  Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a disease caused by dengue virus that enter into human body through Aedes aegypti mosquito bites. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever case in Southeast Sulawesi province from January to February 2016 has reached 530 cases with 3 deaths or 0,57%. This study aims to determine the description of patient knowledge about the causes, signs and symptoms, prevention and management of dengue fever. The sample in this research is obtained by accidental sampling technique as many as 82 people from the total population of 821 people who are patients in Public Health Center of Kendari Polyclinic. The results showed that the patient had sufficient knowledge of DHF on the aspect of cause as much as (43,9%), sign and symptom aspect as much (53,66%), prevention aspect as much (50,00%) while the management aspect, (45.12%). The conclusion of this study is that the majority of patients in the Public Polyclinic of Poasia City Health Center have sufficient knowledge on the causal aspects, signs and symptoms and preventive measures against dengue hemorrhagic fever. While in the management aspect of dengue hemorrhagic disease majority of patients have knowledge of good.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the public health problems that occurs in Indonesia with the number of sufferers that continues to increase and the wider spread in line with increasing mobility and population density. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus and spread by mosquitoes, especially the Aedes Aegypti mosquito species. In 2016 Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a problem in Ponorogo Regency. Besides having the potential to cause Extraordinary Events (KLB), for the past nine years, Ponorogo Regency has become an Endemic District. According to data from the recapitulation of dengue cases in the Department of Health The high number of dengue cases in Ponorogo in 2019 were 17 sub-districts affected by dengue, with a total of 973 patients and 9 deaths. The high number of dengue fever is caused by an unstable climate and quite a lot of rainfall in the rainy season which is a potential breeding facility for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Besides that, it is also supported by the non-maximum activities in eradicating mosquito nests (PSN) in the community, causing an Extraordinary Event (KLB). Issues regarding how the implementation of the Ponorogo Regency government policy in determining the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB) outbreaks of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Research on the implementation of the Ponorogo district government policy in determining the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB) outbreaks of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Ponorogo Regency using descriptive qualitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. The implementation of the policy in determining the DBD KLB so far can be said to be going well, this can be seen from the implementation in the field and the officers who are always on alert with the case.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the public health problems that is still found in Indonesia. This disease always occurs repeatedly due to failure of vector control. Indonesia is the second largest country among 30 countries endemic to DHF. This disease can cause death especially in children. In Sungai Paring Village, January-December 2017, 2 cases of DHF were found. The purpose of this study was to find out the House Index (HI), Countainer Index (CI), Breteau Index (BI), larva free numbers (LFN) , Density Figure (DF) and larvae positive container types. This research is a type of descriptive survey research with total sampling technique. The population in this study were households and containers in the Paring Sungai Martapura Sub-District. The sample in this study was all water reservoirs in 100 respondent's houses. Of the 100 houses surveyed there were 40 positive larvae (HI 40%), 60% ABJ, 41 larvae positive containers from 356 examined containers (CI 11.52%) and positive larvae containers namely, ceramic bath 3 (0.84% ), 1 cement bath (0.28%), 18 used paint buckets (5.06%), 4 large bucket buckets (1.12%), 3 ablutions (0.84%) and 6 plastic drums (1.70%). Based on this research, it is expected that respondents and the community take precautionary measures and control of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) vectors by 3M. For researchers to conduct further research to determine vector density fluctuations

Latar belakang: Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang setiap tahunnya ditemukan kasus DBD. Program pengendalian DBD masih kurang maksimal karena puskesmas belum mampu memetakan wilayah rentan DBD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola sebaran DBD di Kecamatan Samarinda Utara dengan menggunakan autokorelasi spasial.Metode: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan yang berada pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lempake, Kecamatan Samarinda Utara. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan metode cluster sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria jumlah kasus tertinggi maka kelurahan di Kecamatan Samarinda Utara yang representatif untuk dijadikan cluster pada penelitian ini yaitu kelurahan yang berada pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lempake. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis dengan menggunakan metode Moran’s I. Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antar titik dan arah hubungannya (postif atau negatif).Hasil: Nilai Z-score atau Z hitung = 3,651181 dengan nilai kritis (Z α/2) sebesar 2,58. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Z-score > Z α/2 (3,6511 > 2,58) sehingga Ho ditolak. Terdapat autokorelasi spasial pada sebaran kasus DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lempake. Sebaran kasus DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lempake termasuk kategori clustered atau berkelompok pada lokasi tertentu. Moran’s Index (I) = 0,124420 artinya I > 0. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pola sebaran DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmaas Lempake merupakan autokorelasi positif.    Simpulan: Pola sebaran kasus DBD di Kecamatan Samarinda Utara yaitu clustered. Autokorelasi spasial yang dihasilkan yaitu autokorelasi positif.  ABSTRACTTitle: Spatial Autocorrelation of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever  in North Samarinda district, Samarinda CityBackground: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a public health problem. The DHF control program is still less than optimal because the public health center has not been able to map the DHF vulnerable areas. This study aims to determine the pattern of DHF distribution in the District of North Samarinda by using spatial autocorrelation.Method: This research was conducted in a village located in the working area of the Lempake Health Center, Samarinda Utara district. The research sample was chosen based on the cluster sampling method. Based on the criteria for the highest number of cases, the representative village to be clustered in this study are the village within the working area of the Lempake Health Center. The analysis used in this study is spatial autocorrelation nalysis using the Moran’s I. Spatial autocorrelation Analysis method is used to determine whether there is a relationship between the point and direction of the relationship (positive or negative).Result: Z-score or Z count = 3.651181 with a critical value (Z α / 2) of 2.58. This shows that Z-score> Z α / 2 (3.6511> 2.58) so that Ho is rejected. There is a spatial autocorrelation in the distribution of dengue cases in the working area of the Lempake Health Center. The distribution of dengue cases in the working area of Lempake Health Center is classified as clustered or grouped in certain locations. Moran’s Index (I) = 0.124420 means I> 0. This shows that the pattern of DHF distribution in the work area of Lempake Health Center is a positive autocorrelation.Conclusion: The pattern of distribution of dengue cases in the District of North Samarinda is clustered. The resulting spatial autocorrelation is positive autocorrelation.

At the present, the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of health problem in Indonesia. In last three years, the incident of DHF in Puskesmas Klagenserut has been significant increase of 17% cases. This research purpose is to know some factors related to with incident DHF in working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive quantitative research as approach. The method of research is analytical survey while the type of research is case control. In collecting the data, the researcher uses questionnaires. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses Chi-Square test and regresi logistic test. The sampling technique uses a Total Sampling. The population and samples is all sufferers of January – December 2020 period with 21 respondent cases and 21 respondent control. The result of bivariate test shows that there is a significant correlation between independent variable which is attitude (p-value = 0,045), perception (p-value = 0,022), health facilities (p-value = 0,008), and cadre support (p-value = 0,045), while variable that has no significant correlation is knowledge (p-value = 0,053). Multivariate test result got there is no related variable with incident DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. The conclusion represents that is related to the attitude, perception, health facility, and cadre support with incident of DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to analyze other risk factors such as environmental conditions and the habit of hanging clothes against the incidence of DHF.

BACKGROUNDS: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The case in Indonesia rank third with the highest number of TB case in the world. There were 511,873 cases of tuberculosis of all types in 2018. Based on data from the Palu Health Office, the TB cases in Palu in 2018 were still high numbered 557 cases. In 2019, Nosarara Public Health Center had the lowest case finding among the 13 health centers in Palu with 17 TB case findings. The absence of a laboratory in Nosarara Public Health Center for examining sputum samples affected the output in program implementation. AIM: The aim of this study is to evaluate the Control of Tuberculosis in the Discovery of Tuberculosis Cases in Nosarara Public Health Center Palu. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This research used qualitative method with a case study approach. The research informants were 6 people selected through purposive sampling technique. RESULTS: The results summarizes the following : the input aspect in terms of human resources in quantity and quality is inadequate because TB program holders have multiple tasks so that they are not maximal in carrying out their duties and have never attended training, sufficient funds, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and methods according to guidelines. CONCLUSION: The process of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising has not been maximal, meanwile the output of TB case detection (22%) has not yet reached the predetermined target (80%).It is expected that the Public Health Center will add more health personnel, complete facilities and infrastructure in order to maximize program implementation to achieve predetermined targets.

Community Service Activities have been carried out in Kelapa Lima Village. This activity aims to provide information and knowledge to the public about the dangers of dengue hemorrhagic fever and its preventive measures through the use of potential mosquito repellent plants. Mosquito repellent plants can be found in the yard of the house so that the community can provide land in the yard of their house to plant these plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellent. The method used in this service activity is in the form of counseling, training, and cultivating plants as an anti-mosquito agent that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever. The conclusion obtained is an increase in the knowledge of the public's understanding of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, an increase in public understanding of the bio-ecology of the vector that causes dengue hemorrhagic fever, utilizing plants that have the potential to act as mosquito repellents.

Introduction: Indonesia is one of the developing countries with a high under-five mortality rate due to the rough handling of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI). Diseases that cause death can generally be treated at the hospital level, but it is still difficult at the public health center level. Public Health Centers have implemented (IMCI). Suppose they meet the criteria for implementing/implementing the IMCI approach at least 60% of the number of visits by sick toddlers. This study aimed to describe the knowledge and motivation of IMCI implementers regarding the implementation of IMCI at Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center, Padang, in 2014. Method: This research is descriptive. This research was conducted at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center Padang in May 2014. The population in this study were all IMCI implementers who were actively working at the Lubuk Buaya Public Health Center, Padang, with 37 people. Sampling with total sampling technique and analyzed univariately. Results: From 37 staff implementing IMCI, it was found that 31 (83.8%) staff had implemented IMCI well, 36 (97.3%) staff had high knowledge, and 23 (62.2%) staff had high motivation. Conclusions: This study shows that the knowledge and motivation of IMCI implementers are good in implementing IMCI. It is hoped that every IMCI implementer will further increase knowledge about IMCI and its performance so that all sick toddlers get the best IMCI services to prevent death in these toddlers.

Immunization is a program that deliberately introduces weak antigens to stimulate antibodies out so that the body can be resistant to certain diseases. Diseases that can be prevented by immunization are tuberculosis, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, polio, measles, and hepatitis B. This disease can cause death, morbidity, and disability, even if not treated optimally can be contagious and cause extraordinary events. The purpose of this study is to describe how the mother's Knowledge about diseases that can be prevented by immunization in infants. The design in this study was descriptive, using primary data obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies in the Veterans Region of Medan Estate Village Percut Sei Tuan Medan District by using a total sampling technique of 20 respondents. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating. The results showed that knowledge of mothers about diseases that can be prevented by immunization in dominant infants with sufficient knowledge was 14 people (70%). So it can be concluded that the mother's knowledge about diseases that can be prevented by immunization in infants is categorized as sufficient. It is hoped that with increasing knowledge, mothers will be more active in bringing their babies to the public health for immunization. Midwives and cadres are also expected to be more active in disseminating health information about diseases that can be prevented by immunization to residents, especially to mothers who have babies.

Background: Ngantang Public Health Center, being a public health center, always tries to apply minimum service standards. Services provided are a form of effort organized to meet community needs. Purpose: The research objective was to explore customer perceptions about the quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at Public Health Center Ngantang. Methodhs: The design used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study design, which describes customer perceptions about infrastructure; quality of buildings, equipment, human resources at the Public Health Center Ngantang. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study consisted of 21 people, namely 5 BPJS PBI, 5 General, 5 Independent BPJS and 6 patient companions as triangulation informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results: The results of the research on customer perceptions about the Public Health Center Ngantang building are the contours of lands prone to landslides, adequate parking facilities, unsafe security facilities, building components and materials are good enough, facilities for persons with disabilities and the elderly are incomplete, consumables are not yet available, furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack of sympathy and empathy. Conclusion: By conducting this research, it can be used as a reference for Public Health Center Ngantang in improving the quality of infrastructure. consumables are not yet available, water furniture is less structured, human resources or labor lack sympathy and empathy.
