To learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, teachers need to "do it", that is to describe something in their own way, to show their example, to try to practice their skills and to do tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve the results of student achievement class I SD Negeri 08 Surantih Market by using scramble technique in January 2016? b. Steps taken in improving the learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia? This research was conducted in class I SDN 08 Pasar Surantih In January 2016. Schools whose inhabitants are mostly self-employed livelihoods. The determination of this location is based on the fact that the school has never been a researcher doing Classroom Action Research (PTK), and student achievement in this school is still relatively low compared to other schools. Choose class I as respondent with reason: (a) cognitive development level 8-10 years already have ability. (b) the existence of variations of students, judging by the social status, education and work of their parents (c) the problems faced by the first grade students in reading. The focus of attention in this research is to improve the ability to read through sceramble techniques in grade I students. Besides, it will also see the interest and motivation of students in reading on Indonesian language subjects in elementary school (SD). From the results of learning activities that have been conducted for three cycles, and based on all the discussion and analysis that has been done can be summed up as follows: 1. Learning with cooperative concept teaching model scramble has a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by the improvement of student learning mastery in each cycle, that is cycle I (62,50%), cycle II (75,00%), cycle III (87,50%). 2. Implementation of cooperative concept teaching model of scramble have positive influence, that is can improve student's learning motivation to learn indonesian language lesson which is indicated by mean of student answer which states that student interested and interested with teaching model of scramble so that they become motivated to learn.

The government issued a policy of BOS (School Operational Assistance) aims to maximize the performance of schools to meet all school needs that can support student learning achievement which ultimately results in good and quality educational goals. The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the implementation of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) policy at SMK Negeri 5 Pangkep in Pangkejene and Kepulauan Regency, 2) to determine the level of student achievement in SMK 5 Pangkep in Pangkejene and Kepulauan Regency, 3) to determine the effect of the policy School Operational Assistance (BOS) on the level of student achievement in SMK 5 Pangkep in Pangkejene and Kepulauan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 305 people and a sample of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, angekt, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that 1) The implementation of BOS policy of the four indicators ranging from communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure as a whole was considered to be going well which reached a percentage of 77.33 percent, 2) Student achievement in SMK Negeri 5 Pangkep from cognitive, psychomotor, and affective indicators which overall of the three indicators reached report card which is 4 or 82.17 percent considered good. 3) The implementation of BOS policy has a moderate and positive influence on student achievement with an R square (r2) score of 42.10 percent. The influence of the management of BOS funds on student achievement in SMK 5 Pangkep has a positive impact because of the availability of facilities needed by students even though it is not adequate or complete as a whole, but its management has been maximally used in improving student achievement. In addition, with the BOS funds the costs incurred by parents of students are also aided so that there is encouragement so that their children can increase education at school and develop the talents and interests of the students.

This research intends to prove social conflict in the novel Ke Hujung Usia (2018) by A. Rahman C.M. based on Lewis A. Coser's Functional Conflict Theory, which places conflict as an indicator of a healthy relationship in the social structure. The conflicts presented between characters in the novel include clashes involving Tuk Aki, Tuan Guru Haji Munir, District Office officials, Rasol (the Political Secretary of the Chief Minister), and Umar, who represents the students at Pondok Haji Hamid, and others. The conflicts between the characters have a positive influence on the integration, consensus and strength of the in-group among the students, and on the position of Tuk Aki himself, as the administrator of the centre of religious education. Based on Coser's theory, conflict is not negative because the clashes of out-group are normal due to the positive impact on the strength of social structure. Thus, Coser rejected the argument that absence of conflict is an indicator of the strength and stability of a relationship. Based on the thought of Coser, the conflict between Tuk Aki and the out-group help to strengthen structural relations, in addition to enhancing the integration of the students who are led by Umar. The social group consensus exists because there is two-way communication in the conflict, and because Tuk Aki plays the role of the safety valve to control the conflict.

Problems to be studied in this research are: Does using the application of STAD learning method using image method can improve science learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPN 1 Coastal Ranah? Steps taken in using STAD method?. This research was conducted in Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Coastal Ranah in 2016. As a place used to obtain the desired data. This research was conducted in January 2016 until February 2016. The research subjects were students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir in January 2016. This study used Classroom Action Research (PTK). A TOD is a reflective form of study by actors undertaken to enhance the rational stability of their actions in carrying out the task, deepening the understanding of the actions taken, and improving the conditions in which such learning practices are conducted (in Mukhlis 2000: 3) . Based on the results of learning activities that have been conducted during the study, and based on all the discussion and analysis that has been done can be concluded as follows: 1. Learning by STAD method in science lessons have a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by students' learning mastery in learning (97,29%) 2. Application of STAD media method in science lesson have positive influence, that is can improve student's learning motivation which is indicated by average 80 and from interview result stating that students are interested and interested with cooperative method of learning science become motivated to learn.

This classroom action research was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of class I students, with a class average of 56.25. The purpose of this research was to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of first-grade students at SD Negeri 012 Candirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu through the Application of a contextual Teaching Model. The subjects of this study were a class I students totaling 17 people. The results of research in class I SD Negeri 012 Candirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu proved that the Application of contextual Teaching Model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in the pre-cycle average value of students is 56.25 in cycle I increased to 67.5 and in cycle II increased to 82, 5.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in PKN learning achievement using cooperative learning method with STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) model in IVth grade students at SDN 33 Sungai Raya. The research method used in this study was descriptive. The subjects of this study were teachers as researchers in IVth and IVth grade students at SDN 33 Sungai Raya were 38 students consisted of 18 women and 20 men. The research procedure of the implementation of civic education learning using cooperative learning method with STAD model consisted of four stages, namely: a) planning, b) implementation, c) reflection, and d) evaluation. Data collection techniques used were direct observation techniques, with data collection tools in the form of observation sheets. The results showed an increase in the quality of civic education learning. The cooperative learning method with STAD model had a positive impact on improving student achievement, which was marked by an increase in students' learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I (68.42%) and cycle II (81.58%). The cooperative learning method with STAD model can also make students feel themselves getting attention and opportunities to express opinions, ideas, ideas, and questions. Students can work independently or in groups and can account for individual and group tasks and have a positive influence, which can increase student learning motivation.

This research is aimed to know the background of economic movement conducted by SDI, Muhammadiyah and NU and analyzing the obstacles faced by SDI, Muhammadiyah and NU in Islamic economic movement. The research method used in this research uses library study method with qualitative approach. The result of this conclusion can be concluded that the patterns of SDI movement, Muhammadiyah, and NU have a contemporary, traditional-conservative economic ideology. The existence of a positive influence on the movement of SDI to the Muslim community, among others, the lifting of indigenous traders became strong, and eliminating discriminatory treatment to indigenous traders. A good influence on the Muhammadiyah movement to the people, both their growing economy and their human resources, is better, one example of the pre-economy by establishing the BMT of the Ummah and the Muhammadiyah Bank. And also the economy of the people due to the influence of Nahdlatut Tujjar and establish the Shirkah Muawwanah cooperative in pesantren-pesantren. The movements provided by SDI, Muhammadiyah, and NU to the community have had a positive impact on the social, economic, social, and social issues.

Prayer is a consequence for person who belief to God as their duty by performing in five times a day. Those are dawn Dzuhur, Ashar, Maghrib and sobs Prayer is the pillars of Muslim, “whoever does the direction, they has heighten their religion, whoever leave means has moved down theirs. Prayer will bring positive impact to performance of human if there is good process that followed and done constantly. According to Rais (1998:60) a good way in Prayer could give good charity to Muslims itself while if not, so the charity for them must be not well. Although more Muslim people come to mosque, it doesn’t show that in society they do not do disavowal. Like have been stated by Rais (1998: 60) the answer is “because the soul of Prayer didn’t life in its person”. They might do Prayer practically and routine but don’t draw it in their daily life.Allah SWT asks Muslims to give to the poor and sick of human living in this world. It is called as zakat. like in this quote “….give zakat and give loan to Allah a goodly loan, and whatever good you send before you yourself” (Q.S.Al Muzammil: 20). This letter is not without meaning, the writer thought that there is a significant relationship in causality between prayer and zakat. Based on this theory someone who do Prayer frequently will give maximum in doing Zakat. Here, the writer can say that this Muslim categorize as success person economically. Isn’t the fac t? . In empirical way the writer can see that the social community whose actively do Prayer cannot be portrayed the same, it means that not all of them represent the positive performance. Hence, the writer interested to this topic about does prayer bring positive influence toward employee performance or conversely?The results of structural equation modelling analysis show that Prayer is directly influence on work performance with negative value. It can be indicated by a coefficient -1.35 with the probability for 0.00. it can be inferred that there is negative influence when the motivation to do Prayer are high the performance will be low. This effect isn’t relevant with the theory which stated the number of praying, Prayer and Fasting can be as much higher motivation toward the quality of performance. Those potentiality is divine asset that should be managed well in establishing the charity (Tasmara, 1995: 77). God. Give his blessing to all human with those potentialities in order to make consciousness about how pray can bring big influence to the performance. Hopefully, this article are functioned as well as finding the heighten of employee performance with Prayer suitable with Muslim studies as whole.

Special Economic Zones (SEZs) were established to attract entrepreneurs to invest in Polish regions in order to increase their social and economic development. One of the most important incentives offered in SEZs is state aid in the form of an income tax exemption. The objective of this paper is to verify if the regional state aid granted to entrepreneurs in SEZs has had a positive impact on the social and economic development of Polish poviats. The conducted research allowed for the conclusion that regional state aid in SEZs in the form of an income tax exemption was of a relatively higher importance to the poorest regions, while its significance was much lower in better developed areas in Poland. Moreover the intensity of regional state aid granted to entrepreneurs in SEZs had a positive influence on the social and economic development of the poorest and sometimes less developed poviats in Poland, while the more developed poviats with SEZs did not record better or much better results compared to poviats without SEZs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dan efektivitas model pembelajaran Examples dan Nonexamples  pada pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Adanya pembiasaan terhadap tugas dan latihan dapat membuat siswa lebih terlatih sehingga deiperoleh nilai yang lebih baik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dipeoleh simpulan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Examples dan Nonexamples   pada pelajaran Bahasa Arab  materi menulis paragraf  narasi  mempunyai pengaruh positif, yaitu dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada penerapan model Pembelajaran Examples dan Nonexamples memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MAN 2 Kota Malang   yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu 62,22% , 69,74%, dan 82,96%.This study aims to describe the application and effectiveness of the Examples and Nonexamples learning model in Arabic learning. The existence of habituation to assignments and exercises can make students more trained so that they get better grades in learning activities. The results of the research concluded that the application of the Examples and Nonexamples Learning Model in Arabic lessons on writing narrative paragraphs had a positive effect, which was to improve student achievement. This can be seen in the application of the Examples and Nonexamples Learning models having a positive impact in improving student achievement in MAN 2 Malang City which is marked by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely 62.22%, 69.74%, and 82.96 %.
