Agencies engaged in public works, infrastructure and housing development for the South Solok Regency area. However, there are still many complaints that are felt by the employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok Regency. This study aims to determine the Motivation, Discipline and Employee Performance of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Service Office of South Solok Regency. The samples were determined by using saturated sampling technique, with a total of 64 employees. The data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed statistically descriptive and Independent-Sample T-Test with the SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that motivation and discipline had a positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok Regency.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency.The sample in this study were all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency who had become State Civil Servants (ASN) as many as 52 people. The sampling method is by means of a census. The data collectiontechnique by means of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f.The regression equation results are Y = 6.045 + 0.419X1 + 0.458 X2 with a positive regression direction, meaning that if there is an increase in remuneration and job satisfaction, the performance will also increase. Remuneration has a significant effect on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that if the remuneration increases, the employee performance will also increase. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that if organizational commitment increases, employee performance will also increase. Remuneration and job satisfaction have a significant effect together on the employees performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Seluma Regency. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test) that the significant value is 0.000 less than 0.05.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok. The influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land of South Solok and the influence of work motivation, work discipline and leadership on performance at the Department of Employment General, Spatial and Land Affairs of South Solok Regency. The sample used was 51 people against employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression which measures the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this research indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok, Work discipline does not have a significant effect on Performance at the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency, Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Office of South Solok Regency and Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership influence the performance of employees of the Public Works, Spatial and Land Office of South Solok Regency.

This study is to examine the effect of Job Redesign and Job Description on Employee Performance in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Serang Regency. The method used is a quantitative method. The population is 55 employees and the sample is 35 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. To test the model and hypothesis, the SPSS version 25 program was used. Based on the results of this study indicate: Job Redesign partially has no effect on employee performance. Job description partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job redesign and job description simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment andwork discipline on employee performance in the Public Works, Housing agency and ESDM DIY both partially and simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 391 employees 198 samples were then taken using a sampling technique the sample is Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The type of data is data primary and data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been first tested with a test of validity and reliability. Analysis technique the data is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 can be used it was concluded that the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables are good partially (singly) or simultaneously (together) influential significant impact on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works, Housing and ESDM DIY.

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan asset pemerintah yang sangat berharga yang harus dikelola dengan baik oleh pemerintah itu sendiri agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang optimal. ASN merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pegawai pemerintah yang memiliki kekampuan dan keahlian yang cukup memadai sehingga kinerjanya dapat member pengaruh dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem penempatan pegawai dan sistem pelaksanaan pekerjaan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif terhadap fenomena kondisi kerja yang ada. Metode penelitian dengan deskriptif kualitatif dipilih karena dianggap sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dengan maksud menggambarkan dan menginterprestasikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan proses kinerjaA paratur Sipil Negara di lingkup Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, penelusuran data online, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara cermat sesuai dengan metode penelitian ilmiah berdasarkan konsep analisis data yang digunakan pada metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem penempatan dan sistem kerja pegawai sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dan hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai menjadi salah satu kunci sukses bagi keberhasilan seluruh organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui kendala-kendala yang di hadapi pemimpin dalam memotivasi pegawainya yaitu setiap pegawai mempunyai tipe dan karakter yang berbeda-beda dari setiap orang. Upaya memotivasi pegawai agar memiliki skill memang lebih sulit disbanding pegawai yang biasa-biasa saja. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tingkat dan pola piker berbeda antara pegawai yang satu dengan yang lain. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a very valuable government asset that must be managed well by the government itself in order to make an optimal contribution. ASN is one of human resources owned by the government in carrying out government tasks. Therefore, we need government employees who have sufficient ability and expertise so that their performance can influence in realizing the vision and mission of local government organizations. This study aims to analyze the employee placement system and the work implementation system in Public Works Office of West Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to the phenomenon of existing performance conditions. Descriptive qualitative research method was chosen because it was considered in accordance with the purpose of the study with the intention of describing and interpreting issues related to the performance process of the State Civil Apparatus in the scope of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in West Sulawesi Province. Data were obtained using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, library research, online data search, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out carefully in accordance with scientific research methods based on the concept of data analysis used in qualitative research methods. The results showed that the placement system and the work system of employees greatly affect the performance of employees in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of West Sulawesi Province and this is influenced by the role of leaders in improving employee performance as one of the keys to for the success of the entire organization. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the obstacles faced by leaders in motivating their employees are that each employee has a different type and character from each person. Efforts to motivate employees to have skills are indeed more difficult than ordinary employees. This is because the level and mindset differs from one employee to another..

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.
