Introduction: Fear and anxiety during pregnancy and childbirth can cause problems such as preterm labor and low birth weight. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety of third-trimester pregnant women in dealing with labor. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study and analyzed with frequency distribution. The population was all pregnant women in the third trimester who were in the working area of ​​the Mapane Community Health Center with a total of 37 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. The results showed that only 8.1% of pregnant women experienced mild anxiety, while 91.9% did not experience anxiety. pregnant women who experience mild anxiety are 20% in the risk age group, 20% with diploma education, 11.5% in mothers who do not work, 60% in primigravidas, and 15.8% in mothers who do not get support from their husbands. Anxiety occurs mostly in primigravida because it is the first experience of pregnancy. It suggested for village midwives providing information about pregnancy and childbirth, especially for primigravida mothers, and involving their husbands in posyandu activities for pregnant women.

The high number of pregnant women who do not breast care during pregnancy, after childbirth will then encountered problems that harm the mother and the baby. The aim of research to find out if there is a relationship between breast care expenditure colostrum in the third trimester of pregnancy. The research method using the analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The primary data obtained with tools questionnaire answered by all respondents amounted to 29 people. Sampling technique using total sampling, data analysis techniques using Chi-Square. The results of the analysis we found the majority of respondents do breast care, and the majority of respondents spending colostrum. P values obtained value 0,002 <0,05 so Ho rejected, so that there is a very close relationship between breast care expenditure colostrum in the third trimester of pregnancy. The conclusion of this study there is a very close relationship between breast care expenditure colostrum in the third trimester of pregnancy on Poskesdes Kampung Baru. Expected health workers provide counseling to pregnant women about breast care so that colostrum can get out.

Angka Kematian Ibu dan Angka Kematian Neonatal Bayi di Indonesia masih tinggi dimana Kabupaten Pesisir Barat khususnya Kecamatan Bangkunat yang merupakan salah satu penyumbang tertinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Pengaruh Konseling Tentang Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) terhadap Motivasi Ibu Hamil Untuk Bersalin Di Fasilitas Kesehatan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD. Puskesmas Bengkunat Belimbing Tahun 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester III yang terdapat di Pekon Penyandingan, Pekon Pemerihan, Pekon Sumberejo dan Pekon Kota Jawa pada Bulan Maret tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 50 ibu hamil. Sedangkan Sample diambil dari populasi dengan teknik Total Sampling. Analisis bivariat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Non Parametic Yaitu Uji Wilcaxon Machted Pair Test. Hasil uji  Wilcaxon Machted Pair Test menunjukkan diperoleh p-value 0,001 (less than 0,01) yang artinya Ada pengaruh konseling tentang P4K dengan peningkatan motivasi ibu hamil untuk bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan di wilayah kerja UPTD. Puskesmas Bengkunat Belimbing tahun 2020.Abstract: Maternal Mortality and Neonatal Infant Mortality rates in Indonesia are still high in West Pesisir Regency, especially in Bengkunat sub-district, which is one of the highest contributors. The research objective was to know the influence of counseling about P4K by improving the motivation of pregnant women to childbirth in health facilities at the working areas of the UPTD community health center of Bengkunat Belimbing in 2020. The population in this research were all third trimester of pregnant women in the Pekon Penyandingan, Pekon Pemerihan, Pekon Sumberejo dan Pekon Kota Jawa on March 2020, which amounted to 50 pregnant women. While the sample is taken from the population with the Total Sampling technique. The bivariate analysis in this research uses the Non-Parametic Test Namely the Wilcoxon Matched Pair Test. The Wilcoxon Matched Pair Test results show that a p-value of 0.001 (less than 0.01), which means that there is an influence of counseling about P4K by increasing the motivation of pregnant women to childbirth in health facility at the working areas of UPTD community health center of Bengkunat Belimbing in 2020.

Background: 107,000 pregnant women in Indonesia experiencing anxiety while facing childbirth. A Research shows that anxiety is more experienced in Primigravida's pregnant women. Pregnant women anxiety can arise, especially in the third trimester until delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, pregnant women feel increasingly anxious because the virus spreads relatively easily. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the anxiety level and knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester with readiness to face childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic in Puskesmas Benowo and Tenggilis. Methods: This type of research was observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 76 third trimester pregnant women suitable the criteria that is primigravida, physiologic pregnancy, not in a long-term medication and willing to be a respondent. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with Spearman’s Statistic test. Results: as many as 57.5% of respondents had severe anxiety with low readiness for childbirth and good knowledge of COVID-19. It was caused by the drug or vaccine for the Covid-19 that had not been found, and made pregnant women even more anxious and feared of something unwanted happening. Anxiety of pregnant women who were about to give birth greatly affected the readiness of the mother in preparing for childbirth, the more anxious pregnant women were, the less they would be prepared for laboring. The statistic analyze says that There was a relationship between the level of anxiety of third trimester pregnant women with readiness to give birth during the COVID-19 pandemic (p = 0.00), there was a relationship between the knowledge level with readiness to give birthd during the COVID-19 pandemic p = 0.012). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the Anxiety Level and Knowledge of Pregnant Women in the third trimester with Readiness for Childbirth during the COVID-19 Pandemic

At each stage of pregnancy , pregnant women will experience different psychological processes . In the third trimester approaching delivery day there will be a new turmoil to deal with childbirth . With the approach of the time of delivery , a mother haunted by face anxiety the birth process . Birth experience is different from one woman to another , as well as between the first delivery with the next labor in women at the same or different women. Psychological changes dealing  labor influenced by several factors , one of which is a factor that can be determined prior experience of parity . The purpose of this study was to determine is there a relationship between parity with the level of anxiety in the third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth . This study uses cross-sectional correlation research design . The sample used by 30 respondents  third trimester pregnant women with quota sampling technique . While the variables studied were parity using parity data collection table and anxiety levels using a questionnaire ( Scale HARS ) . The data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test with 95% confidence intervals . From the results of the study found the majority of respondents nullipara status ( 43.33 % ) and their level of anxiety experienced third trimester pregnant women were mostly anxiety ( 43.33 % ) . After analysis of data by using the Spearman correlation test results obtained by the relationship between parity with the level of anxiety in the third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth.

Background: During pregnancy, mothers experience physical and psychological changes that occur due to hormonal changes.The process of adjusting to new conditions experienced by pregnant women can then cause anxiety. To overcome anxiety during pregnancy, non-pharmacological options. Interventions that are often used and proven effective to reduce anxiety are breathing relaxation techniques.Purpose: This study aims to determine the analysis Breathing Relaxation on Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Trimester III in the Work in Puskesmas Langsa Baro.Methods: The designs used in this study were quasi-experimental designs with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The number of research samples was 15 third trimester pregnant women, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Paired T-Test.Results: The results showed that the level of anxiety was known to have a p value (sig) (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in  trimester III pregnant women.Conclusion: There is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in trimester III pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers will increase counseling about pregnancy, especially about problems that can occur during pregnancy so that mothers can be more relaxed in dealing with pregnancy and childbirth.  Keywords: Breathing Relaxation, Anxiety, Pregnant ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Selama kehamilan ibu mengalami perubahan fisik dan psikis yang terjadi akibat perubahan hormon. Intervensi yang sering di gunakan dan terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah teknik relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Relaksasi Pernafasan Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Baro Tahun 2021.Metode: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment designs (eksperimen semu) dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test design. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Paired T-Test.Hasil:Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan diketahui nilai p (sig) (0,000) < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh relaksasi pernafasan terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III.  Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh kombinasi relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Diharapkan agar tenaga kesehatan lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang kehamilan  terutama tentang masalah-masalah yang dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan sehingga ibu dapat lebih santai dalam menghadapi masa kehamilan dan persalinan. Kata Kunci: Relaksasi Pernafasan, Kecemasan, Kehamilan

Background : Suyati et al (2011) conducted a study on the relationship between knowledge of pregnant women about the delivery process and the level of anxiety in facing childbirth. It was found that out of 48 pregnant women, 13 pregnant women (27.1%) had sufficient knowledge and experienced severe anxiety. This is because the understanding of a pregnant woman to know the process of childbirth is very important because pregnant women often have disturbing thoughts, as a development of an anxiety reaction to the stories they get. A number of fears arise in the third trimester. Pregnant women will feel anxious about the life of the baby and his own life, such as: whether the baby will be born normally. The purpose of this study is the relationship between work and the anxiety of primigravida pregnant women trimester III in dealing with childbirth. Method : The design in this study was cross sectional. The research was carried out at Puskesmas Batu Aji. The population in this study were all trimester III primigravida pregnant women who visited and performed ANC examinations. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet and a check list. To measure the level of anxiety using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A). Chi-Square hypothesis test. Result : Research Results From the results of the chi-square calculation, the p-value is 0.571, which means that the p-value is ≥ 0.05. Conclusion : The conclusion is that there is a relationship between work and the anxiety of primigravida pregnant women trimester III in dealing with childbirth

AbstractDiscomfort during pregnancy will interfere with sleep quality which will have an impact on psychological disorders during pregnancy. Objective: To see the effect of the implementation of prenatal yoga on the sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women. Research Method: Experiment with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampling was done by total sampling technique and a sample of 30 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS program with Paired Simplet T Test statistical test. Results: the results of the analysis of the effect of prenatal yoga on sleep quality obtained with a value of = 0.000, meaning that there is an effect of the implementation of prenatal yoga on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Research implications: Prenatal yoga intervention can improve sleep quality, thereby reducing complaints in third trimester pregnant women. Recommendation: It is hoped that there will be research that intervenes in prenatal yoga for pregnant women in the third trimester to reduce anxiety and other complaints including insomnia and low back pain in pregnant women.

Abstract:Background:Urinary tract infection (UTI) is an inflammatory reaction of urothelium cells that line the urinary tract due to the proliferation of microorganisms. During pregnancy, dilatation occurs on the ureter and there is a decrease in ureteral peristalsis which increases the risk of bacterial growth. Aims:The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of UTI in pregnant women at BRSU Tabanan. Methods:This study was a descriptive study with population of 160 people and sample of 32 people selected by non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method.Examination of respondent's urine sample was done by urine culture with standard loop method. Results:The result of this study indicate 19% of pregnant women had calculated colony 105 CFU/ml which can be indicated as UTI.Conclusion:From the result of the study, it was concluded that the incidence of UTI was most prevalent in pregnant women of the age group 20-35 years, pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy, in pregnant women with sexual activity 1x/week, in pregnant women with elementary and high school education, and in pregnant women who change underwear twice or more per day and clean the external urinary tract from the front to the back. Keywords :Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), pregnancy

Pregnancy is a natural and physiological process but can be a source of stressor anxiety. At the time before delivery, pregnant women often experience stress, fear, and anxiety.  Various non-pharmacological efforts were made to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women in facing childbirth. One of them is by consuming chocolate because chocolate contains Phenylethylamine compounds which can increase serotonin in the brain which provides a comfortable and relaxing effect.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chocolate consumption on anxiety levels in third-trimester primigravida pregnant women. This research is a pre-experimental study with one group pre-test post-test design. The population was pregnant women aged ≥ 32 weeks primigravida, the sampling technique used was a total population of 16 respondents. The data collected were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test.

Physical changes and psychology in pregnancy is one stressor in pregnancy. Preliminary studies showed that 98% of pregnant women experience anxiety third trimester. As a result of the pregnancy is maternal anxiety will experience periods of abnormal labor so as to improve maternal and infant mortality. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of perineal massage in primiparous mothers anxiety in the third trimester to the third trimester pregnant women in the BPS. Istiqomah, S.Keb.Bid. Methods: This research is pre-experimental design with a population statistical comparison group of pregnant women in the third trimester of BPS. Istiqomah. S.Keb.Bid premises sample of 20 pregnant women were divided into 10 groups of 10 samples of treated and control groups. Sampling nonprobality sample with quota sampling technique. The instrument of this study using a questionnaire anxiety. Results: Of the 10 treatment group gained 9 (90%) of the study subjects experienced a lower level of anxiety while the control group of 10 4 (40%) of research subjects experienced lower levels of anxiety and test results Mann - Whitney was obtained p = 0.005 (p < 0.05), which means there is perineal massage effect on the level of anxiety in the third trimester pregnant women. Conclusion: There is the effect of perineal massage on the level of anxiety in the third trimester pregnant women with p = 0.005
