Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain information regarding the salafiyah learning system in the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding school along with the basic problems that resulted in the community of Oli hamlet not involving their children in the system. This type of research is ex post facto with a qualitative approach. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data is then reduced according to the focus of the study, after which it is presented in a narrative form and ends with drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the salafiyah learning system in Dusun Oli, Hitu Village, Leihitu District still uses classical models and methods that have not been touched by modern things. However, the evaluation to measure the success of the objectives has not been carried out properly. In addition, the people of Dusun Oli generally like learning salafiyah, but what is a factor in the participation of students from Hamlet Oli in learning salafiyah is due to 5 things, namely 1) Parents' lack of understanding about salafiyah subjects and the benefits of learning them. This is because there is no clear socialization from the pesantren, 2) The opportunity to become the TNI that was promised by the pesantren to ordinary students other than boarding students causes parents to feel sufficient if their child only studies at the madrasa in the morning, 3) Parents' busyness causes the child participate in helping their work, 4) There is no obligation given to all students in the Islamic Boarding School to take part in salafiyah lessons, 5) Lack of parental trust to allow children to study in the pesantren in the afternoon and evening. Keywords: Salafiyah learning system, view of Dusun Oli community Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi terkait sistem pembelajaran salafiyah di pondok pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah beserta masalah dasar yang mengakibatkan masyarakat dusun Oli tidak melibatkan anak mereka dalam sistem tersebut.Tipe penlitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian direduksi sesuai fokus penelitian, setelah itu disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan berakhir dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa sistem pembelajaran salafiyah di Dusun Oli Desa Hitu Kecamatan Leihitu masih menggunakan model dan metode klasik yang belum tersentuh oleh hal-hal yang modern. Namun evaluasi untuk mengukur keberhasilan tujuan belum terlaksana sebagaimana meskinya. Selain itu yang masyarakat Dusun Oli pada umumnya menyukai pembelajaran salafiyah, namun yang menjadi faktor ketidakikutsertaan siswa dusun Oli dalam pembelajaran salafiyah diakibatkan karena 5 hal, yakni 1) Ketidak pahaman orang tua tentang mata pelajaran salafiyah dan manfaat mempelajarinya karena tidak ada sosialisasi yang jelas dari pihak pesantren, 2) Peluang menjadi TNI yang diberikan pihak pesantren kepada siswa biasa selain santri mondok menyebabkan orang tua merasa cukup belajar di madrasah di pagi hari, 3) Kesibukan orang tua yang menyebabkan turut serta bantuan anak dalam pekerjaan, 4) Tidak adanya kewajiban yang diberikan Pondok Pesantren kepada semua siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran salafiyah 5) Kurangnya kepercayaan orang tua untuk mengizinkan anak pulang pergi belajar di pesantren sore dan malam. This paper aims to explore an Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at one of the Islamic Boarding schools for girls in Indonesia. it is expected that Students in this Intensive Course understand two skills in Arabic, namely speaking and reading skills. Also, it aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Intensive Course Program. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques; observation, interviews, and documentation. It used Miles and Huberman’s technique in analyzing the data. This study showed that: 1) Implementation of Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at the one of Islamic Boarding Schools for girls in Indonesia aimed to improve language skill including reading and deductive skill including speaking. 2) Pertinent to the strengths and weaknesses of the Intensive Course, the learning system is advantagous to enhance other specific skills, ranging from students’ proficiencies in reading and speaking in Arabic. However, there are also drawbacks. For example, an excellent Arabic environment has not been created due to the lack of students’ awareness of making them accustomed to speaking Arabic.

This study investigates the prevention of juvenile delinquency at a boarding school, i.e. Daarut Tauhid Secondary Boarding School. The aim of this study is to explore the preventive and repressive attempts made by the boarding school to overcome juvenile delinquency. This study employed a qualitative approach in the framework of a study case method. Observation, interview, and documentation were used as the data collection. The informants of this study consisted of Darut Tauhid Boarding School staffs, the students, and the people who lived around the school area. The results of this study show that the preventive and repressive attempt to prevent juvenile delinquency is made by maximizing the role of Islamic education.

AbstractThis research was conducted using the qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews, participatory observation. This study aims at uncovering the religious, economic, and educational roles at Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School. In religious affairs, the boarding school has portrayed itself as a spiritual guide for the people. The interaction between the boarding school and the community in economic development spawned economic independence in the boarding school. Education developed was traditional (salafi) Islamic education focusing on religion teaching in order to preserve of salafi values both tafaqquh fi addin tradition and the culture.AbstraksiPe­ne­li­ti­an ini di­la­ku­kan de­ngan pen­de­kat­an kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara menda­lam, observasi partisipatif. Pe­ne­li­ti­an ini bertujuan mengungkap peran ke­aga­ma­an, ekonomi, dan Pen­di­dik­an di Pondok Pe­san­tren Ki Ageng Selo. Da­lam hal ke­aga­ma­an, pe­san­tren ini telah memerankan diri sebagai pemandu spritual bagi ma­sya­ra­kat. Adanya interaksi antara pe­san­tren dan ma­sya­ra­kat da­lam pengembangan ekonomi melahirkan pola kemandirian ekonomi di pe­san­tren. Pen­di­dik­an yang dikembangkan berjenis Pen­di­dik­an sa­la­fi­yah yang fokus pengajaran agamanya sehingga terjaga nilai-nilai kesa­la­fi­yahan baik tradisi tafaqquh fi addin maupun kulturalnya.

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

This study aimed at finding out a depiction of the communication pattern among religious people in the Sindang Jaya community, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques were observation and interviews. After the data were collected, the analysis was carried out with the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study drew the conclusion that First, the pattern of communication set by the people of Sindang Jaya Village was based on mutual respect among religions. Second, there were three forms of tolerance given by the people of Sindang Jaya Village, namely cooperation, religious freedom, and appreciation for the religious activities of other religions. Third, the strategy carried out to avoid conflicts was that both religious leaders, village officials, and the community in general always became fair, respected each other, had kinship relations, discussed every problem, helped each other, and cooperated with one another.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the research variables including the insertion of Islamic economics, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity on interest in saving at Islamic banks in high school/MA students at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method. The population and sample in this study were students of SMA/MA Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School class XI IIS with a total of 378 and the number of samples used was 100 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the insertion of Islamic economics learning and the social environment had a significant effect on students' saving interest in Islamic banks, while product knowledge and religiosity variables had no effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. Simultaneously, the insertion of Islamic economics learning, product knowledge, social environment and religiosity affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the students of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang.Key word: Economic Learning Insert Sharia Economics, Product Knowledge, Social Environment, Religiosity, Interest in Savings in Islamic Banks

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar, kebiasaan berpikir, dan kreativitas dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitiannya berupa penelitian ex post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pengukuran dan komunikasi tidak langsung sehingga alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes HOTS dan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester I program studi pendidikan matematika IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan diperoleh satu kelas sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik inferensial, regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kemandirian belajar dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap HOTS, kebiasaan berpikir dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap HOTS, kreativitas dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap HOTS, dan kemandirian belajar, kebiasaan berpikir, dan kreativitas secara simultan dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor terhadap HOTS. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa yang dapat mempengaruhi HOTS tidak hanya model atau strategi pembelajaran saja, tetapi ada variabel lain yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap HOTS seperti kemandirian belajar, kebiasaan berpikir, dan kreativitas.   AbstractThe purpose of this research was to show that self regulated learning, habit of mind, and creativity could be used as predictors of high order thinking skills (HOTS). This research used quantitative method, ex post facto research. Data collection techniques used measurement and indirect communication techniques and data collection tool that used was HOTS test and questionnaire. The population were all undergraduate students of the first semester of mathematics education study program IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The sample of this research was taken by using the random cluster sampling technique and one class was obtained as a research sample with 30 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used inferential statistics, multiple regression. Based on the result of research, it was found that: self regulated learning could be a predictor of HOTS, habits of mind could be predictor of HOTS, creativity could be predictor of HOTS, and self regulated learning, habit of mind, and creativity simultaneously could be used as predictors of HOTS. The results of this study also indicated that the influence of HOTS was not only the model or learning strategy used but there were other variables like self regulated learning, habit of mind, and creativity.

Bentor is a modification between a rickshaw and a motorcycle which has become a characteristic of public transportation vehicles or modes of transportation for the people of Gorontalo. Bentor can operate from one place to another, it can even take passengers to household stairs, this cannot be done by other public transportation. This advantage makes most Gorontalo people choose it as the main transportation because it operates 24 hours. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the implementation of policies on the operation of bentor vehicles as a mode of transportation based on Gorontalo Provincial Regulation No. 6 of 2006. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) Compliance of Bentor riders with traffic regulations is still low, so it is necessary to take action by the relevant authorities; (2) Coordination between officers of the Transportation Service and the Police in carrying out their duties has not been well established, so that violations continue to occur; (3) The supervision of related offices of apparatus in the field in implementing regional regulations is still low, due to the lack of officers who will be assigned as field supervisors.Bentor merupakan modifikasi antara becak dan sepeda motor yang telah menjadi ciri khas kendaraan angkutan umum atau moda transportasi masyarakat Gorontalo. Bentor dapat beroperasi dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain, bahkan dapat mengantar penumpangnya hingga ke tangga rumah, hal ini tidak dapat dilakukan oleh kendaraan umum lainnya. Kelebihan ini yang membuat sebagian besar masyarakat Gorontalo memilihnya menjadi transportasi utama karena beroperasi selama 24 jam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan Pengaturan Pengoperasian Kendaraan Bentor Sebagai Moda Transportasi Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan pengendara Bentor terhadap peraturan berlalu lintas masih rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan penindakan oleh aparat terkait; (2) Koordinasi antara petugas Dinas Perhubungan dengan Kepolisian dalam melaksakan tugas belum terjalin dengan baik, sehingga pelanggaran pun terus terjadi; (3) Pengawasan dinas terkait terhadap aparat di lapangan dalam menjalankan peraturan daerah masih rendah, karena minimnya petugas yang akan ditugaskan sebagai pengawas lapangan.

Online learning is a learning via internet without meeting face-to-face between teachers and students. This online learning system is relatively new, therefore teachers and students should adapt quickly. This study aims to determine the online Arabic learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 1 Surakarta. Researcher used a qualitative approach and observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results described that e-learning madrasah was used as the main media for online Arabic learning at MTsN 1 Surakarta during the covid-19 pandemic, then assisted by Whatsapp and Youtube channel. The subject matter was presented in video, powerpoint, and pdf. The learning stages were divided into three: preparation, implementation (pre-activities, whilst-activities and post-activities), and evaluation stage. This online learning helps teachers to coordinate with and supervise students easily, on the other hand, it is difficult for them to monitor the students’ understanding and bad internet network make some students could not follow the learning process in time.

This study aims to determine: 1) How is the discipline of Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah teachers, 2) How is the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the influence of teacher discipline on the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population/sample of this study is high class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and statistical statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Discipline of teachers in Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 16 or 40%. 2) The students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant influence of teacher discipline on student learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be known based on the coeeficiens table (α), the value of tcount = 6.952 is obtained. The value of ttabel can be found obtained 1,684 so comparing ttabelandtcount turns out tcount = 6.952>ttabel = 1.684, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between teacher discipline (x1) on learning motivation (y) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang.
