 Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking starting from waking up in the morning and fulfilling 15-30% of daily nutritional needs. Breakfast could increase the concentration of learning and it believed could improves children's learning achievement. Delaying breakfast could increase the risk of anemia in children. People in coastal and non-coastal areas have different food supplies according to the environment and natural products that exist and it might make the difference of provision of the breakfast because it was related to the provision of the food. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of breakfast habits on anemia status and learning achievement of elementary school students at coastal and non-coastal area. This study used cross sectional research design and the population of this study were all elementary school students at Kupang city. The determination of this research samples used Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. And for the statistical tests used analysis of Simple Loistic Regression Test and Whitney Mann test. The statistical test results showed that there was an influence between breakfast habits frequency (p = 0,000), energy contribution (p = 0,000) and protein (p = 0,020) on anemia status. Therefore research findings was shown an influence between the contribution of energy (p = 0.032) and protein (p = 0.004), learning achievement (p = 0.409) on student’s learning achievement. Otherwise, there was no influence between anemia status and learning achievement (p = 0.520). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there was no difference between breakfast habits, anemia status and learning achievement in coastal and non-coastal areas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD Metta School Surabaya. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian berbentuk eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang disebarkan kepada 44 siswa SD dari kelas III-VI dan dokumen berupa nilai raport siswa. Data yang telah diperoleh dari penyebaran angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dan diuji dengan menggunakan uji-z. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring ada pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar, jika ditinjau dari persen capaian sebesar 95% dan 79,75%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan uji-z diperoleh nilai signifikansi 6,827> , sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat nyata pada model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar. Jadi, peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting untuk memancing motivasi belajar anak. Hal tersebut, juga harus didorong oleh usaha peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar, sehingga pengalaman yang diperolehnya dapat memberikan manfaat dalam belajar. Kata-kata Kunci: Luring, Daring, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The study aims to determine the difference in the effect of offline learning model and online learning model on student achievement at Metta School Surabaya Elementary School. The design used in this research is in the form of an experiment with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 44 elementary school students from grades III-VI and a document in the form of student report cards. Data obtained from questionnaire distribution and then analyzed using a Likert scale and tested using the z-test. The results of this study indicate that the offline learning model and online learning model have an influence on learning achievement, when viewed from the percentage of achievement of 95% and 79,75%. Furthermore, based on the z-test, a significance value of 6,827>  was obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a very significance effect on the offline learning model and online learning model on learning achievement. Abstract: Stunting is a condition where height is not in accordance with age. It is due to chronic malnutrition which causes nonoptimal brain development that can affect children’s cognitive development, performance at school, and learning ability, as well as consequently influences learning achievement at school. This study was aimed to identify the correlation between stunting and learning achievement of elementary school students at Tikala Manado. This was an analytical study with a cross sectional design. Respondents were elementary school students at Tikala Manado aged 7-13 years that had their average grades. Data were analyzed by using unpaired T-test. The results showed that there were 232 students as respondents. Stunting was found in 103 students (44%) and not stunting in 129 students (56%). The average grade of stunting students was 67.16 and of not stunting students was 68.53. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the average student grade in stunting students and not stunting students (P=0.215; α=0.05). Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between stunting and learning achievementKeywords: stunting, learning achievement Abstrak: Stunting merupakan keadaan dimana tinggi badan tidak sesusai dengan usia. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan perkembangan otak tidak optimal sehingga berpengaruh pada perkem-bangan kognitif dan performance anak di sekolah, serta kemampuan belajar, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar anak di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stunting dan prestasi belajar pada siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Tikala Manado. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Responden ialah siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tikala Manado yang berusia 7-13 tahun dan rerata nilai rapor siswa. Analisis uji statistik yang digunakan ialah uji T-test tidak berpasangan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 232 siswa sebagai responden. Stunting didapatkan pada 103 siswa (44%) dan yang tidak stunting 129 siswa (56%). Rerata nilai rapor pada siswa stunting 67,16 dan yang tidak stunting 68,53. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata prestasi belajar antara siswa stunting dan tidak stunting (P=0,215; α=0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara stunting dan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: stunting, prestasi belajar

Maintenance of teeth in children was still lacking. Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (OHI-S) is influenced by the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health. This study aims to know relationship of the behavior of dental and oral health with the of OHI-S index grader V and VI in elementary school students 06 Gadut Agam 2016. This design study was of analytic with cross sectional method. The population of the research conducted in elementary  grade V and VI school students 06 Gadut Agam, sampling techniques with saturated sampling/research on population. Statistic analysis using Chi-square test. Research results showed the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health with criteria good enough 18 people (51.4%), criteria less 12 people (34.3%) and criteria very good 5 people (14.3%). Students who have an OHI-S middle index 33 people (94.3%) and good indexonly 2 people (5.7%). The results of statistical tests obtained value value = 0.002 (p-value ≤ 0.05) have a significant correlation between the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health with OHI-S index in elementary school students 06 Gadut Agam District . Behavior of dental and oral health can be described from the index of OHI-S. It is seen that students consuming sugary foods and sticky without rinse or brush their teeth.

Education was a universal phenomenon and happened throughout human life. Especially in the success of achievement, student learning achievement was still relatively low today so that it could affect problems in student psychology. Factors that affected learning achievement were self efficacy. The purpose of this study was to prove the correlation between self efficacy and learning achievement in Elementary School 1 Krian Sidoarjo District. The design of this study was correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population was all 6th grade elementary school students as many as 54 students which used total sampling techniques and sample 54 respondent . The independent variable was self efficacy and the dependent variable was learning achievement. Data was taken using questionnaires. The results showed that 28 people (100%) of the 54 respondents, most of them had high self efficacy and satisfying learning achievement. This showed that H1 was accepted which meant that there was a correlation between self efficacy and learning achievement in Elementary School 1 Krian, Sidoarjo District. A good self-efficacy from oneself could affect his learning achievement. People who had high beliefs with their abilities tended to succeed, while people who had low beliefs with their abilities tended to fail.

Chronic adenotonsillitis is a chronic inflammation of the adenoid and tonsils, which is characterized by tonsillar enlargement accompanied by dilated crypts with or without exudate. The most common cause of breathing disorders during sleep in children is adenoid hypertrophy or chronic adenotonsillitis. Breathing disorders during sleep in children will cause lack of concentration during learning which in turn affects the learning process and results. This research is an analytic observational study using cross-sectional design. Subjects in this study were 4th, 5th and 6th grade elementary school students as many as 324 consisting of 118 students with chronic adenotonsillitis and 206 controls. The samples done the Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale (PDSS) questionnaire and collected student report card data for the last semester and the previous 1 year (2 semester). Based on the comparison of student report card in chronic adenotonsillitis patients, 1 year (2 semesters) before with the latest report card obtained a decrease with a difference of -0.8 which statistically significant with a significance value of p=0.000 (p<0.05). From the PDSS score of students with chronic adenotonsillitis, the results were 16.8 where this score was worse compared to control which was 10.8 which means that there is a statistically significant difference with value of p=0.000 (p<0.05). Based on the effect of chronic adenotonsillitis status on the difference in student report card, a pure influence was obtained by calculating the variables of age, sex and body mass index which is -2.007 while the increase in PDSS score was 5.903 which means that there is a statistically significant effect on the value p=0,000 (p<0,05). Chronic adenotonsillitis affects the decrease in learning achievement of elementary school student as seen from the decrease in report card and also affects the decrease in sleep quality seen from an increase in PDSS score.

<p>The purpose to be achieved in this research is to know; 1) differences in the influence of the use of media ICT and conventional learning against learning achievement in grade V Diponegoro Cluster Elementary Schools, 2) the difference between the effect of learning independence in the high and low categories of the learning achievement of students in grade V Diponegoro Cluster Elementary Schools, 3) the interaction of the use of ICT media and learning independence on the learning achievement of the students of grade V Diponegoro Cluster Elementary School. This type of research uses the 2x2 Factorial Experimental Method. The research population was all elementary school students of grade V Diponegoro Cluster Elementary School, Bae sub-district, Kudus. The research is using Random Sampling Clusters, Selected SDN 2 Dersalam and SDN 1 Dersalam. Data collection techniques is using questionnaire and test. Hypothesis testing is using Two Path ANAVA Technique. The results of the study are: 1) there is significant differences in the influence of ICT learning media and conventional learning on science learning achievement (Fcount 4,808&gt; Ftable 4,000), 2) there is significant differences in the effect of learning independence on science learning achievement (Fcount 4,770&gt; Ftable 4,000), and 3 ) there is a significant influence of learning media interaction and learning independence on science learning achievement (Fcount 4.402&gt; Ftable 4,000)</p>

This preliminary study aims to collect information about elementary school students’ learning styles and preferences that are useful for developing reading literacy books to strengthenthe socio-cultural values in elementary schools in order to be effective for the School Literacy Movement. This is as based on the fact that there are cases of elementary school students committing violence against their own friends. The development model of reading literacy for elementary school students was Plomp’s model with the steps of preliminary research, prototyping, and assessment. The research findings in the preliminary analysis show that students tend to have less motivation to read due to reading materials which are not interesting enough. The needs analysis results show that elementary school students really like folklore. The folklore to be developed comprises traditional Indonesian folklore spreading throughout the country in every province. It is expected that educational practitioners use a book about folklore in the learning process and the School Literacy Movement. The results of the teaching materials validation show that reading literacy learning materials using folklore are valid and can be tried out.

The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of elementary school students' learning achievement through the medium of picture word cards. The problem in this study is still the low learning achievement of students seen from the initial test of learning achievement. This research took place in class I SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. The school is located at Jalan Raya Menganti Babatan Wiyung District of Surabaya City. The research time was carried out in semester 1 (odd) in October of the 2020/2021 School Year. The subject of this study was a student of class I SDN Babatan IV /459 Surabaya which amounted to 28 students. This research design is class action research (PTK) through stage flow (planning, research action, data collection and data analysis) carried out with two cycles. The result of this study is an increase in student learning achievement in each lesson cycle with a minimum completion criteria (KKM) of 70, cycle I completed learning of 15 students or 60% of students who have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 72.95. While cycle II has increased, 28 students completed their studies or 100% of students have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 85.4.

Multicultural approach in Indonesian language has become an absolute necessity over the last years. This research highlights the role of multicultural culture as a means to improve writing achievement of Indonesian Language among elementary school students. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the multicultural approach in the writing achievement of Indonesian language among fifth grade students of islamic elementary school who are grouped based on their learning motivation. This study can be catagorized as an experimental study with 2x2 factorial design. The independent variable consists of two categories, multicultural and conventional approaches. The population was  60 fifth grade students of at two private islamic schools. The data was collected using learning achievement tests and learning motivation questionnaires, and analyzed using two-way ANOVA and sheffe test. The results showed that (1) there were a gap in learning achievement between students in the experimental group and control group students; (2) there were differences in learning achievement between students with high motivation between both groups; (3) there were differences in learning achievement between low motivated students between both groups; (4) the multicultural approaches proved to be more effective than the conventional one; and (5) there was no interaction between the approaches and the learning motivation.
