracking, placement of work positions according to employee competency and expertise, untidy filing systems, activity evaluation, to the distribution of training allocations per section and per employee. This is what makes the researcher interested in doing this study. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) in the form of software design that produces Information Systems as a tool in managing training. The result of this research is a Training Information System software which is used to assist the management of education and training activities starting from participant selection activities, activity scheduling, implementation administrative governance, budget planning and financing, to evaluation and reporting activities. System testing and implementation was carried out on 20 training participants by comparing the results before and after the system was implemented. Based on comparative data on management patterns before and after using the system, it can be concluded that the Training Information System can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing training activities. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kayu lapis PT. Sumalindo Lestari Jaya, Tbk. memiliki dan mempekerjakan ribuan karyawan didalamnya memiliki problematika terkait pengembangan sumber daya manusia, namun sejauh ini pengelolaannya masih konvensional. Permasalahan yang terjadi dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta, seleksi dan monitoring peserta, pelacakan peserta, penempatan posisi kerja sesuai bidang kompetensi dan keahlian karyawan, sistem filing yang kurang rapi, evaluasi kegiatan, sampai dengan masalah distribusi alokasi training per bagian dan per karyawan. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini menarik untuk dilakukan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dalam bentuk rancangan software yang menghasilkan Sistem Informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola training. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Training yang digunakan dalam membantu pengelolaan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan mulai dari kegiatan seleksi calon peserta, penjadwalan kegiatan, tata kelola administrasi pelaksanaan, perencanaan anggaran dan pembiayaan, sampai dengan evaluasi dan kegiatan pelaporan. Uji coba dan implementasi sistem dilakukan pada 20 peserta training dengan membandingkan hasil sebelum dan setelah diterapkan sistem. Berdasarkan data perbandingan pola pengelolaan sebelum dan setelah menggunakan sistem dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Training dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam mengelola kegiatan training. <em>Very tight work competition results in many unemployed people because of the imbalance between the number of jobs and the number of graduates. For this reason, universities prepare lectures that can equip their students in entrepreneurship. One of them is greenpreneursip lectures. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning greenpreneur on communication skills and student entrepreneurial interests. The research design used was the pre-experimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Data collection instruments included 20 items of entrepreneurial interest questionnaires and 18 items of communication skills questionnaire used to determine changes in communication skills and entrepreneurial interests before and after the lecture. The results were obtained by the p-value of entrepreneurial interest&gt; 0.05, which is equal to 0.475. the p-value of communication skills &lt;0.05, which is equal to 0.049. The conclusion in this study is the greenpreneurship course does not affect student entrepreneurial interest, but has the effectiveness of student communication skills.</em>

Football is the most popular sport in the world. Football players must master the basic techniques of Dribbling and Shooting. From the results of preliminary research at the Unibraw soccer school in Malang, the implementation of the Dribbling and Shooting training model has not applied the effective and efficient principle. This study used research and development method instructional development model from Sadiman (2003).. This study aimed to produce a new product in the form of dribbling and passing combination training models in football game speed and agility with base at Unibraw 82 Football School of Malang. The design of research and development of dribbling and shooting combination models there were stages as follows: (1) determining ideas, by collecting information as the idea base to create a concept; (2) writing media scripts product containing shooting practice model sketches; (3) product evaluation; (4) product revision I; (5) prototype product byshooting training models to small groups as well as large groups; (6) prototype try-out; (7) product revision II; and (8) reproduction. Overall the dribbling and shooting combination training model is feasible to implement as a training models for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang.The development of dribbling and shooting combination training models in football game with speed and agility base for students at Unibraw 82 football school of Malang there are 10 dribbling and shooting combination training models, these training models can be applied to add training models for the students of Unibraw 82 football school of Malang to overcome the students saturation in training football and add more variation.   Abstrak Sepakbola merupakan cabang olahraga paling populer di dunia.Para pemain sepakbola wajib menguasai teknik dasar Dribbling dan Shooting. Dari hasil penelitian awal di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ‟82 Malang, penerapan model latihan Dribbling dan Shooting belum menerapkan prinsip efektif dan efisien.Model penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development)yaitu model pengembangan instruksional dari Sadiman (2003). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk baru yang berupa model latihan kombinasi dribblingandpassing dalam permainan sepakbola yang  di sekolah sepakbola Unibraw ”82 Malang. Perancangan penelitian pengembangan model kombinasi dribbling and shotting terdapat tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) penentuan ide-ide, dengan mengumpulkan informasi sebagai landasan pemikiran untuk membuat suatu konsep; (2) penulisan naskah media (produk), didalamnya berisi sketsa model-model latihan shooting; (3) evaluasi produk, (4) revisi produk I; (5) produk prototipe, dengan memberikan model latihan shooting kepada kelompok kecil maupun kelompok besar; (6) uji coba prototipe; (7) revisi produk II; dan (8) reproduksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 10 model latihankombinasi dribbling and shooting dalam permainan sepakbola, model latihan ini dapat diterapkan untuk menambah variasi model latihan siswa sekolah sepakbola Unibraw “82 Malang sehingga kejenuhan siswa dalam latihan mampu teratasi dengan baik. In phonology, students will be familiar with phonetics which is specifically emphasize phonetics’ articulation and the sound. This study used Research and Development method. Researchers developed Interactive Multimedia Power Point Presentation (IMPPT) which can be used to teach phonetics. There are some stages done to develop IMPPT. Those stages are need analysis, data collection, product design and validation, and product testing. Product testing was also carried out as a consideration for the next steps. If the result was not satisfied, the researcher revised the design to obtain the final product. There were three aspects concerned as criteria of IMPPT, namely visual aspect, audio aspect, and material aspect. Those three aspects were validated based on assessment rubrics made by researcher. The range in the rubric is 1-5. The visual aspect showed the highest percentage, in which it was 35%. The second highest percentage was audio aspect. In material aspect, the total score was 23 (32%).
