Analysis of product and cultural diversity as an opportunity to increase market expansion in shock markets towards E.Commerce at Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya", aims to analyze the opportunities created by the shock market to market opportunities with E.Commerse the market was shocked to become a digital market, namely E .commerce. The study was conducted at Masjid Al = Falah Surabaya with an unknown population, with a random sample of 40 respondents. Analysis of data by analyzing, purchasing activities caused by product diversity and cultural factors, these two variables can influence purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions can be increased repurchase through e.Commerce. The results showed that respondents who decided to buy were divided into buying because there were 26 respondents equal to 65%, respondents who did not buy 0, while 14 respondents who had impulse buying were equal to 35%. Whereas respondents bought goods because the quality of the product varied some 34 respondents, equivalent to 85%, respondents who bought because it was by the type of product were 32 respondents equal to 80%, while respondents bought because the price was cheaper were 37 respondents, equivalent to 92.5%, buying because the culture was 100%, whereas because of the sub-culture there are 8 respondents, namely 2%, while the social class of almost all social classes buys means 100%. The analysis of market increase can be seen from buyers who carry out repurchases, this can be seen from there are 11 respondents equivalent to 27.5% through electronic media, either WA, Instagram, or COD. It can be concluded that opportunities can be taken from the traditional market shock to the E.Commerce market.

The concept of social capital has become an explanatory variable for the labour market outcomes of immigrants. The primary aim of this paper is to investigate the type and quality of social capital within the social networks of Somalis in Toronto and how this affects the labour market outcomes of these individuals. A secondary, but related objective is to investigate the influence that living in an ethnically concentrated area may have on the types of people Somalis are tied to. Accordingly this paper will address three main questions: 1) What kind of social capital is embedded in the social networks of Somalis in Toronto? 2) How does the social capital present within the social networks of Somalis affect their labour market opportunities in Toronto? and 3) Does living in an ethnically concentrated neighbourhood lead to the accumulation of more ethnic ties than not living in an ethnically concentrated neighbourhood?

Until the 18th century, the word “art” meant the product of the artisan (not the artist) and, by extension, also meant the product itself. Objects manufactured by craftsmen had, first of all, a useful function, although they might also have had a symbolic or aesthetic meaning. The concept of aesthetics is actually much older, considering the antiquity of Rome and Greece. And in Egypt, 3,500 years ago, at Saqqara, the first stone pyramid was engraved by scribes expressing their admiration for it.These artisans were famous for the quality of their work, for their genius in mastering their knowledge. One is reminded of Phidias in Athens, Michelangelo and Julius II, or Leonardo da Vinci and Francois the 1st.However, the social status of such artists was probably not very different from the status of other exceptional artisans in fields such as jewelry, metallurgy, clothing, music, etc. “Ĺart pour l'art,” a tenet which ignored the function of the object, arose only during the last century. In other words, almost all objects or artifacts in museums were originally devised and built to achieve a very specific and useful function.

With reference of crisis’s deepening processes at the present stage of national economy’s development there is emerge a reduction in investment by both the private sector and public institutions. At the same time, one of the important components of creating a favorable climate for Ukraine’s economic growth is the development of infrastructure. Up today a set of problems related to the fixed assets` obsolescence in almost all areas of economic activity, physical and moral deterioration of equipment, lack of investment in infrastructure, lack of budget funding for infrastructure investment and innovation projects, etc. Consequently, there is a need to find qualitatively new tools and mechanisms for investment development of Ukraine’s economy, also forms and methods of investment interaction between the state and business based on public-private partnership (hereinafter – PPP). The effective interaction between the state and the private sector in PPP together with well-organized risk management system will allow investing in the development of production capacity, accelerate industrial growth, expand domestic and foreign markets, improve the quality of goods, works and services, improve public services, improve investment attractiveness and business activity. The research in the article is devoted to public-private partnership, which arises as a result of partnership between the state and business. PPP today is one of the qualitatively new tool and mechanism for investment development of Ukraine's economy. The world practice of PPP projects’ application, their most widespread types in different countries is investigated in the work. At present PPP is quite widely, especially in Europe, in the implementation of socio-economic tasks, such as ensuring effective governance in the field of PPP, reducing burden on the budget, strengthening the social responsibility of business, improving the quality of life of the country`s population, etc.

Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurobehavioral disorders of childhood which affects the social, learning and behavioural abilities, Ayurveda explains almost all the Psychiatric and Behavioral disorders under the headings of Unmada and Apasmara where Unmada is a disease featured as unstable intellect, mind, knowledge, memory, consciousness, and bad manners. This case report is aimed at dissemination of role of Ayurveda in the management of ADHD (Unmada). This case study of 4.3 years male presented with complaints of hyperactivity, poor concentration, easily irritable, shouting, headbanging, unable to speak two words at a time and sentences since last one and half year. It has shown promising results. Rasayana is the source of achieving the excellent quality of rasadidhatus (body tissues) which increases life span, improves Medha (intelligence), stabilizes youthfulness, cures disease, enhances complexion, lustre, and voice makes body strong and healthy. So Sarsawataarishta with gold is selected as a choice of drug as best rejuvenator as it promotes memory and intelligence, improves speech, and promotes health. It provides nourishment to body tissue and also acts on mind. It opened the door of the Ayurvedic approach with hope to deliver the good result in similar disorders. The case was successfully treated with the help of internal medications which were carminative, digestive and mild purgative in action, external oleation and medicated oil enemas suggested by Acharya in the treatment of Unmada. In the view of Ayurveda, ADHD can be named as Unmada due to the specific psycho-somatic clinical presentation.

Right to live, equity and social justice are watch words that determine quality of life in a society. There is always a fight between the haves and have nots’, in the end the powerful would not only prevail in the society but dominate the have nots’ to the utter dismay of the social thinkers (1). Question arises whether films and film songs address the issue of social inequality and voice against the sufferings of the lowest rung of the people of Tamil Society? In his scholarly article Robert L Hardgrave states that “Film had become increasingly pervasive in almost all aspects of Tamil society and perhaps most prominently in political life”. He also states that “although Bombay is usually considered the capital of the Indian film world, it is within south India that film has made its greatest impact (2).

The article presents probably the most relevant research to date on the Slovene prison system. The study was conducted through a 2-year research project sponsored by Ministry of Justice and carried out by the Institute of Criminology in Ljubljana. Along with a “longitudinal” study of the social climate in Slovene prison institutions, it evaluates the concepts, practices, and results of so-called sociotherapy as a specific approach to treatment of offenders. “Specific” in this case means that treatment simultaneously encompasses life in prison, the offenders’ social environment, and the inclusion of prison staff. Sociotherapy began as an experiment during the mid-70s and led to astonishing results, namely, the “opening” of prison institutions for almost all inmates, regardless of the length of sentence or the crime committed. Applying the findings of sociotherapy every 5 years since 1980, the social climate in every Slovene prison institution has been measured to assess the quality of support and control prisoners receive and the discipline and treatment philosophies at work in the system. Finally, the article deals with the situation after Slovene independence in 1991 and the passage of new legislation. Against expectations, we find that with the advent of democracy, standards of prisoner treatment have dropped. However, the success of the experiment should encourage all countries seeking to reduce the significant costs of incarceration and attempting to make prison institutions more humane.

The objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence consumers in making online purchasing decisions in Malaysia. The focus of this study is related to consumer attitudes, the factors that influence them to make online purchasing decisions. Researchers evaluate the criteria that can motivate consumers to make decisions when buying online. There are three independent variables studied namely, product price, quality of product information, and product reviews to obtain study data. This study was designed using quantitative methods where survey questions were distributed to a total of 122 respondents via Google Form and distributed online randomly requiring Malaysians aged between 18 and above regardless of gender, race, household income, and education someone. The data collected will be analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Overall, based on the study conducted it is undeniable that there are many consumers making online purchases compared to buying directly at business premises as technology today is growing and Internet access is also expanding and easily in line with the changing lifestyle of society busy nowadays.

When interacting on a learning task, which is typical of several academic situations, individuals may experience two different motives: Understanding the problem, or showing their competences. When a conflict (confrontation of divergent propositions) emerges from this interaction, it can be solved either in an epistemic way (focused on the task) or in a relational way (focused on the social comparison of competences). The latter is believed to be detrimental for learning. Moreover, research on cooperative learning shows that when they share identical information, partners are led to compare to each other, and are less encouraged to cooperate than when they share complementary information. An epistemic vs. relational conflict vs. no conflict was provoked in dyads composed by a participant and a confederate, working either on identical or on complementary information (N = 122). Results showed that, if relational and epistemic conflicts both entailed more perceived interactions and divergence than the control group, only relational conflict entailed more perceived comparison activities and a less positive relationship than the control group. Epistemic conflict resulted in a more positive perceived relationship than the control group. As far as performance is concerned, relational conflict led to a worse learning than epistemic conflict, and - after a delay - than the control group. An interaction between the two variables on delayed performance showed that epistemic and relational conflicts were different only when working with complementary information. This study shows the importance of the quality of relationship when sharing information during cooperative learning, a crucial factor to be taken into account when planning educational settings at the university.

The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical).
