This study aims to examine the effect of collaborative supervision approaches and collegial supervision techniques on teacher intensity using performance-based learning in the learning process. In addition, its purpose is also to examine the impact on student learning outcomes. This study was conducted in East Java, Indonesia, with a descriptive correlational research design. The research samples were obtained in three cities, namely Malang, Blitar, and Batu, with a total sample of 146 primary education teachers. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation, regression and path analysis. The results show that the collaborative supervision approach and collegial supervision techniques have a significant influence on performance-based learning, but has no effect on student learning outcomes, either directly or indirectly. Performance-based learning applied by teachers strongly affects students’ learning outcomes.

The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

The current era of digitalization has big impact on education, the use of technology and information is not only for learning but as an evaluation tool. This development raises problems that require the completion of high-level thinking, therefore students need to prepare the ability to think and be able to develop skills. This study aims to measure the self-efficacy of computer skills on student learning outcomes and interactions in mathematics subjects. This research method used quantitative approach in Quasi Experiment Design. Total sample were 64 students. CBT was used in evaluating mathematics subjects and using a questionnaire to determine the level of self-efficacy of computer abilities towards students learning outcomes. Analysis of research data was carried out using ANOVA, to test the hypothesis using two-way ANOVA (two-way ANOVA) using the SPSS version 25.0 for windows software program. The results showed that there was CBT of mathematics subjects towards student learning outcomes with a mean score of 85 in and a mean score of 80 with a criterion of 3.03, having impact and the criteria value 2.78. The interaction between computer-based tests with self-efficacy computer capabilities had the most correlation with a positive relationship. It can be stated that there is an impact of computer-based tests and self-efficacy of computer ability and has an interaction between CBT and self-efficacy on learning outcomes.

This type of research is the development of research. Development using a modification model Borg and Gall (2003), the data collection techniques through technical documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were the data results of the review and testing of the products as the basis for improvement of media. Than, questionnaire respondents assessment of the effectiveness of media related learning on student results.  From the overall stages of the study showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes by using powerpoint compared with the results of classical learning of students by using interactive media flash

Abstrak: Pada aplikasi game puzzle ini berisi materi teori bilangan, aljabar, bangun datar dan bangun ruang. Pada game ini terdapat 15 level dan dibuat dari Appsgeyser. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir melalui minat belajar siswa di SD kelas III, IV, V dan VI. Dampak dari media pembelajaran edugame ini adalah media pembelajaran berpengaruh pada kemampuan berpikir siswa. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman angket dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil validasi dari ahli media dengan skor rata-rata 73,649% dalam kriteria layak, sedangkan respon dari pengguna rata-rata sebesar 80,335% dalam kreteria menarik. Abstract: In this puzzle game application contains material in number theory, algebra, wake up flat and build space. In this game there are 15 levels and are made from Appsgeyser. This study aims to increase students' interest in learning at SD class III, IV, V, and VI. The impact of edugame learning media is learning media influencing student learning outcomes. The research instrument used was the questionnaire and observation guidelines. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of validation from media experts were obtained with an average score of 73,649% in eligible criteria, while the response from users on average was 80,335% in the criteria interesting.

This research examines the learning model used by Jesus when preaching or teaching specifically found in Matthew 7: 24-29. There are several methods that Jesus uses in this section, namely: the lecture method, the method of storytelling and the method of parable. These methods were quite successful in Jesus' teaching as evidenced by the large number of followers who were amazed at him. In this study, we want to find out how the influence of the application of the method Jesus used on student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with survey techniques. The research population was all of the ninth grade students in SMP Negeri 12 Kota Kupang with a total sample of 30 students. Data analysis was performed using statistical techniques with data analysis processes namely Descriptive Analysis, Test Requirements Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the application of the Learning Method used by Jesus in Matthew 7: 24-29 had an effect on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 12 Kota Kupang by 40%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Group Investigation learning model in physical education can improve student learning outcomes in basketball learning. The research method used classroom action research with the Kemmis & McTaggart model. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII-B SMP Negeri 1 Juntinyuat is 31 students. The research instrument used a test. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results stated that the Group Investigation learning model in physical education can improve student learning outcomes in basketball learning. In cycle I there is an increase in class averages 77.7 and as many as 68% of students reach KKM. In cycle II there is an increase in class averages 86.1 and as many as 100% of students reach KKM.

Educational games enable students to learn and play. The use of educational games as learning media can also encourage users to discover and build their own knowledge of learning. The purpose of this study is to show the impact of using educational games on student learning outcomes. Educational games can be used as an alternative choice as a learning media. The research instruments used were post test and pre test. Data analysis was done by comparing the results of the post test and pre test. This analysis was conducted to see whether there were changes in student learning outcomes. The results shows that students’ learning outcome are increase by implementing educational games.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Research objectives for developing learning devices. Development is carried out to help students master learning material and improve student learning outcomes. Development of teaching tools using the Model IDI (Institute Development Instructional). IDI development procedures include: analysis of learning needs, development, evaluation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis techniques to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the study were an increase in student learning outcomes as well as valid, practical and effective learning tools. The conclusions of the study were an increase in the number of students who passed the basic computer network training course and recommended it for other courses.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Tujuan penelitian untuk pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran. Pengembangan dilakukan untuk membantu siswa menguasai materi pembelajaran dan menaikkan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan perangkat pengajaran menggunakan Model IDI (<em>Institute Development Instructional</em>). Prosedur pengembangan IDI, meliputi analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran<em>, </em>pengembangan<em>, </em>evaluasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan<strong> </strong>validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas. Hasil penelitian adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa serta perangkat pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Simpulan dari penelitian terjadinya peningkatan jumlah siswa yang lulus mata diklat jaringan komputer dasar dan direkomendasikan untuk mata diklat lain.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajar pada kelas XII IPS II sejumlah 15 orang, yang selanjutnya ditetapkan sebagai sampel total. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher performance and student achievement at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya. The population in this study were all 15 teachers who taught in class XII IPS II, which were then designated as the total sample. Data analysis used Spearman correlation with the help of the IBM SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that there was a relationship between teacher performance and student learning outcomes in class XII in SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.

This research is based on the limited of teaching media that helps students in the process of understanding the material and the low of students’ interest on the chemistry material that is taught and also the impact on students' learning outcomes. The use of alkali-acid learning multimedia in Discovery Learning model can be one of alternative that can be applied to attract interest and improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine how far the implementation of the Discovery Learning model with the help of alkali-acid learning multimedia and its effect on students' learning outcomes in alkali-acid learning in class XI IPA SMAN 2 Jambi. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. The method in this research is mix method by using two data that is qualitative and quantitative data with sequential exploratory type (order sequence model). The sampling technique was done by Simple Random Sampling technique. There is one class that is used as sample that is class XI IPA 1. the research instrument in the form of observation sheet implementation of Discovery Learning model both from teacher and student and student essay test question. Qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and quantitative analysis techniques using product moment correlation test and t-test. The implementation of discovery learning model by teachers has increased every meeting, and the implementation of the discovery learning model by the students of 70.71% with good categorization. The relationship between implementation of discovery learning model and student learning outcomes is categorized by rxy 0,596. The significance test is done by t-test and obtained thitung > ttabel (4,749> 1,683) with dk 41 and  a= 0,05 so Ho is rejected and Ha  is accepted. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of Discovery Learning model with the help of alkali-acid learning multimedia goes well and has an effect on student's learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMAN 2 Jambi.   Keywords: Discovery Learning, alkali-acid learning multimedia, and students' learning outcomes
