This study aims to determine the contribution of the use of e-learning as an online learning medium to the learning outcomes of class X computer systems at SMK N 2 Padang. This study also aims to test the proposed hypothesis. This type of research is quantitative using correlational research methods. This research was conducted at SMK N 2 Padang in the even semester. The population in this study were students of class X Computer Systems at SMK N 2 Padang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. And students who became the sample in this study amounted to 72 students. The instrument used in collecting data in this study were questionnaires and questions arranged according to the Likert scale model. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 20. Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis of the rcount value is -0.028 while the rtable value is 0.232 because the rcount value is smaller than the rtable value (-0.028 > 0.232) which means that it can be interpreted that there is no positive relationship between the use of e-learning as a learning medium with student learning outcomes at a very low level of correlation coefficient.

Factors influencing the success of a learning can come from both internal and external. Learners tend to have concerns in implementing learning to achieve good learning outcomes, so learners want to increase learning outside the school. Today, there are a lot of learning counseling institutions that are developing in various regions in Indonesia. This leads to a lot of interest of learners to follow the guidance of learning outside school. The purpose of this study is to see the contribution of tutoring outside school to the learning outcomes of learners who follow the guidance of learning outside the school on the subjects of biology class XI Science SMAN 7 Padang. The population of this research is all students of class XI IPA SMAN 7 Padang. Research samples are learners who follow and learners who do not follow the guidance of biological learning outside the school. The sampling technique used saturation sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the median test, because one of the data is not normally distributed and the two groups are homogeneous. The average learning outcomes of learners that is 86.91, not too significant difference with those who do not follow the guidance of learning outside the school with an average of 84.88. The result of data analysis shows that there is no contribution of learning guidance to learners' learning outcomes which follow the guidance of study outside school with comparison of X2 count 0,270 and X2 table 3,84, so X2 count <X2 table. Thus, it can be concluded that the guidance of learning outside the school does not contribute to the learning outcomes of learners on the subjects of biology class XI IPA SMAN 7 Padang.

This article discusses the use of PowerPoint animation in learning with the aim of knowing the differences in learning outcomes of students whose learning uses power points and without using power points in three-dimensional topics. The method used is an experimental design with a True Experimental Design, namely Posttest-Only Design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Student learning outcomes data were obtained through the learning outcome test instrument in the form of essays. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential data analysis. Hypothesis testing using a parametric analysis t-test. The results of the analysis show that the average learning outcomes of students who are taught using power points are higher than those of students taught conventionally. One of the factors that support the improvement of student learning outcomes is a learning approach to geometric shapes that involves interesting visualization. Interesting visualization makes students not just imagine something abstract but can directly observe the object being studied.

This research was conducted to design and test on a small scale the results of the design of the art learning module Music at the PGSD FIP UNM. In particular, this study aims to describe the description of the design of music e-learning modules in the UNM FIP PGSD Study Program. The research method used research development (R & D), the test subjects were the PGSD FIP UNM students who had programmed the Music Arts course. Sampling is done by using a simple random sampling technique with a number of sample members of 30 people, the data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire, analysis of data using the data analysis descriptive and inferential statistics. The results Showed that there was an Increase in participation and student learning outcomes classically after learning to use e modules, the weakness of e modules was that they were not Able to encourage students who had the ability more towards Reviews their maximum potential in terms of learning the art of music.

This study aims to determine the contribution of online learning media to students' interest in learning in network service technology subjects for class XI Smk Negeri 8 Padang. The type of this research is correlational quantitative, the sampling is done using the Proportion Random Sampling technique. Total 66 people. The instrument used in data collection in this study was a questionnaire compiled according to the Likert scale model. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20 and Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the study, the value of rcount -0.212 while the value of rtable is 0.250 because the value of rcount is smaller than the value of rtable is 0.212 < 0.250) it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between online learning media and student interest in learning, with a contribution value of 4.5% which means that online learning contributes to students' interest in learning in network service technology subjects is very low. which means that online learning contributes to students' interest in learning in network service technology subjects is very low.

This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students online in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang, it is suspected that there is something to do with students' readiness to learn. The purpose of this study is to reveal: (1) a description of students' readiness to learn online, (2) student learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang, and (3) reveal the relationship between students' readiness to learn online and learning outcomes in the English course at the English Tutorial Center Padang. This type of research is descriptive correlational research through a quantitative approach. The population of this research is English course students for the period of July - August 2020, totaling 35 people and a sample of 70%, namely 24 people with cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the spearman rho formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) students' online learning readiness in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang is low; 2) student learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang are low; 3) there is a significant relationship between students' readiness to learn online and their learning outcomes in English courses at the English Tutorial Center Padang. The suggestion of this research is that the manager of the English course at the English Tutorial Center Padang should provide facilities that will be used  during  learning  so  that  it  can  foster  enthusiasm  and  readiness  to  learn  students. Instructors should be creative when using learning media so that they can bring up the enthusiasm and readiness of students to learn in the implementation of learning activities.Keywords: Learning Readiness,Learning Outcomes

This research aims to analyze the influence of teaching styles on student learning outcomes on subjects Correspondence using explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used a 5-scale questionnaire with a ratting scale model. Respondents are 105 students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results showed that the teaching style has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes. Thus the learning outcomes can be improved through the increased effectiveness of teaching styles.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model ratting scale. Responden adalah 105 siswa SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efektivitas gaya mengajar.

This study aims to determine students taught by E-Learning and SFAE models obtain higher economic learning outcomes compared to SFAE models without E-Learning. The study is conducted in odd semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The sampling technique of this study uses a cluster random sampling technique to establish an experimental group and a control group. The research approach is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent (Pre Test and Post Test Design). The research design is pretest and posttest control design  and the research design can be presented with a 2 x 2 factorial design with the Two Path Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) technique. The results shows that there is a difference between student learning outcomes in the E-Learning class + SFAE Learning Model, and student learning outcomes applied by the SFAE Learning Model model and students who gained the greatest influence from E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model on student economic learning outcomes, namely 0 , 0929. It means that E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model can explain 9.29% the effect of variations in the score of student learning outcomes.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship between independent learning characters and student learning outcomes. The population of this research was students of class XI MIPA Muaro Jambi 1 High School. The sample of this research was determined by total sampling technique which was 66 students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that is with the technique of collecting data by questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to collect independent students learning data and tests are used to determine learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is Pearson Correlation to see how the relationship between students' independent character and learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed by SPSS Statistics 25 Software. From the results of the analysis data obtained, the Pearson correlation was 0.891 so the correlation was in the high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Character of Mandiri Learning has a relationship with student learning outcomes. Keyword: Independent Character, Learning Outcomes Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara karakter mandiri belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 66 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yakni dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara penyebaran angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mandiri belajar siswa dan tes digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Pearson untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan atau keterkaitan antara karakter mandiri siswa dengan perolehan hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Software SPSS Statistic 25. Dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh yakni pearson correlation-nya sebesar adalah 0,891 sehingga korelasinya termasuk kategori tinggi. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Karakter Mandiri Belajar memiliki hubungan dengan Hasil Belajar siswa.  Kata kunci: Karakter Mandiri, Hasil Belajar

Studi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar motor bakar mata pelajaran teknologi dasar otomotif (TDO) menggunakan media pembelajaran peraga engine cutting dan macromedia flash 8 ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas x pada jurusan TKR di smk negeri 3 singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain treatment by level design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 92 orang dan 40 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian melalui teknik random sampling. Data hasil belajar motor bakar siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda dan data motivasi belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistic dengan ANAVA AB yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji t-tes. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar motor bakar antara siswa yang mengikuti macromedia flash dan siswa yang mengikuti media engine cutting dengan Fhitung = 6.600; (2) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Fhitung = 4.165; (3) pada kelompok siswa dengan motivasi tinggi terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran engine cutting dan macromedia flash 8 Thitung = 2.714; (4) pada kelompok siswa dengan motivasi rendah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran engine cutting dan macromedia flash 8 Thitung = 3.207Kata Kunci : engine cutting, hasil belajar , macromedia flash 8, motivasi belajar. This experimental study aims to determine the comparison of motor fuel learning results of basic automotive technology subjects (ABT) using learning media visual model cutting and macromedia flash 8 in terms of student learning motivation of class x in the department of TKR in smk 3 singaraja country. This research uses design treatment by level design. The population of this study amounted to 92 people and 40 students were selected as research samples through random sampling technique. Student motor learning outcomes data were collected with multiple choice test and student motivation data were collected by questionnaire of Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with ANAVA AB followed by t-test. The findings of this research are: (1) there are differences in motor fuel learning outcomes among students who follow macromedia flash and students who follow media cutting engine with Fcount = 6,600; (2) there is an interaction between the use of learning media and learning motivation on student learning outcomes Fhitung = 4.165; (3) in groups of students with high motivation there are differences in student learning outcomes using learning media engine cutting and macromedia flash 8 Thitung = 2.714; (4) in the group of students with low motivation there are differences in student learning outcomes using learning media engine cutting and macromedia flash 8 Thitung = 3.207keyword : engine cutting, learning outcomes , macromedia flash 8, motivation to learn.

This study aims to examine the effect of collaborative supervision approaches and collegial supervision techniques on teacher intensity using performance-based learning in the learning process. In addition, its purpose is also to examine the impact on student learning outcomes. This study was conducted in East Java, Indonesia, with a descriptive correlational research design. The research samples were obtained in three cities, namely Malang, Blitar, and Batu, with a total sample of 146 primary education teachers. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation, regression and path analysis. The results show that the collaborative supervision approach and collegial supervision techniques have a significant influence on performance-based learning, but has no effect on student learning outcomes, either directly or indirectly. Performance-based learning applied by teachers strongly affects students’ learning outcomes.
